The staff were very polite and well groomed My room smelled of urine we had to spray cologne in the room every time we left and when we stunted it was there again I think need new carpets and ac or something bed was itchy

Property was clean. Breakfast was good and well maintained. Bottled water is nice touch. We were in room 232. Bathroom floor needs some maintenance. A lot of grout missing a broken tile. Floor is very slippery when wet.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. I love that it has quality shampoo and conditioner and body wash pump bottles availability so I don't have to take mine. Breakfast is good. Hot break is hot.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was large and clean, the shower was spectacular and the morning breakfast was so delicious as was the coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next trip to San Antonio TX.

The location was ideal for the area we needed to be in however, the construction all around the hotel was overwhelming. Breakfast was great, and included. Easy parking, elevators, generally clean facilities. Easy access to the natural cavernas. Could add EV charger. The pillows were a bit too thin.

Had a great stay other than the sheriffs blocking off every access to the hotel and having to drive in circles for an hour until finally one officer let us through the barricades. Great stay other than that extremely frustrating moment.

I was very appreciative of the cleanliness of the facility and my room, having enough towels for daily usage, and fresh clean continental breakfast. I will recommend and also use again. I didn't encounter anything that I didn't like.

So the next morning I talked to Danell and she was the best! She had a warm, welcoming conversation and put me in a room opposite the Freeway. It was much peaceful until a couple across from my room got into a heated altercation and was screaming, yelling and fighting each other in their room and in the hallway at 4:37am. When I grabbed the room phone to call the front desk, I realized the phone did not have a cord into the wall. It was just a non-working phone on the desk. So I called the front desk from my cell and I guess they sent someone up because I heard the man yell 413 and then the woman yelled, you have the drugs in 413. Needless to say, both nights I stayed were a bit restless. Breakfast was good though and Danell was a charm.

The mattresses were way too firm and we killed a roach the night we stayed. Also, there was hair all in the bathtub and the floors were sticky.

We had an issue with our air conditioning unit once checked in and the staff moved us immediately. Calvin, who we met through our meals in the mornings, was amazing. He created a great experience for us both and should be commended for his amazing attitude towards helping guests.

There was one thing we did like. It was breakfast. That was great. Our room didn't meet cleanliness standards by far. The sofa bed still had the previous linen on it. The pillow cases on all pillows were of earlier guests. There were stains on one, and the others smelled like someone had slept on them. The icing on the cake was finding unmentionable hair on one side of the bed. Luckily, I had a set of sheets that I travel with, and the lady downstairs was kind enough to bring a set of pillow cases and a sheet (not the whole set). We had to make do with what we had. We were so tired and not able to get to another hotel. I told the person when we checked out, and all I got was an "I am so sorry." The money paid should have been returned, or at the very least, half of it. The good points were the breakfast and having clean towels...that is it.

Phenomenal customer service, friendly, polite an shows empathy for ohers. He goes over and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and has everything they need. I will sta at this location again whenever i return to the area.

When everything was reported to front receptionist, they already had a list of “complaints” on a notebook they were writing down. Overall, the hotel smelled weird and was not in good condition. When I requested a refund, manager was not available. I also did see two other guests request and early check out. I will never come back here.

It was very comfortable and accessible. Close to stores and restaurants. The only drawback for me was the breakfast food. I was not a fan. Waffles and coffee did not taste good to me.

Poor inventory control. Out of quarters for laundry. Out of soda & some supplies in canteen. Out of accessible room when one was reserved.

The sheets seemed to have had a blood stain and the room had a very humid musky smell. Usually Hampton Inns are very clean but this one was very dirty and kind of runned down.

Property was easy to get to and around a shopping center. Had easy access to shops and restaurants during our stay. Staff was always present and helpful for anything we needed. Would stay again if I have to head down to San Antonio.

Room was nice and clean. Area is surrounded by construction. Door to the bathroom doesn't close all the way so even if you lock it, someone can just push the door open. Checkout is at noon but housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:30am asking if we've left yet.

We enjoyed our stay - it was not perfect, hence not giving 5's, but really nice otherwise. Only the little things were lacking: no hand wipes in the gym, one treadmill not working, the other was a bit slanted (leaned to the side). Plus our tub was slow draining, but I'm sure the staff would have taken care of these things if they had known. Very friendly staff.

Pets are welcome here at this hotel, which is great, but I didn’t know that prior to booking. It was very noisy one morning because it sounded like some owners left their dogs unattended in the room and the doggies didn’t like that very much!

Room wasn’t ever properly cleaned. Bathroom had someone else’s hair and the wall beside the trash can had spillage of something that ran down the wall. Room had small ants that got on our stuff by the ac unit. Breakfast was gross, except for the fruit. And the traffic is loud. But the staff was friendly.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed, complained to the front desk multiple times about noise that interrupted my children and wife sleep. Management came down from a room, He lives in claiming he was the owner later to find out, he is not the owner. He was very intoxicated and was later advised he was part of the party that were being unruly that night. Stay away from this place, it’s ran by drug addicts and is not family friendly.

I was billed twice for the same stay. Have yet to receive a refund. Now the staff did make an accommodation and give us an extra nites stay. That is really my only gripe.

Some of the breakfast food wasn't very warm. Room was very quiet. Very clean. Location was great for going to Schlitterbahn and Alamo. Many restaurants nearby. Liked all the breakfast food options at the hotel, especially the waffle maker. And the pool was clean and nice.

This property was very nice and shows great hospitality. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was amazing. My only concern was the construction. It was horrible. They had entrances blocked off and you had to find your way through the neighborhood to get there. Other than that the stay was perfect

I say unsafe because of the highway construction going into and leaving out of the parking lot this wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I found it challenging.

Had difficulty finding handicapped parking, but I understand ,there was a special Olympics event.

My room was amazingly clean; particularly the bathroom! Amenities were well organized and tastefully displayed. Although a two night stay, I was surprised that room service was provided by changing the used towels/etc. in the bathroom. The floor that I was staying on was very quiet and added to the enjoyment of my trip. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming and provided answers to all my questions with a smile on her face. I only had one negative: the carpet deodorizer was too strong. Otherwise, great hotel!
