    The A/C didn't work properly. There was no hot water. On a king bed there were 2 square throw pillows. There was 1 set of towels. When asked for a refund they stated it was up to the manager during the week but she doesn’t really do refunds.

    Mostly the staff- not mgt. is pretty great. Management needs 2b prayed 4 they are being oppressed by darkness clearly. The attitude w/ which mgt. speaks, communicates. We need 2 pray 4 'em, patiently. God bless 'em. Plz help in Jesus mighty name. Amen TY!

    It is your typical low level motel that’s cheaper than the rest. Bed was comfortable and didn’t see any bugs so that’s a good thing. Wish they would get rid of the carpet with new flooring. Carpet in any motel is gross.

    The blackout curtains had holes, and I had to cover them with tape just to have privacy. The hair dryer didn’t work, and the bathroom door was severely damaged. The floor felt like it had been cleaned with a lot of soap but never rinsed, making it slippery. I informed the front desk on Saturday morning and asked for someone to clean the floor while I was out all day, but when I returned, nothing had been done. There is no wake‑up call service, and the continental breakfast was extremely limited — just coffee and bagels. On the positive side, the location is convenient, close to restaurants and gas stations. However, being near the freeway means the noise is very loud. The staff was friendly and polite, which I appreciated. Overall, this place works if you only need a quick shower and a bed for a night, but I would not recommend it for a multi‑day stay or for families.

    They refused an extra hour late checkout. Only one washcloth, 1 towel. Zero cups, glasses. Toilet seat was barely off the floor! Bed comfortable. Didnt see roaches or bedbugs. Rug looked dirty. Parking ok. I didnt re at the free carb laden breakfast. Convenient location. Price too high. Shouldve been 30-40 for the quality.

    The facility is in need of a total remodel. Nothing worked. On arrival the A/C was broken in the lobby. The ice machine didn't work. The lamps in the room didn't work. No towels, cups or coffee in the room. The bedding or lack of was a joke. Breakfast was literally 9 stale bagels and cold coffee.

    There was no towels, the fold out couch had blood stains , human bodily fluids all over it with no linens, the air conditioner did not work and it kept cycling back on the heat.Even if I had it turned off, stayed over 90° all night.The door locked in operable properly was not disabled.Accessible.It was a horrible , horrible experience that I want my money back on completely

    The front staff was very rude and then once I got to my room I noticed I didn't have an ashtray or a remote I called down to the office I was told the maintenance man would be right up with the things I waited 30 minutes I called back and was told the maintenance man left and that they were ordering your notes and she didn't know where the ashtrays were after that I tried to turn down the AC in the AC would not turn down lower than 75°. I would not recommend this place at all

    I guess you get what you pay for.. upon arrival cops were there the next room building over for disturbance. Rooms were clean bed was comfortable but no blanket only but a sheet and what look like thin shower curtain lol. Then i walked in the rr to only see 1 towel lol. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms had 1 towel and 1 hand drying oh i usually try to book with free breakfast to save a little bit of money.. well free breakfast was only a bagel and coffee. They have no ice machines. Oh Sunday morning my daughter text me a video.. BED BUGS.. if 1 room has bed bugs I'm pretty sure every room has them..

    The room was all right besides for the fact that my smart TV was a non-functional and unfortunately because there's no one on staff past 11:00 p.m. I could not fix the issue with the front desk which was a shame because I missed out on a very important conference call which is the reason why I booked the room to begin with I have a client in Japan that is very hard of hearing and it makes it hard for him to see so I typically use a Smart TV so we can share a screen when I do a presentation

    This "hotel" room was absolutely disgusting. The stale smoke and muggy air was the first red flag. Walking into the room, there were dark stains all over the carpet and white stains on the couch. The refrigerator appeared to work (at first).. however, had yellow scum/crust covering the bottom shelf. (By morning, the fridge was warm and not working.) Upon a walk around, the bathroom tub was rusted and chipped. If you dare to use the shower-- shower shoes would be definitely be NEEDED. There was a dead cockroach smeared on the wall (this was the first roach siting.) After brushing my teeth, I turned around to spot the second roach (LIVE) crawling on the bathroom floor. The TV was left on inside the room and there was no way to turn it off manually-- there was also no remote control. I had to call the front desk (from my cell, bc the room phone didn't work. At all-- no dial tone/power) to see if they had a spare remote; they didn't. They apologized and asked me to turn it off manually. I let them know that wasn't a possibility bc this tv had no buttons.... They then told me to unplug it. I couldn't unplug the tv bc the plug was behind the dresser & I couldn't move it (too heavy). I asked if someone could assist with this bc I wanted to go to sleep- without the tv on. Front desk staff came, moved the furniture to access the plug and unplugged it for me. After attempting to get 'settled' I spotted the THIRD roach (alive), crawling on the carpet near the bed. Review continued...1/2

