It was about what you’d expect at this price point. The place clean, front desk was fine, minimal amenities. Breakfast is a little bit of a letdown.

Housekeeping was very disappointing. I had to take dirty towels to the front desk area in order to exchange for clean. We had no housekeeping ….garbage was not removed after our first night’s stay, nor were dirty towels exchanged.

Obvious that people are living in this hotel! Methheads in the room next to us were in and out all night! Got maybe two hours sleep because they kept slamming the door! Find another hotel!

The room had roaches and the staff didn’t seem to be concerned with it. When I requested another room due to the pest infestation, their response was we don’t have another room for you. Without any concerns for my inconvenience, I had to pack up and reserve a room at another hotel. They still have not refunded my money. Worst hotel experience ever.

The entire front parking lot was demolished or under construction. The first floor rooms were closed. I asked for a refund because the hotel didn't look like it did in the pictures. Refund was refused and I ended up going down the street to the Marriott instead.

I booked four rooms for family travel for the holidays. The rooms were fair. Our bathroom had a cut out for it to move past the toilet. One room didn’t even have a door on the bathroom. Thankfully, that person was traveling alone so he didn’t care so much. I just expected more from a Wyndham property. On the upside, staff was pleasant and there were no other significant concerns.

I paid for a king bed and got a queen. No continental breakfast. No in room coffee maker. Paid for 2 nights and a $50 deposit. Was informed i forfieted my deposit due to my 7lb yorkie Chihuahua mix. If i would have been informed of extra charge i would have stayed somewhere else.

The place felt dirty, mold growing on ceiling in bathroom. So many leak spots on the ceiling. Room was supposed to have a sofa sleeper but had a recliner instead. Asked front desk clerk and was told that was a sleeper chair. ?

The blanket had cigarette burn holes all over it. No blow dryer, no hangers, hot water for shower not hot, no ice bucket, when got one it was really dirty, no coffee pot. The window shade didn't go all the way down.

The property manager hung the phone up on me when i called to dispute a pet charge for my 2 service dogs. I sprcifically chose this property because it accepted service pets. Additionally, I emailed the property directly to let them know I needed a 1st floor for a recent knee proceedure AND i had sevice dogs. I was told that at check in i did not inform the hotel i had pets, when indeed I did notify the night attendant that i had my two servive pets and needed a first floor. The manager at this location continued to state that i did not inform the attendant , proceeded to ask me what kind of medical service dogs they were and what was my medical condition, i emailed the hotel their servce licenses, to which he still continued to badger me regarding disputing his hotels pet policy with service dogs. Eventually he hung the telephone up on me, a civil rights attorney based out of Washington, DC.

A very terrible experience two nights stay noise until 4:30 in the morning and when I say noise, I mean, loud music, banging, screaming yelling, both nights. I can’t believe hotel management didn’t do a thing.

It was Great being so close to the CCNB. There was roaches. The pillows were terrible. The sheets and blankets had stains all over them.

I had made a reservation 2 months ago for the Greenville Music Festival and received a confirmation number. However, when I arrived on the first day of the festival, I was advised that they had overbooked and no rooms were available. I am an hour away and needed a room for 2 nights. The staff was very unprofessional and didn't offer to help me find another room at a local hotel. And when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they were "busy". Needless to say, I would never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone!!! There is nothing good that I can say about this hotel!! Very unprofessional in leaving me destitute!!

I was a bit skeptical from some of the reviews but it was a lovely stop for us. I felt safe, and the room was clean and good for an overnight trip. We have traveled quite a bit and this was one of the nicer, yet more affordable places we’ve stayed.

The customer service was great but I had a few issues. I heard the hotel room doors slamming all night long which kept me awake, every noise made outside you can basically hear inside. There were green stink bugs all in my room I removed 7 in total. Definitely wasn’t worth the $120 I paid a night.

I was able to get a smoking room I like that. That you can only have 1 key per room if there's more than 1 person you should get atleast 2 keys.

I did not have much interaction with staff so not sure about how it was but when I had to kill 3 cockroaches the last night that brought the stars down. They did not seem concerned when I told them about it.

Staff doesn't care that people below us where smoking weed and it was smelling our whole room up. Staff didn't care at all. Rooms are run down. Air conditioner hardly worked. I didn't like how the staff started treating me n overcharging me I also didn't like how they lied are allowed uninvited guest to hang around. I really didn't like how they stole money from me and other guest then kicked them off property n called cops. Also the owner calling me at 430 am trying to bribe me to call of the investigation me and my friend opened against them

My ro was very clean the are was nice and quite, I think they were doing renovations, because the room had plaster marks on the walls where things were removed, just need to paint it but I would definitely recommend this place.

After leaving the quality inn due to a roach in the bed we needed another place to stay and get ready for a wedding. Was able to do early check in at 11 for an additional charge but worked just fine. No bugs in the room hah. Shower faucet dripped but when I told front desk maintenance was doing rounds. Could tell they were trying to fix/repaint/patch areas.

I have pictures of water stain on ceiling, broken toilet tank, and had to put a towel under shade at window since the shade did not cover the bottom and I was on the ground level. The room was nothing like the pic on line. I will NEVER stay there again and would have left if it wasn't storming and my concert was in a couple of hours. Sad. FALSE advertising.

