The pool was clean and fun. The staff was super nice. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was very nice. I checked in around 9:30PM and the staff there were super quick to check me and and was super nice. Honestly, the whole staff from the breakfast service to the room service was super nice to me. Also, what a great room. Has literally everything you need, and was really big. The parking was also free, so that was a big plus. I recommend staying here! Everything was fine. Maybe turn on your water dispensing machine on at the late night hours, because I ran out of water, and had to drive to a 24/7 gas station to buy expensive water. Other than that, the hotel was super nice. Probably the best value in the whole area for such a nice room.

This was our first time staying at this place. The room was very well cleaned and organized. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. They informed us about the free breakfast hours, and all the amenities included in our stay. Another bonus was the kitchen in the rooms. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The single bedside lamp didn't work. The outlets in the room were so old and worn that a phone charger wouldn't seat tight enough to make a connection. There was no top sheet on the bed, only a fitted sheet and a comforter. The breakfast area is so small that I presume it was originally a guest room that has been converted to a "breakfast area". They had no normal milk at breakfast, only Oat Milk. If this had been my first impression of the Marriott Bonvoy brand, I would not use them again.

Staff was horrible. made promises they didn't keep. The ask me if I wanted room service but never showed up. There for 6 days with only 1 service after promising twice they would come and clean. When they did come, it was not cleaned properly. I'll never stay there again. As a Marriott member, this was a bad representative of the brand name.

I really enjoyed the size of our room for a family, we had the suite with 2 bedrooms. It was a comfortable bed and we slept well. You can hear the rooms around you- so there's not much soundproofing, and we heard the people upstairs walking around quite a lot. But, our room wasn't very clean. It was "prepared" as you'd expect, with made beds and empty trash cans, but it was just not clean. Especially the floors, I wish i had a vacuum and a mop to clean myself.

I stayed here 2 nights in town for a family funeral. The room was next door to the gym, and I was awakened at 5AM by the sound of barbells dropping on the floor!! The hotel had NO ICE MACHINE! I could hear the running around in the room above me. The pillows were the flattest, most uncomfortable ever. I would never stay here again.

The staff at TownePlace suites were pleasant and helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean. The coffee was freshly brewed and delicious. It was to snow in Savannah and I thought it was great that they put salt down at the doorways so no one would slip.

Beautiful, clean, loved having a kitchen in room, pool was fun, workout room was great too Nothing, everything was perfect

- Slight odor -Sink drained extremely slow leaving dirty water from hand washing and brushing teeth in the sink for 1-2 mins. - Paper towel dispenser had not been cleaned in quite a while there was dust residue caked to it. -Paper towels were dingy from not having been changed out for a while and had dirty spots on them.

Me and husband got scabies when we stayed there. We we went into the room there was an odor and that was probably from the room were they maybe tried to spray something. The kitchen coffe pot needs to be replaced, the ac unit leaked and left the floor wet, and I hope no one else had go through what we did.

The room/suite was great, spacious living and dining areas, 2 bedrooms and good sized bathroom. The tv worked great, the breakfast was great too! The living room furniture was very tired and uncomfortable. The dishwasher did not work when we attempted to run a cycle.

We had a 2 bed reservation but upon arrival informed that our room was no longer available and was given a queen bed studio with a sofa.

Staff was friendly and I didn’t care to complaint because I drive 6 hours for my sons surgery and o was exhausted and ready to get some rest and hit the road next morning but it was rough I will never stay here again do.

Customer service was wonderful. The staff were delightful and very friendly. The room was clean. One thing I must say is that when I booked the room according to the pictures I saw the room was a lot smaller than I imagined I wanted a separate bedroom from the living room area. But other than that me my mother and I were satisfied. Only because it was for a couple of days. If it were a longer stay we would have insisted on different accommodation.

Room wasn’t a 3* room. Bathroom wasn’t t very clean. No body soap in dispenser in shower and conditioner had been ripped off wall and top broke and just left in the shower. Floor had small hair and debris on floor. Only two towels. Breakfast not utilized.