    There was no real breakfast. That's false advertising. Under the name of breakfast, they just kept 4-5 stale bagels and very diluted coffee. The rooms were smelly, and the carpets were extremely dirty, as if they had never been vacuumed. The bathroom was filthy, and the door was broken. They also did not provide a key for the room. You have to go to the front desk to ask them to open it every time you go out. Worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

We turned on the heat because it was cold and smelled really bad, and then the fire alarm started going off.     Staff is always nice. 3rd time staying here simply because of the price and location. Won’t be back. Always a bug or two in there. This time I lifted the blanket up and there was hair and other signs of the sheets not being changed. Shower drain was broken, lots of random loud noises from other guests.

    Neighbor was smoking in no smoking room could smell the cigarette smoking in our room God on Saturday morning to see if I can get my money back for Saturday night. Stay told I had to speak to the manager Monday, which wouldn’t make sense cause then I was already spending more time than I wanted to.     Worst motel experience ever. Check in went fine and the clerk was friendly and courteous but the room was horrible. A/c worked intermittently, bed just had a sheet and a thin bed cover so thanks to the a/c I kept going from cold to sweating. No shower curtain. But the worst part is they have a german roach infestation. I've never experienced that in any hotel or motel before. I had to get up a couple times during the night to go to the bathroom and when I turned on the light I was having to avoind stepping on them with my bare feet. Stay away! You have been warned.

    Around 11 o’clock at night when we needed the room change we waited at the front door for 10 minutes before someone came to unlock the door and talk to us. When we got put into the new room as soon as I touched the bed, a roach ran from underneath the pillow. Our second night we got back pretty late and there were several creepy men just hanging outside of the hotel just watching us. We felt very unsafe due to being 4 women, on top of the uncomfortable and disgusting room we were in. We ended up leaving around 10:30 the second night. Not completing our stay. Will never stay there or somewhere like it ever again

The front counter lady seemed very annoyed by having to change rooms again, and she never once hung up her phone call the entire time, not a work call she was discussing a recipe and couldn’t be bothered to help. We also requested ahead of time for a bottom floor and was put on the top floor. We travel to the area every few months and we have always stayed here. It wasn’t the nicest but it was clean, quiet and we always got good service up until this time. We will probably be looking elsewhere for the next trip.

    Check-in was quick and easy, the overall look on the out side was kinda rough looking. Our room had wires hanging out of the ceiling where the smoke detector was supposed to be.     The room was dirty. Half of the items in the room were broken and/or missing. The bedsheets and the couch had multiple stains. The floors were not thoroughly vacuumed, because there were large crumbs scattered throughout the room. The hand towel was dirty. The washcloth had tiny, curly pubic hairs, stuck to it, but I did not realize it until I tried to use it in the shower. Luckily, I remembered to look at it before using it. The microwave plate was not centered, so I was not inclined to use it. However, even if the rotating plate worked appropriately, I most likely would not have chosen to use the microwave because of the awful stench emanating from it. There were no outlets near the bed. Of the two bedside lamps, one was flickering at a rate that would cause a seizure to those who are prone to having seizures. The parking lot has so many potholes that I felt like I was driving on the moon trying to avoid the massive craters that would pop a tire.The lone compliment that I can give is that the A/C worked well. Overall, if you are OK living uncomfortably without worrying about feeling dirty, then this is the place for you to stay at a good price. However, if you have any standards regarding cleanliness, and if you are unable to sleep well in dirty environments, then I suggest paying the extra money. I know I certainly will moving forward.

    Horrible check in. Room keys did not work. Had to go down to the lobby twice to return them. Front desk staff seemed uncaring and aloof. All four of my friends' tires were slashed overnight in the parking lot and police were called. The room was decent and inexpensive, but I would recommend a different property if needing to stay in the area.

    DO NOT STAY HERE! 1st room was full of cockroaches, 2nd room also had cockroaches.Bathroom looked very old with patchwork and messy repairs Was charged 3x for the stay instead of once (they refunded the additional charges after several days but I still lost money bc the exchange rate changed). I ended up not staying and checked out due to the cockroaches but had to call 5x and still no refund.

    Do not stay at the Days Inn in Shenandoah Tx it was full of roaches. First room had dozens of roaches in it the receptionist found us another room. She was so nice and sweet. But our second room had roaches to we ended up checking out at 1am and slept in out truck until check in time at another hotel.