The floor had been lifted/cracked the shower curtain rod and the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and when i told the front desk about they did nothing and didnt even care the water was leaking onto the floor because of not being able to close the shower curtain and the sign at the desk says 30.00 for early check in they charged me 40 to check in at 8am instead of 3 then when question said it would of been 30 if it was 9am or after but thats NOT what the paper says at the front desk the only good thing was the housekeeper! Convenient location, relatively quiet, but won’t be staying here again. It’s now been two weeks since my stay and I’m still trying to get my deposit back after being assured a week ago that it had been credited back to me.

When asking about it at the front desk was told I had nothing to worry about when it came to the safety for myself and my daughter. Basically was brushed off. Needless to say didn’t feel safe at all. The room smelled terrible musty like someone had smoked in the room and can’t get the smell out. The floor/tile was cracked in multiple places. The bathroom was not cleaned very well, the tub was cracked and pieces sticking up and my daughter almost cut her foot. The noise from other guests on either side of my room was terrible between yelling and screaming on one side to inappropriate activity on the other. Children constantly screaming when running past my room until very late. And not to mention the screaming and yelling at the pool area constantly. Was not happy at all with my stay, I wanted to leave but had already paid and didn’t want to be charged more money somewhere else. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The facilities were more than adequate. The recliner in the room was good for storing things but not comfortable for sitting. There were easy access electrical outlets and USB ports! There was a leak on the bathroom sink faucet that sprayed when turned all the way on, but that was minor. Staff was wonderful. We had a handicapped room and the bathroom was huge and had available a shower chair and bedside commode. The shower was large with no step in. Our room was very comfortable. It was a little noisy, but not so that it interrupted sleep. I would stay here again.

There was a leaking pipe in first assigned room, and I was moved promptly, which was good. I noticed that things like the TV screen were in desperate need of cleaning. Unfortunately, there was a great deal of noise, loud trucks entering parking lot after 11 p.m., other guests being loud outside at 4:00 a.m. The employees were all very kind and polite.

Property was outdated. Bedding dirty. Breakfast selection poor. Never told there was a fee for pets until a knock on our door from desk clerk. Electronic key had to be reprogrammed. Would never stay here again!

Property was outdated. Bedding dirty. Breakfast selection poor. Never told there was a fee for pets until a knock on our door from desk clerk. Electronic key had to be reprogrammed. Would never stay here again!

Very tired and run down property, needs paint and TLC deperately. In a very noisy and congested area. The back half of the motel was very noisy, being about 100 feet from the freeway, and broken stuff (refrigerator, hvac unit, etc.) was stored next to and in the middle of the row of rooms.The first check-in person was quite unfriendly and short with me, though the second was nice. My room was clean but run down. I wouldn't stay there again.

The people were wonderful. The place very clean. And most of all...ANIMAL FRIENDLY!!!! Disappointing were the guests smoking outside. Having to walk past the smoke and them littering the ground with there butts. Instead of charging for Pets ( $20 a night per Pet), they should charge for smokers!!! I was also disappointed in the breafast .... Cereal, one kind of fruit, and yogurt.I would definitely come back again if I had the chance.

Room was nasty. Airconditioner noisy. Knocking on my door in the middle of the night. Breakfast sucked.

The comforter in our room had cigarette burns in multiple spots. The floor in our room was dirty. It was seriously the worst chain hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The other good reviews for this property are obviously fakes written by the owners as there is quite literally nothing good to say about this place.

The visit was with 2 small dogs and about what is expected at a Days Inn. There had been recent painting inside an out. Outside building presented a positive look. There had been some recent landscaping which is looking good. Just needs additional landscaping in a couple areas. There was some little amount of trash in the parking area including two condoms. There is a really nice large grassy area in front of building for walking dogs. However, there are no signs to pickup after your dog or any plastic bags displayed to pickup the dog poo. With just a few little improvements this could be a really acceptable place to stay with dogs.

Was good for a quick one night stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could use a little attention. Toilet paper holder was old and rusty and not attached to the wall.

Was charged 20$ for being a woman. I accidentally started my monthly in my sleep. (Even rinesed them in cold water so wouldn't stain)

Descent place to crash for a couple nights while on business. The young lady that checked me in was a pleasure. Rooms are dated but clean. I would stay here again.

Easy access and close to food and shopping really close to to food actually. The room however was fairly dirty. The jetted tub drain was not working so i couldn't use that option which i paid for. Even if the drain stopper had worked there was alot of hair in the tub kinda gross.

Certainly no frills but clean. Room seemed dark to me. Shower was good and bed slept well.

Now when my sons went to the room they advised it was filthy, live and dead bugs everywhere and left there itching. Immediately went back to the front desk for a refund. (Charges are showing on my acct but no refund yet). Other guest entered advising their beds were wet. This place is atrocious!!

Only one towel per guest so you better not need to take two showers during your stay or your wife need one for her hair. Breakfast is a joke AC, had one speed regardless of the settings. The door seal was so worn you could see out under the door. If you aren't looking for extreme low budget stay next door at the Hampton

Was very loud and on the first night of our stay, there was an arrest right outside our door that lasted for hours.

Drugs being sold out of neighboring room! Shady characters sitting in the parking lot. Didn’t feel real safe.

Excellent stay. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

There was hair on bathroom floor. Hardly any toilet paper. Didn't feel clean. Older building kind of patched up. The chairs in the room were very stained. I put left over ice cream in freezer and it melted.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean. There was little to no noise from the outside as I slept.
