Not so clean rooms. Mold in 1st room along with hair on the bed and entry floor. 2nd room had red stains on the bed skirt and spots on the comforter. The 3rd room that they tried to offer had hair all over the air conditioner and red stains on the carpet as well as stains on the comforter. We canceled our stay immediately and went somewhere else sooo much cleaner.

We had a king suite and when we opened the couch bed to use it there was underwear and dirty stuff all around the bed. Ask for them to come clean it she just took the dirty underwear looked at the mattress and folded it back. I opened the mattress back up with her and showed her that there is food stains all over it took the covering off myself handed it to her. There was a language barrier which created more issues. I asked her for a clean one and some sanitizing spray and if she could help me clean it she just provided me the sick Bray and the another dirty mat. Very frustrated unable to move us to another room and we can not get a hotel locally so we had to stay and share a bed all together. Next day I asked for them to come take care of it and give us some fresh towels they did not We ended up leaving after our games and driving. Unfortunate situation

Indoor pool was not clean look grease dirty. We didn’t swim.

The only complaint about the area, NOT THE PROPERTY, is the concrete barrier in the middle of the road that at times causes you to have to go past your destination and do a U-turn.

I was given an extra charge for my room. I went through a booking site that offered options for check-in times starting at midnight of the day of my check-in, so I chose that time because it would give me a full day. I was charged two payments for the same day because the hotel only charges from their check-in time, which starts at 3 p.m. I wished that I had known that information earlier and that the booking site did not offer that time option.

The room and breakfast area was clean. We did have to call the front desk for the wi fi password and had thought it would have been printed in the card envelope like most hotels do. The pool was clean but very cold.

Breakfast was ehh. Powdered eggs.. Coffee was good, there was some sausage, biscuits, bagels, yogurt and juice. Not the worst thing but not like amazing. The lobby literally smelled like fart when checking in. The worse thing is that the $225 room I paid for reeked of smoke in "smoke free facility" and was covered up with cheap spray. Woke up the next day couldn't breathe. Left as soon as possible. Should be $50 a night max. I think I'm done with hotels.

I saw another guest with a dog so I know they are a pet- friendly chain. The only amenity that needs work in my opinion is their breakfast offerings. Wished they had more healthy choices like more yogurt, fruit and nuts.

Everything was so clean & fresh. The staff was very welcoming & warm. Accommodating, too. Thw kids LOVED the little snack store & I really enjoyed the unlimited coffee / lemon water. The indoor pool was nice. The chlorine was strong, but that's expected. The beds were super comfy. Over all, 10/10.

Lots and lots of noise (daytime). Front parking lot feels very small and tight-little room to turn around. Luggage carts are too small and have no provision for hanging garments.

I come through 2-3 times a year to see my son, and have stayed here almost every time in the last 15 years, and always for the last 10. The staff is always friendly and attentive, knows the area and are quick to help with any issues.

My stay was comfortable, but I noticed a few areas that could be improved. The staff friendliness could be enhanced, the room requires some maintenance, and the breakfast selection could be more varied. I hope these comments help improve future guest experiences.

The fire alarm went off three separate times overnight—around 3:30 a.m., 4:15 a.m., and 5:45 a.m. The first alarm lasted nearly ten minutes and caused most guests to evacuate before learning it was a false alarm. The second alarm lasted three to five minutes, and the third approximately 90 seconds—each one more disruptive than the last. Rest was impossible. The manager’s initial response stated: “Good morning. We would like to greatly apologize for the fire alarm early this morning. Unfortunately these things happen sometimes, and we were able to get it turned off in a timely manner. We are grateful to have the alarms but sometimes they can be a headache. We have requested a service call, so this should not happen again. We apologize again for any inconvenience.” Despite this assurance, the alarms went off two more times the next morning. There was no follow-up, no updated communication, and no additional apology. When I addressed the issue directly with the manager, their response was simply: “It happens.” This level of dismissal was completely unacceptable.

Check in is 3pm, we arrived at 4:30pm and the front desk said our room was ready and checked us in but when we got to the room they were still cleaning it so we had to stand in the hallway with all of our stuff while they finished up. The thermostat kept changing settings from heat to cool so the temperature kept changing.

The was very nasty! We had to get them to change the sheets that had blood on them. All staff have horrible customer service! I would have changed hotels if I wasn’t so tired the day of travel from Las Vegas! The lobby is nasty! Chairs nasty! Worse hotel ever!! Never again!!

It was okay for one night only. There are water stains in the ceiling in bathroom, bathroom was semi renovated, tub had a removal bath mat, room was sorta warm, and stuffy.

Great place! I travelled with a group of 7, and they accommodated us perfectly. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good for a free continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had no issues at all during our stay.

Air conditioning unit was so loud. I actually had to turn it off at night to sleep. It had a rattling sound floors and walls were so thin. I could hear the individuals above me well past midnight. I was unable to get a good nights sleep for the three nights. I was there due to the noise.

Clean room, no issues. Its was a Wednesday and it was quiet thankfully. The hallway on my floor smelled funky and cleaning the tables after breakfast is the only main feedback. Great overall.

I have no complaints about the property. They had good accomodations for outside pet areas. It's amazing how many properties will allow pets but have no area for them to use. This was great!

Elevator floor was constantly wet from pool participants. Staff was friendly and always there when we came back late. Bathroom sink was clogged and it was fixed immediately, thus staff response is the best feature of this hotel.

The room and the area around the building were good. But the elevator was continually broken when we were there. Had to use the stairs difficult for me to do since I'm disabled.

This was the second hotel we ended up staying at and we would definitely stay there again! Overall 10/10, minus checking out early and not being able to get our money back for the whole day we didn’t get to stay there. But that’s more so on Expedia

2. The only other inconvenience was there were no cell phone plugs, most hotels now have cell phone plugs so you don’t have to use the wall plugs. Other than those couple things, the beds were comfortable, breakfast and coffee was great, staff was friendly, and the showers had really good water pressure.

Quiet stay with little trouble. Food did run out on the breakfast line about 30 minutes prior to the end of breakfast so don’t wait if you want eggs!

I had a great stay here for my birthday. The room was clean and modern. I stayed in the Jacuzzi room, the jets were great. The water pressure in the shower was nice as well. I didn't take advantage of any of the amenities like the pool, breakfast or fitness center but still enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return.

The elevator didn’t work the entire time I was there. But it’s ok as I had the stair well very close to my room. The staff is pretty cool and super helpful. Only complaint is I wish they had dark roast coffee in the lobby daily.

Since my previous stays were extremely pleasant, I will definitely give this La Quinta another try since this hotel. After all, it is conveniently located and reasonably priced.
