Rooms need more attention to thorough cleaning, especially the bathrooms. Filthy corners, sour smelling shower curtains, toilets need better cleaning around them. Just has a lower mid level feel now as compared to just a couple of years ago. Desk employees were always friendly and kind as were the breakfast attendants. No complaints other than room needed a good scrubbing.

The hotel overall was clean and in a great location. I have stayed here before and will more than likely be staying here again.

the hotel was in a good location away from traffic the ladies at the front desk were amazing, before I went to the concert they stopped me and asked how my stay was. Rooms were clean and quiet I was on 2nd floor it was quiet couldn't hear anything from other rooms beds were comfortable after a long evening at the concert slept well Uber drive to the concert only 15 min from concert I will be staying there again

The room was not properly cleaned. There was old food left in the fridge. However, they did clean it out quickly but that should’ve been checked.

Into bed. Sometimes I had to move a ottoman Next to bed to get into bed. I was concerned If I fell out of bed, I would seriously be hurt Or arm broken. The bed height is terrible. The bathroom is way to small. Two people Have a problem getting in bathroom. The tub Is 3/4 normal size and from the sixties. They Give just 1 bath towels for 2 people. Extra charge $25.00 in case you damage the room. They will not take cash for anything even for Cokes and snacks.must have credit card. They Advertise a restaurant but do not have one. They advertise 2 complementary bottles. Of water but not in room nor even offered.Elevators are small and tight and cramped. If the rooms were $75 per night I would not complain but they were much higher.

The hotel was clean, with great staff, a varied breakfast selection, a quiet atmosphere, a nice gym, and an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. I will definitely return, especially since there were no weeds or cigarette smells. Normally, I stay at different hotels because of lower prices, but I decided to try this one. For now, I would rather pay a little more for better quality.

The building is showing some age in a few places, but it is clean and safe and with only 1 exception, the staff are AMAZING at making travelers feel welcome. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked, even at the tail-end of the serving hours. Parking is a breeze and the lot is well-lit at night, and the complimentary area shuttle is perfect for going to Truist Park for a Braves game or to local shopping areas.

If you book through any 3ed party, don’t plan on hotel to give you any loyalty points. Hotel was average staff was good corporate policy was bad!!

Everything about the hotel was great except the room smelling like smoke and dirty socks from someone who previously stayed.

My only complaint would be the showering. We were there 4 days and no point did we have hit water, it was either cold or warm. And if you’re a tall person I’m 6’3 be prepared to duck the whole time you’re in the shower. The shower heads are clearly for small people. The customer service was enough to make it enjoyable though. So I would stay there again

The room was clean and the majority of the staff provided good service. There were so cosmetic issues with the property and the elevators were a little concerning. Given it was a busy weekend the hotel was sold out, which lead to lukewarm showers and lots of slamming doors. Take screenshots of quoted prices and options selected on Expedia. My total was more than $100 higher and I was charged prior to my arrival but could not “prove” my claims.

Lost power in the am. Not the hotels fault. Two hours after electricity came back, no hot water. Came back from baseball game and no hot water again. Decided to leave due to no hot water two different times during the day. Front desk person didn’t care .

Our room was very clean, however, the fourth floor often had a very pungent odor. The room was very hot, and it took a long time for it to cool down, but it still never felt like what the thermostat read. The shower would never reach a hot water temperature, and stayed lukewarm and cool. Breakfast was pretty good, however, it was cleared out before 9:30, when it was stated to end. Overall, it was still a pretty good stay. I just don't think it was worth the cost based on all of these factors.

The parking lot was completely full due to a baseball game. Despite our reservation 3 weeks in advance we were told there was no spots for our vehicle and were instructed to park in an industrial area a block away with no sidewalk along a busy road. We also had (and confirmed with other guests) absolutely no hot water for our room. No showers, only cold water in the faucet as well.

The breakfast was not well kept during busy times. The parking was fine. Staff was nice. But the main issue is we had no hot water when we got there or the next morning due to power outage. We should be comped something due to cold showers.

The room was very coean and comfortable. The Atlanta Battery was just a short walk away.

