    I loved everything bout the hotel The pool wish the pool area can stay open later to guest that stay there that couldn't go when working. Breakfast be a little longer by 30 minutes

    The only positive thing about our stay was the bed, which was comfortable. Everything else was poor and we would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. The staff was difficult to understand, the coffee in the public kitchen area was like mud and the kitchen smelled horrible. There was a strong odor in the room that smelled like cigarettes and the hallway smelled like dope. There were only 2 conditioners in the bathroom instead of shampoo and conditioner and only one regular coffee. Overall, it appeared that there wasn't any concern for the comfort of their guests. The coffee in the public dining area should have been fresh and the garbage should have been emptied. The carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced and guests should be advised not to smoke dope or be asked to leave when they do. Overall, it was disgusting. The control for the hot/cold water in the bathroom was backwards and it took awhile to get hot water. We travel a lot and this hotel ranks as one of the worse that we have ever stayed it.

    Liked most everything, had a pool, two beds so my Dad and I could sleep alone! Comfortable sleeping and sitting! Not too far from where we went in Atlanta. Their breakfast bar was the best I’ve had in a long time Slight problem with flushing and stopping running, maintenance. My Dad didn’t like the hot water temperature, I didn’t have any problems myself. I didn’t get to use the pool. It was closed before I could on the first night and the next day Saturday I was with my son and I was thankful for that. I just wanted some pool time so I ended up being able to wade in the pool, because it closed too soon and didn’t open early enough Sunday. We were leaving too soon. I love swimming. . But really overall it was mostly all good.

    Located near a highway The room was in ver bad condition the toilet looked like it DEFINITELY needed to be replaced the paint was chipping off of the walls in my room I was only provided 2 towel and 2 wash clothes for my ENTIRE STAY I thought maybe breakfast that was advised that they would have would be better the next day but they're was only 3 muffins which were hard and cold coffee outside of stale cereal avaibale for customer to intake in... I would have expected for me to pay 140 a night I would have alot nicer room which that is not at all what I got

    I booked this hotel for the pool but when we got there it was nothing how the picture looks, there was a film on top of the water that just didnt look right so we didnt get in the pool and the jacuzzi was not working. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was polite. The continental breakfast was terrible, they had cereal, no milk, the waffle batter was thick it wouldnt come out the machine, i think the only good.thing was the coffee if you like it black. Oh and you have to buy your Ice from the ice machine $2.00 you can get change from the front desk...lol. All in all if you just need somewhere to stay for the night its aight!

    This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The security bolt on the door was broken in half and added no safety. The restroom was nasty and the room smelled. They also copied my credit card and DL. I had to lock my card the rest of our vacation. They made the outside and the web site look so much better than it was. I will NEVER stay at another Baymont again.

    The pool was clean, the room was decent The keys did not work, kept having to go to the front desk to unlock my door the whole time. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced! The pancake mix was coming out as milky water, when I told the front desk he came and shook the last little bit around and put it back. Muffins stale only 6 there. There was literally a corner of orange juice in the bottle and the milk was spoiled for the cereal. By far the worst breakfast!! The staff was just okay… nothing more nothing less.

    We booked 3 nights and checked out after 1. The facility smelled weird. We had to hunt for working electrical outlets in our room. We could only find 2 that worked-- 1 was sparking. We asked for extra towels and were told we couldn't get any until the morning. The next day, we came back to the hotel and found that housekeeping had not touched our room! We were told we shoud have requested housekeeping if we wanted it. How were we to know that? We checked out then and there. We requested a refund for the 2 nights we didn't stay but were told we'd need to contact Expedia, which has been difficult. Also, the free breakfast looked like it consisted of 3 measley muffins.

    There was a problem with the hotel getting payment from booking.com but it was the fault of the hotel. We had already paid in full. It took us over an hour to try to reach booking.com to ask why they hadn't paid the hotel only to find out they did and the hotel should have worked it out with them and not had us stand there for over an hour. The entire place smelled like Marijuana, stale cigarettes and mildew. The room was gross and the toilet was coming out of the wall. The worst thing though was the horrible smell. This place is for stoners and people who need a place to do drugs. NEVER AGAIN!!! Toilet coming out of the wall. Stale cigarettes and mildew smell. Marijuana smell also filled the air. The whole place including rooms stunk so bad we had headaches. Even the pillow cases were gross. I'd rather sleep in my car!

    We checked in and our bathroom was dirty. The TV didn't work. The place had a bad smell. The carpets were dirty. They changed us to a different room. We had a king bed, but they moved us into a room with 2 full size beds. The breakfast was a joke. We will DEFINITELY not go back there.

