Clean and quiet hotel. Very nice pool, and the staff is top notch. My usual room was taken, so I had to settle for a different room.

Great location! My husband and I were trying to find something simple for a weekend getaway. This was perfect in so many ways. We were able to relax in our room or enjoy the pool. The best part was being able to play games at Dave&Busters, watch a movie at AMC or pick a place to eat without having to drive anywhere! Let not forget to mention the staff was was awesome as well. We are already looking to see when we can go back.

The room was roomy and nice except for at first it had a funky smell in the room and we found a dead roach on the floor. The bed was comfortable and pillows were okay. There was a free breakfast but it was rather disappointing. Besides all of this, we had a good stay.

Front desk staff was friendly and available at all times. My mom left her phone in the room and housekeeping did not place it in lost and found, neither did they turn it in your the front desk. Just dishonest customer service from housekeeping. Phone is off but we have to pay $100 insurance claim. All they had to do was turn it on to the front desk.

This trip was riddled with issues, which is odd b/c we've stayed here intentionally probably 5-6x previously with great experiences. Upon checkin, I was told the elevator was broken and it would be 8-9pm before the repairman arrived. Ok, so they moved me to a first floor room, not ideal but whatever, I was tired. That night, I slept in 3-7 minute increments because (as it turns out), they are slowly replacing all of the HVAC units in the rooms, which sounds great EXCEPT the new ones cycle off and on LOUDLY all night, no matter what setting you have the thermostat on, nor the fan setting on the control panel. The easy fix is always to leave the fan set to Low or High and avoid being woken by the sound of the unit ... but they have specifically chosen units that intentionally omit this option. And thusly, I was woken up every. single. time. the A/C kicked on. All. Night. The next night, I moved to a new room on a higher floor and it was better but ONLY b/c it was a suite with a door so the AC wasn't immediately next to the bed and the sound was muffled. The bed was only tolerable, they no longer clean rooms daily, and the deadbolt on my (new) door was inoperable apparently which meant the housekeeper woke me up trying to barge in my room the second morning, and we discovered (after the engineer spent at least an hour investigating) that the entire door was misaligned and thusly the latch wasn't secured enough for the deadbolt switch to fully engage. Bad trip indeed.

This hotel is clean, spacious, and convenient to the Spring/Tge Woodlands area. The staff were all engaging and welcoming, quickly handling check in, check out, and every interaction. Free parking on site! Definitely a great stay!

The worst place to book. I’m still on my vacation right now and Expedia had to refund my entire hotel stay. Infact the stole 25$ and said that they can’t refund the Insurence for my trip. When my reservation for the hotel was no where to be found. So I didn’t get my hotel.. and they took 25$ from me and said it wasn’t their problem. The hotel did nothing to help me. I booked 4 months in advance

The property was clean and well-kept. The location was perfect for where I needed to go during my stay. I also liked that the hotel was located within walking distance of restaurants, a movie theater, and Dave & Buster's, in case I was staying a bit longer and needed something to do. I enjoyed my stay.

Customer service was amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the knocking/thumping sound from the AC wall. Kept me up at night. I reported the issue to the front desk staff. Hopefully they get that fixed for the next person who stays in the room. Besides that, we have an amazing stay.

The facility was super clean once you entered. I was greeted by the front desk young lady and she was super nice, quick process to get the key to the room. The room was super clean, had everything I needed if I wanted to cook, make coffee. It was really clean, the bed sheets everything! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I was very happy to find a great affordable place so quickly.

Waking up to no running water to bathe or brush your teeth is completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed with my stay. When I mentioned the issue to the front desk, there seemed to be very little concern, and no effort was made to offer compensation, points, or any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. The lack of empathy and customer service only added to an already frustrating experience.

The room was nice except for finding a cockroach behind the door. Front desk staff were awesome but housekeeping never came to my room and i was there for 5 days. By the third day i brought it to the attention of the front desk. Still nothing. I went to the front desk to get more toliet paper and they asked if housekeeping had been to my room. The young lady was surprised when i said no, since she had sent a message to the manager of housekeeping letting them know that no one had been to my room. She even said it was totally unacceptable. Not going back to this hotel

I’ve stayed here over night a few times and have always enjoyed myself s.My recent stay was for three days to get away for my birthday and Mother’s Day and Hyatt house did not disappoint..I used the gym everyday as well as the pool and jacuzzi and really enjoyed myself .