The beds were comfy but a bit high for this short Grammy. Room temp was comfortable and clean and staff was great. Late night, 1-3 am, intermittent loud talking in corridor made it hard to get a consistent sleep.

The hotel needs updating. In our room stains were noted on the carpet along with wear and tear of the furniture. We were woken up at 300 in the morning by other guest yelling, laughing and slamming doors until after 4am. I called to the front desk to report the disturbance but was told they will call the police department if they received a second complaint. I would not recommend this hotel at all!

I love staying here when we come down for a Braves game. Super close to the ballpark with shuttle service! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Not a huge issue, but the area where you get breakfast can get a little crowded during busy times. The food is always good though!

Older facility that needs to be modernized. AC was not that gokd and took forever to het hot water.

The bathroom tub would not drain, there was issue with the drain piece in the tub. The top was loose and you could not pull it up. When I tried to pull it up it came apart from the actual drain in the tub. Not having a microwave was very inconvenient. The room was clean and comfortable just a few minor inconveniences.

I was very pleased with our visit. The only thing missing was a microwave. The staff was excellent! thank you for such a good visit.

Staff seemed sparse, but whenever encountered, were very helpful and friendly. Room was quite cozy with a beds that were divine! Only issue was an uptick in random, knocking noises after 11 pm. These fortunately didn’t last long. Aside from that, property is in a good location to get to food and entertainment. Area is clean with good upkeep. Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

I enjoyed staying here! It was clean, air conditioning was great, and the staff was amazing. I do wish our room had a microwave, but there was a refrigerator. Overall I would stay here again.

The staff is truly amazing and go above and beyond to help your trip go smoothly! We had taken a “red eye” from San Francisco to Atlanta and the young man working the desk helped us check in early and what a blessing he was! It’s an older facility, but very clean and welcoming. Our only constructive criticism was both queen beds squeaked due to we think metal frames. We reported this at check out and they were going to have them repaired. Without hesitation we’d recommend this lovely hotel!

Great location. The room was clean with good amenities. A microwave was available upon request and remained in the room for the duration of our stay. Staff was great ensuring we had everything that was needed throughout the stay. Fitness center was nice with 4 pieces of cardio equipment and a separate space for strength training with equipment available. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location for me. Was quiet. Staff was pleasant. Great workout room! Front desk kept putting fraudulent charges on my credit card! Not very well lit on the outside. Parking lot a little scary at night. Stale muffins.

The staff was great and very understanding! We ended up not staying there because YOU said it was pet friendly! ONLY allow service dogs!!!! The staff suggested another hotel that was pet friendly- went there and they were completely booked. Ended up searching for another hotel and lucked out that they were accommodating. SEE ABOVE

Location and accommodations to and from the event I was attending. No ice machine on floor and the bedding for the pullout couch was not adequate and it ( bedding ) had a foul smell.

The nicest staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Was within a 15 min walk to Truist Park but if you don't want to walk they have a shuttle. Bathroom door wasn't the correct size, so you couldn't close it. The cleaners are great but in the morning, they could be a little more quiet. We were still sleeping.

The hotel was really close to all the activities I had planned for the trip. The rooms did not have microwaves in the room plus the sink was not in the bathroom so those were design flaws of the hotel. Also, our toilet in our room would continuously run unless we jiggled the handle. Additionally, one set of the sheets on the bed in our room had a stain on it.

There was something melted on the dresser in the first room and red statins on floor and covers in the second room. The staff was very understandable but the rooms were poor. We were still chatged for the night and I only stayed for 1 hour (in that hour was looking for somewhere else to stay).

Return to the hotel in the late evening multiple home were wandering the parking lot. Then a homeless man stood in between the inner and outer entry doors. Given Atlanta’s crime, it definitely made entering the hotel feel risky.

Wifi would go in and out, the elevator motor would like it was gonna fail , one time it jumped on me so I got out as fast as I could , also the TV are so old that you only have direct tv on it was probably at a least 20 year old TV that need to be changed and there was dust all over the top of them like they didn't clean them.