    Arriving as scheduled the room was stifling bc the AC was not on. One small soap, no additional tp. Toilet was not secured to floor, falling hazard. Continental breakfast choices were few.

The handle for our “ door knob” was completely broken and fell off multiple times. The bathroom door did not even fit the door frame and was a two inch gap that was very noticeable and the door would not close. The toilet and bath tub were filthy. The bath tub had hair along the wall. The towels were dirty. One towel that was in our room was dirty and had thick brown spots all over it. The tv and safe were broken. There were some outlets did not work and the main light did not work. There were also bugs flying around the room. The staff were also very rude and their customer service was horrible.

    It was a nice area. One homeless man stayed around our truck for several days which made me uncomfortable. Fast food nearby. Our room was very clean and well cared for. Friendly staff. Our key card had to be rekeyed 3 times for some reason but they were pleasant about doing it. Not a fan of paying for our ice at the machine. Pool bathroom was not very clean…but the pool was nice (only 4ft deep, good for kids), indoor, had towels and lounge chairs. Closed at 9.

    The visit was normal until I went to pull out the sofa bed and found not one, not two, but three glass pipes. Went to the front desk and they were so nonchalant about it, that they originally refused to change rooms and just offered to "clean it up". This was unacceptable. Once I demanded a refund was when they finally offered another room. The occupants overhead were noisy all night long and made it impossible to sleep. The next morning, I went to walk my dog and discovered a homeless person sleeping behind the shed at the edge of the parking lot. This place is a drug den. The only reason anyone should stay here is to peacefully do and buy drugs. Zero stars!

No “do not disturb” signs in rooms. Our door keys stopped working an hour before checkout. This is an older property that appears to be being exploited by the current owners with little to no investment.

    If you want to get treated like you don’t matter to this hotel, then please stay here. You’ll look forward to arguing with the front staff & the room service. You want to go chasing (or being bounced around) the staff for things like towels, toilet paper, keys that actually work & be told to complain to the manager about the hotel providing room service ONLY every two days, then this is thee place for you to stay! Will not come back here as I shouldn’t have to be chasing staff for simple things are are supposed to be provided (and upon asking for them) by the hotel. I had to snap at the front desk staff in order for them to put in effort to get me toilet paper! Also, for a non-smoking hotel, this place was a full on smoking 1st & 2nd floor. welcome your sanity aboard!

    The Hotel itself was nice. However, there were drug deals going on behind the hotel; noise from other rooms such as loud music and the staff did nothing. Smoking right outside our room and the AC was pulling the smoke smell into our room making it hard to breathe. There were cars pulling up all night, honking the horn and then leaving. You had to pay for ice and the pool had a film on it but they said we could use it as it was an indoor pool but that it wasn't heated. I don't think I will ever go back there and not sure I would stay in another Wyndham hotel. Holiday Inn Express for me.

    This was my worst stay ever in my traveling years. The room smelled bad, there were holes in cushion pillow of couch. I asked for a luggage cart; they pointed not assist me pointed to where I can get one; my room was on second floor; so when asked where are the elevators; we were told there wasn’t any elevators dughhh luggage cart,2nd flr; no elevators? So that’s wen we were offered a 1flr accommodation. That’s were the holes in couch are. The broom smelled was so bad; it was sickening and bed was so uncomfortable; sticky feeling.. ughhh.The back door is always propped open( safety concern for patrons. I also notice that the owner replied to a 4 week old review( that the issues were a concern and here we are months later. New customer same concern and issue. I will stay at another Baymont anything if I have to lay on it.

    When I arrived at the property, there were homeless people around and I immediately felt uneasy. While checking in, the front desk clerk was not very friendly and then said my room number OUT LOUD as a male guest walked by. (I am a single, female traveler). Inside the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke even tho it was a no smoking room. The room was fine overall. The final straw was when a MASSIVE cockroach crawled out from behind the tv on the wall and then disappeared somewhere. At that point I gathered my belongings and left, driving back to Charlotte through the night after the dinner I was in town for was over. Terrible.

    I don't know if servicing the rooms every other day is industry standard or not, but the guess should be informed of that at check-in. The room I stayed in toilet backed up and was not taking care of until the next day. Very unsanitary. I was not offered another room.