Breakfast was very good. A large variety of different breakfast food to choose from. Dining room was very clean. We were very pleased….The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It had a homely feel to it. The check in and check out staff was very friendly….The only compliant we had was the mattress in our room. The mattress was one of the worst we had ever slept on. My husband and I didn’t get any sleep…..I would rate our stay poor due to the mattress. Brenda M

Staff very rude, I couldn’t even check in to the hotel room I had reserved through Expedia! I paid for my trip via Expedia and once I arrived she had an issue with the type of card I was using. I understand policy, however I had already paid for the booking and was expecting to enter a room. I arrived after midnight in a completely different city just to be told “you paid Expedia, not us” and that I didn’t have a room secured like I thought. No attempt to make it right or get me in a room. They were ok with telling me “too bad” in a city I don’t live in!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet ambiance throughout. I would say a couples little getaway! Did not see any young kids or babies there. More of couples. Breakfast is amazing! Eggs, roasted potatoes, sausage patties/links, oatmeal with many toppings, different types of breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee etc. Overall, staff was amazing from check in, through check out.

I stay here often., Location is perfect for my needs. Breakfast is on time, consistent, and the selection is adequate. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pillow choice is the only thing I would ask for, something firmer. But that's not a game-changer

It was a great, clean room. The dishwasher was a little stinky at first. So I ran it and it washed the stink out of it. Water was hot, air temp was great. Sheets were awesome. Cool auto shades. Very hip place. We'll be back for sure!

I love this hidden gem. The hotel is so nice. Love the studio suite with the kitchen island. It’s all top notch at a reasonable price with lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance.

Only issue is that it is a about 1hr from main city, but property is great.

Room type booked was not available. Placed in a much small, studio room not affording the privacy that was specifically needed with the 1 bedroom reserved. Staff contradicted on several excuses as to why the room was not available. No satisfactory solution offered deferring to Hotels.com as the source of the issue.

They read my request and accommodated so well! The room is nicely upscale and the tall ceilings are marvelous. I love the location, this was my second time staying here and it was very consistent in their high quality experience.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They also had a nice selection of breakfast options. The shower head in my room had extremely high pressure. It felt more like a pressure washer than a shower, and it even turned my skin red. The bed was okay, but the cover was dirty, and so was the mattress. This significantly impacted the overall experience and my rating for the hotel. Additionally, there was only one working elevator, which sometimes resulted in long wait times.

They have a loud humming coming from the building that they are aware of and is extremely loud. I paid for this room because my sons had tournaments that weekend locally. NONE of us got ANY rest due to the extremely loud roaring,humming sound waking us up throughout night . The building is aware of it and do nothing to compensate,my sons where so tired and restless and couldn’t perform as expected due to lack of rest. I would never return to this establishment or recommend it to anyone

The hotel itself was very nice, especially for a long weekend. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, and there was a pool and hot tub. My favorite thing about the room was the comfortable bed! Wonderful relaxing stay

I had stayed at this hotel and everything has always been very good. This time the room was a bit neglected. There was a light in the ceiling that blinked all night, a bit distracting. The TV did not work. For the price it should be better than that.

The shower cutoff during my gf taking a shower. There was hair on the floors and towels. The shades didn’t work so we had to call and get it fixed. The air doesn’t get cold when you turn it down, so they have it controlled. Not horrible, but Won’t stay again .

We were upgraded to a beautiful studio room. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous.

Room was very comfortable and cozy, very clean and prestige hotel. Only quam, the late night staff at desk was rude; also the additional charges for the water that we did not drink, yet cleaning staff reported they were opened, spoke with Manager and he refunded the charge. Otherwise great stay!

