    Not so clean rooms. Mold in 1st room along with hair on the bed and entry floor. 2nd room had red stains on the bed skirt and spots on the comforter. The 3rd room that they tried to offer had hair all over the air conditioner and red stains on the carpet as well as stains on the comforter. We canceled our stay immediately and went somewhere else sooo much cleaner.

    We had a king suite and when we opened the couch bed to use it there was underwear and dirty stuff all around the bed. Ask for them to come clean it she just took the dirty underwear looked at the mattress and folded it back. I opened the mattress back up with her and showed her that there is food stains all over it took the covering off myself handed it to her. There was a language barrier which created more issues. I asked her for a clean one and some sanitizing spray and if she could help me clean it she just provided me the sick Bray and the another dirty mat. Very frustrated unable to move us to another room and we can not get a hotel locally so we had to stay and share a bed all together. Next day I asked for them to come take care of it and give us some fresh towels they did not We ended up leaving after our games and driving. Unfortunate situation

    Breakfast was ehh. Powdered eggs.. Coffee was good, there was some sausage, biscuits, bagels, yogurt and juice. Not the worst thing but not like amazing. The lobby literally smelled like fart when checking in. The worse thing is that the $225 room I paid for reeked of smoke in "smoke free facility" and was covered up with cheap spray. Woke up the next day couldn't breathe. Left as soon as possible. Should be $50 a night max. I think I'm done with hotels.

    I saw another guest with a dog so I know they are a pet- friendly chain. The only amenity that needs work in my opinion is their breakfast offerings. Wished they had more healthy choices like more yogurt, fruit and nuts.

    Everything was so clean & fresh. The staff was very welcoming & warm. Accommodating, too. Thw kids LOVED the little snack store & I really enjoyed the unlimited coffee / lemon water. The indoor pool was nice. The chlorine was strong, but that's expected. The beds were super comfy. Over all, 10/10.

The fire alarm went off three separate times overnight—around 3:30 a.m., 4:15 a.m., and 5:45 a.m. The first alarm lasted nearly ten minutes and caused most guests to evacuate before learning it was a false alarm. The second alarm lasted three to five minutes, and the third approximately 90 seconds—each one more disruptive than the last. Rest was impossible. The manager’s initial response stated: “Good morning. We would like to greatly apologize for the fire alarm early this morning. Unfortunately these things happen sometimes, and we were able to get it turned off in a timely manner. We are grateful to have the alarms but sometimes they can be a headache. We have requested a service call, so this should not happen again. We apologize again for any inconvenience.” Despite this assurance, the alarms went off two more times the next morning. There was no follow-up, no updated communication, and no additional apology. When I addressed the issue directly with the manager, their response was simply: “It happens.” This level of dismissal was completely unacceptable.

    *Breakfast was acceptable. *More entrance into the building WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: *Dirty walls, doirs, lights cover, Dirty "Bath mat"(somebody else hair, stuck in the suction section) I travel every year in February(Our Convention) I stay at different hotels, NEVER NEVER NEVER, seen a "Bath Mat " in the tub.     *Breakfast was acceptable. *More entrance into the building WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: *Dirty walls, doirs, lights cover, Dirty "Bath mat"(somebody else hair, stuck in the suction section) I travel every year in February(Our Convention) I stay at different hotels, NEVER NEVER NEVER, seen a "Bath Mat " in the tub.     The was very nasty! We had to get them to change the sheets that had blood on them. All staff have horrible customer service! I would have changed hotels if I wasn’t so tired the day of travel from Las Vegas! The lobby is nasty! Chairs nasty! Worse hotel ever!! Never again!!

    Air conditioning unit was so loud. I actually had to turn it off at night to sleep. It had a rattling sound floors and walls were so thin. I could hear the individuals above me well past midnight. I was unable to get a good nights sleep for the three nights. I was there due to the noise.

    2. The only other inconvenience was there were no cell phone plugs, most hotels now have cell phone plugs so you don’t have to use the wall plugs. Other than those couple things, the beds were comfortable, breakfast and coffee was great, staff was friendly, and the showers had really good water pressure.

    I had a great stay here for my birthday. The room was clean and modern. I stayed in the Jacuzzi room, the jets were great. The water pressure in the shower was nice as well. I didn't take advantage of any of the amenities like the pool, breakfast or fitness center but still enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return.