    Roaches everywhere. Walls, door, baseboard and on the bed. As soon as I was able to find another hotel, I was gone. I emailed pictures to email that was provided at front desk asking for a total refund. That was on Thursday 16,2025. Today is Sunday 19th. No word.

    The office was dirty when we arrived. Once in the room the carpet was dirty and stained. The love seat’s cushions were worn and broken down. There was an earwig bug in the bath tub. While sleeping, I was waking up in the middle of the night to bugs crawling on me. I was to stay there for 3 nights, but checked out after the one night. The place needs a massive make over.

    Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel is dated but clean. Beds are comfortable. We had issues with the lights, main light flickered, and some outlets weren't working. But would stay again as the hotel is decently priced and decently placed.

    I have never rated a hotel before. But the “breakfast” wasn’t. There was terrible coffee with no cream. Bagels no cream cheese and cereal with no milk or spoon!!! I questioned the staff during my 6 day stay. Nothing was ever done. I suggested they call the owner who was at another of his properties to go to the store and purchase these items NEVEr did they appear. I will never stay at a days inn again

    Bare lightbulb hanging from ceiling, used soap bar in tub, carpets need cleaned- had to wear flip flops or feet looked dirty, musty smell, drawers broken and unable to be opened, rust and water damage under fridge. But it’s a motel, what do you expect? The bed was comfortable, no bed bugs, shower worked great (though the handle kept falling off and I’d have to put it back on. Reported it and saw the front office guy write it on the board but no one came to look at it.). Overall, it was safe and comfortable after I cleaned the room properly myself.

    The front office smelled like Marijuana. The carpet was beyond repair with old stains. It reeked of many odors. A roach crawled up the wall in our room. We did not feel comfortable around some who appeared to make it a longterm stay. I will never stay here again.

    Breakfast was very minimal. Only yogurt, beagles and oatmeal were available. The orange and apple juice dispenser was out. But the room was good. Carpet was really dirty. My socks got really dirty from walking around in the room. But it’s near the pavilion which was benefit.

    Check-in (10/25/24) guy was great - super nice & professional. But there was only yogurt & 2 rolls for “breakfast” (guy said they were waiting on the truck), the water was turned off with no notice to repair the pool just as I was about to take a shower & I couldn’t wait until it came on. The next day the shower drained so slow I had to stand in the dirty water. Never stay here again.

    We stay here every few months for 2-3 days. This was our first really bad experience. First our room had no towels or toilet paper I had to go get them. I guess they forgot to stock the room. The card reader broke on day 2 so we couldn’t get in our room and it took them half our stay to fix it so we had to keep going up front to have them let us in the room, the room smelled like mildew, I saw mold on the doorframe, the security lock on the inside was broken, the door didn’t shut well, the air conditioner broke, like it wouldn’t shut off even when when the power was turned off and it was freezing in there. The front desk said well at least it’s cold not hot and shrugged it off, they never fixed it. The breakfast they served was fruit loops and oatmeal. That was it, they didn’t even have juice the machine was broken. I found Cheetos and trash under my bed, the sink and bathtub both had cracks in them. The bathtub felt unsafe to bathe in. It was bad. Someone was consistently smoking weed in the corridor outside our room. I smelled it everywhere. It doesn’t bother me except I hope the smell didn’t drift into our room since I had to keep the door propped open every time I went out because i couldn’t unlock the door to get back in. We had a very loud person above us, overall it was just a bad trip. I think I may have to research a new hotel for our next trip. It’s never been a nice motel but it was quiet, clean and cheap so that’s where we stayed. It’s gone way downhill.

    Bathroom was very dirty with mildew and rust along the bathtub. Room just smelled wet as you walked in. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom as well. Bed was ok and staff was friendly but no one was at the first desk when we left at 6am to check out so we just left the keys in the room

    Our room was never cleaned, and the maintenance man had to fix our door because we get into our room. The key would not work but he took an hour to fix while letting mosquitoes in our room. Also, they have a man that cleans only the downstairs rooms which is where our room was. He opened our door while my wife and I were trying to get dressed. We tried to speak to the manger about our concerns, but he never spoke to us about and he didn’t seem to care. He has horrible customer service and never once apologized for anything or tried to compensate me for anything. They also did not give me the room that I originally booked. They put me in a different one. The pictures to this hotel are very deceiving, and I will not recommend it anybody. I will never stay here again or any Days Inn or Wyndham Hotel for that matter ever again.
