For a motel, this is amazing. I would stay again (because of the price). The one issue is someone began smoking in one of the adjacent rooms, completely filling my bathroom with smoke. Not visible, just the smell. The property is smoke-free, but I guess some people don't care. I kept the bathroom door closed and it was okay, the smoke didn't infiltrate the room, thank god.

The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge and microwave were a plus. The location was great as it was near a major highway and had plenty of food options nearby. Staff was excellent and made the stay a great experience. The parking, although free, could be a bit better. The room had the smell of cigarettes. Besides this everything else was excellent.

The cleanliness, but too noisy from staff. The house keeping was extremely loud, slamming doors, yelling. They were outside our room 122, making it imposible to sleep in 7am. We have stayed there a few times, but this time we got no rest at all from all the noise.

Everything was great! Their fridge in this specific room made clanking noise all night BUT everything else was great. Will stay here again!

Overall, this property does not disappoint. The staff is super friendly. You do feel safe. Also, this time around I did get there after one in the morning and the staff was still friendly and able to assist me. This place is my to go to when I want to visit family in the area

I loved the cleanness and how they moved us to a different room because the first smelled a lot like cigarette. The pool wasn’t working and the room didn’t have an iron to iron clothes.

The room was clean and spacious . We stay at this hotel because is near to our family and we stay here everytime we go visit. At this stay nothing everything was fine, in past we did straggle finding parking space inside the premises, I think people staying here have too many visitors and take the parking space for others. I think they it should be one parking space per room and take license plate numbler of car and other cars not registered should be towed away.

From the moment we checked in this was a pleasant experience. First of all we were allowed an early check-in which is almost unheard of in Los Angeles. Then the housekeeping staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable with all amenities. Wish it wasn't so cold because the pool looks great. Will gladly stay again.

I stayed here two nights in a row just for work and I would absolutely come back ! My room smelled clean upon entry and I didn’t get that “ick” feeling like some motels give. Location was not bad and Jay’s presence on the grounds made me feel safe. Cons- the airport noise is obvious but that was it.

This place is a hidden gem. My family and I always look forward to staying here. The place is well kept very clean and the staff is super friendly. The rooms are always kept up in the bed and sheets always clean. Looking forward to staying here when I come back to this part of town the place is nearby shopping and restaurants.

Great place, nice AC, modern and clean, quiet surprisingly, wifi included, and much more ! They upgraded our room to a king sized one for free and let us check in earlier with no charge. 5 stars!

It was an excellent choice we made to stay at this hotel. Everything from the service to the accommodation in the room. Everything very clean, clean and brand new accommodation. Quiet to sleep and still the tranquility of having a parking lot. There was no iron but we asked at the reception and they gave us one for our days at the hotel. The price matches the hotel, and it was great that everything was very good! I will come back again if one day I need to host in Los Angeles again. Thank you to all the hotel workers!

It was a nice room and it was clean. The ac was a little tricky and I let the front desk know it wasn’t working but he said wait 10mins and I’m impatient but he was correct it turned on. It was nice that he came in to check on it after those 10mins. Very friendly and hospitality was great.

The man who worked at the front was super nice and accommodating! He made sure we felt welcome and he was kind all throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was there. We would come back here again if ever traveling back to CA!

Dont let the name fool you! They recently renovated i guess because everything in our room was shiny and new. Nothing gross or anything! This is a great location too- right in the middle of everything LA and close to stores. Even had a cute breakfast place right across the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival, the AC worked well and the room was cold and clean. Throughout our stay the AC worked sporatically and the smell of urine slowly crept in.

The only drawbacks were limited parking, very thin blankets and a slight smell when running the star in the bathroom sink, but for the price and location, we would stay here again.

I would definitely stay again! Very clean room! Was treated very graciously! Our advantage was that hotel was about half a mile from freeway and quarter mile from mexican restaurants and major stores!

My 3 night stay was great. The location was just perfect for shopping and eating, everything was walkable. Surrounding seemed peaceful and quiet. Service staff was friendly and smiling. The pool was under maintenance, so was not able to use it.