The room was good except for the shower it only had two water temperatures cold and warm. The staff were nice. The room was never cleaned. I had two rooms. One from Wednesday to Sunday and another from Wednesday to Thursday. Neither room were ever serviced.

Nice location. Comfortable and safe. I enjoyed my visit. I was able to sleep well every night. We had my service dog with me and there were no issues with getting checked in or having her with me.

While we were there, a large off-site children’s event brought in big groups, and unfortunately most of the issues we experienced stemmed from that crowd rather than the hotel itself. Noise levels and congestion were noticeably higher than normal, but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault—just the timing of our stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of food, shopping, and entertainment options all within easy walking distance. On a typical weekend, I imagine the experience would be fantastic. Overall, we would stay here again, but ideally not during a major event weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed is ridiculously comfortable and the blackout curtains are amazing. The only rub is that the bathroom door was really heavy and I couldn’t close it with my injured wrist. Other than no bathroom privacy we have no complaints. While we’re not elderly at all, we are over 50 and super heavy doors are hard to close. Especially since I have an injury.

We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. I called to make sure, and they said YES. Upon arrival it was cold to warm .. after complaining an employee came out to adjust the temperature, which was nice. She came back out a second time to see if everything was okay and it wasn’t. The water was still cold/warm. She then said it’s because it’s NOT a hot tub. To think of it as a SPA. This was very disappointing. I also booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch but the couch did not pull out.

Close to medical facilities in The Woodlands. Very clean. Nice breakfast included. Parking is easy to access.

Clean hotel

This was a great place to stay in the area. It was close to a bunch of things in a plaza like a movie theater, dining, and some more. The room was spacious and bed was comfy. Will stay again! Highly reccommend!

Always enjoy our stay here as we have treatment at MD the Woodlands every 2 weeks. Staff is always very polite and the area is quiet and easy to access.

Only downside was the bathroom. First, personally I do not like those sliding doors that do not "isolate" the bathroom from the room and second was this strange thing with the shower water where one is left feeling that tha soap is still on you skin, like it did not washed away.

Reserved a room with 2 queen size beds upon arrival was told that due to rooms being maintenanced only a king size bed with a sofa was available. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The pool was nice for a morning swim. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Surrounding area was upscale with plenty of food options.

We booked a 2 queen. Supposedly the hotel contact you and you were supposed to contact us to tell us they didn’t have those rooms. We never heard that. So I was in a king room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very nasty in the first room (we have pics). The second room sofa bed was better however, not clean and very uncomfortable. Very disappointed

We stayed here for a couple days while our AC was out and our stay was amazing! The room was very clean and spacious & we even took advantage of the pool. The staff was very nice and accommodating and gave us reccomendations for restaurants and activities in the area as there is SO much to do near this property. Plenty of restaurants, game rooms, a movie theater and more. Perfect place to stay if you’re not wanting to go far for some fun.

It was definitely a no-frills experience. In fact, it took me twice as long to take a shower because the low volume of water. I assume that’s part of their eco-friendly attempt, but it would be nice to have enough volume to get the soap off my body. The pillows in the bed were very uncomfortable. The room temperature was comfortable, but I didn’t sleep well either night because of the pillows more than anything. The breakfast that was included in the package price was again bare minimum. Not very impressive. But all in all the facility was clean in the staff was friendly enough.

Here for one night on a business trip. Rooms were spacious and clean. Free breakfast was better than your normal continental breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. 10/10.

Very clean hotel with nice rooms, my wife and I stayed for a long weekend trip. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We did not try the breakfast though. Overall a nice hotel for the price.

Liked the staff and clean facility. Nice suite with stove, sink, micro, refrigerator and dishes. Breakfast was just ok. Didnt like the powered eggs. Overall a good stay. A little outside noise. Construction I think. I would stay again.

