The entire property was beautiful and well kept. We had the 2 bedroom villa again, and loved how spacious it was. Very clean, and beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We spent most our time in the pools. Nice to have a lot of options and our son loved the slide.

I love that they had an arcade and they had a couple different poles and the suites were beautiful, but I did stay in the signature suite When I didn’t like about the property was that I was excited about having my kids use the kids pool where there was slides and they were closed the entire time. Also, the food at the restaurant was not great. We order a pizza for my daughter. Everybody had their food. Everybody was almost done, eating and pizza took 45 minutes to arrive after we received our food and we still waited 30 minutes for our food so I was very unsatisfied with that.

It was very nice. The suite was very spacious. Everything was good except the TV capabilities. Limited channels and the TV’s weren’t smart TV’s so unable to use my Netflix or Prime accounts.

Wonderful family friendly property.

We loved the polls and the resort activities! We had clogged and smelly drains as well as some kind of flying gnat that left us with bug bites on our hands, elbows, and ankles.

The Bad.. The place is swarming with mosquitoes and our hotel had dozens of them flying inside. My son is highly allergic and got bit in the face multiple times causing me to take him to Urgent care. Now his face looks like a large black eye and I have a medical bill.

Arriving here front desk was so welcoming then getting in our room everything was clean was so surprised it came very equipped with kitchen items. My family and I enjoyed all the stuff pools nice family vibes here There should be water around to drink

Cantina under staffed. Took 45 minutes to get food after ordering. Would be helpful to have lifeguards up to pool closing to keep control of the teenagers in kids pool area.

We stayed 7 days in a 2 bedroom villa, the space was clean, controlled and tasteful, my only concerns are: 1. Lack of toiletries. 2. Lack of cooking pans. 3. At the restaurant, service was terrible, they forgot items for our order, brought our dish wrong. It was a desepointmen.

The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the room available and plenty of different pools

Loved having two bedrooms and a kitchen, enjoyed that there were 4 different pools so you could choose where you wanted to be. Resort and pools were beautifully maintained, chairs and tables near pools were clean. Actual rooms were not clean. I have no idea the last time the floors were actually swept and mopped. Our 10month old got out of the bath, crawled around on the floor and had black knees and feet. We had dirty dishes when we tried to use a pan, and we were unaware we needed to put the trash outside the door and call maid service to take it so we had a lot of trash for a few days until I asked.

Very friendly staff with a great activity center for the kids, water slides, pools, game, etc. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Only draw back is that the way the rooms are situated, there really isn't a view from any of the balconies or enough space to really relax outside. But there are so many other places to lounge outside your room . . .

Great property for families with kids! And fun for the adults too! We had a beautiful 3-bedroom “casita” and it was very clean and comfortable beds and huge kitchen and very spacious.

For us was a great time to be there, my boy enjoyed the pools and the activities game too, plus the restaurant was great, the staff were friendly and nice, the casita was super clean and perfectly organized and so confortable too, for sure we will be back again!

This property is very nice, and well maintained. The staff is very nice , very helpful, pools are clean, villas are clean and spacious. If you are traveling with kid this property is great for families.

1st: They held my room key hostage while they tried to pressure me into buying another vacation. Even called my room a day later to see if I was interested even though they said it was a "check in special" and I had to make a decision while I was checking in. 2nd: On the last night my room had a large roach in it. I tried to kill it, but it got away and I could not find it. I called the front desk and requested another room to sleep in as it was 930PM and I needed to go to sleep to catch an early flight. Their solution to this problem was for me to pay to upgrade my room or for them to send staff to help with eliminating the roach. My experience at this place makes me never want to stay at a Holiday Inn ever again.

The restaurant on site wasn't good, I don't remember spending money there, I'd rather door dash or drive somewhere else. I think the restaurant needs some updates to the menu or better quality control.

The suites are beautiful and cozy. We ate the restaurant twice not a fan but the margaritas are great. Staff was welcoming and friendly and the activities are fun we built a bear. Wish there was a smaller slide my daughter was so close to ride and the little kid slide wasnt much fun for her but my 1 year old loved it. Overall great stay

It's 2026, so a smart TV is table stakes, especially at a place where families are prone to be for many days at a time. The TV interface was cumbersome, and you basically need an IT team to screencast anything. Nobody wants to spend time in a nice place with a TV and then be forced to watch a show or movie around an iPad. I'd recommend upgrading to the TV you'd get in a basic 2-3-star hotel.

The pool and water slides were the most enjoyable part stay. The kids had so much fun. The rooms were very clean and staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms need a little remodeling in my opinion. The dryer was also not drying clothes. Otherwise great place for the price!!!

Everything about this experience was enjoyable! From the moment we checked in, till the moment we left I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The room was wonderful, I don't even think I can call it a room because it was a literal apartment! It had everything and more that we could have needed for a perfect stay - we were even able to do laundry!

The restaurant staff were terrible. The pools were not cleaned, the hot tub was also not cleaned and not attended to. Would never ever stay here again. It’s a time share so they try and sell you the whole time.

