The staff were super nice and accommodating. It was a quiet place. The dead bolt did not work. The coffee was instant and not good at all. There were no blankets on the bed and when I asked for a blanket the man at the desk said they had no blankets. He did however go out of his way to bring us a comforter. It appeared to me that it is a struggling hotel just trying to stay open.

This was a bare bones establishment. For example, hair dryer mount on wall but no hair dryer, no tissues in tissue holder. Burn holes on bedspreads and chair. Deadbolt did not work and door closure seemed iffy. An effort had been made to clean but the room smelled stale and of smoke. I guess I got what I paid for.

Pets are welcomed handicapped accessible inside room was horrible 1 lamp for entire room refrigerator don't work house keeping didn't leave trash bag when I get back to the room I'm thinking about asking for different room not the best stay.

False advertisement they have no breakfast. I had to change rooms at least three times before I got a room that didn’t look like a “trap house”. The rooms are way overpriced for what they have to offer.

Location to our event No smoke detectors, cigarette burns in bed coverings, stained sheets, no toilet paper holder, dirty floors, garbage never taken from room in 3 days, no mirror above sink, no place to hang clothes, tv had to be rest every time it was turned on, bathtub bottom not flat ( round) felt very unsafe, bathroom door had foot prints all over it, asked for extra towels because of 4 people in room and the gave me 1 bath towel and said that's all they had. Would not recommend this place to anyone and will think twice about booking any Super 8 again. VERY DISAPPOINTING. For the amount we paid sound have been a lot nicer

All of the above safety concerns, fire hazard, very nasty, bugs all over in the bed smush. Suggestive selling and false advertisement. I couldn’t breathe due to dusty room, bullet hole in curtain covered by tape, linens were dirty and burnt holes in sheets. Door needed weather strip for main door. Anything could crawl in snake, bugs, cats, etc.

Location was ok and desk clerk was a nice guy. Was pet friendly which is nice and hard to find these days. Room had a terrible tobacco smoke oder. The Room was also infested with bugs. Lots of stink bugs . They were crawling on the bed, ceiling and in the bathroom. One buzzed my wife as we entered the door and that was it. We had to ask for a refund. The desk clerk understood and quickly refunded our money.

Location was pretty convenient, bed was pretty good. 1” gap under the door, fridge door was loose you had to hold it up to close it, the towels were less than second rate, stained and one was tattered, the toilet leaked when flushed, but it had a good bed and decent water pressure.

The location was good. Had restaurants around close by. My room wasn't clean. Had bugs crawling around. Had my own spray and household cleaning. I didn't like that they keep trying to get more money off my card without explanations. Which i paid everything through online.

Nothing it was a horrible experience. Photos are deceiving. Online ratings are moderate. However, when we arrived, it was horrible. I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights both rooms were non-smoking. Checked in at 330am. and was out before 8 am. The bedding had horrible stains and burn holes. The showers were both horrible. There were dead spiders on the back of the toilet. Fridge was discussing. The rooms smelled bad. There were several broken items. It was not clean at all, and honestly, I did not feel safe to be in. When I requested a cancelation for our 2nd night understanding that I would have to pay for the night we stayed. I was told that because I used a 3rd party, there was nothing the hotel could do. I called booking where I reserved the room, and he said it was up to the motel to process the refund but they did email to help cancel our 2nd night and I was told all super 8 had to do was click they accepted the cancelation. We were still at the motel, and I asked them to check for the email. They became very upset and stated they would not be doing anything because there is nothing they could do, and they said that everyone had different expectations on what acceptable rooms were, which was insanity. I wasn't expecting a full refund, just a cancelation of the 2nd night due to conditions. Lessons learned once we left, I searched and found locals who said "thats where the ladies of the night go," and there had been "someone shot a time or two there." I have so many more photos but am limited to upload 4.

The room was small there was a hole in the drapes and the comforter on the bed. The dressers floors phone and walls were dirty with dried drops of paint on floor. No extra towels and room was humid with a stuffy and musty smell when we first walked in. I would not stay here again.

The room was dirty, with candy wrappers behind the nightstand. There was a six-inch spider web stretched across one corner of the window. The towels were very thin. The bed cover had two holes in it. Breakfast was only cold cereal and coffee or juice. No hot water for tea. The man at the front desk was borderline rude. I will not return to this motel!

We couldn’t stay all night, it was filthy and smelled of smoke. The paint was falling from the ceiling and curtains wouldn’t close. The bedding had a hole burned from smoking. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls and the stains on the carpet looked like blood. Horrible place.