The staff that checked us in were wonderful, but we will let them know when we are leaving in the morning that the sink is draining very slowly

The staff was nice. The room was dirty there was food in the pull out sofa abd the sheets were dirty and we had to change room. The second room was musty and the rug was dirty. We ask them to vacuum in the am, when we came back in the pm the carpet still wasn't vacuum. Worst there was hair in the shower and floor.

It was close to the airport. The rooms are outdated and there was no place to plug in a phone near the bed.

My family’s favorite location to stay in order to see the Braves’ games. Cumberland Mall is nearby. Stockyard Restaurant (the best food) is a short drive. The hotel provides a shuttle to the games & within a short distance from the hotel. The Battery is in easy walking distance though

The location was very close to the ball park. It is also walking distance to many food restaurants. My only con was that the noise from the hallway was very loud and a couple of late nights doors slamming and people goofing around in the hallway was quite disturbing. Besides that, I would definitely stay here again!

My son and I stayed here for a Braves game. Everything from location, to staff, to the bed, and value for what you get was great. Walking distance to the battery, staff was super friendly, and fair price. My only complaint was that the seal within the toilet tank must have been loose so it slow flushed consistently which caused the tank to refill like every 10 min which was fairly loud when trying to sleep. Didn’t notice this until we were in the room for the night ready for bed.

Clean room. Staff are accommodating

Booked through Expedia and prepaid for one night which was not shown on the bill and personnel would not change the bill

Our room was clean and comfortable for what we were looking for. We were in town for a three day music festival and needed a comfortable spot to sleep and shower. Bathroom could use some updating but overall it was a good experience.

The property was half a mile from the Atlanta Braves ballpark, with a shuttle to transport guests back and forth to the ballpark.

This a great property. I would definitely return.

They have a shuttle bus that takes you to the ballpark area which is great help

Outstanding customer service. The rooms were clean, updated, and nice. I was traveling for business with a group and the staff’s willingness to meet our needs was unmatched. We were able to use of the hotels meeting space and it was set up perfectly for our team. They provided materials, candy, and bottled water for the group but also checked on us periodically to ensure we didn’t need anything else. The GM, Mrs. Kim, was so helpful. She, and her team, made the stay feel more like a reunion with old friends! This type of service and professionalism is hard to come by these days. In the Atlanta Galleria Area, this is your hotel!

The shuttle was never available even though we were told by a couple different workers it would be.

This hotel was clean and well maintained. The area shuttle was perfect & the staff was also very nice. The room was really spacious compared to other Hotels and the free parking and free breakfast was a great amenity. Would happily return.

The location

I did like how close everything was to the property. We came to see a concert and this was the closest property to that venue. We got in early to the room, but proceeded to do other things around which there are a lot of things to do around. However, once we had arrived back to the hotel at approximately 3 AM I did notice that the room was dirty and not properly cleaned. I wasn’t going to ask for a new room because we were only going to be in there for a few hours to sleep, but I was unhappy with how the room looked cleanliness wise. I also went to go turn on the TV and the TV was not properly hooked up and I had to fix it myself which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but I would appreciate better cleanliness with the rooms.

The staff was friendly and I had no issues during my stay. The area was also convenient and near a lot of things.

This stay was perfect easy check in. The hotel was nice and clean the parking was free. The area was very safe & plenty of food places around thats walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Close to Truist park with a free shuttle to the park for events. Also the staff was super friendly.

Everything was good overall just some communication disconnects with some staff with replacing my iron when initially asked and through their text messaging services didn't get responses

Mini fridge was dirty Stains on the walls and room had a mildew smell. They have one microwave in the common area for EVERYONE to share. You’ll be waiting a while to warm food up.

The biscuits and gravy were best I've had in awhile.

Easy walk to the Braves games, well worth the savings vs booking in the battery. Hotel is nice, staff is nice, it’s just getting a little older and showing signs of wear.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was not cleaned during our stay. The coffee machine was broken and the continental breakfast was too small to accommodate guests

The bathroom smelled like sewage the entire stay. There was a VERY loud noise in the wall on and off throughout the night keeping our family awake. Trash can outside the entrance was overflowing onto the ground.