There were several concerns during their visit. The restaurant charges on the bill appeared to be incorrect, and the quality of the food did not meet a reasonable standard. Additionally, the carpet in the room had an unpleasant odor, which affected their overall comfort. When these concerns were brought forward, the response from management felt limited and not as attentive as we had hoped. I consider myself a reasonable and understanding person, and I recognize that issues can occur. However, what truly matters is how they are addressed. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a member of management to resolve these concerns. If someone from the management team could please contact me, I would welcome the chance to discuss this further. A thoughtful and responsive resolution would go a long way, and I would be open to recommending this establishment in the future based on how this situation is handled. Otherwise, I would be hesitant to recommend it to others. Thank you for your time and consideration.

We stayed in a villa which was nice and big. In room laundry, which you are expected to wash your own towels, they don’t offer housekeeping in the villas. Not a problem for us, we just did not know this ahead of time. All the pools were really nice, never had an issue getting loungers. Only complaint is that the coffee shop/convenience store was only open until 3:00. It was also the only place to get breakfast on the property and it only ever had one staff working so was very slow. And also only one restaurant on site, but it had a good menu and the food was good! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place we had a two-bedroom Villa, it was so spacious and well appointed . the pools were clean ,activity center had plenty for the kids to do between ping pong shuffleboard and some activities we chose to do . We would definitely stay again.

The property was very well kept and looked great! We loved our large casita with two bedrooms. It was very updated and clean, and had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, and the best part was it had a washer and dryer, so we were able to wash all of our clothes before we flew home. We loved that there were several pools to choose from. There was also one pool that was an adults only pool, which I thought was nice for people who didn’t want to deal with kids. The restaurant there was great as well. It was very reasonably priced, and the tacos, pizza and nachos were amazing. We definitely plan on coming back!

My stay was very peaceful and relaxing. I stayed in a two bedroom two bath unit. It was very clean seemed like it was never used before. The property is clean and well maintained, plenty of amenities and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Stay in building one casita 304! It’s the best.

The fact of at the cantina was below average. The room and the amenities were amazing!

Our only issue was the constant pushing for a free tour to get a free vacation, which we weren't interested in. Plus, we kept getting calls to our room about different programs. It's just annoying when you're trying to relax after a long trip.

This was an amazing place for our family to stay. The room was huge and the pools were so fun. Will come back!

the hours for the store and therefore breakfast were limited, and it is unfortunate that they do not take cash.

Just a heads up they will try to sell you a time share for staying here. Also needed to extend our stay by one night due to my husband staying longer at the Mayo Hospital but they do not accept reservations at the location. I was told I had to book using ihg.com and to make sure I booked the same room type so I may stay in the same room. When I went to book another night I realized I had originally booked a standard one bedroom but they put me in a 2 bedroom so costing me more money to stay another night. Property and room are nice, but all the other hassle isn’t worth it. Try to stay on top floor as upstairs noise traveling down to the first floor is very loud especially if someone is a stomper. I will choose differently next time I’m in the area.

There are only 3 pools for kids, 1 is a 21+. The massive water slide that is advertised in every photo is only for 48” or higher but that isn’t posted anywhere on their website. Had to call a few times to get extra coffee and dishwasher pods and when they did come they just brought coffee. Their checkout paperwork says “ask about a late checkout” we didn’t even speak and they said no. Not let me check, I can only give you 30 mins, just a no. Overall an okay property, but definitely won’t be buying a timeshare and probably wouldn’t return.

The room was spacious and clean and the pools, themselves were nice. The pool furniture needed some updating as a number of the loungers had missing or torn straps on them. We did have a slight sulphur odor in the room which may have come from the shower /bath traps or the sink traps. The Marketplace that was attached to the restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 times we went to it, during normal hours, which was disappointing. We ate at the onsite restaurant one time for lunch - the strawberry margarita had a "artificial" taste and was not that great. The person who doubled as the waitress and bartender did a good job as they were understaffed and she kept a smile on her face the entire time. Overall, I would try this location again or a different location as we overhead another couple stating the Myrtle Beach location is really nice.

This was the perfect place for our extended family vacation with 2-6 year olds. Conveniently located just 10-30 miles to excellent short hikes, retail and restaurants. And the resort offered a variety of pools ( with pool toys), and an activity room with a variety of games and craft projects. Condos were spacious with a full kitchen, lots of living room and dining room seating, and a bathroom connected to every bedroom. We had two suites side by side to accommodate our multi-family gathering. Great value for the resort.

We wanted to extend our stay one more night and the resort was not full. Initially the home office maintained there were no rooms available when clearly there were rooms available. We ended up staying for double the price which seemed a bit excessive.

Great for families, had everything we need!

We requested a room on the top floor (the third story) away from the kids pool and they accommodated both of these conditions without any issues! There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, for which they provide detergent, and you can keep in contact with the staff via texting should you need ANYTHING at all. Our suite had 2 rooms and 1 common area with a pull-out bed (very comfortable actually) so the three of us were all able to have our own spaces. Seriously we’re already planning our trip back to this hotel and the Scottsdale area!! Best experience ever

Need new outdoor furniture. The chairs and tables are relics and many broken. We travel here a couple times a year and this is the worst it has been. Updates needed.

