Management was very rude

I couldn’t figure out how to change the temperature setting but I know there are different types of units in the rooms. I hit my shin on the box spring clips and advised management to fix. Overall I like the location and close to placed I like to visit. I’m a repeat customer several times a year.

Overall is good and free parking too. The only issue was outside road noise (though they mentioned it on the agreememt) the even at night, and on and off loud noise of the aircondition.

It was clean It in an area with several nightclubs. That should have been disclosed by booking.com. We would have chosen a different location.

Bugs everywhere! Rooms smells like musty mold, wallpaper coming off the walls, carpet was wet, dead bugs in elevators, rooms, bathroom. Closet has a film of sticky unknown materials. Not a safe or clean place to stay.

Easy access from airport. Plenty of parking, elevator to room. Pleasant front desk people. They directed me to dinner places just down street or suggested order in delivery. I went out and walk a block to a place and brought it back and we had the tables in the kitchen area to eat there. Nice. In the a.m., ABSOLUTELY awesome kitchen staff person who preps the free breakfast. She was so accommodating to put together a "to go" burrito for my sister as I had to run sister to airport just as kitchen was opening but she did it early for us. I returned to hotel (easy drive from airport dropoff back) as my flight was several hours later and had my breakfast. Food was great, coffee was good too! Did not have time to try out the pool but will next trip! I didn't realize there was a fee for parking but $11.00 was very reasonable and happy to pay it. Was safe, well lit and right there close. I liked everything about this stay and would stay again.

Didn't like the walk-in/roll-in shower. There was no curtain or water barrier so the floor was easily flooded & there was no privacy. Lighting was harsh (blue/white) with no dimmers.

Nothing. The hotel was filthy, the pictures in the site were not even close to reality as it was much worst. The owner was VERY rude. Not sure where did the good recommendations about this hotel came from.

Don’t fall for the pictures posted. Pool and jacuzzi are terrible, no waterfall, bugs in pool, jets not working in jacuzzi and holes in towels. You can not get refund after checking in even though pictures are deceptive.

Hands down best hotel for the price!

All 4 of us weren’t allowed to get breakfast. Showers leaked all over the bathroom floor. Very outdated.

Staff was friendly. Parking is uncovered and car was scorching hot. Very, very small workout area not even sure you could call it a workout area. Extremely convenient location, helpful staff was willing to store our luggage while we explored after checkout.

Front desk were v friendly and welcoming. I ran out of toothpaste and they had a supply which was really helpful. Bed was really comfortable. Nice powerful and hot shower. Very clean and tidy. Absolute no brainer! If you’re spending time out and about and want a perfect base to stay, this is it. Genuinely nothing. Everything was better than expected.

This is a really conveniently located comfortable hotel close to Old Town Scottsdale. It is clean, well maintained and has great facilities including a nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast is delicious with lots of options for everyone. I’d stay here again!

OMG it is loud there! I can't believe Scottsdale allows noise at that l evel from bars across the street. Hotel was full so I could not change rooms. They have earplugs available on the counter so this is a known issue. Drawers of nightstand wouldn't clos

And the location is great, as the hotel is within walking distance of the Scottsdale Fashion Mall and across the street is multiple bars, restaurants, live music, etc. probably the biggest disappointment was the room itself. When you walk into the room, you walk right into the bathroom which gave it more of a motel feel. The door on the bathroom doesn't offer any privacy as the door has slats and there is no vent in the bathroom to help with heat and moisture from the shower. I also had to ask the hotel staff to rotate/flip the mattress as you could tell it was worn down from everyone who has ever rented that same room. Everyone sits on the same first bed, etc.

Nice hotel, conveniently located, parking is free which is rare nowadays. Pretty good breakfast is included.

You have to walk across the alley to go to the pool For the price the room was small and ac was very noisy you either turned it off and sweat or turn it on and don’t sleep

Good one night stay, staff helpful with a special mention to Dino who went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay.

Our stay was great. Everyone was friendly and the room was clean. Nice being in walking distance to everything.

Had to sign about noise because they were in an entertainment area! Nothing was said about this before hand. A lot of music thumping!!! Also air conditioning was erratic, comes out cold and then dead air until it kicks in again.

Hotel and staff were fine. Down scored it as it is a noisy area to stay in with the road next to the hotel. The nearby bars were not too bad.

The pool was nice and a neighborhood was close by for walking our dog. It was located in the party area of Scottsdale which meant it was loud until around 2 am. I think there were some drunk people walking throughout the corridors which woke us all up, the dog included.

