Has a lake just out the back door with walking path and other activities. Perfect after a day of traveling in the car. Breakfast was also quite impressive with selections that included a few dairy free options.

I really enjoyed having a complete kitchen set up! It made it nice for us. We also liked the free breakfast, lots of choices from oatmeal’s and fruit, to bacon eggs and biscuits and gravy. Front desk staff was nice and helpful as well. We definitely stay again.

Stayed here with my family, including kids and an infant. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10–15 minute drive from downtown Reno. There's a casino nearby and plenty of shops and eateries in the area. A beautiful lake sits behind the hotel, and the view from our room was fantastic. The room was clean, and both the housekeeping and front desk service were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended - we will definitely visit again!

na It was a very noisy and dark room. I was supposed to get downstairs room and they put me upstairs. An overall great hotel. The bathroom had hair all over and we ran out of tissue and called for more but it never came so we had to go buy some. Everything else was perfect, the free breakfast was good, parking was great, the pool water temp was awesome and the room was like an apartment it had everything we needed

Excellent property and close by to shopping center, Casino within Walking distance, nice walk around property nearby trail, short distance to Reno Casinos. Clean rooms, clean around property campus, and breakfast was great also. Thanks for wonderful stay, will definitely recommend to others and stay next time we are in the area.

I stayed here for 6 days and it’s been the best experience ever. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always went above and beyond, the room and hotel was super clean , the space was comfortable over all and it really felt like home. On top of that , it’s close to all of the stores nearby making it super convenient, all walking distance. I would definitely stay again, I was sad when it was time to go home

The facility is clean and safe. I would stay here again. The king suit is spacious. The breakfast buffet wasn't the best, slightly burnt and all gone before they closed. There was one lady working, bringing food back and forth from the kitchen, and to top it off, my boiled eggs had shells still on them. We decided to eat somewhere else.

The breakfast was good, especially the oatmeal and all the goodies to put on top. Booking.com didn't disclose the $150 pet fee and $20 tax on top of that. Quite a surprise.

The property is beautiful, clean, and offers so many amenities (although we didn’t have time to utilize them.) the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many different options. The room was so pretty, I was impressed with the kitchenette and its inclusion of cookwear! The bed was so comfortable. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. It was wonderful.

Unfortunately for the price this is not up to standards. Trim on the walls falling off, LED lights not working, doors do not get wiped down, show heads are not cleaned, security on the property is nonexistent, thefts are such a common occurrence they give you a card saying so. I was robbed for over $6000 worth of property and they have zero security cameras for law enforcement to view.

Unfortunately for the price this is not up to standards. The location is close to everything. In a shopping and entertainment area, new casino across the parking lot/street. Suites have kitchens and more space than your traditional hotel rooms. Basketball court and indoor pool. Breakfast daily.

Would never stay at this facility again and would not recommend it! Our room smelt like smoke (fire) all night coming in from the outside. There was not a fire in the community and they did nothing to investigate it. They told me they would move me rooms or comp me the night with Marriott points, but then told me the next day that they can't do that and who ever told me that was not a manager and they weren't going to honor what she said! They basically called me a liar and have treated me horrible. It has become a big argument between me and the manager, Rachel! I thought Marriott was a reputable company, but this staff is not showing that side of this company. Will never stay with Marriott again... And I travel quite a bit!

We really wanted to love this hotel - it is right next to all of the places we shop and eat and very convenient. . However, I don’t think we will be back. We checked in later in the afternoon, my husband our newborn and myself. It was our first time traveling with our daughter. We dropped off our things, lots of them, including the babies bags and bassinet. It took us two trips. We then fed the baby quickly and headed to walk for dinner ourselves. When we returned from a great meal at the new casino, I took off my boots and walked to the bathroom. . The floor was SOAKED. They had shampooed the carpets. . however put us in there while they were still so wet it was visible when walking. We quickly inspected our bags and it was all wet. Including the bassinet. By this point it’s late. We don’t want to move or have the energy to. So my husband went and talked to the front desk. She offered him 2 free beers, a $30 dollar discount, and told him to check in the morning about having it fixed. She was very sweet. I stayed on the bed all night, the baby had to sleep with us since her bed was wet and in the morning it was still damp. We were told the next morning we would be credited 30,000 points for another room a different time. 2 weeks have gone by now, I tried to give them the benefit to make it right and after calling 3-4 times this week to be placed on hold, disconnected and have my messages ignored. . We still haven’t been credited for our $260 room that we couldn’t even enjoy.

The hotel property is very new and it showed. The rooms are great overall. Having the kitchen in the room is a nice touch and it felt spacious for the smallest room you can get. The pool seems great but we ran out of time to use it. It’s close proximity to the mall, theaters, restaurants, and the marina, make it an awesome stop for solo, family, or couples trips. The only complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable. It was a little firm for my liking and felt like there was no give at all. I still slept decently, but could have been better. Overall I say 9/10!

Staying here was so much more pleasant than in one of the casino hotels. It is quiet, clean, and the air is fresh. It is a safe area, with a walking path around the adjacent Sparks Marina.

Thanks P.S. other travelers. In my experience Residence Inns are very attractive but Buyer beware! I don’t have any idea how one would prevent this kind of experience but you should know that they do this kind of thing. Also at a R.I. In a different city I was checked in by a person who made inappropriate political comments.

The property was great and perfect for the family. Lots of family things to do in the hotel and surrounding area. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and overall it was an enjoyable stay for the entire family. Rooms were very nice and updated also. My only issue was that the hotel was over booked so while I had reserved two specific rooms with two beds well in advanced, on arrival, they did not have the rooms I requested and had completely overbooked. So we had to sleep on the pull out beds which are not very comfortable. That was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

When we arrived to our room, it smelled like cigar smoke. The receptionist quickly moved us to another room. The complimentary breakfast was so good! The breakfast included sausage, eggs, potatoes, and even had freshly cooked waffles.

Staff was great

The staff were very friendly. The location was excellent. I would definitely stay there again!

Few Minuses: no parking for moving/trailer vehicles. We were given an ADA room and the shower water goes everywhere.

Wonderful helpful friendly staff

Beautiful rooms, very thoughtful little touches that make the room comfortable, and great staff.

The check-in takes about an hour since the staff doesn't know how to setup software to accept credit card for deposit. We gave her 4 diff credit cards and 1 debit card, she keep complaining all cards are declined. By the time I ready to call Citi Bank, she told me she finally "figure out a way" to accept the card, my Credit Card has no issue.

Spacious room and functional space. Bed very comfortable. Very clean. Location of our room was very quiet. We had a noisy air conditioning unit in our room. Some kind of fan noise we are guessing. We ended up just turning it off.