Nice big space with 2 bedrooms for our family. Decent pool. Close to everything in north Scottsdale. Not a fan of the attempt at selling the timeshare, which we declined, but I guess they need to try. Right next door to the Scottsdale princess resort and we were able to walk there for the Christmas festivities.

The property is clean and beautifully landscaped. Pools are scattered throughout and there was sun and shade with lots of chairs. Our 2 bedroom suite was huge. Stocked very well and very clean and comfortable! The restaurant situation was terrible. They were short staffed so waits were long. The food was good except for Taco Tuesday-very skimpy. Breakfast was a nightmare. There is no FREE breakfast. You have to go to the on-site marketplace to order. Again, there was only one worker (very nice but overwhelmed) who did everything.

The multiple pools and hot tubs were great and very clean! Our preteen and teenage kids enjoyed them and the activity room a lot! Our room was so big and nice with a huge kitchen area! It fit our family of 5 very well!

Booked our villa very last minute, staff was extremely friendly and punctual allowing us an early check-in. Villa had all we needed and more. Pool area was neatly maintained and was enjoyable for a day of sun. Thanks, Scottsdale IHG!

Our kids especially loved the arcade room and the activities offered throughout the week. One of their favorite memories was tie-dyeing shirts and getting to pick out their own designs afterward. The activities coordinator was incredibly sweet and accommodating, which made the experience even better for the kids. The staff overall were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Between the great amenities, family-friendly activities, and comfortable rooms, it was a fantastic place for a family vacation. We would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

I wish they had a shelf in the walk-in showers to support larger than travel size bottles on. Also, floors could be cleaned better. Always had black socks or black feet from walking on them. Other than that, we had an excellent stay! Neither issue was a show stopper for us. Highly recommend!

The locks on the bathroom doors didn't really work and the kiddie pool was functional but in disrepair... it was old. The kids didn't mind but it didn't look so great.

The location was amazing, the facilities were wonderful. Food was good , staff were personable, welcoming and helpful. Only issue was advertising “breakfast included”. You had to go to the coffee stand to order, service was somewhat slow and we were designated $30 dollars a day for 3 adults and 2 children. That amount would cover maybe 2. So we only ate breakfast there one day. The only plus to that is that you could use it for snacks and coffee as well.

Plenty of pools and activities for kids. Especially liked that the kids crafts were reasonably priced! Only one problem we encountered and that was with the restaurant. It took almost 50 minutes to get and order of chicken tenders and two tacos. And when we did the food was cold.

The room was absolutely excellent, and the kids enjoyed the waterslides and pool each day. The restaurant on-side was delicious, and there was a little market with breajfast available and coffee for sale into the afternoon. The gym was adequate... better than many I've stayed at recently, and there were lots of family-friendly activities available in the activity centre.

We enjoyed the mini water park and the activities center. They had so many crafts and other fun things happening daily. The location was such that we had to rent an Uber if we wanted to leave the property. There was little to do/see within walking distance except at another hotel nearby.

We enjoyed the various pool options. The game room looked like fun and we loved that they had activities like Bingo. The 2 bedroom space was spacious and well suited for a family of 5.

Property seems to need updating but for the price it was nice. Wrought iron fencing around pool is very rusty has holes also no locking gates on pool. Plus it did not seem clean on the adult side.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and Emma in the Activity Center was so thoughtful and kind to my granddaughter and me. She’s a real asset!

We loved our stay here. There were four families that traveled together and each had our own rooms. We loved the warm pools and common areas and the rooms were large and amazing!

The room and amenities were fine. Check-in was awkward with the sales pitch for a time-share cocked and loaded within a few feet of the reception desk. Did not like that the time-share salesman holds your key until he is done pitching his sale - felt wrong.

The property is a bit dated but still provides value: pools are not crowded, rooms are spacious, plenty of parking. The TVs are weird - they are not connected to Internet so you can't stream from mobile. The dining option on site is very basic but staff are all very friendly.

Overall we had a great stay. One pool was closed for a day and another the next. It would have been nice to be given a heads up to plan accordingly. We were on the first floor with a 2yr old and did have to call the office because our above neighbors were stomping so loud after 10pm. The villas were bigger than we expected and it was a great location in Scottsdale. I also appreciated we were offered a timeshare meeting but not hounded when we declined.

The front desk staff was super nice and the resort really had alot for the kids to do which I appreciate. I think they need to remind people when they check in that its a cash only place, cause when we went to the restaurant and i tried paying cash the lady was super rude about it.

Definitely didn’t get what we paid for. It was so noisy it affected any ability to relax. Was not what was expected.

Great location. Villa was nice, especially for families with older kids. Amenities were nice. The only thing I would recommend is staying on the top floor otherwise you hear every step the person takes above you.

