It was easy to get to downtown Savannah. There were stained bath towels & a lack of clean wash cloth if you need extra, hotel could use an update, the holder that hold the shampoo & body wash was dirty & there was a funny smell in our room. Thank God I carry my own cleaning supplies ,air freshener & Lysol. And my own toiletries.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, immaculate and bed was comfortable. The HVAC system is a bit loud and may interfere with rest if one is a light sleeper. The free breakfast and parking is a plus. I recommend this hotel and will book again for future trips to Savannah.

They have stolen my cleaning security fee. It has been over a month without a return. It was sketchy enough that it was not included in the original Expedia price. It was something they sprung on me at the counter and I had to force them to give me a receipt.

We have two service dogs and after our tenth day here the housekeeping found a piece of poop when we stepped out and kicked us out. We clearly didn't see it and wouldn't have left it there. It happens when you have dogs and instead she treated us like we did something so terribly wrong and asked us to leave. Don't go there if you have service animals and they poop on accident .. cause they will kick you out.

Front desk staff. Walkable eateries close by. Clean spacious rooms l. Only complaints: toilet paper holder - everyone I got tp off the roll flew off the handle. Just weird. 2- no where to put hand soap , and they only give 2 washcloths for 2 people so can’t use one of them, 3. Pancake machine wasn’t filled and breakfast choices slim. (None of which are huge deals). We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. The room was not clean. The sheets on the bed were used and had not been changed. We found a used razor in the shower, used bar soap on the sink, and none of the toiletries were refilled. We found someone's sock under the furniture. The manager would not refund me for our stay. I found out it was a travel lodge before and the hotel is not Wyndham it is contracted with Wyndham. Wyndham does not honor any issues found ar this hotel.

The hotel was ok. I did not like the fact when you turned on the water from the shower or sink it had a weird funny smell. I heard a lot of sirens in the area as well. I think someone got shot and injured near McDonalds area.

Bathroom floor flooded under the planking. They didn’t seem to care.

Staff was nice. Pool was good. Breakfast was good. The stench on Curry used by Indians was overwhelming and putrid to smell. It’s very foul odor. Our room floor was very dirty and obviously had not been mopped well. Just walking from the bathroom to the bed left the bottom of our feet filthy with crud on them. We took a wash cloth and washed our feet before getting in bed like we were Muslims.

The free breakfast was a joke. No hot water. If you like cold showers this is the place.

I did not see any dog designated areas. Unless they were in the back of hotel. At night I would not like walking a dog in back. Side of hotel wd be ok in lit area.

We were rudely awakened at 6am by the garbage truck banging. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was okay. One good thing was the hotel was within walking distance of several restaurants.

The rooms were run down. The door to our room wouldn’t shut unless you lifted the door up and the extra safety lock was broken. The room had an odd smell to it. We only stayed a couple of nights, so we made do. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Check in was fine. Room needs upgrade: felt like it was an old hotel, slapped a bandaid on it and painted it. Alarm clock kept ticking, shower stopper was broken. Shower head was not great as it came out like a hose.

They are pet friendly charges me for pet fee thats fine but you are not allowed to leave the pet alone in the room by it's self if you do you get charged another even if they are in their cage i took my dog with us and i would get a text your puppy is crying i would text them its hard to be her when she is with and in our last night i was in the room with her and they text me and said puppy crying i said that am in the room with her and she is sleeping but it was fine for someone else to wake you up at 2am in the morning barkkng they need to be a no pet motel if you can't leave your pet in the room by it's self in a cage she is a good dog you have to give them time to calm down more thaan 5 minutes after you leave the room i will not stay there again like I said if you cant leave your dog in their cage by their self then you should be a no pet motel WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

The first night I was there was extremely noisy. Water draining in ithe room above me sounded like someone was giving an elephant a bath. The staff was courteous and polite. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but it looked nice, and if I had small children with me, it would’ve been great. It was a little small, but would be great for kids.

Last minute stay while traveling. great check in, friendly, efficient. Room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Bed super comfy. if i was nit-picking, only issue was musty bathroom and the tp kept falling off the holder! otherwise, everything was perfect .

