I didn’t like anything about this property. The staff was rude. They stole my money out of my room when I went to the pool. This is so unacceptable it ruin my birthday weekend.

We made and paid for a room through booking and they did not forward the information. We did not have a room.

Food was plentiful and good. The room was clean with the necessary amenities to make our over-night stay comfortable.

The 4 ladies at the front desk did not welcome us, did not even acknowledge us for a while we waited to check in. I understand they were learning a new computer system, but having worked in the lodging industry for many years, I would find this attitude unacceptable. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast choices and the food were good. We were traveling north and on our trip stayed a second night on the return trip south.

The room looked clean but was not. I found an insect in the bed and the linens were dingy. Not what I would expect from a Marriott property of which we are members.

Easy on and off highway comfortable beds, decent breakfast would love to have home fries along with the eggs and bacon they had that would be perfect? It was quiet , convenient , and a decent price for the room .

The Hotel was clean and everything worked The breakfast was under Springhill standard, the rooms were little bit dusty and shower moldy! Need of better cleaning. The front desk was overwhelmed with the new computer system and I was charged 4 times on my credit card. I hope the credit card problem will be solved.

The dayshift staff was friendly. The location was convenient but in somewhat of a bad neighborhood. Where to start! Blood on the bed, electrical issues and outlets that dont work. AC was either broken or not working properly. It was terribly hot and stuffy! Hair in the linens, on surfaces, and in the bathroom. The nastiest, rudest, most disrespectful little "hospitality associate" I have ever encountered!!! Butler, the night desk clerk needs to get into a different line of work, immediately! She actually thought screaming, not being loud, but screaming at me was acceptable. Of course, no management was around and wouldnt be until I was long gone...how convenient.

Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again.

We have never stayed at Spring Hill Suites but we will certainly stay at one again.

We arrived close to midnight and we had to wait over a half hour for the clerk to find a room that did not have guests in it even though we had paid for the room. He told us they were overbooked. There were several more families that came in after us and the one clerk was the only person on duty. The breakfast was very good with warm food and juices.

The hotel is conveniently located near I-95 and offers safe and easy parking. The room and bathroom was dated, but it was a tradeoff, considering the price and convenience when on a road trip. It was also about 18 min from downtown Savannah so we were able to spend a couple of hours sightseeing there before heading north. I had two main issues with the hotel: the sofabed was not a typical sofabed. It was a bed in a drawer that pulls out of the bottom of the sofa, so you sleep almost on the floor. This is ok for kids but will not be comfortable for many adults. Also, the eggs at breakfast were not real eggs. They did have a great waffle maker, yogurts, cereals, sausage, instant oatmeal, and grits! Also my kids liked that they offered bottled chocolate milk. The staff was super nice and accomodating.

From beginning to end of my stay, everything was great. The rooms were beautiful and clean, staff was amazing, and the breakfast was top tier.

We enjoyed our stayed this past week at the SpringHill Suits by Marriott hotel. We liked the location, so convenient right to the entrance of I-95, the hotel is clean, modern, and very convenient. The breakfast feature was very good as they have a good diverse food for breakfast. The staff was also very nice. I did not get the opportunity to use the facilities, but the gym seemed well established. The reception area and personnel were very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The pool was nice and clean. The only complaint in that area is the hot tub wasn't hot. It was barely warm. The timer doesn't work either... the rooms are nice though. Plenty big enough and clean. No bugs or smoke smells. The staff is very accommodating as well

booked 2x 1 time through hotel.com 1 time the hotel they charged me 270 then dropped it 240 they didn't tell me the price when i booked it i had made a mistake on the date and the girl got me a room i thought it was gonna be the same as hotel.com but it was 80 more i would have gone to red roof for 75 across the street ,the hotel is nice and so is the staff that was last week this week i left a pocket knife my uncle gave me there getting bad juju there

Everything was good. Quiet and close to restaurant. Only issue was at check in. Rooms had been paid for but they still charged for one of them. Still working the refund. Just be careful.

a nice motel near I 95 easy to Uber into the downtown area. Room was fine but maybe clean the soap scum off the shower door.

The indoor pool was warm. The front desk staff were very kind. The room was clean and the beds were very nice. The couch was wide enough and long enough to sleep on.

The rooms need some remodeling. The first time we stayed at the beginning of December the soap dispenser in the shower had fallen from the wall and the shower had mold on the bottom from lack of proper cleaning. The second time at the end of December our desk lamp was rusty. All else is well staff and breakfast.

Shower doors are ''clear'' glass but were badly water stained not to mention poor water pressure in shower and sink, lighting in sink area very low. Bed area was well renovated but linens even though clean showed wear (found a small worn out hole). Overall will not be staying or recommending this hotel.

My bathroom drain was backed up, when I removed the metal plate it had long hair clothing it up. Very gross, they do not clean bathroom properly.

I’ve had an interior design business in Manhattan for 50 years. Your bath mirror frame (Room 334) is too high. My head sat between the bottom and the mirror frame. Pretty light, but not good enough to really put on makeup. Too soft. The light switch in the bathroom started a very noisy and annoying fan. Not appreciated at 3:00am. My A/C was also very noisy. Why, in this day and age, AND after you renovated? Fire your designer… Otherwise, lovely stay.

This was such a nice property. It was very clean so easy to get to off of 95.

Hotel room was nice, clean and spacious. I was a little heartbroken because the jacuzzi was out of order but other than that nice hotel, pretty decent breakfast!

