The room was well maintained and clean. Customer service was very Strict, watching over you at every turn. I also noticed that all the food was prepared in the microwave that everyone has access to.

The hotel isn't new, but it was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked perfectly!

The hotel itself was fine, but the noice above us and beside us did not stop throughout the night. At one point I was woken up and I beat o. The walls myself just to let them know to be quiet. I also called the front desk to complain about the noise but it still continued. The noice went down n from about 1am till the morning.

The room was very clean. It was convenient to the event location we needed to access. Room was a little small, but for one night not a big deal. Kids running in the hall after 10 pm and around 5:30 am.

I stayed in the king bed non smoking suit and everything felt like home, i stayed for two days and enjoyed how peaceful it is. They cater to guests very well, staff is to the point and professional, will definitely be returning.

we didnt have breakfast as it opened at 7am on the weekend and we had to leave before then.

Although the space we had was very nice, there was a STRONG dog smell in our room. We even had the manager on duty come to the room and she confirmed there was a strong order. Due to the dates we stayed, she advised there was no way to move us as they were booked for a local event. We suffer from allergies and we definitely affected by the room.

The bathroom was clean and spacious. They only had a shower chair for the tub. With a new lower leg amputee in our group, a walk-in shower or at least a transfer style bench would have made shower access possible for her. Climbing into the tub was not possible. Other than that, the bathroom was large and easy to maneuver her wheelchair in. The bed was clean and comfortable. We had to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa. It was not very comfortable, but it could have been worse. The breakfast was great with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, sweets, yogurt, and so on. The attendant, Diane, warmly greeted us, was very attentive, and helpful. I was absolutely appreciative of her genuine kindness. The front slope into the main lobby was a bit challenging with a wheelchair and also the luggage cart. You have to park down a distance to access a ramp then walk to the main entrance. Overall, it was a good room with easy access for her manual wheelchair, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was above average.

The room was decent. It did have a strong smell of some kind of cleaner or air freshener. The toilet was so low to the ground...as big people, we had to really struggle to sit on it! We appreciated having the microwave and fridge in the room! Rugs in lobby and stairwell needed a very good cleaning, at least the very first day there. Someone left cleaning rags, which looked like underwear, on the elevator. Breakfast was okay. It did have nice bagels, which is what we would normally eat. The hot food (eggs, sausage, bacon) didn't really look appetizing.

Needs to be replaced bad! It mad my back sore every morning!

This was my second time staying there and I feel like they could not keep up with breakfast. There was a big crowd in there, and the pans were constantly empty; in turn, made the staff really frazzled.

Honestly, I didn’t have one complaint about staying here. Everything was clean, decor and upgrades were modern. My favorite was the outdoor pool and lounge area. It’s very spacious and had a fire pit, etc. The staff was extremely friendly.

Good value for the price. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, which made for a very pleasant night’s sleep. However, there were a few drawbacks. The room did not include extra sheets or pillows, and the pullout couch did not have any bedding available, making it difficult to use as an additional sleeping space. Additionally, the room lacked basic items such as silverware or other simple kitchen utensils that can be helpful during a stay. Overall, while the comfort and price were positives, the limited amenities were a noticeable inconvenience.

I have enjoyed my stay every time I have come there..Unfortunately I have moved to Arizona now butvI highly recommend that establishment to everyone who needs a great place to stay.

Friendly staff! Guest services was nice and informative of directions/eating/shopping spots in the area. My 1st room was waaay down the hall. I'm a lil disabled and staff was courteous to be able to move my room closer up hall for a shorter walk distance. Kitchen staff nice and explained hours of operation for weekend/weekday and how to use the waffle maker. Kitchen was clean and stocked! Everything was well given price paid. Overall everything was well! Toilets are very low! It seemed the toilets were child size low to the floor! I struggled to get up.

