    The pictures and descriptions on Expedia for the room I reserved was for a King delux room. When we arrived at 3 PM, check in time, they gave us a room that was "ready". It was a full size bed with one secretary chair much too small compared to the reserved room. Complained to the "desk" (a window) . He said no other roooms were ready. I asked for either a refund or credit for that poor excuse of a room. and he looked for a different room. Surprise, found one. It had two double beds, a rollaway bed, a desk and two secretary chairs. Better. However, there was a lamp on the desk had the socket dangeling from it. The TV was not hooked up to any service and was sloppily "wiped down" and dusty. The lamps by the nightstands were also dusty, the carpet had stains...and so much more wrong with the room. Thank god we were only staying the night. On top of everything, you could tell they were in the process of either deep cleaning (?) and remodeling (?) as tapping went on into the night. Fortunately we were tired enough to fall asleep. A total dump.

    When I checked in and entered the room I noticed the carpets and couch were stained, the microwave did not work, there was 2 big spiders in the bathroom, insufficient bath towels, no ice bucket and desk chair was broken. There was no tv remote so I had to go to the office to get one but it wasn’t working so went to retrieve a second in which also didn’t work. The staff said they’d come check on the problem shortly. An hour later I had to go back down stairs to ask for assistance with tv as I was tired and wanted to rest. They finally got that fixed. I was unpleased with the room. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

    This is a very good place to stay even if you want to tour the city. ao e thing i learned it’s better to stay in places outside of the city than to walk alongside with homeless pips in sfo. This place is very good, clean and well maintained. They have parking which is a plus.You will save $50 because if you are in a hotel inside the city the parking another $50 but with this hotel it’s free.the location is also good as it is near the airport and many places to eat is just a few mins drive!

    I like the room setup they just don't clean the room as often as I would have like I was there for 4 days and never clean the room one time The TV didn't work but to set up it's okay Staff real terrible me No receipts no nothing

    Arrived at 10:30 pm. The woman who was working seemed bothered that i woke her up and she took forever to answer the bell. The vending machine dont take credit so was unable to get a drink or something to eat. Room was clean. Air worked well. Shower had no water pressure and blow dryer was broken. Called front desk several times with no answer. Never found out the wifi password because she wouldn't answer the phone!

    I've been to this hotel many times over the years, and this is the worst I've seen in the condition of the room. Both shower and sink faucet leaked. There also sounded like there was some kind of leak from above the ceiling near the sink. These rooms have been neglected and are in serious need of maintenance and appliance upgrade. Staff was courteous and accommodating when I requested a different room. Room was otherwise perfect for my needs, which was to sleep and do some work using the desk table.

    Location and car was safe. Lots of room and tub was low so easy for me to get in and out of Bed was very lumpy and hurt my hips. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone in the office when we needed help. Toilet runs a lot and noisy but it’s ok.

    The pictures are deceiving. The carpet was stained so I used my shoes as slippers the entire time. We didn’t see housekeeping not one day, our garbage was piled by the time we left. I also had to go to the office for coffee and clean towels. The mattress was ok but the box sorting was noisy. Not up to par, but it was SB weekend and all other hotels were booked. Definitely not ok for small children, ok for single or couple travelers.

    The room was clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. The staff are outstanding in their service. So friendly and helpful. We were really late arriving and checking in, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would stay here again, and recommend to anyone.

    Arrived at 4:45 PM note at the front desk said be back in 15 minutes. Went back 20 minutes later and still nobody there. I called the number on the window and the hotel manager said he would be back for another half hour and he left the card to my room on a planter in front of the office. It was in an obvious place where anyone could’ve taken the key and checked all the rooms for entrance. The place was disgustingly dirty, holes in the sheets, cobwebs, dust, and mold all around the entire room. Pictures will be enclosed. I would give this place a zero stars if I could. I would highly recommend someone to go elsewhere because this place was so disgusting I woke up stuffed up could not breathe through my nose because all of the dust and everything in the room I couldn’t even use the air conditioner because it was caked with dust so I was afraid to turn it on. I definitely will not return to this place.

