The breakfast space is pretty tight and they ran out of some of the hot foods, so we had to wait a bit until they made more. Also, there wasn't any coffee creamer. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was pretty tight though. Overall, a good place to stay.

Room size and set up was a 10/10 We traveled with 2 adults and 4 kids.

The breakfast was not good at all. The food lacked quality and did not meet my expectations. I was disappointed with breakfast.

I was delighted by the size and quality of the hotel room. I was able to relax on the sofa while working before moving to the bed area for sleeping. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, even during the World Cup games! Plenty of free parking and hot breakfast buffet.

This is a great alternative when staying for Blades Show! It’s a short walk from Cobb Galleria. Close to some decent restaurants . There’s a Planet Fitness down the street, which is a half decent option if you don’t have a real gym nearby. Definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt Place/Cobb Galleria!

Our flight landed around 10 PM, so check-in was late — but we were greeted with such genuine warmth by Maurice (sup Maurice 👋), who got us checked in quick + suggested a “we made it” drink at the hotel bar. the bar is on the smaller side, but we had multiple beverages and great conversation. Maurice was bartending and running the front desk simultaneously & with ease. His hospitality set the tone for our whole stay. Breakfast was your standard hotel spread, nothing extraordinary — but included with the stay, and being on the first floor made going back for seconds toooooo easy. Throughout our stay, the staff was consistently attentive and genuinely willing to help. We were placed in an accessible room (unrequested). It was clean, comfortable, king bed + living area. My husband is a project manager and had notes on the bathroom caulking — but honestly, who’s inspecting caulk on vacation? 😄 The Hyatt Place is perfect for a Braves game, walkable, welcoming, no stress. If ya looking to stay near The Battery, this is the spot.

Not worth the price. You almost have to crawl into the shower to close the bathroom door. The single cup coffee maker was cheap. Powder creamer. NO lighting on the sink mirror so it was very hard to see to do hair or makeup. Staff was only so-so. Disappointed.

I was told there were no clean rooms when I tried to check in at 2:00 pm, but was told I would be placed “in the queue” and notified when my room became available. I never received notification that my room was ready. When I arrived back to the hotel at 10:00 pm, I was told that the room I reserved was no longer available and my party of 3 adults was given a room with one king bed. The front desk attendant couldn’t have cared less and offered no solutions or refund, even though the 2 bed room cost more than the one King bed room. She even confirmed that she saw my earlier check in and the price I paid for the more expensive room. Highly disappointed in this experience and complete lack of customer service.

The breakfast was not appetizing. It tasted as if it was cooked them reheated when needed. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I recommend changing the breakfast times to end at 10 am during the week and 11 am on the weekend. I chose this property, in part, for the free breakfast but did not get a chance to enjoy it. Alot of people sleep in on vacation, which is what my family & I did.

If I hadn’t prepaid the hotel I would have gone elsewhere. The pictures they show you are nice and the room looks a decent size. But the reality is the mat the room is very small and very goopy and dark. I can see how they staged the pictures for the website. I would not come back here. Too dark and not enough light. Oh and the view of my windows was the air conditioners on the 2nd floor. Everything seemed dirty.

It was priced low and in a convenient location with regard to commuting. It was older. The actual building was in an area that I was not a fan of. It was just not the standard I expected considering where it is.

We only stayed for one night but our stay was seamless. Very quick check in. We were actually able to check in 30 minutes early. The employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and smelled clean. Everything was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We were a little bummed that there was not a waffle maker but other than that the breakfast was to be expected for a complimentary breakfast. Overall satisfied and would stay there again if in the area.

Very clean hotel, breakfast was fine. The room set up is different because the bathroom is close to the beds as opposed to by the door. The sink is at the end of the beds. I don't know if it is like that in all the rooms. It's not bad, just different! If someone needs quiet, it may be an issue.

The hotel was very nice and in a quiet location. However…. Was not expecting to pay $114 extra for my 13lb Shitzu dog. That is a ridiculous amount and should be listed on the website so you know before you make a reservation. We travel with our small dog frequently and I have never paid more than $25 to have him in our room. The front desk person said that they “deep clean” after a pet. I don’t believe that. I will never stay here again!

The only issue I had is that upon arrival, there was a sign saying this hotel does not accept my bank account. I was not given a reason why, and had to scramble to find another method of payment. If I was there alone, I would not have had another solution since that is my only bank account (most people only have one). This should at least be communicated ahead of time.

Very convenient to walk to Truist Park. Room was good. The toilet/shower closet was so small that it was almost impossible to close the door without stepping into the shower. A larger person would have an issue should they want the door closed.

