My only negative was they charge a parking fee of $15 for just an open parking lot that typically would just be available for staying at this place. Extra money that I feel should just be free.

I love the location. I’m also a huge fan of how the rooms at set up, and they have everything you’d need, shampoos and conditioners on the shower wall- full kitchen and dishes We had zero issues with our stay

The room was so good. It was so clean and spacious. The front desk assistant, Tamieka was so helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Property was clean, the suite was clean, great breakfast buffet. The only complaint I have is, they said it was a 2 bedroom suite and it was a ONE bedroom with an open loft with a bed and bath. No privacy, and the steps up to the loft were very steep. No elevator so we had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. Very easy walk to the Stadium/Battery.

Room was clean. Staff was wonderful. If I were staying here for a week, this is where I would have gone.

I did not participate in breakfast, but my room was very clean and comfortable. The outside grounds could use some updating but overall, I give my stay a 4 out of 5 review. It was too cold for the pool during my stay.

I like it if you stay longer you can cook your own food. Well the first time I get in to 102 it smells like someone is smoking in that room. And I have a great sense of smell and it gaves me bad sinusitis and headache.

It was better than I expected and I wished I could've stayed longer. The lady at the front desk was so sweet. I wish I could remember her name, but it started with an N. The only downside was the fold out bed wasn't very comfortable, but I didn't take off for that because I've never seen one that was lol. Enjoyable stay all around.

This was by far the best hotel we have EVER stayed at. We travel quite a bit as a family and can honestly say, you have set the standard pretty high for anywhere else we stay. Everything was super clean, staff was friendly and smiling, breakfast was great, the grounds were clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back to Atlanta and will only stay at the Residence Inn. That we only stayed 2 days. We loved the place. Nothing bad to say at all.

Would not recommend this to anyone. Rooms were small, not updated, air conditioning stopped working at 9 o’clock at night and had to leave to another hotel. Terrible experience.

We had a rain storm that lasted 4 hours, and from 12am till 4am our bathroom was flooded from leaks in roof and vents. We had 4 inches of water in bathroom and in carpet areas beside bed. It was horrendous. They only said that there would be a $50 off if I went thru the trouble through Expedia. I wish someone would reach out and make this right!

We were only there for the night for a concert, so there was very little time spent in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly! Convenient parking, it’s just $15 a day. The continental breakfast was really good! I’d recommend this if you are in town for an event at Truist park. It was about a 10 min walk and felt very safe!

We had an amazing time and the customer service is outstanding!! We were in town to go to our first Braves game. Upon arrival it was raining and we offered a shuttle to the game. The walk to the stadium was about 15 minutes which isn’t bad at all. The best part about this stay was after we left to come home. My son accidentally left his new Braves shirt and when we got home I called the desk and they found it and mailed it back to us in SC! This customer service is beyond what I would have expected from any hotel, and we’ve stayed in a lot due to travel ball with our son. I was so impressed that when we come back to another Braves game, we will definitely be frequent flyers here!! Keep up the great work and thank you so much for everything you did for getting my son’s shirt back!!

For 370 dollars a night it definitely was not worth it. Next time we will stay further away and pay for parking at Truist.

Offered another room but it was too much, attendent start the would be a discount but at check out was told that she was giving me points. Didnt like the one area for dogs was small, at the back of the property, & at the bottom of a hill. For people with with mobility issues, like myself, this is not a viable option to walk there. Plus tge area is over grown with a vine & not fenced.

Stayed for Braves game. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Close enough to walk to the Braves game. Walking from there is actually quicker than hiring a ride share, but walking is an issue if you are older or have leg issues. Overall a fabulous stay.

The in-room service was non-existent. I was never told that there is absolutely NO service on the weekends. The front desk staff suggested that we take our own garbage out to the dumpster in the parking lot. I do NOT recommend this hotel based on the non-Marriott type of service.

There were a few issues including mosquitoes in my room and the television in the master bedroom wasn’t working, but overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was quite and clean.

My husband and I stayed one night to attend the Braves game so the shuttle there was nice. Coming back, however, was pretty scary. We walked by ourselves and it was about a 15 minute walk in the dark. The property is definitely dated and needs upgrading, but the staff was super nice and the hot breakfast in the morning was really good.

This property was very well maintained. Our suite was mostly clean (old moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker). Convenient to the highway, quiet and comfortable. A nice restful stay.

I liked that it was close to everything I needed.

The property is old and in need of serious maintenance. There was mold on my air vents and someone’s hair strands on the bedding. The property is overpriced and they charge additional for parking as well as a high pet fee. The pet walking area is dark and doesn’t have any grass. I saw several people skip it and walk their dog around to the few small patches around the lot.

Everyone who worked there is really nice. I felt tricked by all of the fees that were not mentioned when I booked. $100 per fee for a 11lb dog for one night…expensive. Plus the parking fee…it was upsetting.

Came in for homecoming weekend with my family. Great location, great hotel, never had to wait for my vehicle from the valet. Plan on staying here again in the future.

Nice area near Truist Park. The property is aging and needs lots of repairs. Faucets were falling off, outlets were sticking out of the wall, and overall condition of the room was worn and overpriced for that reason.

Passing through to Georgia. Wanted to stay on the Battery Park area. Convenient location - short drive to restaurants. Close to I75 and yet relatively quiet. Breakfast was good - nothing special but was hot and filling. Staff was friendly and check-in was fine. Air conditioner is a little loud but that’s been my experience with all Residence Inns due to the room design. Still able to get a good night sleep though.