    There was no breakfast. There were a few restaurants about a 10 minute walk with good food and drink. We were allowed an additional hour after checkout without charge. The woman who checked us in was rude. The lobby was locked and I had to interact with the woman through a shielded plastic window where we had difficulty talking. My suitcase was damaged when collected at the airport. Only three wheels remained, causing difficulty moving it. The following morning we were to meet my brother who was flying into San Francisco. I asked the woman if we could store our luggage while we had lunch. She said there was no place to store the luggage. We had to drag the damaged luggage along with another large luggage to the restaurant and wait for my brother. The photos do not represent the motel. Taking the bus from the airport was difficult. For some reason I thought there was an airport shuttle. That might be my misunderstanding.

    However, the lobby/entrance was locked when we checked in and out and had to use the side window to talk to someone. There was no greetings. The lobby entrance door was so dirty, it was full of dust, dried leaves and cob web. Seems like no one has ever used that door ever. The room smelled bad when we first opened the door. The second night it was okay. The floor carpet looked very dirty and very old, with dark stains all over. The sink was missing a sink drain strainer. The bathtub drainer was not in but put on the tub. The desk drawer was missing a door knob. For 2 nights, we did not meet or see any other guest or travelers. The place looked very deserted and empty. The courtyard was very dirty with dried leaves and trash. The ice machine did not work. I did not even feel like a motel! It felt like a low income apartment. The picture of the lobby on the website did not look like anything what I saw and visited---way the opposite of what I experienced. The people who checked me in and out, looked like they were awaken from a nap. Will not come back!!!

    The only positive is the room wasn't that bad but the area is very rough I ordered uber eats and a homeless guy tried taking my food from the delivery guy and when I grabbed the food he followed me back to my room and kept knocking on my door and asking to come in and didn't wanna go away I almost called the cops but he eventually went away. I told the property manager and he didn't seemed to worried about it and acted liked this was pretty normal. This is a very rough area and not recommended for single women or children.Im a pretty big guy I'm not worried about my self but as stated above I would be worried if it was just my wife or if I had my kid with me

    I’ve stayed here 4 times and on 2 of the occasions, it was very clear the room hadn’t been fully cleaned (hand basin, trash not emptied). Makes you wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned.. Front desk staff always very helpful, but they need to get new cleaners or coach them to do a complete job

    The lady helping at the lobby is very rude i originally payed for my stay through booking and i got here the lady said it was not payed for that i needed to pay for the room, i showed her proof of my payement she was still being very rude and kept saying oh well on my end it says it is not payed wanted to charge me again giving me attitude. When i pulled the receipt and i was showing her the receipt and how it was already deducted from my bank she just left me talking and went back in to her little office. I called booking to have them contact them, after they contacted them and told them i had payed there was a guy in the lobby i explained how rude the lady had been and all he did was laugh and say oh shes my wife she does not know! This is the worse hotel ever i will NEVER COME BACK EVER AGAIN the rooms smell, i got a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi is so nasty couldnt even enjoy that. DONT STAY HERE.

    Went to check in super late and was told when I arrived there was no rooms even though I had made a reservation hours before. Staff was rude and unhelpful and we were left stranded early in the morning. Do not recommended this hotel!

    There wasn’t anyone there to help. First the toilet wouldn’t flush, they gave me another room. I tried calling the front desk a few times, no one ever answered. When I tried to check out I stood at the window ringing the bell for at least ten minutes. He had told me the night before I could change credit cards in the morning but nobody ever came. Had to shove both keys under the glass. Terrible service

    Loved the quiet neighborhood. The rooms were older, but very clean. The bathroom fan/light switch needed a new battery. But other than that, great value for the cost. Would highly recommend. Great bread store, market, and Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

    The room was clean but the sink was clogged and didn't drain. We didn't use the sink when we checked in but later that night the office was locked and no one answered the bell. The next morning we went to the included breakfast the but the office was still locked and no one answered the bell nor the phone after repeated tries. So the bad rating was for the dishonesty of the booking the the non-response of 'staff'. Provide what was paid for in the booking - a functioning room and a breakfast and a reachable staff.

