Decoration, room size and comfort and, most especially, the hospitality and attention by all staff

Historic Inn was beautiful, Patty Homer & staff were engaging and helpful. The location of Inn was within walking distance to many sights and quality restaurants. I never had to utilize my vehicle during my stay. Not the fault of the Inn, but our stay was in the cottage, on the send floor(Stairs only). We had our dog(Corgi) with us, since they are prone to back/spine issues, I had to carry Lucia up & down stairs often. If going with a dog, some might prefer main building when making reservation.

It was our first bed snd breakfast experience and the Inn was beautiful as was our room. We loved having our gourmet breakfast on the veranda and happy hour social in the formal living room with other visitors. It’s an historic home with steep stairs and no elevator for guest use

It was a perfect location in Savannah. Very close to restaurants and a close walk to other stores and attractions. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very helpful. .

Punch code to get into your room so no worrying about losing your room key. Breakfast was decent. No choice, just what they feel like serving you. The only issue we had was the bed sheets. Easy access to everything in the historic area, but not on top of all the tourists. It is located on a main Street. Just be aware of that. They did have sound machines in the rooms.

Great location! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. It was a very lovely place with friendly staff and great food.

The breakfast was excellent and resembling a work of art. Our room on the top floor was spectacular--the layout, natural lighting, decor, etc.

Great attention to small details. Excellent breakfast and location. Friendly and helpful staff. No thermostat in individual rooms so hard to adjust to one's liking.

The breakfast was excellent, a really wonderful chef who was very friendly. The rooms were cut with very comfy beds and nice showers. The living rooms of the house (where we ate breakfast) were very pretty and nice to spend time in during our off hours of walking around town. Strongly recommend! *very* minor point that I would have liked the coffee to be out for longer hours, but not a big deal at all, plenty of coffee and tea available!

Room itself was fabulous, but the front rooms are on the busy road and can be a little noisy.

My wife and I enjoyed the comfort, the cleanliness, and hospitality of the Inn on West Liberty. The location is prime within walking distance to everything. We just parked our car on property, not using it once during our stay, which is a major accommodation. Nothing we didn't like.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed and located perfectly in the center of Old Savannah. Hosts Patty and Sherry make this lovely house a home with their warm hospitality. Breakfasts were fantastic—varied, delicious, prepared and served with love. Only the occasional street sounds at night that are part of being in the city center. No getting around that.

Everything was great! The home is beautiful and in a great location to walk to things. The owner and her staff are very nice and hands on. The only minor complaint is the sunlight streaming through the wood bedroom blinds. Darkening drapes would be better for a bedroom. It didn’t make the home less enjoyable but sleeping in was tough.

We loved everything about the inn. People were friendly and kind. The location was great for all of the walking around we did. The breakfast were amazing. The room was great and comfortable, and the bathroom was large.

The breakfast was excellent, and varied each morning. The loction was perfect, put us right in the historic district and in easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff was firendly and helpful; always had a smille on their faces. We plan on returning there next year!

There's an intercom you can turn on to play ambient music; it was on when we walked in and it just made the arrival so relaxing. The young woman who checked us in was probably the sweetest person I have ever met in my life with the most relaxing voice. The inn smelled amazing, because they had just finished baking cookies. What a magical place is this! I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie! We had a lovely talk with the owner a bit about the history of the inn and how she became involved; it was such a lovely chat. I felt like a welcomed guest in her beautiful home. The breakfasts were delicious too! If I HAD to complain about something it would be that you can hear everyone's footsteps and movements, especially at night. But what do you expect? It's an old house! The rooms even had a sound machine, so just turn that on and you'll have no problem sleeping through the guests clonking their heels above you. Truly, it was a wonderful experience and I was sad to leave. I will be back!

Very beautiful property. Has a very historic 1800s feeling to it. Our stay was amazing. The inn keeper was very hospitable. They served amazing breakfasts every morning. Highly recommend!

We can't say enough about how wonderful The Inn on West Liberty is. Patty is such a wonderful host, the breakfast is so yummy, the room and inn are gorgeous, and we loved visiting with Sidney the pup every day. The location is central and easy walking distance to the east and west side of Savannah. We loved our stay!

The home is so elegant it takes your breath away. The owners treat you like royalty. The breakfasts are gourmet quality and love the wine & cheese hour. We will definitely stay here again.

If you need to cancel for health reasons, forget it! They will not accept anything not even a heart cath for reason for refund or to just reschedule. Staff was very accommodating but owner was very rude. Nice Inn but would not likely stay there again for the two reasons I mentioned.

Breakfast was a gourmet delight of eggs Benedict and seedless watermelon with kiwi and cheese sprinkles. Lovely hosts and so impressed with the welcome emails they send you ahead and the website it leads to is so easy to navigate. You even get a email prior to departure.

We loved our brief stay at The Inn on West Liberty. The building is beautiful and the rooms were elegantly decorated. Delilah was a gracious hostess. We enjoyed wine and cheese in the courtyard and meeting other interesting guests. We attended a concert at the Enmarket Arena and were delighted to find out the shuttle afterwards dropped us off just half a block from the Inn.