The major problem: a very noisy area: disturbing music until 3 AM. No Go.

Jacuzzi tub didn’t work

Staff was very helpful & accommodating. Answered any question we had about the area & went above & beyond to make are stay great. Had a problem with the toilet but was fixed promptly.

Staff throughout the property was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool area was clean and staff replenished towels throughout the day our family enjoyed the area

It was small and not over crowded. It was also very quiet and close to downtown. The parking area. It was a little confusing at first where to drive, but it is just located in the back.

Breakfast was fresh and staff was awesome!

Breakfast was great. All said and done for 2 nights it was $500. This is not a $250 a night hotel. Parking fee surprised me. $11 a day.

Horrible stay. Our room was smoking. AC went out and al fire. We had 3 separate rooms all weekend. I never unpacked.

Also the breakfast every morning was very good and the girls serving it were very nice.

The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Close to the mall and Old Scottsdale. It was a bit drafty and across the street from a busy area where there’s many bars and loud music.

Breakfast was excellent for a quick and easy start of the day. I should have paid closer attention to the warning of noise from local bars. A bit pricey for what you get, probably because of baseball spring training going on.

Great checkin with Dino. Loved the pool area. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel.

The Service was EXCELLENT! Rooms were clean & felt easy to breath in which I liked, the location was perfect for later on in the evening when it came to grabbing dinner, I wish I had an extra night due to how much we enjoyed it there I liked everything. The thermostat on the heating system did not work well and the door to the room was sprung and let cold air in!!!

Not much. I was dissapointed to say the least. I am a rewards member and like a lot of BW hotels. But by price you are classifying this property as a value version of more expensive hotels, withou losing anything. But you lose a lot. I had 2 towels when I checked in. The interior of the rooms is not attractive. The bathroom was terrible. You can't hang towels over the shower door and there is no way to reach your towerl without getting out of the shower. Shower drain was gross. The floor and moldings were covered in hard water deposits, making it look like a cheap hotel. The drain in shower was gross. There is no place for a cab to drop you off after 10:pm Stopping on Camelback Rd is dangerous. The had to drive to a vacant lot to drop me off. TV went down. When the repair person got there he said it happens sometimes because the TV cord runs behind the fridge. Other than breakfast there is no food or water. The front desk told me to go get a drink out of the workout facility. A large tub of water with a spout is standard. Coffee machine was nice. There is not a speck of food in the hotel and it's a long walk to a store. They told me they took the food out of the vending machines due to Covid! To top off my stay I was charged $20 for checking out late at noon. Location is okay.

The bad: no heads up that the main entrance gets closed Friday and Saturday night, possibly other nights. There is a drop off at the back, N 73rd St is easier to get to it. The up to you: right next to the “Entertainment District” maybe you want that maybe not. You will hear the clubs.

I was disappointed to find out they were charging $10 a day for parking. I stayed there a few years ago and they didn’t charge that. I think that is a ridiculous fee when they have a parking area that you have to have a sticker in your windshield. next time I’m in town I will look for a different place that doesn’t charge parking

Checking in was a breeze. Staff were really nice. Our room was clean and it was nice to be able to walk to nearby restaurants. You are in the Entertainment District with several clubs and restaurants. If you’re younger, this might appeal to you. Free breakfast in the morning was great!

just another corporate hotel that is incapable of being transparent about costs: I get there and they tell me its ten bucks a day to park. and there is only one elevator and its slooooooow. and it is across the street from a lot of noise at night. the pool is in a parking lot. simply put, its WAAAAY overpriced for what you get.

I can assume $60 was for $20 day for my dog which was expected. Their link offered $20 for late check out the request online and even text went unanswered so I went to the front desk. They said it’s $35 because I booked through an app and not them but nothing to show that in policy. They did offer if I only checked out at 12 instead of one they would comp it but checked out at like 12:15 as couldn’t get back from brunch in time. Didn’t like that they advertised one fee to charge another. $95 should have been my additional charge but without getting a receipt I have no idea what the difference was. Hence why service was a 3 because I was supposed to be emailed a receipt and curious what the difference is. I’d stay here again but know now what to expect and will ask for a printed receipt at check out. They do have what seemed like a decent breakfast options that you actually order at a counter not a buffet style that next time will take advantage of but didn’t this trip.

Breakfast was complimentary and good selection. The breakfast burrito was tasty and filling. I would stay again. There is a pool area too, looks very inviting but we did not have time to use.