    Check in was not the best experience; staff person was no where to be for over 30 minutes even after ringing the bell and calling the property phone number. Then when he finally appeared didn't want to talk and lacked the language skills to do so, so we were left guessing what he wanted from us to check in. Same for check out, no where to be found at the front desk and had to ring the bell again to get reach him. Just not the friendliest. But room was fairly clean, did have some stains all over the bathroom door, bed was good so was the couch. Fridge kept our stuff cold.

    The room was dirty, it was like they only made the bed when someone left. I stayed in room 107 and there was no light in the bathroom, the light bulb kept turning on and off, and in addition to that there were spiders in that bathroom.

    It's quaint, quiet and clean on the outside. Parking is awesome has two floors! The manager is really cool. THE CLEANING STAFF IS MAKING THIS HOTEL LOOK BAD!! Stayed 6-nights, lady did NOT change the pillowcases, restore toilet tissue, cups for ice water, soaps, clean hand towels. I would ask her but I dont want to have a problem. She is extremely rude. If they hired cleaning staff that did quality work, it would be a perfect hotel for the price you pay.

    The picture online is very generous with the cleanliness. The alarm clock, phone and TV volume were all inop - not that I needed any of these things. I noticed that it was a 2 star hotel after rechecking the Expedia page - I missed that when I made reservations, but that would be accurate.

    Extremely dirty and the toilet took an hour to fill up the tank and kept us up at night with the dripping. Finally didn’t fill up or flush at 5 in the morning. We had to leave early so we couldn’t wait to have them fix it, but rather went to a Starbucks to use the bathroom. They would not compensate our bill, but rather pretended they didn’t understand. The lobby was closed at all hours and we had to go up to the night window regardless of the time of day. The window was plastic with holes in it to talk and listen, but we couldn’t hear the person at the desk and had to guess what they were saying. There was no breakfast even though the ad said it was included. Desk chair and couch in room was severely stained The internet did not work and the parking garage had garbage all over the place.

    My stay here was excellent. The room was quiet, relaxing, and clean. Parking was available and convenient. Vending machine malfunctioned once and I was refunded my money at the front desk. Staff is courteous, respectful, kind, and accommodating. The only problem was that the lobby to the front desk was locked and I had to speak to staff through an outside window. Nearly impossible to hear because of traffic. This was a bit frustrating and complicated communication.

    Dirty. Almost everything (headboard, tables, desk, lamps, TV, walls) had a smear of something. Maybe it was mud, food, bodily fluids, I don't know. There was also a decent layer of dust behind the tables/desk. Phone in the room did not work. The shower would not stop dripping even with the handle turned fully off. The toilet would make some kind of noise occasionally. Something like after you flush and the sound it makes when the tank is just about done filling back up. Front staff at check in was nice though. Bed was okay. Microwave was convenient. Ample free parking in a Tuesday. If you don't mind the level of cleanliness, this place is fine.

    There was a massive hole in the wall that they blocked with a furniture to hide. Fauset was leaking. Advertised free breakfast but only offered granola bar, breakfast claws, apple and orange. The vending machine had different items than advertised. Thick old Dust everywhere in my room. Front desk lady was not helpful told me call back at later time to talk to a manager about checking in.     Somewhat neglected, nice room. With a little effort, it could be a really cute place. Water was hot. Great, quiet location. Had to get batteries replaced in t.v. remote to get it to work. Fixings for in-room coffee were not there, only a huge pile of sugars. Shower curtain needs to be replaced to prevent water from spilling out during shower.(and hitting adjacent wall). Again, could be a really cute first-class place if it was kept up better.

    Good part is at least first floor rooms didn't have much road or airport noise. Bit of mildew, we had to tighten loose toilet seat, carpet clean but dust on furniture. There was some apples/oranges as well as packaged pastry for breakfast. Don't know when those hours are because they have to leave the door locked when no one is there and didn't want to ring the bell just to get that. However, there is a good Mexican bakery Hijas del Gallo a few blocks away. No extra charge for parking.

    parking was very tight, especially since someone parked right in the middle of two spaces. the only other open space was unmaneuverable. luckily there was one spot on the street I was able to get into. the tv never worked; every day "someone will be here tomorrow." we didn't bother to ask about it the 4th night. we used a roll away bed for two nights; it was like two layers of fabric over the springs. it definitely needs a new mattress.

