Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square

What a pleasant surprise!! Beautiful hotel from the lobby, restaurants and most importantly the rooms. I was thrilled with service and restaurants as well as housekeeping. I would stay there again in a minute. Best place we have stayed this whole year!!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway, this hotel is in a prime location adjacent to shops and dining nearby. The staff was helpful and kind to our 5 year old. We loved that the pool was bigger & did not have a bunch of people in it. Overall great hotel with great atmosphere.

Aquarium and 5iver pass is amazing to have for a family for entertainment.

Front desk clerks made comments about where we came from and engaged us in conversation. Made sure to point out the amenities of the hotel and asked us if we needed more information about the nearby stores and restaurants. Instead of just handing us our keys across the desk, the front desk clerk came around to hand us our keys face to face and wished us a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well appointed. Nice to have a wireless charging station at the bedside. The television had a note of Welcome and my name showing when we arrived. Nice personal touch. The bathroom was the least impressive part of the stay, but it was clean and well stocked. The shower was a little tricky to figure out, and one shower door kept opening on it's own. Pretty minor. When we went to leave in the morning, our car was waiting for us. No waiting for the valet to retrieve it. We thought this especially helpful, as we had a plane to catch. The hotel is beautiful. Vibrant colors in the common areas, a bar with a good variety of whiskey, and a pretty decent chocolate cake. We had the breakfast service in our room, and it arrived hot, at the time requested, and it tasted good. We will stay at this hotel, again, and we have already recommended it to our friends. It's conveniently located near DFW airport.

The staff was superb! I had never stayed in any Hotel here or abroad where the staff was immediately responsive to my concern I had. For example, I could turn the handle in the shower after trying several times. I called the front desk and within minutes a young man was there and agreed that the shower handle had been shut very tight and even he had to try several times before he could turn the handle. When the air conditioner appeared not to be lowering the temperature, I called the front desk and within minutes a maintenance man was there to check the settings. The most impressive was the Black lady at the lobby Starbucks who accomodated my special requests. Thank you so much!

A great getaway weekend! Great location with easy walking of Southlake Town Square. Room was very clean. Make up mirror bulb was quickly replaced after reported. Parking can be challenging during Christmas shopping season. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property in a great location I was shocked and uncomfortable when a Hilton staff member gave me his number and tried to start something personal. Guests should never feel unsafe or objectified in a hotel. I expected professionalism, not harassment. This experience completely ruined my trust in Hilton and how they protect guests. I’m still in the process of escalating the matter but Hilton was quick to try and credit me 70 dollars toward my 1200 trip to make it go away and yes credit not even a refund. This is the best hotel in Southlake in terms of location! Delta and Westin are also nice, but nothing compares to being right in Town Square. I used to live in Southlake and stay here regularly when I come back to visit friends and relatives.

The staff was the friendliest ever! Room was pristine with a balcony. The xmas decorations on the grounds and around the pond were gorgeous! My pet was welcomed with open arms. I would go back there tomorrow if I could! The area is superb - but I barely left my room! Stacey S

Room smelled bad and couldn’t change to different room! Sink don’t drain properly and smelled. Tried to change rooms again still nothing available. Breakfast buffet was marginal at best and way overpriced. Have been staying at this hotel several times a year for last 4-5years but never again.

The room condition was good, however someone called my room at 2:30am in the morning and I wasn't able to go back to sleep. It was hard for me to focus on the conference i flow from Toronto to attained.

Check out is at 11 am by 11:01 i had someone knocking at my door even when I had the non disturb as I was in a conf call that went a little longer at 11:04 I had a call from the lobby and by 11:15 I had people out of the room waiting I get that there’s rules but it was so annoying mostly cause I was in a conf call not something I expected for a 300 plus usd

This was my second time staying here. This hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean and luxurious. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lots of parking, and walkable shopping and dining, you really don’t need to go anywhere else. Will definitely be staying here again.

I’ve never had my husband get sick before over eggs and he had to stop eating them because they made him feel sick almost immediately. For some reason he had thrown up 4 times and the only thing that came up was the egg. I was confused on why we wouldn’t get breakfast each morning instead of just one. I’d fix the drawers too below under the tv. I bent my finger nail back (it hurt) because they both were messed up on the tracks or something. Kept getting stuck. As well the outlets wouldn’t work around the bed. It was a very beautiful hotel smelt fantastic! And would definitely stay again just no more eggs for us.

The lobby, bar area and front entrance are excellent. Very modern and very "Southlake" with good hospitality. However the pool is the weakest part of the hotel. It contradicts the look and feel of the welcome you get. Its dirty, over crowded and there are not enough places to station yourself. All in all, its a business and conference hotel that has had some investment to make it fit with the arwa its in. It works and youll be haooy enough, but certainly don't expect a 4 or 5 star experience. One last complaint is that checkout is 11am, but at 10am, then 10:30am, you'll have a knock on your door rushing you to leave so they can flip the room and make it available early for new guests. The Hilton in Southlake is beautiful, clean and friendly. We had chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival and they were perfect. Highly recommend. The location gives you access to amazing food, shopping and entertainment.

Location and pool Had to move rooms because TV wasn’t working. I felt like it was a hassle so didn’t complain about the refrigerator not working. The shower head was not working properly so got blasted and face and hair got wet.

We used to live in Southlake and now stay at the Hilton in Town Square when we come back to visit. There are other nice hotels in Southlake but this is the only one right in the heart of Town Square. You'll enjoy the shopping and restaurants just steps out of the hotel.

the bed was very hard, small room , and the was barely large enough for 1 person

More notably, the front staff seemed unwelcoming, especially during check-in. A warmer greeting would have made a big difference. Overall cleanliness was a highlight, but some attention to staff hospitality and room design would have elevated the experience.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. They were very accommodating and allowed me to order a bouquet of flowers for our 17th wedding anniversary and had them delivered to our room before we arrived. It was classy and the staff was very helpful. Will come again

This hotel was fabulous, I booked it for my daughter and son in law for the honeymoon, they were flying out early Monday morning. They were able to get early check in on Sunday and were upgraded to a suite!

As became a trend for Hilton hotels, people at the lobby are rude, always distracted by themselves, and never helpful. Booked a room with the balcony, they gave me one facing the wall.

Room had strange odor coming from either ventilation shaft or carpet. There was an erroneous charge to our room. Rooms with connected door were a bit loud through walls, definitely more than expected. Aside from that, I loved the hotel. Overall it was a good experience. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful. Spacious close to many restaurants Could NOT order food to room. Hashtag wouldn’t work, no way to call the restaurant, no operator to call…so we went without dinner. Really stupid to think we old people are technology geniuses. It’s a shame for such a nice hotel to be so stupid.

The best Hilton I have stayed in so far.

This property was walking distance of our restaurant of choice for the evening. Although the front desk staff were friendly and pleasant, when I got to my room it was 2 queens and not the king that I had reserved. So, I had to go back to the desk and get the room changed.

The TV kept going offline. The shower head was clogged with hard water deposits causing low pressure and unfocused water streams. This made it difficult rinse your hair and body. Loved the shampoo and conditioner. The hotel appeared to be very slow yet we were given a room with a horrible view. The curtains would not close properly so it could not be completely darkened. I would definitely stay here again but would request a better room in the future. The staff were excellent and efficient in their tasks. I did not bother them with any of my problems but I am certain they would have taken care of us promptly.

Southlake is a beautiful area. Everything you need is within walking distance, whether it’s shopping, dining or entertainment, you won’t be bored! The hotel is very classy yet open and inviting as well. We enjoyed our time here greatly and certainly plan to come back!