Quiet. Bed was comfortable. Black out curtains worked well. Having a coffee maker, fridge and microwave was handy. Breakfast was great, good selection (waffles, eggs cereal, etc). Facility was clean overall. My only issue was there was a musty odor, which seemed like it was due to it being humid. When the AC unit was left on for a while on a lower setting, it seemed to clear it out as long as it was left running.

I was shocked at how nice this hotel was for the price. The staff were all professional and friendly and a huge shout out to in the dining room whose friendliness and bubbly personality was infectious not to mention her 100% sanitation rating.

What was hilarious was that I went there to avoid my exhusband while he came to visit the girls...And ended up running right into him anyways not knowing he was stsying there..See thsts what I get for bragging about how great you all are..lol Thank you for making rough times nicer.

The staff was very helpful with all the questions I had. The breakfast bar was awesome with a choice of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties, sausage links, and bacon, waffle making station, cereal station, and assorted yogurts. They also had assorted muffins and other pastries as well. The room was very spacious, cozy feeling.

I did not make breakfast because I checked in a 2am. The Lady at the front desk was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful. Nothing this hotel is on the decline staffing and the property speaks for itself I had horrible customer service older African American woman with braids was just rude from the start, gave me the worst service known to man and to top it off placed me in the furthest room out of spite.

The breakfast was very good. I liked the waffle machine that was available. Unfortunately none of the TVs were smart TVs and my family would’ve really appreciated being able to access Netflix or one of our other apps.

Great option to the otherwise overpriced properties in the area. Very convenient to Ft. Bragg, no more than 15 minutes away, and close to multiple good dining options. I especially liked the fact that there was a Waffle House right off of the property for a quick, inexpensive breakfast. Only downside was the room smelled strongly of air freshener every time you walked in. This might be an automatic dispenser but it was STRONG when you walked in but you got used to it quickly.

It looked more like a trucker hotel but could be a one-off. Either way it was quiet and a melting pot, nice breakfast spread. The receptionist or the hotel clerk should get a raise how she was handling the front desk and customers complaints (some people just want too give people a hard time) be careful of reviews, some people are just complainers.

At no fault of the very sweet and knowledgeable front desk lady, the room we were placed in was next to an entrance door that led to the pool and outside area. We thought it was great to be that close until we realized that every time the door opened or closed, we can feel and hear it behind the bed even after 9pm. So, we let the front desk lady know and she quickly resolved the issue by offering to move us to another room. That room was much quieter by far! However, we would not stay there again for a number of reasons.

It was very comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly. I needed a lot of towels because the shower door didn't seal very well and leaked, but everything else was great.....I didn't utilize their breakfast, so I can't review that.

How this hotel has good reviews is beyond me. I feel bambozeled! It’s disgusting here. My room smelled like someone blew the bathroom up!!! I had to switch rooms…. The first room was nasty and dirty! Would not recommend to my worst enemy…. I feel itchy and nauseous

Honestly ? There wasn't anything that I DIDN'T like . My kiddos loved the pool . Beds were clean and comfortable . No bugs ! All around 10 out of 10 !

Perfect stay for what I needed. Friendly staff, I did laundry and it was clean. Ice machine was clean and worked well. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, bagels, etc.

The staff were absolutely delightful and so welcoming! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special, from ensuring our room had a wonderful fresh scent to baking extra cookies just for us.

The front desk gave it rolled up on a bundle which didn't rise my confidence that was a 100% washed set. Front desk assured me that it was a clean set and that that was the way the cleaning crew kept the linens stored. Of course given the time in the evening, I had to make the bed myself. It was fine. Breakfast was included. It was an OK american breakfast. The hotel also has complimentary tea, coffee and hot water after hours which is convenient. In summary, I was not impressed with the hotel but the staff was cordial. For one night was OK. We will probably not stay there again.

Our stay was overall great! Most of the staff was pretty friendly. Cleanliness was okay, could’ve took a little more time on doing better with wiping things down everything looked and felt oily.