    It would have been nice to be able to enter the lobby to get out of the traffic noise & to hear the person behind the dividers. I couldn't ask questions or hear them at all. Their only concern was that I wasn't sneaking any additional people into my room! I travel to SFO for medical care & am typically in a lot of pain. So the extra standing & inability to ask questions compounded my discomfort. I couldn't even ask for a copy of my final receipt.

    The property isn't in the best of areas, there is not a lot of choice in the way of restaurants close, most things are less than appetizing looking and a decent walk away. i Found myself ordering doordash which is ok I guess. The room was not cleaned once while I was there. No one changed the sheets or asked if I needed additional linens or anything. I didn't feel secure, the lone door into the room area was open more often than it was closed, and it really wouldn't matter since the parking lot in the back was wide open anyway. On my First day, the police spent a significant amount of time questioning my next door room neighbor. Again none of this made me feel safe. Speaking of safes, the safes in none of the rooms work. I ended up carrying around all of my valuables for all three days of the conference I was attending. All in all I would not recommend this hotel, I understand why they are so adamant about not refunding people who prepaid for this hotel. DO NOT stay here.

    Bed was hard Stains on the walls, mildew in the shower, microwave was ancient and dirty on the inside. No elevator. Toilet tank was leaky and kept making noise. I'm amazed this has 8/10 stars, are NPCs making these reviews? DO NOT STAY HERE.

    Overall, property was fine, especially for the price. It is in a mixed industrial / residential area, just off the freeway and near the airport, so it’s a few blocks to restaurants or services, but there are good food options if you don’t mind walking a few blocks. Would consider again considering the price advantage over nearby properties.

    The manager was kind to check us in late. However, the room was the worst. There was a broken desk, broken sink fixtures, and the lamp above the sink blew out in the morning. The only positive was a comfortable bed, but it was a sleigh bed that took up half the room. When I went to check out, the lobby still wasn't open so I had to disturb the manager again. Overall I won't stay here again.

    The registar agent was kind and professional. Rooms were kind of small but nicely done.The advertisment was a bit unclear as the room "last ròom", was quiet different from what I found upon arrival but the agent was willing to show us the room I thought we were getting. He then stated the price difference. We did get it but only because it was my birthday and my friend was kind enough to spring for the substantial increase. Tip: Request additional towels in advance. Best part was it was quite and parking was included~♡

    Comfortable stay but,First day nobody clean the room,1 lightbulb not working,refrigerator dividers are made of thin glass like thin jalousie we r afraid to put some things in the fridge.For breakfast need to change the time as early as 6am,need to upgrade breakfast choices.

    The stay was wonderful!!! The location is super convenient and the area was quiet and quaint. The only thing I'd like to point out is the restroom had cobwebs and we had a slight spider issue. Nothing too crazy just a little unsettling as we had to kill about 6 spiders in the shower!

    They didn’t have a daily cleaning person for the room each day I spent there. I had to sleep in the same sheets and use the same towels. if they want return customers, they need to address those issues.

    The location was very near the airport and one of the cheapest hotels nearby with an okay rating. The room was dirty and the only coffee we had was decaf. The towels in the bathroom were used. When I asked for regular coffee from the manager, they said they would get back to me but never did. There was also loud banging on a door right outside our room late at night.

    DO NOT GO HERE. About the inn by the sfo, we arrived during the night and had notified the hotel of the time of our arrival. Upon arriving, no staff is to be seen. We had to bang on the reception window enough times (about 40 minutes) to get the attention of the employee. Who then said he could not hear us, and pointed to a post-it note saying the hotel was fully booked. We then had to try to argue with him to get the last available room in the hotel, provided of course we pay a lot more for it. So now, it’s almost 3 in the morning and we’re 20 minutes into a phone call with the booking help line. The employee than cut our phone call short, and we had to try again. At 3:40, finally in touch with the booking helpline, they allowed us to go into the room without having to pay a surcharge, but without having apologized once. The room smelled like something hadn’t quite dried, and the « breakfast » was a couple of packaged cookies. We definitely do not recommend going there, especially as the hotel next to this one said it was not the first time something like this had happened. And by the way, we were not compensated or reimbursed.