By far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, always smiling, and so helpful. The pool was nice and very clean. Breakfast was great. The grits were amazing! Definitely will be booking here again in the future

Eggs, sausage, grits, bagels, cereal, breads, yogurt, milk, juices, toppings & toppings & sauces. 10/10 in our book!!

GPS does not exactly get you to the correct spot making for a frustrating arrival. The parking lot is extremely hard to park in the spots are very narrow. At the end the work day larger company vehicles park and you can’t open your doors all the way to unloaded your items from your vehicle. We were unable to unload our small cooler because of the parking space issues . All staff are helpful and kind . I let them know they need to fix the carts you take the luggage in on . If this issue is not fixed it is something to take note of if you need them because of lifting restrictions or mobility issues.

The hotel was clean, great friendly staff. My only complaint was several light bulbs were burned out in the room, very minor and the staff stated they would take care of it right away. Other than that a nice place to stay.

The property itself was great.. but, what made the stay 5 star was every single employee we encountered! They ALL were super friendly and above and beyond in the service department.. it felt like we were staying at a Disney property (their customer service is next level).

Filthy room. Breakfast not up to the typical standard of Towne Place. The place has been renovated but it’s still in rough shape. Horrible value for the price. I feel like I threw $199 away.

We stayed here on our family vacation to Savannah. We have a 3 year old and a 11 month old and the space was perfect! The staff was friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was good too. Overall I enjoyed it 😊

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I love that the suites were large and a kitchenette with separate sitting areas. It was very quiet, doing our stay and the hotel had plenty of restaurants nearby. Only thing that I would have liked was the bedding to be changed during our stay. We would stay here again.

Overall, great experience. First time traveling with my dogs. Staff was friendly when I had to interact with them, breakfast options were wonderful. room was clean, great to have a little kitchen area since I was traveling with animals. Will stay here again next time I'm visiting family.

Had a late check in, staff was very friendly and we were avle to get to our room quickly. Breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable and roomy.

Great stay! Suite was spacious and perfect for my family. The breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Would come again!

Everything good but is a tight fit for 5 people

We were supposed to check out the next day but the hotel gave us a lot of time to prepare and check out due to the power outage as a result of the hurricane. Staff were so kind, friendly and understanding. The amenities were great and in shape. It was a convenient and safe place to ride out the storm from Hurricane Helene.We are grateful for the great hospitality.

Disappointed. When I book Marriott I always expect better. Room was in need of a deep clean. Kitchenette floor was dirty with food on it. Oven was so dirty I chose not to use it. Furniture has holes in upholstery. Unable to close door in one bedroom because of dresser in the way. Had to move the dresser at night to close the door. I wore socks the whole time and they were black by the dirt in the carpet. There were black marks on the ceiling near the vent. Probably mold and yes we all got sick. I should have left this place but had no where else to go and was unsure i would get my money back. Staff was friendly.

The staff was great

Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean. Loved location of property and short drive to access to River Street and Tybee Island. My daughter who traveled with us could not access the internet even with the help desk during our entire stay which put her 4 days behind in her on line schooling.

The breakfast staff was so wonderful, giving us many options to check out downtown while we were in town. The place was a little older and needed some improvement, but over all clean and worked for our stay.

Room was spacious, staff were extremely friendly, and the free breakfast was great with many food options!

toaster and coffee pot. Size of room was perfect. 2 bedrooms and a living room with fold out couch, very uncomfortable my children said. Bedrooms nice television,plenty of storage and space. Clean beds but comfort could have been better. AC was perfect if you like an igloo, i do so it got cold. Great for this 99' weather in Georgia. The kids and husband loved the pool and the kids got a last minute swim before summer ends. Breakfast was normal hotel fare the kids were excited to see nutella on the condiment bar. Hot coffee and cocoa, tea, grits, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, fruits, cereal, toast, oatmeal, muffins and different toppings and milks and juices. The staff was most pleasant and accommodating and everyone greated you with a hello. We woukd stay again. Its was quiet and close to anything we needed.