The staff was awesome and really friendly. The pool was so nice. It’s in the entertainment district so it can be loud at night depending on what side of the hotel you’re on, which it didn’t bother us at all. The room is spacious and we enjoyed the jetted tub! We’ll definitely be back!

Room was ready ahead of my 3pm check-in which is always a plus. The Young Lady working the front desk got me checked-in quickly & was very welcoming. Total layout is simple but the ice machine is in the hotel lobby so you have to venture out into the heat if you want ice. Booked a Jacuzzi suite and the tub was clean, as was the room. One thing about the location is that it's across from the entertainment district so it can be noisy well past midnight so if you're a light sleeper keep that in mind before booking. The parking lot was a little hard to find at first but is located behind the hotel via a driveway. 4 out of 5 stars.

Total layout is simple but the ice machine is in the hotel lobby so you have to venture out into the heat if you want ice. Booked a Jacuzzi suite and the tub was clean, as was the room. One thing about the location is that it's across from the entertainment district so it can be noisy well past midnight so if you're a light sleeper keep that in mind before booking. The parking lot was a little hard to find at first but is located behind the hotel via a driveway. 4 out of 5 stars.

Expedia booked me a handicap room. This meant a little more space but also that the bathroom shower had no boundaries leaving water everywhere when my shower was done. This would have been okay if my room was serviced each day providing dry towels. There was a third of the wall in the room where the wallpaper was missing and it was obvious. The sheets were super soft probably due to age as they were also a dingy white color. The carpet had a good number of stains. Breakfast was very odd. You stepped up to counter with a decent menu displayed. You asked for your items and gave your room number. My breakfast burrito was nuked within an second of its life and took 5 minutes to call enough to eat. You apy $10/day for parking but its simply a flat lot behind the hotel.so.it feels like a money maker and not a necessity. Staff is very nice but this doesn't overcome some of the not so nice things.

This hotel was amazing, not fancy- just a wonderful place to stay with amazing staff - rooms were sparkling clean breakfast and breakfast staff were fantastic. Super safe , parking was wonderful we will definitely stay again !!! If I could give more stars I totally would.

It is not mentioned on their site that this is a motel with absolutely no security to the rooms. Someone can easily walk onto the property off the street and go to anyroom. We left immediately after realizing this.

The hotel also offered as quasi-buffet breakfast where you could pick 3 hot food items, 1 cold item and a drink. At thats it. I wanted and extra bagel. Nope. "You've already picked your 3 hot items" the attendant told me. Its a bagel.Come on. The night before check out we asked for a later check our. Yes, I knew our flight didnt leave until 5 and our niece who we were visiting had plans until noon. Checl ot was ar 11. Nope. $20 per hourlr if you wanted late check out. I then asked if i could leave our bags since our flight was later. Nope. $10 to leave luggage. We stayed there 4 nights already and figured they would at least offer that for free. Yes, the location of the hotel is pretty good. Nearby to pretty much everything or within walking distance. So I'll guve them tha

The room itself was large, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was beyond great. Everyone we interacted with was warm, prompt, and genuinely welcoming. We asked for extra towels and they arrived in under two minutes – that’s impressive service! Breakfast isn’t your typical self-serve buffet. Instead, guests choose from a wide range of options and are handed their plate by a cheerful and friendly staff member. I really appreciated this setup – it felt much more sanitary, and the personal interaction made for a lovely start to the day. There was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly and was totally worth it. The location is right by the nightclub area, which might seem a little sketchy at first, but the night security was phenomenal. I went out a couple of times and saw him patrolling and discreetly checking in, just to make sure I was indeed a guest – super polite and reassuring without being intrusive. Now about the noise – yes, on Friday night the music from across the street was loud. But honestly, we loved the vibe! It added a fun energy, and by the time we were ready to sleep (after crossing the street ourselves to check out the party scene), we were so tired it didn’t bother us at all. Parking was just $10 a night – very reasonable.

The staff is amazing The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal so many things to choose from everything fresh and hot also served with your option the breakfast honestly made this place a 10/10 the pool area is well maintained and a very nice pool and jacuzzi the rooms are nice as well with a balcony that overlooks the pool area they also had a nice gym also right down the street from a Massive Mall that is walking distance filled with any store you can imagine definitely a girls heaven

Parking is plentiful. The shower splashed all over the slippery tile floor as there was no shower curtain. Toilet flooded and jammed during our stay. Breakfast seating is minimal & cutlery is cheap plastic.

