Plus sides: fridge worked , AC worked , microwave although very small worked, water got hot , large easy parking , HEB right down the street. Very cheap. If all you need is a cheap bed for whatever reason this place will do. If you’re looking for the diamond in the rough hotel that has the 4 start experience for the one star price point your search continues cuz this ain’t it.

Clean room, comfy beds, definitely ware on the rooms. Was disappointed in staff. Didn’t get checked in until after midnight and wouldn’t allow an extra hour for a late check out.

Cigarette holes in the blankets, hotel room technically clean but had cosmetic issues like repairs needed. Bed was pretty hard. For a one night stay it was fine though.

It appeared clean but many items should have been replaced a decade ago. The door would also not lock from the inside. They couldn’t move me and he assured me it was safe and they had cameras everywhere. I was tired so stayed anyway. It did seem to be in a good area and nice cars in the parking lot.

So we stayed here to visit family for the Christmas holiday and even though there were many other choices in the area, we chose to stay here for the reviews, price and close proximity to our family. For the most part it didn't disappoint. Room was clean, had no rugs which get filthy over time,(Vinyl composite flooring), sheets and bed were clean, comfortable for me, a little too hard for my daughters, Full kitchen was nice to have but no supplies(pots,pans,glasses, etc.) Stove did not work,had a hot plate in place but we ate at our relatives or out, but the full fridge came in handy. Bathroom was clean, shower pressure wasn't the greatest(even though I expected that,as most places are the same) A.C. was a little noisy but worked Ok, needed more towels for a 5 night stay which the staff was accommodating. A little dated, could use some minor touch ups, but overall a decent place to stay for the money. I would stay here again.

This was advertised with breakfast but after the cut off time to cancel, I received an email that they no longer serve food. The maid service came in after my first day, which was fine, but they moved my things and then didn't actually change out the towels or bedding.

As soon as i entered the lobby to check in, the lady at the desk was eager to assist me and did it with a huge smile. She answered ALL questions that you could possibly have and made the check in a smooth one. Also, the man in the evening was very nice assisting me when i left for work and needed help calling into my room to speak to my children.

Well the room did not look like the pictures. The king rooms have bathtub shower combo. The front desk has glass protection and no breakfast. The room was remodeled but the walls were dirty and no hair dryer.

I lost my flight to Miami in Houston and stated in this inn. I choose this place because it had a refrigerator. I had cheese that I brought into the country. It’s an ok place if you want to spend the night. My only issue is I requested a non smoking room and got a room that smelled like cigarettes

Rusted desk in room, chair the fake rubber was flaking off. Kitchen burner broke, a portable plug in double burner rusted looked gross. Rooms need to be cleaned better than the staff is doing. ALL THE PICTURES ONLINE ARE DECEIVING, NOTHING IS WHAT THE PICTURES SHOW. Would have left but was late when we arrived.

There was a man staying next to us and early Sunday morning started playing music really loud as if he had a speaker in his room. Spoke with front desk all she said was he's a regular and no one has ever complained.... Ma'am the music was so loud it was shaking the walls.. needless to say I will never stay there again

First day he told my husband he had too leave. After i went down stairs to talk to the manager he said he could stay if he didnt talk to anyone on property. We had to walk too Starbucks just to smoke a cigarette.. Every time we left to go out or eat and even when we came back to the hotel he would be watching us or he walks around the whole plaza just to find where you went to go walk too.. Went outside by the basketball court and lounge swing and was enjoying the weather playing with a yoyo and he comes and tells me i cant play with a yoyo outside on property. Felt like i was being forced to stay inside ngl.

There was a decent sized fridge in the room. Hot plate Almost everything was broken or unusable but in place so it wouldn't be noticable at first glance. Stove top didn't work. Neither did the vent hood that came with it. No coffee maker in room. Had a broken strainer and stopper in the sink. Had a bucket under the sink because of leaking pipes i guess. Juice bar in lobby out and set up with cups and everything nothing in it. Broken stopper in bath tub. 2 towels for 4 guests for 3 nights. They emailed after booking my room to say they "regretfully discontinued some services due to covid" but didn't say what. They didn't have most of the amenities they claimed to have. Including guest laundry.

They didn't give us the correct room initially. We asked for a king non-smoking, and they gave us a smoking room with 2 beds. Almost everything in there was broken, and I mean everything. The toilet, tv, bedframe, sink, mirror, etc... When we asked to be put in the room we booked, they told us the reason they didn't is because something in the kitchenette was broken. So they knowingly put us in the wrong room. Then, when they moved us back to a king non-smoking, there was no kitchenette. But of course, we're getting charged for that same room which is irritating. But at least it not everything was broken. But it was disgustingly dirty. When I went to take a shower it looked like I had walked around in dirt as the water was brown coming off my feet. Needless to say we wore our sandals or shoes the rest of the time in the room. Also, my wife bought some cleaning supplies and wiped down all the other surfaces. She also got a febreeze to spray as the room stunk like spices of some sort. We tried to stay away from our hotel room as long as possible because of how bad it was. I will never, ever stay here again. It was a terrible experience all away around.

It was a sizable room which is my favorite! It was a short stay. Although, the room allowed me to do some of my favorite physical activities. Super sweet!

Check out time is 11 but keys were turned off by 9am so couldn't reenter room. Beds were just a little too firm for my liking. Phones in the room didn't work so wad unable to contact front desk or dial out

Service at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming:) & the place was insanely clean! Location couldn't be beat! Idk why I've never stayed here before but I do know I will be staying here again in the future:) very very happy customer here! I thought there would be at least a basic breakfast included but nope just coffee:/ at least muffins or yogurt or fruit or something, can't be too much to ask imo. BUT there's a Starbucks literally next door so really I shouldn't complain:)

The staff was great however we didn’t end up staying at the property, we checked in and just dropped our bags off and headed out for a little. When we returned and actually got to take a look at our hotel we immediately knew we weren’t staying. The room wasn’t up to par. The management was great in handing the issue and giving us a refund as we ended up booking a new hotel.