This is the first and last time we stay at this so called “resort”. This hotel is noisy and the fire alarms go off at random times during the day and night. We requested a different room because our bedroom headboard rested on the wall that was shared with the electrical room and water meter. There was a thump on the wall every single hour. The front lobby staff did not help at all. The lobby staff stated that if we moved rooms we would still hear the fire alarms and about the thump on the wall, she didn’t have a solution. Maintenance was also contacted via text and they never arrived. The front desk attitude was very disappointing. They offered no solutions and didn’t offer any credits or incentives for having to deal with the noise. Also, they wanted me to participate in a 90 min presentation about their services. If you attended, they promised you a few gift choices. I declined when I first registered and then got a call the next morning again offering the same opportunity to participate again. The attitude i received from the host for declining on both occasions was not amicable. It almost felt that I was being forced to participate. I don’t recommend staying here. Not a restful place to stay if you have insomnia.

We stayed here a few years back and it was amazing but this time it wasn’t very good. They stuck us in a corner with no views, in front of a pool that was closed for maintenance for our entire trip. The other hot tub didn’t work, and the other pool was filled with kids. Not much relaxing by the pool which is what we like on vacation. Didn’t stick around and plan to try a new place next time.

We were here for medical reasons. It was a good fit for us, as we could relax in the villa after appts.

Restaurant staff made us feel like we were a bother. Also, we lost power in half of our unit. Every time we called the front desk, we were treated as if we were doing something wrong by calling. We will not stay here again.

It was a very clean property. The rooms were great! I wasnt thrilled about first floor of the 3rd floor buildings. This is only a personal preference. I wanted 2nd or 3rd. I dont mind the stairs and you had to take stairs on the first floor anyway due to it being lower than ground level. I like natural lighting. Curtains open. Taking in the veiws. But we had to keep the curtians shut at all times because people walking by could see everything. Or the headlights of cars as the back patios were up against the parking lot. Couldnt have a window open at night for safety purposes.Staff was nice. The restaurant had amazing pizza and was the best for the cost.Everything else was overpriced ex.$30 for 2-16oz alchoholic drinks. I was excited for the churros but they were really small hard as a rock and less quantity than a snack bag of chips.LOVED the marketplace. One of the main reasons we chose this place was splash pad for our Autistic child and was pretty upset that half the splash pad was out of order. They had 2 slides (her favorite) roped off with an orange cone. The large oversized dump bucket was broken. The mini 3 dump buckets were broken. The 4 water sprayers along the edges were also broken. It was really upsetting. We could get a hotel with a pool anywhere. But we figure out the cons and learn for next time because it wasnt bad enough to shy us away. We were still impressed with the overall stay. If we choose this resort next time, hopefully the maintenance will be fixed.

It was conveniently located to our kids soccer games for the weekend.

I really like staying there, it fun and convenient for where we need to go for my medical appointments. We love the atmosphere and the restaurant there is very good and Anthony is very friendly and respectful towards everyone there. Food is great and more importantly the drinks there are very well made!!!

Bombarded after long drive to be having someone insist i stay and discuss timeshare im not interested in 3 mins after we arrive how annoying then get a vall in room while napping and again Bombarded again and not taking no for an answer never again....

I liked that it was super roomie...pools were small and the slides were closed for construction but i had 2 teenagers so although they wanted the slide they were fine...its def not a water park but it is a great place to stay if u need space..its super clean, we had a 2 bdrm..1 with 2 beds and 1 with king and full living/dining and kitchen(dishwasher)as well as 2 bathrooms and washers and dryer, dual balconys large one from main room to living room and a second off the other bedroom on other side, def worth it for the space alone...its got everything u need, plus arcade/game.room, small bar/restaurant.. i liked it a lot

Amazing apartment like villas

We stayed for a 3 day weekend. It was very clean. Staff was friendly. When we checked in we were offered a first floor room and took it Unfortunately it was actually 1/2 flight below ground. We could see peoples legs walking by. Patio was a tiny area with concrete walls. It was late at nite and did not know until the next day that not all the buildings were like this. Would have preferred upper floor after waking up to people stomping overhead. Pools were nice.

We had an amazing time! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the bathrooms were clean and beds and bedding felt clean and comfy. They had 3 packs of 1 load tide powder detergent that could easily be split into 2-3 loads per packet. The staff was amazing and so so kind! We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be coming back perhaps more than once a year for family trips!!

The room was large and reasonably clean, but nowhere near the standard of a JW Marriott or Fairmont—closer to budget accommodation dressed up as more than it is. Dining was worse. A coffee and two tiny, cheap fruit cups cost $8, which was enough to convince us not to gamble on their $30 hamburger. The pricing felt insulting given the quality. Overall, the property seems far more interested in squeezing value from guests than delivering a genuine hospitality experience. Underwhelming from start to finish.

The room was nice. I took my grandson for the waterpark pool. It was down for maintenance, neither their Expedia listing or when I called did they share that.

Our villa was very comfortable and spacious. Disappointed that we weren’t informed that the main water park and pool were closed for maintenance.. We booked this resort because the kids wanted a water park and very disappointed that it was closed.

Room accommodations were very clean, amenable, and very adequate for a short or long stay! The only thing missing would be wheelchair/handicap access. All rooms (including floor level) require traversing 7 steps/stairs.