To no fault of the facilities, there was a motorcycle group staying at the hotel who had no problem reving up their bikes at all hours of the night and morning. I’m talking until 3:00am. There was also a couple of nightclubs across the street which kept their loud music going most of the night. The room itself wasn’t in the best shape, the bathroom faucet was wobbly and you had to be careful when turning on the faucet. The worst thing was the shower in the restroom. The drain and pitch of the floor allowed the water to exit the shower to the bathroom floor. They had a few towels on the floor to catch some of the water. They also had a plastic chair sitting in the shower, I know I wouldn’t want to sit on it. And to top it off, you could smell sewage coming from the shower drain. To close, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Horrific location for a hotel. If you’d like to get more than three hours of sleep at night, don’t stay here.

From the moment of arrival to checkout everything was a 10! Plus best included breakfast ever!

We had a suite which faces the street and clubs which is great if you are looking to party (we were not, but it wasn't bothersome to us). It is not the quietest but we did not have any problems sleeping. My only complaint is that I did not like their pillows, other than that I really enjoyed the stay.

Front desk help was extremely helpful and friendly. Free breakfast options and service were great! Conveniently located to all we wanted to do.

Not so great was the room, which was on the small side. Most annoying was the "entertainment district" across the street. Could feel the bass all the way into the bed!

The hotel is across the street from a club/bar area so at night it’s noisy but we were able to sleep through it except for one of our group who was on the bottom floor. The shower was odd as the bars that you grip yo get in was on the side of the stationary glass you couldn’t get into. And bring shampoo and conditioner. Their bottles are super small. The breakfast was extremely good made to order! The pool and spa area was very nice. The staff extra friendly and helpful. Over all a great place to stay

What a beautiful place. Felt like home. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub was great. Loved the location . So convenient to everything. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved the staff. Jude was very friendly and made us feel welcomed as we checked in. The breakfast ladies were amazing as well. We would definitely book again for our weekday stay. Got a lil wiled on the weekend, but that’s just cause of the location. Other than that we loved our room & the location.

First time staying here. I’ll be back if ever in Phoenix again. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The room clean and well appointed. Breakfast is included. It’s near Scottsdale Fashion Square in case you have some time to do some shopping. A lot of dining options nearby too. Come and stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay with a nice hot breakfast each morning. The property was very clean and was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It is close to night clubs so there is sone muffeled music noise at night.

The Hotel location was convenient to the Fashion Mall and Old Towne. Breakfast was good and had enough options. My complaints are: that they never cleaned our room during our three night stay and the dryer in the laundry room didn't work. I had to dry my clothes at my mom's hotel which was an inconvenience. Management should fix the dryer. Also, the bathroom door is not a solid door, so you don't get a lot of privacy. You can hear everything the person is doing in the bathroom. I suggest that the hotel install solid bathroom doors. There's enough room in the hotel room to put a seating area with a table and two chairs instead of that awkward seat with an attached tray table.

Be aware... Our room and service were good, and the morning breakfast was very good. What we found out AFTER we booked and stayed there is that this hotel is directly across the street from several very, VERY LOUD night clubs that did not stop pumping music until 2am EVERY NIGHT! As we had plans each morning, we were tired as we werent able to get much sleep =(

Great easy stay in the center of Scottsdale

Unsure what the cleaning times were though. I booked cleaning every other day, and they didn’t clean once in the four nights I stayed.

This was a surprisingly quiet area. We felt safe and the room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious, however it would have been quicker to let the guests serve themselves.

Shower configuration soaked so much of the floor. The door didn’t shut in itself making it feel unsafe. The noise from the clubs kept me awake until they closed. I was told I was getting 2nd floor facing pool but it was other side facing the clubs. Breakfast was outstanding and all the staff were very helpful.

The location was outstanding. It was a short walk to Scottsdale’s luxury mall. We really enjoyed finding a large spa tub in our room. It was really appreciated after a 6 hour drive to Scottsdale.

Well it’s definitely not the Ritz Carlton but it is well located near a super high end shopping mall and good restaurants. It is across the W Hotel (which seams really nice lol) this one looks like a motel from the entrance but it is manageable, I only stayed the night. Bed mattress is too soft (as any cheap hotel) but the bathroom is clean.

The hotel has very comfortable rooms (bed and shower), friendly and helpful Staff, and the Free Breakfast was outstanding. The issue is the hotel’s location, right beside the Entertainment District. Well into the night (2-3 am) you can hear and feel loud music coming from the Clubs.

Clean rooms and excellent helpful staff. A solid door to the bathroom would be nicer than the louvred door that you can see through.