Our reservation was not available so we had to get a king size room with one bed. The pipes under the sink were broken completely so the entire floor was soak and wet our entire stay, there was only a sheet and the topper on the bed. No blanket. Television did not work, half the lights don’t work. We stayed because everywhere else was full so we had to maneuver with just the bathroom light and kept our shoes on the entire time from the floor being soaked. I was supposed to pay $174 for 2 nights they charged me $210 for a horrible room.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The sink when you used it didn’t drain well. It took a while to drain. In the night stand between the beds had some type of pill in a bag. I wasn’t impressed.

Can’t watch tv. Told front desk lady about this. She said someone would come up and look at it. No one ever came up to look at it. Problem #5. Phone in room didn’t work so I couldn't call to report these problems. I had to walk to the lobby to report them. Problem# 6. Bed sheets had stains and holes in them. Problem #7. The ceiling was stained and pieces of it were falling off. Problem #8. The deluxe breakfast bar the hotel offered was two cereal choices, fruit cups, granola bars and juice and coffee. It’s a super 8. I wasn’t expected the Plaza but this place was a dump! There’s a nicer looking hotel across the street. Go there.

The front desk refused to give us a second towel even though our reservation was for two adults and kept insisting we had booked only a "single room." The lobby was constantly dark with only a single light on over the front desk, the eating area always had the chairs stacked up on the tables and there were strange and suspicious guests/people lurking in the breezeways and parking lot. Overall, would never recommend this hotel and I guess we learned our lesson not to trust the pictures online.

I was liking it until two nights ago manager or the owner said we had to move out of the own room that I’m a disabled person and they moved us into another room and my husband been working so I would advise no one to stay there and they can’t move to another room because the room we was in room 109. The tub broke and it flooded the room so I’ve got asthma and I asked could I be moved and it was fine but then the owner came on the property and got to it with my husband.

The door to the hotel room had no lock and was previously kicked in. Both beds had multiple stains on them. There was a big circular red stain on the carpet that looked like blood. Lastly, there was a spider the size of the palm of my hand lurking in the corner of the room. There was no way anyone could stay in this hotel for an hour let alone over night.

They advertise breakfast, but when I looked in I saw cereal and a pack of mini muffins--OK, basic, not terrible--but ALL of the chairs were still turned up on the tables. I have stayed here before, though it's been years, and neither time nor management have been good to it. The bed gets it a second star or I would have given it a 1. Drug deals going on at night. Police rated one of the rooms. Tuesday morning garbage truck at 4 am. Mattress in hallway near ice machine. Furniture was all broken and ripped in my room. My door hinge look like it busted down and badly repaired.

When we arrived at 4:30 pm the doors were locked to the lobby. We had to call and the lady was not happy orfriendly. Went to our room and the carper was all dirty and scuffed. The phone did not work so we could call and ask for towles. I had to qalk to the office and get towles and TP. Never again.

Took an hour to unlock room with his device Broken fixtures and no light over sink Refrigerator leaking and smelled inside of chemicals and did not work But what was one of the most upsetting parts was he offered a king bed and I refused to sleep with my 15 yo autistic daughter There was no safety latch on the door but I locked the deadbolt which I found out didn’t work when someone came into the room They rented it to someone else. Desk clerk offered to give a refund if I called hotels The hotels rep called them for the refund and they refused. They said they even gave us an hour extra for a late check out but the cleaning crew came anyway at 11am so my 8th trip to the front desk finally he said he told them but they didn’t pay attention. Who knows. I’m very upset if it were just me I would deal with it but I layed awake watching the door so my sleeping kid wouldn’t be terrified. I intend to report the hotel. Sad that they wouldn’t even listen to the hotel rep for refund. Especially when they were the ones that said they would personally authorize a return if I notified hotels.

front door lock moves around in door when door closer door rattles i had to put a table and chair behind to feel secure.towel rack broke. no plunger,no safety rails in shower hand-capable bath not ! no anti slip in bath tub and no hand rails for fall stop.

We reserved a non-smoking room, it smelled like someone just smoked pot in there. The smoke detector was hanging from the wall with a plastic bag wrapped around it. I had to buy an expensive odor killer to take the edge off the smell of the room. I walked past other rooms and could smell pot coming from them. Obviously, this is normal there and they don't try to stop it. One lamp didn't have any lightbulbs in it. I asked the lobby for 2 bulbs they said they would get it in an hour. We had dinner and went to a football game, returned, no light bulbs. The breakfast wasn't even worth free, we went out to eat. After, I made my reservation a friend who lives in the town warned me that drugs crime were common there and they weren't wrong. I expected more from a Wyndham property.

Got a 1st room… the lights would not work…. Smelled horrible.. moved to a second room…. refrigerator not working… floor completely tore up in bathroom… no light bulbs in lamps….

My stay was ok! The staff at the desk was great but the room was not so good. The 1st room has dirty pillow cases and a stopped up sink with standing water in it. We were then checked into another room and that room wasn’t clean. We went to the store and got supplies and cleaned it ourselves because there were no other rooms available within the area because of the rodeo.