We stayed for 4 nights. This is a no frills hotel. It checks all the boxes of amenities but still not upto the mark. The hotel needs updating. The bed was not comfortable.

Everything met my needs. Bed was comfortable, though very tall and difficult for this shortie to climb into. Bathroom was adequate, water was not always hot in the shower. Pool was unheated, which was nice on these hot days, but there was a lot of debris floating in it. Breakfast offered a standard variety, but get there early because it sits out and congeals. I'm grateful to the person from housekeeping who replaces the batteries in my card reader and helped me get into the room. But, I'm not happy that the next day, I asked housekeeping to come back at a later time (10:30am instead of 9:30am), and they never did clean my room. It would have been nice to have fresh, dry towels when I arrived back to my room rather than a pile of a damp ones. Overall, i would stay here again if the pricing was the same.

The air conditioner was pumping! We were able to relax after a long day at six flags over Georgia!

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is very close to truest field, as well as other places to eat and visit. I think this hotel gets a lot of traffic. It is certainly showing signs that it is well loved. The ice maker on our floor was broken for a couple of days. The elevator was out of service for one of the days we was there. Everything did get fixed, but the place sure looks used. Would I stay here again? I certainly would.

Nice place to stay in great location. Linens and bedding are amazing.

The beds seem like a full size instead of queen and also no microwave in the room.

I loved the gym. There were various equipment for a good work-out. I think the breakfast could be improved. The choices were limited.

Was very upset that the pool was out of order for our weekend stay for the 1st time in a long time.

The breakfast was pretty good, they had eggs and pork as well as turkey sausage! I never find turkey sausage. The location was very walkable to numerous restaurants in the area as well as just a short 10-15 min walk to the Battery.

Walking distance to Truist park. Hotel shuttle available within 5mi radius, friendly staff, spacious room. Would def recommend

Great family hotel. Really good breakfast and large pool.

I thought the staff at the hotel left much to be desired. We did not have enough towels in our room... I waited along side 2 other families while the front desk lady went downstairs to get towels. She was gone 25 minutes and came back up on a personal call. Then the breakfast each morning was a mess. Never enough food and the worker was biting everyone's head off if they asked her for more food. It could have definitely been better prepared.

We went for the weekend. It was pretty good except for the fact the hot water don’t work. It was a little warm but still uncomfortable.

Great location for Braves games. We planned to walk, which is doable. Instead, HIE offered a shuttle to and from the game, and it worked very smoothly for us. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff need an upgrade. Not pleasant or welcoming when we checked in, but thought maybe just having a long day. Called for shuttle after baseball game and was told she would tell the driver. After 20 minutes, my husband walked back and the shuttle was still parked (this is now 30 minutes after we called). Asked the driver to go get us (we had a pregnant woman in our group) and driver acted like no one ever told him. Another time, shuttle arrived with 10 people already in it (I guess from another hotel). Could only fit 2 more so we all had to wait. Finally just caught an Uber after the long wait. Breakfast area is claustrophobically small. Woman serving breakfast said “pardon me” so many times to all of us, I felt bad for her. Water pressure is wonderful but only half of us had hot showers. Pool was excellent. By far, the best part of the hotel. Room was average-clean but nothing extra. Overall, a one night stay kinda hotel. Definitely won’t be back for an extended weekend.

Had a great stay! Loved how close it was to the Battery. They could use a few more chairs at the pool.

Good all around

We were able to use the shuttle to the Braves game. But it was close enough to walk back from the game.

Stayed for 2 nights to watch some baseball. The hotel is in fantastic shape and has comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good and had a variety of offerings. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle that will take you to/from Truist Park for Braves games which helps save on parking so make sure to speak with the front desk about scheduling a trip to the ballpark. Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again!

Near Truist Braves Stadium and walking distance to the stadium. Cumberland mall about two miles away. A QT gas across the street.

Had some issues with the hot water for the shower, but it was convenient for the walk to Truist Park for the Braves game.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - from the front desk, breakfast server to the shuttle driver. Our king bed was very comfortable although a little high for my short legs (lol). Only problem we had was getting the water cool enough in the shower - if you like hot water, they definitely have it! We were very pleased overall and would definitely stay here again.