This place is beautiful!!! We were passing through and were so pleasantly surprised, we will definitely be coming back. The staff was amazing. The room was gorgeous!!! We opted to stay another night, they got us into our room at 10am versus having to wait for 4pm - the normal checkout time. The manager came up to my kids and gave them popsicles. The pools are clean and there are so many. Game room with crafts, arcade, kid pool.. This place is it! Love it.

Beds were comfortable and location can’t be beat! Not the hotels control exactly but also no systems in place to prevent the rough housing on the slide after it closed at 8 pm. Never saw security do rounds there and witnessed kids climbing to top of slide multiple nights.

We decided to do a last minute staycation before school started and it did not disappoint. I’ve never regretted not booking enough days until now. 100% will be there again next summer. The pool and activity center were awesome for the kids. The location was perfect for quick access to grocery stores and amazing restaurants. Most importantly, the room was clean with very little carpeting! Always a plus!

As soon as you step on property they try and get you signed up for a time share. We did the presentation for $150 resort credit and 7 day vacation. They sold us on a Disneyland vacation only to find out after the presentation they only have a resort with Disney World. We used the resort credit on the onsite restaurant-it was so disappointing. Thankfully it was free, but the pizza, flautas, and service was all subpar. They gave us the wrong room, and when I called to fix it they gave me an attitude and said “we gave you what was available” and didn’t attempt to fix the situation. The walls are so thing, we could hear the people walking over us and the room next to us blasting music until 1am. I called the front desk at 11:30 for a noise complaint and security never came. They had rude and drunk guests yelling on property, and no type of supervision for children climbing on unattended water slides. We usually don’t have bad experiences and don’t complain but everything stacked together made it a bad experience. We would have been fine if one or two things happened, but all of it together was too much.

We got the 2 bedroom suite, it was perfect for our family. During our stay there was renovations but it didn't get in our way. The kids had a great time in the activity center and the sldes! Wish the restaurant food was better, but plenty of food near by. Overall would recommend this location to relax with kids.

Property was well maintained with large rooms. Would highly recommend. Lots of renovations going on at the time of the visit but good properties will always have some form of renovations to keep the place looking nice. The arcade had several games and pools were maintained with poolside grills that made it nice to cook out while on vacation. Stop looking and stay here as I highly recommend. Not sure who posted negative reviews but I think they stayed somewhere else.

We paid close to $100 for a dinner (3 adults and one child) which was basically trash. My daughter had ordered a cheeseburger which looked so disgusting that she would not even touch it. It went right into the garbage. The pizza which we ordered wasn’t done and we ate only 2 slices which gave us a stomach ache. The prepaid “breakfast” turned out to be a discount voucher: $30 per night for 2 guests, redeemable at their “marketplace”. There is no way to get a simple breakfast for $15,- per person, you have to take the stuff that you buy to your room because there are only 4 tables in front of the “marketplace” where you can sit down and 2 of them are broken, the other 2 tables are usually occupied. 2 coffees: $9.50, small hot dog: $ $8.95 4 slices of toast $ $13.95, one bagel with egg and bacon $11.95, 1 juice $8,- together with tax $ 56.54 for some stuff which they throw into paper boxes so that you can eat it in your room. Pool area has been neglected for years: cool deck has detached from the concrete in many areas, disgusting black spots which seem to be mold all over the deck, gate at the pool deck is rusted through.

Stayed here two times. The place is great for a large family. The rooms were clean. The people working in activities were fantastic! People working at the front desk were rude and not helpful. I was told to call day of departure for late checkout, when they opened at 7 I called and they said it was booked already and they couldn’t give anymore out. They said I should have called the night before. There was maintenance working with electric tools and weed wackers at 6am and when asked to stop said “I have permission”. When front desk was asked they didn’t care. The gates are all open to the front pool so people. From all over came and crowded the pool until 10pm. The water was so cloudy and my girls found rusty nails at the bottom of the kiddie pool. Was very disappointed in this stay and the way we were treated.

Only downside was an odd smell in our room but they were more than happy to assist. Best place I've stayed in Scottsdale

We did a Staycation Girls trip for a 3 day get away. Room was great Property was great , Amenities were great. The only drawback was there was no ramp from the parking lot we parked at. So we were able to get a courtesy cart that we packed full, but had to take stuff off & ask a worker to help us lift the cart onto & over the step up. He was great & it was 110 that day so it was so appreciated. We will be back. Thanks so much...

Main pool was really dirty

So this is a nice place but they try to sell you a timeshare. I did not attend to get the “free trip” but my in laws did. Very very high pressure and they felt like they were being held hostage for 10 percent of 40k. Then they had to fight for the promised gift card for attending.

We come here every year and always have a wonderful time. One of the pools were closed but we were happy the waterfall pool was still open.