    Booked 2 rooms, had car issues and needed to cancel due to needing to stop at closest rental station. Was over 4 hours away, called to get a refund or partial refund due to just booking the room not even 15 mins prior and was told no due to cancellation policy. Which I completely understand but there should be some type of understanding when it comes to unknown situations happening with proof.     I arrived early to Georgia due to a fast flight. The girl at the hotel told me If I wanted to check in 2 hours early she needed money in cash. I drove around and came back. When I arrived the lady there was nasty and rude. She stated her Wifi was down and she could not check me in. I paid through expedia, so I could not get a refund. She told me to stop asking question shut up and sit down. She stated, that i paid expedia and not them so they didn't have to treat me like a guest. I finally got my room and it smelt like pure mold. I asked to change rooms and they did. The next room was no better but it smelled less infested with mold. The room: Dirty, moldy, with dirty linens and towels and pubic hairs all over the place. The pool: It is an ice bath and it is dirty. I asked why didn't they have it heated and they stated that they could but it cost money and that the guest did not deserve it.That it was a lot of money to maintain. I told them then they should advertise as such on the website. Not show a fake picture of clean and pristine pool. They should not advertise as pool family friendly with breakfast included. Breakfast: Old cornflakes and dirty coffee. There was 4 old moldy tangerines. Gym: Non existent. Parking: Free Housekeeping: Came once in 4 days. I asked to change rooms and they did. The next room was no better but it smelled less infested with mold. The room: Dirty, moldy, with dirty linens and towels and pubic hairs all over the place. The pool: It is an ice bath and it is dirty. I asked why didn't they have it heated and they stated that they could but it cost money and that the guest did not deserve it.That it was a lot of money to maintain. I told them then they should advertise as such on the website. Not show a fake picture of clean and pristine pool. They should not advertise as pool family friendly with breakfast included. Breakfast: Old cornflakes and dirty coffee. There was 4 old moldy tangerines. Gym: Non existent. Parking: Free Housekeeping: Came once in 4 days. At another point the refrigerator started to smell awful even after I cleaned it myself and refused to fix the issue, instead Kim the manager insisted it was the clothes I had in my room. Which was very insulting seeing I kept the room clean myself ! I asked for new sheets and the older gentleman there told me no & after I went off he gave me new one but they had stains on them. Which was something that happened often. All in all my experience was unpleasant and I was treated poorly for a pregnant paying guest. The prices were the cheapest at the time but if I could have found somewhere for the same prices or less I would have left sooner because the staff are very rude.

    Requested non-smoking room & was given smoking room. The room was so bad, we asked for another room, non-smoking. Still given a smoking room. Not sure why because hotel was nearly vacant. Several rooms adjoining ours were assigned after we checked in to very loud guest that we had to complain about. Night worker joined their party for a while instead of getting them to settle down. Room wasnt properly readjusted between our 1st & 2nd night stay. We left our towels on floor to indicate we wanted them changed out & that did not happen. We had to ask for fresh towels that should have already been changed out. Rooms are very outdated & the hotel needs lots of attention. Has indoor pool I wouldnt allow my dog to swim in. The surrounding area was much better than where the hotel is. Didnt feel very safe on the hotel grounds.

    The first 2 rooms they tried to give us had people actually in the rooms when I used the key to get in and I opened the doors with people in the rooms. Finally the third room was open, the bedding had stains and no batteries in the tv remote! Awful service will never stay here again!!

    I will never stay at thia place again. I am in a wheelchair and they refused to give us a handicapped room. We were expecting a heated pool however the pool was not heated at all. Finally, we asked that our room be cleaned on the second day and was told that rooms were only cleaned on the third day.

    Went down @ 7:30am for included breakfast. NO coffee. Total amount of food, 1 yogurt, 3 muffins & waffle mix machine that was filthy. Also, a female (maybe owner or manager) and a male employee got into a loud argument @ front desk that carried over into the breakfast room.

    My stay was undelighful . Roaches roaming around the fridge and microwave. They said that it was a non smoking room, but it reeked of smoke so bad…tried to talk to the front seat but they had an attitude and wouldn’t return my money…nothing was clean in that room.

    Beautiful pool for kids! I’m a little picky about cleanliness and the bathroom smelled like piss when I first arrived. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower while there for 2 days. Staff was wonderful and kind. Great breakfast!

    We checked in, and in less than 15 minutes we realized this was no place we could lay our heads in peace. The place wreaked of cigarette smoke, and weed. When confronting the front desk, not only was “Ronald” completely unprofessional, but he was straight up the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with in customer service. Absolutely inappropriate, and the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. After getting the police involved, we were told they’ve had several issues with “Ronald”. The other receptionist was kind and even chimed in to say he was being unruly offering us advice. His behavior was completely uncalled for. I cannot imagine this place ever being someplace I’d want to stay. After driving 2.5 hours back home, I had to shower the stench of being in there for just a short time. So if you smoke cigarettes and or weed and don’t mind, don’t mind smelling like a bar, and don’t mind dealing with the rudest employee on the planet, this place is for you. Otherwise, take my advice and find someplace else to stay.
