We enjoyed the breakfast which had a nice selection of choices from eggs to waffles. Coffee was good. The happy hour was appreciated with a nice choice of white and red wine as well as draft beer.

It's hidden in a shopping center across the street from the Talking Stick resort. We were very confused because the web page described it as "Talking Stick Resort Hotel" and then, in a separate line it said "Staybrige Suites by IHG." We were misled into thinking we'd booked a hotel at the resort. When we arrived the Talking Stick Resort staff told us where the hotel actually was.

The location was superb. It is near a supermarket, restaurants, a movie theater, and some other attractions. We stayed at the king suite bedroom with a sofa bed and a complete kitchen is also available in the room. It was clean, quiet and spacious for the three of us. The receptionist were friendly, and particularly one man was really helpful when I needed help to turn on the stove in the kitchen. The breakfast was simple but good enough. The laundry is available for free which is a bonus. The bathtub drainage was a clogged so my husband needed to clean it first. After that it was fine.

Cedric and the last from Kansas City (sorry i did not catch your name) were welcoming and professional. As always, stay bridge is well thought out, clean, and convenient. As strange as it sounds, the elevator has a gong sound upon arrival that feels very nice.

Service is good, breakfast variarity, friendly staff, BUT do not get room 105. This room needs to be remodeled. It had a bad smell, old rusty coffee maker, sofa had stains, and water would spill after every single shower.

I had to drive back to Flagstaff 90 minutes each way to get a duplicate card. They would not call my credit card company to make things easier for the guest. Reiterating that’s their policy. Was polite & shocked, however Marissa replied “could stay at another hotel, that’s the policy. Not courteous or kind, extremely dismissive. So I drove back after 3 hours and received a $50 credit. Wow Also they charge $7 a night for parking if you stay at the hotel. What is going on?? This is ridiculous

We love this hotel and anytime we go to the Phoenix area we will stay here. The room was very large, the bed was very comfortable, large bathroom and a kitchen. They have a couch that has a section that is a lounger where you can put up your feet and kicked back and read a book or play games on your iPad. This place is very close to the casino, Medieval Times, the OdySea Aquarium plus other sites. Also, Roadhouse theater is right next to the hotel. Oh, the breakfast is superb and you can eat outside on their beautiful covered patio. Anyway, we couldn’t find one bad thing about this hotel. Loved it!

The staff and everyone were great. One of the best buffet breakfasts I've had at a hotel. It was included as well. Plus they have a social hour with food, beer, and wine that was spectacular. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the greater Phoenix area

There was a confusion on my booking when we arrived. They booked me on the previous booking that I cancelled. Reception keep on telling that my payment declined etc. I keep on explaining that card will definitely decline since I cancelled the booking. I had to call Expedia for help and inform them about the other registration/booking number since the one in reception was not eager to look for it. Voila! booking found. Payment did go through!! After a lot of explanation.

Breakfast on day one ay 8:15 there was nothing in the warmers, finally at 8:30 there was eggs, 8:45 sausage. Cedric (sic?) at the front desk was awesome. Great guy. Very comfortable, clean, safe and quiet.

I loved this hotel! I have a large family of young children. I did book the room that fits 8 and it felt like a small apartment. I got to have my own space which I loved! Breakfast was awesome too!

Great except 1night! We got woke up at 1am in the morning due to loud people above or below us. And the front desk kept calling us and asking what’s the deal. Then they came to our room and knock on door and ask what’s the deal. Very very upsetting to me and my wife due to us getting up early the next morning for work. SAD

I really like their spacious family friendly 2 bedroom suite with 1 King bedroom/bathroom, kitchen, living room area and 2 queen bedroom/bathroom.

The staff was so amazing and accommodating. I will definitely stay again. The breakfast buffet was excellent. My son loved that you could make your own waffles.

Always have a good time staying here. Property is clean, beds comfortable, location is good, and breakfast is excellent. Front desk is always nice unlike Chandler Staybridge.

The stay was fine, but we showed up at check in and still had to wait for our room, it wasn't ready yet. People checking in behind us had to wait as well. They just weren't ready at check in time. They also don't have weekend cleaning service, just FYI.

We had a multi-room suite and it was fantastic. We were a large group and it worked for us perfectly. The suite was nicely outfitted with dishes, etc. The beds were REALLY comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice. I would not hesitate to return.

Reported since 12/28 early morning to front desk, talked to manager next day after and nobody fixed this issue, they just sent me another shower curtain same size We had to put old curtain outside next to waterbumper and cover all with towels Temporary solution they provided was using next room # 107 to take showers and then go back to our room #105 but on 12/31 room #107 did not work and after passing by front desk and opened # 107, it was already taken!! We got this situation from 12/27/2024 to 1/1/2025, even cleaning staff confirmed this to be reported regularly but no actions to resolve it Also the night from 12/31 to 1/1. when returned to our room, electronic keys were not working, we had to wait along with another 50 persons around 45 min to get back to our rooms,all access to rooms were locked, until one maintenance guy showed up and had to reset every single door access with a computer by connecting it to a door port and signal on to bet it open Definitely it was one of the worst trip stays i had I would even consider claim a refund due cleanliness staybridge claims was not attended, no problem solved for this paid service