It was the perfect get away staycation for our family trying to beat the heat. Room was massive and so clean. Usually wear socks in hotel rooms but even the floors were immaculate. The washer and dryer were perfect for the many times we took swim breaks to hang out in the room, we could dry our swim suits to head back out. I do wish the TVs were smart TVs so we could sign into streaming services or even cast. And the bucket and some of the splash features in the kids pool were not working which was a bummer. My son loved building his own stuffy as an activity, the game room is a little dated so we did not hang out there. But over all, we will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Entering the unit was tough, the door was stuck horribly, you practically had to use a hip or butt with force every time! It smelled like something had died and was covered in dirty cooking grease?? Our air freshener didn't help. The unit was clean and had most everything needed in the kitchen. Plenty of clean bedding! Pull out was ok, not bad for the younger. My complaint is about the cleaning staff... upon check out morning, they will loudly plant their stuff at your door, and walk around in front of it, as if tapping their impatient foot. We were awoken at 7:30 am by them cleaning the unit above us. We all ran out of our rooms (from dead sleep) thinking someone was coming through the ceiling, it was sooo loud! They were opening all the drawers and cupboards and slamming them. The sliding doors were opened and slammed multiple times.?. We could hear them take every step, as if wearing weighted boots? They ran the vacuum before 8am and was slamming into the wall at every pass.?. We all stood there in disbelief?? We never heard anything the whole weekend, until it was checkout morning. They were definitely being overly loud, before 8am, no reason for it!!

My only complaint is that the kiddie pool slide and sprinklers were broken during our stay :( . Room was clean staff was very attentive my big kids loved the slides and the Arcade room. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots,pans,plates cups even a blender. AC was amazing in that 110 degree weather

Staff not so much, we asked multiple times for towels and we were completely ignored. The resort fees are a little insane and you get taxed on them everyday! So make sure you tell them to post them the day you check in!

The pool furniture is outdated. I thought when they were doing renovations last year that this year they would have addressed o restaurant food very salty and service very slow. Would not recommend any one to eat there. Market place was much better.

Kids loved the waterslide pool. The apartment was large, well equipped and comfortable.

My only complaint is I had to check out a day early and I gave over 24 hours notice and I was still unable to get my money back. I also filled the beds could use an upgrade.

Arrived early checked in the receptionist took my name went back 3 hours later noticed others were checking in and names were checked out as they got there rooms. Mind I was first on the list Receptionist said we will get our room after 4 pm. I called hotels.com they said to ask inside for a refund or ask what’s happening when I did around 2:30 pm the male receptionist issued me a room after I asked for a refund stating my disappointment as I had 3 little ones out in the AZ heat at 112 degrees.

My family and I stayed here last year and we loved it, that is why we returned again this year. This will be our last time staying here. Our room has a cockroach infestation. When I walked out of the bedroom at night there were giant cockroaches running around the family room and kitchen. Also the people upstairs were extremely loud, you could hear footsteps and running all day and all night. We called and complained but the noise continued. The room was also constantly filled with mosquitoes.

Family staycation was a hit. The kids loved it. My only regret was not making the visit longer.

The adult pool hot tub was extremely dirty with sand, the jets didn’t work. Pools were very cloudy and debris floating. Should have been cleaned daily. Not enough dishes, silverware for 6 in two bedroom unit. Needed tin foil and/or plastic bags to store leftovers.

This was the perfect family getaway. There was plenty of activities planned for all of my kids and easy access to the pools from our room. I highly recommend staying here and would come again.

Wonderful place for our 3 boys to swim and enjoy the heat! They love rotating between pools throughout the day, the activities center and that we can buy groceries (food they like) with the full kitchen. Highlly recommend.

I thought it only had one pool with 2 slides, when i checked in i was surprised to hear it had 4 pools. Just wow. And an entertainment room. This place has alot to do and chose from.

The room was constantly swarming with mosquitoes the whole time we were there. We hadn’t been leaving doors open - we were already swatting them while unpacking bags. When I called to ask to change rooms so we could get away from them, I was essentially told to deal with it. Apparently they spray for them when they clean the rooms but we killed easily 50 of them inside the room while we were there and there were a lot we missed that bit us. The facility as a whole was nice. Room was sizable and there was plenty of space for a family of four. The splash pad and the pool were all in good condition and well maintained. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, but I don’t know if I’d come back if the expectation is that there are going to be a ton of mosquitoes in your living space and that’s just part of the deal.

My family and I had a great stay here, My little ones enjoyed all the activities, and especially the pools.

Absolutely fabulous. We had no idea that it would be so fun for all. The family loved it.

-WiFi wasn’t working properly -Pools are overcrowded with teenagers using foul language and acting very inappropriately, so small children can't be in the area -Balconies reek of marijuana -Height restriction on slide wasn't listed online, making it useless (the reason we booked this hotel in the first place) -splash pad was not functioning at full capacity -children in the splash pad were not being monitored, resulting in children being injured by larger children -walls are paper thin so you’ll be woken up every twenty seconds by parking lot noise and slamming doors

Front desk staff was friendly and informative. However, it took quite awhile to check in due to slow moving line. Waited 20 minutes until it was my turn.

I think the word resort is a stretch. The rooms were nice and mostly clean. Dual ac systems kept it nice and cool! The pools were small but adequate for morning swims. There were a lot of super rowdy kids and teens who were cussing and playing very rough in the pool with no parents in sight. Lifeguards and resort staff didn’t seem to do much about this. Ultimately I don’t know if I would do a holiday inn again, but if you are on a budget and it isn’t a busy weekend it may be a good fit.