Pretty happy with my stay overall. Came in mid April and pool was closed unfortunately, and the microwave on our floor didn't work but that's the only major complaints. Breakfast was pretty much the same every morning but always good and fresh. Always fresh coffee out. Staff was great and helpful. AC and heat worked terrific, beds were comfy. Yes the highway is slightly annoying but with the AC running you don't hear a thing. We slept well all 5 nights. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel and stay. Check in was super quick. The gentleman that greeted me at the desk was expedient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Parking was easily accessible and well lit, since we checked in late at night. The hotel and room were well kept/maintained, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. Security was also seen, in the lobby and walking the parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel.

TV was trouble

My room smelled like mildew for a 2 day stay. Staff used a neutralizer but it didn’t work. Staff acknowledged the smell and apologized but informed me that there were no other rooms available due to local activities.

The staff taking care of the property made sure there were no concerns without me having to anything but enjoy my quiet night. I chose this hotel over others due to EV charger access so I could be good for my return trip. The 12kw/h charger wasn’t convenient as I couldn’t leave the car connected long enough to be worth setting up the payment system and leaving it connected long enough to get a decent charge. This is no slight to the hotel, but it’s something to note if expecting a better charge station on-site.

The room/hotel was clean you could smell how clean it was. The room was spacious and although we got hot at night from the a/c shutting on and off. The overall stay was fine!

Hotel was in very good condition, Accommodating staff, clean room and good shower. Of the 3 complimentary breakfasts I had on this trip this hotel’s was the best. I was exhausted from the road when I arrived and it was so nice to have a Carrabba‘s literally 450 feet from the hotel entrance. The only negative was a LOT of road noise from the Interstate very noticeable in the room. Bring some kind of white noise maker.

We contacted deck who advised us to reboot router. Which made no difference. We tried rebooting TV and router in multiple sequences with no luck. On the positive side the breakfast was better than expected. The hotel is within walking distance to Truist Park home of Atlanta Braves with lots other activities

The property is well-situated near a shopping mall, and there’s a lovely Italian restaurant right next door. Our only minor complaint during our last visit was the lack of complimentary water in the rooms, which many hotels typically provide. The breakfast buffet was excellent—better than most, with a great variety of options. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Loved the location it was close to restaurants, ballpark, shopping and highways. There’s a 24 hour gym and snack bar which was awesome. If you want a meal after hours you can always DoorDash. There’s a Carabbas restaurant literally across the parking lot you can walk 100 futon pick up food The hotel is non smoking however there are ashtrays out back for smokers like me. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and it was affordable. We would go back.

The outside of the hotel could use a pressure wash but the room was exactly as pictured. The AC unit was very loud so I had to turn it off to sleep. The door to the bathroom swung into the shower toilet area and was a tight squeeze. The lady that checked me in seemed over worked. I say overworked because she checked me in and out and I checked in later in the evening. She was pleasant but did not go above and beyond by any means.

Yes, there was negligence. I’ve never stayed at a hotel to where they only clean the room every other day or as requested. I called the front desk to see about why my room was clean and they told me every other day and the one day I did get my room cleaned. It took a while for them to get to my room because they only had one person working to clean . I would never stay back at the hotel.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean. I like the locked door after a certain time and guest have to use their room keys to get in for a safety precaution. The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast bar was dirty and no one ever came around to clean it.

We got a last minute deal and the room was incredible! It was similar to a mini-suite but the price was much better! The room was VERY CLEAN. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was good. They offered a variety of choices. We will definitely stay here again.

“I” expected more based on the prior reviews. I’d advise not to stay here if you’re used to a certain type of quality of hospitable services. This is NOT the place for you. I’d say it was worth the price but I do believe that’s incorrect and it’s over priced vs. the room (smell), size of room, non functioning room (why is the tv adjacent to the bed) perhaps it would be best to choose 1 area for it either to sitting area or the bed. What was the thing on the wall for, and the bathroom is the smallest I’ve ever seen. Carpet needs cleaning as the overall smell is seeping through as if the room once allowed smoking. The BREAKFAST - Nasty!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of it was either microwaved or squeezed out of a package. The orange juice tasted like someone stretched it by adding water. No seasoning besides those salt/pepper packs. This hotel is strictly for those who come from out of town on business and just need an overnight sleep. And maybe those looking for temporary housing. It’s shelter for a fee.