This was one of the few stays that came around abs changed towels without asking. MUCH APPRECIATED.

We just needed a place to crash for a night and this was the halfway point on our road trip. Front Desk attendants at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was pretty dingy and dirty. Crumbs all over the place, hair all over the bathroom, toothpaste and soap crusted to the faucet, mysterious brown stains on the wall, and overall the whole hotel had a dank, musty smell. It was cheap and for the price, it’s not bad place to stay if you need something last minute.

The walls was dirty the elevator smelled like burning wire my room smells like mold and mildew the curtains had stains as well as the sheets they cleaned our room but didn’t make the bed or the sheets

Breakfast was average, but several options avaikable. The rooms are not well ventilated and smell of mildew. Poor room design and inadequate layout for the suite. Although we did not leave and go somewhere else I would not stay there again.

We had such a great stay! The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and we all got a great night’s sleep. Each morning started off right with a hot breakfast—plenty of tasty options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the housekeeping and breakfast team who were so sweet and kind to my toddler daughter. The value for the price was outstanding, especially considering the size of the room and the quality of the breakfast. While we didn’t have time to use the pool, it looked very clean and inviting. Need to update pictures and info on hotels.com. Hotel accepts cats and dogs but info says they don't, serious allergies and I wouldn't have stayed there. Gritty floor, mold in bathtub, toilet ran, grumpy night clerk.

the receptionist was nice enough to begin with, but felt she was rude when answering some questions. I believe she didn't mean to be rude, she was direct. Hotel was good enough, but needed repairs, could see caulking slapped on in bath trying to repair. Pool was closed, like every other Chice hotel run by an Indian Family. We will stay away from Choice hotels, They are not being taken care of.

This property seemed like it was recently opened. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

My room had a broken window on the inside and the glass was lying between the double windowpane. The toilet had not been thoroughly either. Other than that I had a nice stay…

Okay and adequate modern hotel, nothing special but nothing bad. Breakfast was the same every morning and didn’t excite me any and just had some fruit and coffee. The hotel is located close to I-95 but about 20 minutes to downtown Savannah if the traffic’s not bad.

Stayed one night on our trip home from Florida and the hotel well-served the purpose of good accommodation. A newer facility or maybe recently renovated. Room was good - like many modern hotels catering to travelers, room had a very good bed but other furnishings while adequate were sparse. Room was clean and in good repair but little things we noticed - like electrical switch plates loose and attached by one screw, no holder for the toilet paper, etc, - left you with the feeling either it wasn't quite finished or some corners were cut. Breakfast was good and well-supplied. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would consider staying again if passing through Savannah.

For what they charge I did not feel that the renovations were the best. It was just average.

This property was okay I just felt I paid too much for what I got. It's rating is a 7.6 but it's probably closer to just a 6

The stay was good. The beds comfortable. Our room had some odd electrical issues and the hotel in general needs some paint and updating. There weren’t enough towels and wash clothes in our room for the number of people we reserved the room for. We got more when we asked. Breakfast was an 8 out of 10. Overall we would come back for the price we paid.

Bed was very comfortable. Tv didn't work and the toilet ran about 30 minutes everytime it flushed.

This hotel was more like a hotel. For 204 dollars, I expected a polished, new hotel with typical amenities and rooms. The rooms were poorly remodeled, carpentry and finish work was badly done. The finishes were outdated and it just felt like they cut corners on everything. The hallways were poorly lit and there was a lot of noise from every room adjacent to us at night. Never staying here again.

It was little confusing to find due to all the diffrent properties and the windong roads/parking lots, but other than that, our syay was wonderful

Door didn't lock and sink leaked

Whole 3rd floor was smelly on weed I could smell it in my room because the guy next door was smoking it even I thought it’s not smoking facility.Tv was loud and he was coughing all night. Bed was clean and comfortable

This hotel appears to have had a recent refresh. If you look closely it’s showing its age. The beds are comfortable, everything in the room worked and the breakfast was just ok. There were several nearby dining options.

This property is surrounded by a lot of other hotels but this is the one to stay at. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