The rooms were really spacious and I love the kitchenette with table. There are 5 in our family and we never felt cramped. The deeper pools and kid pool were clean. The only thing that was negative was the 90 minute talk they tried to push on me when I checked in, likely some kind of timeshare.

This was a really nice stay. The property is beautiful and a lot of stuff to do. The restaurant is open 12-8 and has decent food. Online google says its open 7am so we went for breakfast and was closed. No big deal just went somewhere else. Other reviewers saying that it wasn't properly cleaned and I can say that it was very clean besides the floors probably weren't mopped or whatever and had a slight smell of mildew very well but everything else was really clean. Beds comfy. Staff nice!

Restaurant on site good, limited selection if staying for more than one night

2 bedroom 2 bathroom villas with 4 patios, full kitchen with dishwasher and full washer and dryer, so much space! The property has a beautiful wall mural at the front you won’t want to miss and MULTIPLE pools we didn’t even make it all of them. Great value and location- catch the fireworks at the Princess a cross the street. On-site hotel and coffee, arcade

Stayed her for grad school graduation with my family and this space was amazing!

Not too clean

We areived an hour early after driving 3 hours and to our surprise,there were no rooms available. So we ate and stated they would call us back when a room was available, but this did not happen. It 430pm by the time we went to check and finally a room was available (check in is 4). Then, we had signed up for a timeshare thing that was not told that it was a timeshare training. Wasted time but the guy up front with the vacation stays was friendly. Room was outstanding and when it was time to check out, housekeeping came about 10 minutes early (check out at 10). Overall, great place, pools were a little on the small side. Personnel at the activities center would hound you as soon as you come in so we avoided the place. Artezania kitchen has good food, however a bit pricey like all resorts.

Very good

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa on the first floor. We could hear everything our upstair neighbors did. Kids on the property were very loud at 11pm at night. Space is great. Kids pool is nice. Wish the height requirement was posted online for the bigger slides. Kids were disappointed they couldn’t use it.

We had an amazing stay.

The wifi was too slow though, it was basically unusable. Also, the breaker in our living room would go out if too many lights and the tv were on at the same time, so we would have to watch the tv in the dark. All in all, it provided us what we needed for our staycation, with a few things that were a bit of a nuisance, but did not ruin our stay overall.

We had a great visit with daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons. Room was perfectly located near the kids pool and crib and highchair were provided as requested. Staff was helpful in accommodating our requests for check in on arrival and late checkout. Multiple pools added good diversity to the venue. Good location in Scottsdale. Only thing lacking was we did not see any place for recycling of bottles or cans.

Restaurant and store never seemed to be

This is the our second time coming. We are from the valley and usually we like to do staycations at new resorts but we really liked it here! The suite size rooms is perfect for our family of 6 and the kids water area is so much fun! The rooms come stock with the basics we might need which is really convenient.

Run down hotel. Rooms were good but ac unit extemely lous and sofa bed very uncomfortable. Pool had algae. Restaurant is best avoided and closes w/ bar at 8pm. Food is terrible. Kids did enjoy the pool. Cooking setup in room is decent. They'll try and sell you timeshare. It is the cheapest room in the area at a resort we could find

It was great, the food at the restaurant could be better. Loved the hotel and pools and rooms.

Great adult pool area and nice clean apartments - loved having the kitchen and little deck area to sit out on.

I thought the place was great but there are a few things the property needs to do, the rug needs to be cleaned or replaced, there wasn’t hot water in the kitchen sink and it would have been nice to have a broom available. The pools were great, the condo was clean and the staff very friendly

Great Hotel!

Rooms were nice. I didn’t like that the club vacations sales guy called at 9am, 10am, and then again at 11am. We had gotten in late and were sleeping in our first day. We he phone is the family room, so not easy to access.

Pricey for age of property. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Pool area had tripping hazard. Did not like the sales pitch to get room keys.

A great place to vacation with family. Fun pools and arcade for the kids. Our villa was very spacious and having your own laundromat is so convenient.

Perfect location for family. Convenient location to access all types of restaurants and other activities. Staff even provided additional eating options offsite.

The amenities were top-notch, rooms are very comfortable in private. Manny checked us in and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Great place to take your kids

The four pools were a great amenity. The room size was excellent

We had a great time at the pools and playing bingo in the common spaces. Our condo was great and met our needs. The margaritas were great and the servers were wonderful. We wished they had more servers available and a bit more variety on the menu at the restaurant.

Great property with pools and spacious room. Only detractor was the service in the restaurant. They dont have servers and are grossly understaffed. You have to wait in line at the bar to order food and drink. Staff was surly. I would have spent a lot of money if they had servers for the tables and to serve at pool and room.

Convenient location for the WMPO

Great resort for a family vacation!