It’s a nice clean hotel in a good, safe and clean area. The big problem was that they messed up my reservation and somehow overbooked. The room I had reserved wasn’t available and so instead of 2 beds we got stuck with one. It was very frustrating especially because we checked in right at 3. I’m not sure why they couldn’t disappoint someone else who was later to check in. They claimed that because I booked through Expedia that they didn’t have my phone number to call me ahead of time and let me know. I wasn’t contacted by Expedia either. We needed the room to get dressed for an event, so we had to check in but we ended up not even staying the night because of the bed situation. Expedia did at least give me $40 one key cash for the trouble and the hotel refunded a whopping $10 back to my card, but I basically wasted the rest of the money I spent due to their lack of communication. I’m not sure whose fault it is, but someone needed to do a better job.

Fast and friendly check in

Everything was great! My only complaint is that the pool was closed when we got there and that was could not get a hold of the front desk. I called about five times trying to get a hold of someone and no one ever answered.

I had issues with my arrival time and having to drive a 3-4 hour trip to get there after a long day of meeting and being up since 5 am. I asked for an exception to cancel based on being worried about falling asleep while driving and getting there beyond the time they start their audit for the night. They made it so difficult to work around this and finally worked with me on modifying the check in to the following day at 3 pm but would not allow the refund on the first night until the 2nd night was booked and would not allow me to book a refundable night for that day in case I had another hick up with the timing of my meetings. Upon check in at 9:30pm the hotel manager was at the desk and didn’t even both for checking or asking for my ID to verify I was who I said I was and happily charged my company credit card with out verifying my ID, which is a whole other issue in its self.

Super friendly and accommodating staff so kudos to them! The rooms are looking a bit worn and the bed was terribly uncomfortable unfortunately. A soft topper on top of a very brick hard cheap mattress. NOT the caliber of a Hyatt property and I was quite disappointed. The bed is EVERYTHING when you’re away from home.

Our room was very clean. Great smell when we entered. Our only problem was no hot water in the bathroom sink- minor issue. I would recommend this hotel.

Be careful of this property. The billed my family for a smoking fee, but there no smoking took place in the room. Upon dispute, the hotel manager’s explanation became more and more fabricated. They offered to send us “picture evidence” of the smoking. We asked for proof of smoking and co Stanley rebuffed with the mention of this picture evidence. How can you have picture evidence and no smell of smoke? Beware!

It was a short two days but for sure, love the cozy atmosphere

My room overlooked the pool and it was noisy considering it was July 4th so I was glad to see staff enforce the 10:00 pm pool closure rule.

The property was very clean. The only issue was the coffee machine didn’t work properly and there was only one packet of sugar and no spoon or stairer. It was hard to get the soap off the body during showers❓A hand lotion would have been nice too. The sausage was made out of pork. Turkey or chicken would have been❗️

Staff upon check in questioned my payment method even though it was the credit card I used to reserve the room. Even went so far as to ask whether I had another form of payment and then ASKED if I had stay there before which we had in May and looked on computer to see if we had. In May we booked a suite which this time was just a standard king. All this because my name wasn’t on the card. I guess he doesn’t realize that when you go to your banking institution and get a replacement debit card from lobby they don’t put your name on card. Had valid identification and yet he still wanted me to use another payment, finally he ran payment and guess what no problem. This is the area we use to live in and come back occasionally to visit and have stayed at the other hotels in the area also. Now the issue with the hotel. Dirty shower, no bartender present for a nightcap, people visiting and loud in hallway, room next to us had dog that like to bark and whine. People brought own music to pool which was rather loud and inappropriate considering there where children in pool. Overall a bad stay..

I loved this hotel, nice location, clean and all the artwork was need to see.

Like: the service was fine - very friendly; Dislike - the room smelled terrible - urine, mold, dank, and felt damp. The shower had black mold in the grout. The refrigerator did not get cold at all, and I had to keep medications cold. Fortunately, I brought a cooler, and it was a short stay. Breakfast was just ok; I was hoping for yogurt like most. We have stayed at many Hyatt Houses over the past 15 years, at least, and never had these problems. So disappointed. This was our hotel of choice. I only gave it two stars for the kind employees.

The bed was hard as a rock, the A.C. is controlled by hotel it did not go down at all when we tried to turn it down Parking was across the street in a seperate garage not on hotel property. Breakfast was allegedly from 7 am to 10 we were there at 705am no free breakfast. This hotel is not worth the stay!!!
