Beds were super comfy. Shower head is amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Casino and movie theater next door and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast is mediocre. We live 30 minutes away and usually stay at this hotel for staycations. Highly recommended.

I love Doubletree Sonoma Wine Country. I don’t stay anywhere else when I’m in this region even if my work is about 45 minutes away, I will drive that distance every day to stay here, but don’t tell anybody because I don’t like crowds.

The property was very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and cozy beds. The location was super convenient close to shops, restaurants, and right off the freeway. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. Overall, it felt like a relaxing and easy place to stay.

Easy There was a light from the car park that shone into the window. The blinds had gaps, so the light shone all night long on my face. Our view was the car park.

Bug found on pillow-google search said it is a bed bug, manager said it is a mite. Manager killed the live bug instead of long waits for things like toilet paper.

I love Mia Hampton. You know what you’re gonna get the rooms are always clean well organized appropriately furnished. The only issue that I had this time was we got a handicap room which was fine except in the shower. The water went everywhere and I almost slipped twice. It just made a huge mess and I get that there are reasons for that. Plus, I noticed in the up by the ceiling when I looked up in the corner there are spiderwebs and the panel when you first walk in the bathroom to the bottom, left corner is busted and it’s sticking out which is another hazard. Otherwise I love Mia Hampton. We are Hampton for life.

This was my 2nd time staying here and I was even more impressed than the first time. The room was great, I love the personal touch with the tv showing "welcome and my name". I had a soar throat and took advantage all day night of the free hot beverages station with honey. The churro waffles were fantastic. Thank you so much to Mel who works nughts she was so sweet, amazing and helpful. I had many interactions with her and she fantastic every time. Suzette I met this morning and she was also great too. I will continue to stay here any time I come to Reno. Thank you all even the housekeepers and maintenance people and everyone else behind the scenes too. I hope you have a happy holidays.

I chose this hotel because it’s pets friendly, free parking, free breakfast, the indoor pool for the kids, and in front the marina which is the best part of Reno. The room was clean, basic amenities and what we need. I only gave 4 stars because, I called ahead of time to asked if the pool was heated, yes was the answer, but when we tried to use it was icy cold- we had to leave right away. We had 15 hours drive and I just wanted my kids to get their wiggles out and it was disappointed they couldn’t use the pool due to the cold temperature. If they could fix the pool- this hotel would have been perfect! However, the location was good! In front of the marina where we took our kids and dog for walk and to the playground.

Nowhere on the website does it say that you have to be 21 to check in. I crossed checked the entire page with not viewing any content about that. My son who is 19 and alone, was not able to stay in the hotel. The room reservation was canceled when he got there and attempted to check in.

The person who checked me in began to treat me like crap when he found out I am not a “rewards” member. He was rude, dismissive and disrespectful.

We really enjoyed our trip at New Hampton. The only hitch was check-in. We walked in around 6:00pm. There were two people at the counter. The male assisted us. Just as we walked through the door and before we even got to the counter, the male asked for our ID. There was no welcome at all. He was knowledgeable but was right down to business. He handed us our room key without explaining what room number we were in or where to find it. We ended up parking on the opposite side of the building as where our room was. The next day we went to the front reception an inquired about some headache, medicine and water. She was very friendly and helpful and we found out that the previous night we were not provided with the water package and that we were not told that breakfast is served in the morning from 6-9. Besides the check in, our stay was quite enjoyable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the complementary breakfast.

Perfect spot for the fireworks on July 4 overlooking the Nuggets hotel and others. Behind the hotel is the lake and it was an excellent walk around. Infront was a casino and the premium outlet store. Best of it, it was free EV charging on its parking lot. Nice size indoor swimming pool for the kids.

All was great. The only ding would be that the A/C unit was rather loud.

I will never stay at this place again. We gave it 3 times and every time gets worse. This time it smelled of weed in the hallways, in our room. The room was FILTHY. No vacuuming, food all over, bathroom had pee all over the toilet and floors, the shower had stuff everywhere including hair! I am so grateful to be gone. Never again

I never got any more shampoo and ended up washing my hair with body wash for 3 days. Upon checkout, I told the front desk that I never got shampoo and she looked it up on her terminal and verified she put in a request to housekeeping. I guess housekeeping was too busy to take care of it. Breakfast was meh. Most Hamptons I have stayed in had more to offer.

Very nice. My only suggestion is to have more EV chargers. One reason I chose this hotel is that it has EV chargers. There were only two and were busy the whole time, so I didn’t get to use it.

Great location, very clean, one staff person extremely helpful and kind, another one not so much. Maybe he was new. The breakfast was great but could use someone to monitor the food area and tables for clean up.

All week the elevators where not working, and they where never fixed.

We didn't plan to stay here, but the resort we booked and downtown Reno had no power upon arrival. We wanted to find a place to stay so we went here and it was amazing. Service is too notch and the room was amazing. Can't say enough good things about it.