The staff was great and helpful. I was given an upgrade that was very nice and comfortable.

The refrigerator was not working properly, so our food spoiled over night. The water pressure was dissatisfying. Every footstep above was heard.

But she was friendly and helpful. However, the card key for my room did not work. Returned for replacement card. Also did not work. Returned again and the front desk lady had to use her master key to let me in. I asked what should I do if want to leave my room - her reaponse "come find me". So, I basically became a prisoner of my own room until ready to checkout the next day. I would like a full refund!

Housekeeping not regular

The air conditioner was set on 58 and I was not able to properly adjust. Probably caught cold. The property is not directly on the highway. and signage to direct you to property is not available. The property had an old and worn look as was the overall condition of the property. Guest were allowed to smoke directly in front of front doors and hallway exterior doors which negated the idea of a nonsmoking room.

Over night stay with family on way to Florida. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, quick response to requests!!

The property itself is exactly what you'd expect from a Marriott brand: clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. All of that is good. It's the staff that makes this property outstanding, though. Angela has assembled a truly phenomenal grotto of people. That's probably because she herself is a ray of sunshine. Sara at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate me. Jeneen gave me a handmade pen. (She actually makes pens at home to give as gifts. If I hadn't experienced it firsthand, I'm not sure I would believe it.) Doris and Toree are also amazing. I can't recommend this property highly enough!

The employees were the best part of our stay because of how friendly they were. Tamika is amazing and was the highlight of breakfast during weekdays. Besides that, I will not be coming back to this location for several reason. The pool was closed for half of our stay, due to broken pump. Only two Washing machines were working for laundry. We had to try several times to wash our clothes, family member had to wait 40 minutes "in line" to use the washer. 8$ later we had 1 load washed and dried. Water leaking through the smoke alarm in gym room, was fixed by removing alarm system itselt. Options for board games were given to all customers staying at hotel. Yet we called everyday and the games were never available. When pool was open, on day 4 of our 7day stay; it was over crowded by families barbecuing. The pool was in the front of parking lot by main street/road. Our room was never serviced/cleaned during our stay either which was disappointing, we requested many items ourselves from the front desk (towels, floor mats, sponges, trash bags...) the trash we left by the front door would stay for 24+hours. We did have the "no knocking" sign up saturday and sunday but only on those two days. The room near us had a dog that would be left all day to bark everytime it heard noise. We spoke directly to the owner who informed us "he was a noisy puppy and she couldn't do much about it". She was friendly and the dog was cute but the barking was constant. The kitchen and bathroom are in need of updating. Breakfast didn’t have much selection. The pool was facing the parking lot with no privacy.

We were really disappointed upon check in that our drawers were broken and unusable. Sara sent maintenance to fix it, so we appreciate that. Neither of the phones worked to call the front desk, which wouldn’t normally be a big deal, but we were in a separate building on the opposite end of the hotel complex. Our ice machine didn’t work, but we were able to get ice at the office, also an inconvenience due to the location of our room. Pool was out of order during our stay and a lot of roudy kids playing in the hall during our stay, to include knocking on our door: There was a baseball team staying and they left food and messes in the hall, parking lot and grill area. (hard for the hotel to control.) Bed was not very comfortable, but I did like the pillows. Dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests. Breakfast was really good, Tamika was fabulous and gave us a lot of good ideas for places to check out. Hotel was not located in Midtown. Not a terrible drive to most places we went to, but having lived in Savannah, I would definitely not call this Midtown.

The room was small & dark, There were several different light sources, but all had low wattage bulbs. The carpet could use a cleaning. I walked around in pink socks before going to bed. When I took them off, the bottoms were dirty. The bed linens were very clean and the bed comfortable. The room was very quiet even though we were right next to the pool. The check in/check out staff were welcoming, efficient and helpful, with a smile! Breakfast was disappointing - the large mound of scrambled eggs were floating in a sea of yellow liquid! The pork sausage were actually small, thin slices of ham (Canadian bacon, maybe?).

Did not check the property area. Main reason was there to visit the family. Otherwise great place to stay