I was not allowed to stay at that hotel. I went to check-in. Gave my Driver license to front desk staff. She looked at my address and said I wasnt allowed stay and turn me away. Eventhough my reservation was paid in advance. So I never made to the room.

Our stay was comfortable and beautiful the only thing I didn’t like is the very loud ac units they make a weird loud noise also the bathroom is really tiny and I hate the broke button on the top you have to push to flush it also the toilet had a slow leak from the right side we just kept putting towels down the the tvs need to be updated

Pleasantly surprised how roomy our 1 bedroom suite was. They even have lavender Chamomile roller for sleep. Breakfast was a full hot meal of eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles and all the normal stuff like fruit, muffins ect. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. Staff was super helpful and nice too.

The bed was very comfortable - was told all the mattresses were replaced last year. The walk-in shower had great water pressure. Hot breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage,and bacon, with a selection of bagels and pastries. Overall, had a very relaxing stay.

First of all, the breakfast is listed as Continental however, it's a full breakfast. It has eggs and sausage and bacon everyday that I was there. Secondly, the shower is probably the highlight. High pressure comfort head. Absolutely amazing. Overall very clean even though a little worn.

Breakfast was the worst of all those we've had on this trip -- basically most everything in plastic --- who knows how old it was (although some eggs/sausage/bacon, but obviously stored for some time then microwaved.

The location is perfect and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Check in and check out was smooth and easy and the room was amazing. Nice, clean, and spacious.

Terrible stay! Oh for my inconvenience they took off about $15. Which i thought was a slap in the face!

Bed was horrible, especially if like myself you’ve had back surgeries

We had a suite, the room itself was fine, clean and vast enough, though the air smelled musty the entire 4 days of our stay. Nothing absolutely horrifying, you kinda forgot about it after a while in the room, but the scent was still quite noticeable every time you walked back into the suite. Beds were very comfy, the shower is very spacious! The breakfast was alright.

Convenient

We stayed in a suite & it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly & professional. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning & the young lady that worked the weekend shift (Diane) was one of the nicest people ever. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Ft Bragg.

Only option available during the US Open in Pinehurst. Nothing special about it. Friendly customer service. Probably a 2.5 start hotel. Breakfast was available at 6AM.

Safe place

The property seemed a bit dated, pool a bit cloudy by evening. Bed sagged in the middle so we kept rolling together all night. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The property seemed old, but well kept. Our room had a wet, mildew smell, but no visible mold. The pool was super small, no hottub, and basically in the parking lot, with a fence around it. It was conveniently located near Fort Liberty, where we were visiting my son.

You do get what you pay for. Room was dirty sheets were dirty And the room smells like vomit and cigarette. Will not be returning to stay

Nice clean area. Great deal for what we needed. Only issue was the lady who ran the breakfast. She was very pushy and negative. Hard to get food without her complaining or acting like you’re making more work for her by being there. The breakers tripped one morning and she was rude about it and loudly complaining about the property and maintenance.

I got the hotel room for my parents for Mother's Day weekend they absolutely loved it. They said that the room was clean, they enjoyed the food.

This is always our "go to" hotel for visiting our daughter. Good Quality and convenient.

This stay was for a VERY large obstacle race (Spartan Race). A majority of the rooms rented were for these race attendees! They were booked to capacity due to this. They were completely aware (as people stay theee for this race every year). Sadly, race waves began as early as 6 am and as late as 9 am however breakfast didn’t start until 7. Just think they could have at least put out grab and go items to accommodate these racers! Also, my room cleanliness was questionable. The shower hadn’t been cleaned due to a partially used bar of soap being propped on top of the shampoo and conditioner dispensers and I found fruit snacks on the carpet. The room slept well, breakfast options and staff were awesome(when we could enjoy them on departure day), and the location was good.

The bed was amazing! So soft and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious as we had a king suite. Everything was great. Definitely will be staying again when i come back to visit.