We come to atlanta at least omce a year and I think we found oir new stay. Very clean and comfortable room. I love to sleep in a cold room and the AC was able to blast it to a wonderful 67 without any issue. The front desk guy on the overnight was wonderful as well. He knew where to go to get some late night dinner and was super friendly. Plus you don't have to pay to park.

Sausage and eggs tasted off as well as the pieces of French toast bread. Potatoes were fine, oatmeal was good. Besides cereal that’s all I had. I wasn’t fond of the coffee but in their defense, I make my coffee very strong so there isnt anywhere besides Starbucks that will match my coffee strength.

Great trip

Overall the experience was average. The location was convenient but we did not learn until toward the end of the trip that housekeeping was done every other day. That would have been helpful to know at the start of our stay so we could have requested another option. Even when housekeeping was done, the room did not look like it had been cleaned.

Upon checking in I found out one of the elevators was out when I tried to take it to go to my room. After leaving later in the evening to go to dinner the second elevator was also broken.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They made check in very easy. We were able to walk to truist park which was very convenient.

The facility is very nice.The amenities are also excellent. However, my room was near the back parking lot.Next to the interstate, the noise was unbelievable, and I did not get any sleep.

The property is quiet and clean!

We booked this hotel to be able to walk to a baseball game and it did not disappoint. Check in was super fast and easy, and since we drove, we could park wherever and come and go as often as we wanted. No valet to worry about and no daily charge to park. The staff members were all super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was great. We had a king bed but there is a little living room area with a small sectional and the tv was giant so you could watch from the bed or the sofa and see it perfectly either way. We visited the pool one day and it was spotless and equipped with big towels and was nice and relaxing. The breakfast bar each day had a nice variety including french toast, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, and so much more. Walking to the stadium for the game was very easy and took maybe 15 to 20 minutes. There is a nice Italian restaurant practically in the parking lot where we ate dinner one night and there is a Panda Express and Papa John's a very short walk away if you want late-night snacks. There is a bar in the hotel if you want a cocktail and the front desk agent made espresso for us. All in all it was a great experience and we highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay there again when we go back for another MLB game.

Clean & friendly

Hotel was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The pool was also in great condition. The employees were extremely friendly/helpful. The only downside was it was quite loud. We were on the 5th floor facing the freeway and there was a constant "roar" of traffic, many sirens and trucks down shifting throughout the night. Its also quite loud when your neighbor runs the shower. Which we weren't aware of until the next morning, and we took showers after coming back from the ball game/fireworks, around midnight. Sorry neighbors! Hallway noise is also a bit louder than most hotels. We would probably still stay here again because everything else was perfect... probably just bring ear plugs or request a room in different area of the hotel if you are a light sleeper.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a concert at the Roxy in the battery. Very easy and safe walk to the battery from the hotel. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Bathrooms in the rooms are a little tight where the shower and toilet are, but still nice.

The staff were especially helpful and friendly. It was a joy to have an experience like that. The property is in the middle of renovations but our stay went very well.

Stay was great check in process was good accept they didn’t take Apple Pay or chime but staff were super friendly and when I returned from my concert that night the young man working the desk was also the bartender he was super friendly and helpful he was pleasant company with my cousin and I. The only thing I wish was they had was bigger blankets for the pull out couches other than that hotel stay was excellent would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night for the Braves game. We slept very well!! My only complaint about the Hotel was the bathroom. It is very small. The bathroom door barely hits the toilet. The walk to and from the game was safe and doable.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff were great. They were friendly and helpful. The toilet and shower area was small. That was really the only deficit with the room and it wasn’t a problem for us but a larger person might have a problem with it. I don’t know if that is the arrangement of every room. Overall the room was very nice and large. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped with lots of flowers. The hotel is in a nice area and we felt perfectly safe walking to a nearby restaurant.

For some reason, I was given a handicap-accessible room. This meant that the bathroom was one large open shower, with the drain in the middle of the bathroom. It was uncomfortable in there as the sink was at the level of a wheelchair as were all the lights in the room (I’m tall) and there was no bathroom counter. My room was on the first floor and it was a high traffic area near the fitness center. It was very loud. Specifically on Saturday night, lots of people were slamming their doors between 12am to 3 am, when I had to wake up to check out. I could hear voices through the thin walls and did not get a good night’s rest. Overall the hotel was clean but I would not recommend it because you won’t get a quiet night’s sleep here.

The other reviews were pretty accurate. This hotel is clean and the front desk staff is efficient and nice. It is within walking distance to Battery Park and Truist Park, but it is about a mile walk. There is not much more in the immediate area that is nice.