Top Bed and Breakfast. Room and breakfast was amazing. The 5pm Happy hour and cheese plate perfect. The owners and staff made you feel like they were super happy to have you as their guest. You really get a feel for history of Savannah by staying in this amazing B&B. You can't beat the location.

This is a lovely inn run by two friendly and wonderful ladies. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the common areas were comfortable enough for several couples to meet and enjoy a glass of wine together. I would very much recommend this inn.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property! Great location, easy walking to all the major sites and dining. Patty and Suzy are the nicest hosts, and the breakfast is delicious. There is a wine and cheese happy hour everyday at 5pm, and a fun way to socialize with other guests. Highly recommend!

The entire B&B was top notch. The hosts (sisters) were terrific, as was the breakfast & wine hour. The traffic noise on W. Liberty St was a bit loud very early in the morning so of you are a light sleeper, I would recommend the back rooms more than the one on Liberty St.

The Inn is also well located and there are several great restaurants within a short walk. The only thing really needed is more free parking. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend you visit the Inn.

This is my second time staying at the Inn on West Liberty. It is consistently wonderful and I really appreciate knowing that every stay will be fabulous. The owner/hosts, Patty and Suzy Homer, are so gracious and generous with their time and attention to providing their guests with a memorable experience. Their stellar rating is absolutely deserved.

The solutions offered were not to satisfaction and we have not agreed. The bathtub is clogged and so was the drain od the sink, and other defect in the room related to overdue maintenance. Which adds further to the disapointment. When counting on an early breakfast - it is only served starting from 8:30. All in all it is the worst overnight experience we have ever had and we have been very surprised about the unwillingness to give any compensation for the bad experience. We were very surprised by all the good reviews...I hope this is a warning for other potential guest (pick something else).

We had such a good time at this property. The hosts were so friendly, the other guests were charming and the breakfast was outstanding. The location is quite nice - within walking distance of all the downtown attractions without all the noise. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family - it is the perfect addition to your Savannah visit!

I could not imagine a nicer place to stay in Savannah! Our penthouse room was huge, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. Patty and Suzy are gracious hosts who saw to all our needs. The Inn is beautifully restored and the location was perfect for touring Savannah. One note, the penthouse requires climbing 3 flights of stairs, a good workout!

I could not imagine a nicer place to stay in Savannah! Our penthouse room was huge, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. Patty and Suzy are gracious hosts who saw to all our needs. The Inn is beautifully restored and the location was perfect for touring Savannah. One note, the penthouse requires climbing 3 flights of stairs, a good workout!

The owners were so hospitable and friendly and helped in any way they could. The extra special touches like fresh flowers, gourmet breakfasts, happy hour, cookies in your room, etc. helped make this stand apart from other B&Bs that I have been to. Great walking location. Don't have anything negative to say!

Absolutely first rate! The proprietors, Patty and Suzy, pay attention to detail and worked hard to make our stay memorable. Suzy made a lovely breakfast and Patty took care of getting tickets for us on the “hop on, hop off” narrated tour of the city, which was worth it as this was our first of hopefully many visits to Savannah.

The inn is located in a charming house built in 1871 that is beautifully restored and decorated. Rooms are lovely and the breakfasts outstanding. Highly recommended!

The house and the folks who run it were beautiful. We were in the carriage house room which was nice but had some issues. Bathtub took forever to fill up, air conditioning unit was very loud at night. Apparently it was right in the bedroom? Not certain. The carriage house is an add on so you don’t really get the charm of staying in an older house. Fresh towels would have been nice. The location is decent but folks who aren’t too excited about walking might want to find a place a little closer to the shopping and river. It sits on a pretty busy street, lots of motorcycles and cars with no mufflers. The room and house were very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Sometimes we couldn’t find them. It was a neat experience but more of an Air BnB than a hotel experience.

The only thing I’d bear in mind is it’s an old building that does creak and transfer noise, so if you’re a light sleeper beware. In general, all the guests seemed courteous and aware of that but there were a couple instances of people coming in late and you can hear the stairs and voices etc. pretty loudly. Surprisingly, there doesn’t seem to be much noise between rooms/bathrooms though- so that’s a plus. Overall it’s a very comfortable, lovely place to stay in the perfect location!

The only drawback was the heavy trucks on Liberty St., which by the way, has a No Big Truck sign on Liberty St. Hope they don't get in trouble.

Patty & Suzy, the innkeeper sisters, are simply the best--a warm welcome (with adequate A/C to cool you off in a Savannah summer), an evening glass of wine, a thoughtful local treat (pecan bar) in the room, a decadent breakfast on the terrace, etc.

We had a great time staying at the Inn on West Liberty! The hosts were kind and thoughtful, and the property was just as described. We enjoyed the afternoon refreshments before walking to our dinner reservations at this centrally located Inn. Thanks!

We just spent our 47th Anniversary at the Inn and it was beyond wonderful. The Inn is beautiful and always immaculate. Patty and Suzy are perfect hosts and were always there to share there knowledge of Savannah and offer several options for any requests. The breakfast is amazing. The plating and taste are worthy of any cooking show. The location is outstanding. It is only one block off of Bull Street which divides the Historic District and shopping, squares and eating are all within walking distance. We look forward to our next stay at the Inn.