Resort was very family friendly and festured a staff thatvwas attentive and available. Kids area had very engaged staff members and a good assortment of activities to cool off from thr heat. Rooms were nice with ample space and comfortable bedding. One dmall issie with a leak under kitchen sink and they addressed it within 30 minutes. Pools are great and not over crowded. Kids enjoyed water slides, etc. Would recommend as a nice family property.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms and loved having a washer and dryer. Everything was great including the afforable gift shop with delicious breakfast bowls & great service. Great for my 5, 6, 13,15 year olds. Wish i wouldnt have stayed somewhere more expensive

Great place for families. Stayed here during spring training and everything was wonderful. It was very safe and quiet, and near restaurants and other things. The pool facilities and arcade were great for the kids. Will definitely come back in the future!

Only reason we decided to stay at this location was because of the waterslide which was broken. My children were very disappointed.

Ok property for the price. Unit was nice and spacious, but old and need of a remodel. Pools were ok, but small. Activity center was nice, but again, kind of run down and could use a new shuffleboard table. Location was good.

Clean rooms and the pools were properly maintained.

Great place to vacation with the family

Was disappointed to find our room was basically underground. Coming from Oregon to enjoy Arizona sunshine only to find the first floor rooms are below ground level, dark to the point you need lights on during the day, and curtains needing to stay closed if you don’t want people looking in was a huge disappointment. I would recommend specifying NOT to be in any room on “first floor”..

The room worked great for my family, it felt like a home away from home. The restaurant and marketplace were convenient and there was plenty of space at the pools.

We enjoyed our weekend away at this property. The unit was spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We used the fitness room and activities area. The pools were nice throughout the property. We didn’t eat at the restaurant on the property but there was live music playing on Friday night. I would recommend staying here!

It is a very friendly resort

Room was spacious and in great shape. Felt like we were at home. Entire property was very well kept.

We brought our family for spring training and booked here for the pool and game room. We had a hiccup at check in with our room but the staff was very attentive and made things work out! Our kids were eager to get back to our room everyday to get in their pool time and now say it was one of the highlights of the trip. We had a great time and will definitely return in the future. I would highly recommend for families!

This place is awesome. Very convenient for traveling to close by restaurants and shopping. Staff are very nice and friendly. Also the restaurant there has great food and great drinks.

Had a great 2 night stay at this property. As a family of young kids, we appreciated the spacious villa with washer and dryer and the many pool options to keep our kids occupied. The restaurant on site was an added bonus - the evening we were there, the restaurant seemed short of front of house staff but the gentleman who was there was very kind and he was working so hard to make sure we were all taken care of. Great property and great stay!

Beautiful hotel

Everything was clean! Lovely 2 bedroom with big kitchen. There were nice bbqs by the pools. 4 nice pools but with temps outside in the 70s they were a little chilly. Would definitely stay here again.

The facility otherwise was average

Nice large 2 bedroom space! Nice king bed in one bedroom. None of the TVs are smart tvs so could not watch Netflix or any app subscriptions.

Wonderful area.

The only thing was the craft area for kids was a bit pricey for what they had to offer. $5 to paint a rock? At least if they have the option of parents being able to step away for an hour, then they could charge whatever they wanted for that area. 😅 Regardless, we loved it here and would come again.

I wasnt aware this was a time share and was bothered at check in to sit through a 90 minute session. They called the next and bothered us again. Dissappointed not notified property was a time share.

We got a two bedroom with two bathroom, a full kitchen and living room and dining room. The location was very close to lots of restaurants. They have several pools in site and free parking. Will definitely come back to this hotel again in the future.

The unit was ok. I heard everything going on in the units around me. If someone had to go to the bathroom at 2am, I heard it. At 4m? I heard that too. At 6am when the alarm went off for 20 minutes before someone silenced, or the alarm clock went off? I heard that too. The building I was in was made of matchsticks. If you are a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice place. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants.

First night our key cards didn’t work and after 3 nights they didn’t work again. Made for a very frustrating ordeal.

Simple large rooms and clean

I didn’t like that I wasn’t given a key immediately when checking in. The front desk person said I had to talk with what was essentially a sales person. Also I would recommend you ask for the 3rd floor. We could hear the people above us. The overall room was decent though.

They ask for you to take a 90 minute timeshare tour which is optional but they hound you although you said no and you were only here for a few days.Other than that the resort was nice and near plenty of dining and shopping options. This property was beautiful to stay during our trip to arizona, but the staff was unwilling to help with issues, and management made it extremely difficult to get issues handles properly. Beautiful property, but not worth the hassle

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and functional!

I loved the rooms we had, they were nice and big and clean. I loved the pools especially the splash pad pool for my three year old, he loved it. The waterfall pool was great and is connected to a hot tub, we loved that. The downfall of this place is the fact that it’s a timeshare property we checked in and they wouldn’t give us the keys at the check in counter you have to go to a separate counter where they try to convince you to sit through a timeshare meeting, I told them no several times but they kept pushing even after I told them we had been travelling since 2am. Be ready to shut them down multiple times. A few days later they called the room and tried again! We found this super annoying and really the only problem we had. If you book this place just be ready to say no many many times.

Just reminder - this is a time share property and they will attempt to corner you for the opportunity to sell you a time share. No thanks.