Room was filthy and staff was extremely uncooperative, rude and intolerant.

The staff was very rude from the beginning. The owner/manager knocked on our door the first morning and asked me why I ashes my cigarette butts on his wall (I DONT SMOKE) he even wanted me to clean the wall. When the maid service knocked on our door after the first incident happened she asked if we were leaving and I told her no we are staying another night. After I explained that we are staying, The only other response that I got was have you already paid? After I told her yes she walks off not offering any other kind of services like fresh towels, extra pillows, you get the picture. We would not have stayed another night but there were no more hotels available in the area.

Eye hole on door was missing so made me feel a little unsafe all they did was stick a tissue in it which anyone can easily remove and see me change or whatever else did not like that but other then that bed was super soft and wish they gave more pillows and it said there was complementary breakfast but never saw it offered.

This hotel made me sad. I booked it for my kids who were visiting from out of town for Christmas. The carpet was visibly dirty. It was dusty. There was hair in the sink. It almost looked as if someone had just left there. We will never ever again book at this location.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Property was poorly maintained and shabby, COVID protocols were not well-observed, clientele was loud. I did not feel it was safe to leave my tablet and phone in the room.

Door does not lock. Room 124 you can push it open. It is not safe. It does not good blankets. I would suggest bringging your own and sleeping on top of the bed. Good luck if you decide to stay here.

This hotel is in a sad state of disrepair. The first room had several areas of damage, including a missing smoke detector, no towel bars, and broken furniture. Right outside the door to the room smelled strongly of cat urine. The second was in slightly better state. However, the batteries were missing from the smoke detector, rendering it useless as well. Smoking rooms were right next to non-smoking rooms, thus allowing the smell of cigarettes and pot to permeate. No breakfast offered even though it was an amenity.

There was no on site breakfast. There was no maid service. Was placed in a handicap room. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. I was still charged full price for the room even with lack of services. The front desk clerk could not communicate well. I have stayed here many times and this was the worst service yet, I will not stay here again. The wife thinks the room was infested with bedbugs.

Checked into this Hotel . While in the Lobby area with several other Hotel guests , I witnessed a guest complaining to a Hotel staff member about her Dirty room. The guest stated that her bathroom wasn’t clean.During which time,I checked into my room. At which time, I noticed my room was dirty. The entire room was dirty. I told the staff member about my room. At which time ,she gave me some cleaning supplies and told me to “Clean it”. Because they didn’t have anybody else to clean my room. I cleaned my room myself because I couldn’t leave the property . I’m a commercial truck driver who ran out of driving hours This hotel is a dump times 10.

I was there for 4 days not 1 day did my room get clean or linen changed i had to go to the front desk everyday for clean towels and bathroom tissue. False advertisment on website about free breakfast ! Shower curtain has mold on it. Non smoking room smelled like cigareetes . I have stayed at other Wyndham establishments but this was the WORST!

Traveling with our dog this is by far one of our best friendliest hotels we have visited. Great location and it was very clean and quiet!

This hotel is a sad twisted joke. What I paid for this room and what he decided to charge was two different things. He took the deposit because while booking a (2) double bed room, only 1 person was marked instead of 4. However the price of 4 was the same as 1. I paid $78. He said he charged $75 for four people. He decided to keep my deposit of $25. May not seem like much but its the principle of the matter. And told me he was marking it down that I would have to pay $100 the next time I came. As if there would be another time. The room was nasty, no clean towels, dirty floor, bed bugs, leaky tub and toilet. Never get a room from these people.

I don’t suggest this please to anyone, very dirty,room smell so awful, some stuff were broken or very old, definitely not staying their no more first and last time.

I know a $60 hotel when I stay in one. They are perfectly fine except this one charged $85. And there was no breakfast as advertised- on a Saturday morning.

We had no cups, 1 bath towel for 2 people. The bath towel was thread bare, everything extremely dated. We made 2 trips to the front desk to get what we needed. The sheets were blood stained and it was just creepy. It's a very awkward entry from the service road and the parking lot had many weeds which was indicative of the inside condition. So glad we weren't here long...

The bathtub has sand in it carpets for dirty heating and air conditioning unit didn't work well it was all together they didn't have breakfast in the morning either false advertisement

Overall ok pick for a cheap night or 2, bit of a problem with noise during the day. The bathroom could have been cleaner but it mostly looked like long term wear. The towels had stains but it was obviously bleached and cleaned well.

Place was nasty. The bathroom door didnt shut and the lock on the door was broken. Other people staying there as i was checking in said their roof was falling in and their was water everywhere

Mattress sank in middle, showerhead clogged barely water coming out, too much activity going on upstairs, no free breakfast, front desk closed when i arrived. Needs remodeled.