The carbon monoxide detector was covered with duck tape that was halfway off. The place was old and pictures not updated. We were supposed to have a Jacuzzi in our room yet we didn't and front desk didn't say anything about it. The bed was hard and the paint on the walls was peeling in spots. Our floor was also dipping in one part. The only good things were the shower pressure and air conditioner.

It was budget friendly and that was the ONLY good thing about this place!! My husband went to check us in and immediately the manager starts telling him that no one else better be in our room at all. No guest no visitors nobody. Just two people he says. My husband assured him it would only be us and honestly we just need somewhere to lay our heads that night. We there for the birth of our first grandbaby. Anyways we get into the actual room and before we could set our bags down the manager is knocking on our door. When my husband answers he starts yelling at us about not smoking in the room . We're not even smokers!! My husband and politely tells him this and the manager gets more aggressive saying we smelt our car and it smelled like smoke!! What on earth? First why are you smelling my car? Anyways we took a quick shower and a nap and got up and went back to the hospital. When we came back it was very obvious that someone had been in our room. Never mind the fact that the gifts I had brought were disheveled and moved around and one of the bows on the floor the A/C had been turned back up to 76. I purposely turned it down to 65 before we left. They advertised free breakfast, and there was coffee ( no sugar or creamer) and watered down orange juice!! That's it. We went to breakfast at 7:15a.m. and that's all that was being offered. Awful staff no breakfast just over all one of the worst places I've been. Oh and the vending machines did NOT work and it's in a location far from a gas station.

There were people smoking outside in the halls and by the stairwell regularly which in not a fan of. Slushys and drinks complimentary and the front office people (possibly family) were nice, no real breakfast. Also kitchen area, but zero items in the cupboards, the front office may have had something if you asked but i didn't. Overall it fit my needs on a tight budget.

Room smelled bad and the bed as hard as a rock and pillows flat. I couldn't sleep well at all the next day I woke up with my nose running felt sick and my skin itching like crazy. Had to douse and scrub myself in rubbing alcohol when I got home. I booked 2 nights but only stayed for 1. Turned in my key card before check in for the second day and didn't get my money back for the second night. Probably for the best I might have ended up sicker if I stayed!

Turned in my key card before check in for the second day and didn't get my money back for the second night. Probably for the best I might have ended up sicker if I stayed!

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was okay and clean for the price we paid. There was only one thing that we had a problem with and that was a funny smell in the hallway was our room was located .

I was amazed at how quiet our room was. The bed was comfortable, the room clean. We only stayed one night before flying out the next day.

Wonderful stay at a super cheap rate. Very clean. We had a microwave and small fridge. The shower had nice decorative tiles and everything was in very good shape. The main man at the front desk was so nice. The coffee was even fresh each day in the lobby. Very good experience. Will stay again.

I booked a room with an accessible bathtub which was first floor. They put me in the third floor. The floor wasn’t swept and there was a used face towel hung up on the shower rod. I left a day early and he was rude and didn’t want to give me my money back so I will be disputing it with my card company

very clean, great communication from the front-desk staff as i was very late checking in (more than a day late) due to flight cancellations. very positive experience!

The lady at the front desk is short and seems agitated when you walk in. I have stayed multiple times and every time she is just plain short and rude with her responses

Moved to a room on the third floor where we had to run in and leave because we where running late for the party we where in town for to come back at 1am and find a broken door jam. Broken lock the tv did not work and worst of all roaches in the bathroom and in the kitchen area. It was too late to move rooms again and where told when we moved the first time there whre no other rooms available if that one did not work out. Talked to the front desk lady and was told they where sorry for the inconvenience but due to having booked theough a third party there was nothing they could do to resolve this issue.

These people are racist and constantly kept telling me that they don't allow party's or smoking weed. Mind you i dont smoke weed at all or party i was there staying with my kids for the week of Thanksgiving to visit my mother and family . They even came to my room telling my 12 year old son that we had to get out accusing us of having a dog in a rude manner saying that they will call the cops . So i let them in to view the room and they did not find no dog as they were saying smh . So they didn't kick us out. But the fact that they stressed me out and yelling at my 12 year old son and not feeling comfortable is uncalled for. People should not get treated this way for no reason . Also on monday morning i went down for breakfast and they said on mondays they dont have breakfast honestly i think that was a lie but who knows . But after that i didn't bother no more on trying to get breakfast for the rest of my stay since i felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome . Which i shouldn’t cause i paid for this hotel room but i did. This people do not appreciate their guest or treat them right. They act as if they are doing us a free favor .

We booked our hotel online, it was supposed to be smoking, paid extra to smoke in it, and it was smoking when we got there and we were only given 2 towels for 4 people and then got mad when we asked for 2 more

Room was dirty, stove didnt work so they provided a rusted hot plate, kitchen faucet handle was broken, broken outlet cover cut me, ceiling in bathroom split, bathroom door was warped from water damage, por shower water pressure...etc

The property was in a good location for me to shop and eat when needed.

As soon as we opened the door to our room the strong stale cigarette odor kept us from even being able to enter the room! Went back to the office and were immediately given a different room, no problem. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable.

The owners are aren’t honest with the pricing and online prices they tried to charge me $70 for a smaller room after booking a week on this app. I don’t recommend going there , the old man that owns it was haressing me and I would see him watching everything I did for a week , he came up yelling 2x without reason .. there’s no breakfast or kitchen rooms they will try to up charge you the pics on this app are fake …