Room had mildew smell. We asked to be moved and was accommodated

Once we got into our designated room we quickly noticed that there was gum in the sink as soon as we walked up to the counter that greets you as you walk in. As we moved into the room the tv location was odd and would have been better placed if mounted on the wall with a swivel option. Bathroom had hair still in the bottom pan the weather stripping between glass was not keeping water from running out onto the floor. Brown stain around the shower on to the wall and floor. We went to enjoy the offered hot tub however it was cold and the timer on the wall was loose and a hazard we asked the front desk employee and she mentioned she couldnt do anything about it based on no one being there to assist. Lastly as we turned in for the night the top comforter had a terrible smell we had to remove from the bed there wasnt anytime to call front desk. Since we were leaving in the morning no need to raise a stink. Hopefully this feedback will help you provide a better experience to others for our was mediocre and had a better experience from a red roof inn motel.

The location was perfect for us. I am very picky when it comes to where I stay. I thought it was a great stay and clean. The bed was very comfy. The only negative thing I would say is that the hallway on the second floor had a corn chip smell, so I was a little concerned about the room, but when we walked in, it was clean and fresh. And I really loved how you could adjust the air in the room because we like it cold while we sleep.

Quick on off hwy, easy parking, room space was good & beds were comfy - floor (carpet) was very dirty, a/c was off upon arrival (middle of summer) and room was horribly old sock and mildew smelly. There was actual black mold on the a/c and we all woke up with irritated sinus. Shower pressure was good and water was steady hot. Broken soap dispenser in shower. Prior ceiling leak had obvious shoddy patch job. Breakfast was good/expanded continental.

Layout of room was nice and liked the sink separate from tub & toilet. It would have been nice to have the lotion & little qtip/cottonball packet most hotels now supply. Breakfast was tasty with variety of options. Enjoyed indoor pool & hot tub. Fire alarm while there & had to go outside - communication about what happened would have been helpful.

I would've love to give it a 5 star, but honestly the breakfast was not good and the bathrooms in our rooms were dirty. Now the higher rating is because the staff was excellent.

Needs new shower door in upstairs suite. No cell phone or other plugs by bed. Outlet on desk is worn out my cell phone charge block came out easily. Sofa needs a good scrub. Shower was so bad there were quickly two gallons of water on floor. Unacceptable and slippery.

This hotel was great! T at the front desk was very helpful and considerate. Check in and out went smoothly. The couch in the seating area of the room was very comfortable. Bed was comfy and big. Fridge and microwave worked. The pool and hot tub worked and they were clean. The only real negative was there was no seating area for smokers outside.

The dining area was continuously refreshed, and staff greeted everyone with a smile—even during the busy 7 a.m. rush. A special shout‑out to the manager on duty (wish I’d caught her full name). She not only secured a conference room on short notice but also walked me through the business‑service and ensured I had everything needed for a client call. That extra mile turned what could’ve been a stressful workday into a seamless, productive one.

Room was comfortable BUT - the A/C was difficult to "get right"; even adjusting the temp with the thermostat, it took an hour to get the right temperature air to blow. The hair dryer was difficult to find, and there was black mold in the shower grout: TOTALLY GROSS!!

My family stayed at this hotel in March for an overnight stop during our long drive to Ohio. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best stay we've had. The room smelled bad the momentwe entered. There was no main lamp/light in the seating area, making it difficult to find our things. The hotel had a group of teens that were quite loud. They ran up and down the halls, slammed their doors and made noise till late in the night. We did ask that the management either move us or ask the group to keep it down, but neither of those requests were done. The complimentary breakfast served was mediocre at best. The front desk and kitcken staff were unpleasant, and even a bit rude. And the last straw was the smashed cockroach in the middle of the lobby floor near the breakfast area the morning we were checking out! We won't choose this location again and can't reccomend it at this time to others.

Need heat lights in bathroom for when getting out of shower. Check pressure in shower and if it's very low, ask to change rooms. Need better lighting (brighter) over bathroom sink for shaving, applying makeup, etc.

Pool and hot tub were a little sketchy, but room was very clean and comfortable.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve even been in. There was a cockroach crawling up the wall when we walked in. Dirt up all the walls(not an exaggeration). Bathroom was so dirty you couldn’t possibly have a shower in it. Never stayed in a SpringHill before and definitely won’t be again!

We stayed overnight for a business and personal trip. The room was clean and had a lot of space. The front desk associates were very friendly and overall the amenities were really nice. Really not Anything to complain about; a couple of minor hiccups, but otherwise it was a pleasant day.

For a 1 night stop, the hotel is clean and conveniently located to I95 and restaurants and gas. Roomis quiet. The condition is a little tired and fan in bath area was very noisy. Staff was pleasant to talk with.

Only issue is all the ice and snow in the parking lot.

Breakfast excellent, and woman who took care of all of us travelers. Housekeeping staff kind and gracious. Front desk friendly and helpful. Would definitely return !

If you like homeless n drug addicts you'll love this location. We pulled in and literally did not feel safe getting out of the car. We drive around n every hotel parking lot was enjoy it had 3 cars in it n they were probably the dealers base location.

Hotel is very nice. Located within walking distance of restaurant. Stay if traveling north on 95 below Savannah. Traffic in Savannah on 95 south is terrible.

Hot Tub not working at both properties.

The hotel was nice. The room was nice. The bed was awesome. The breakfast was good. HOWEVER the whole reason I picked this hotel was for the hot tub and it was broken. For me this was unacceptable. It was a romantic NYE overnight for my husband and I. There is no way if some one was doing their job checking ph levels and whatnot, that you wouldn't notice the indoor pool area was COLD not hot and steamy. When we mentioned it to the front desk, she was essentially "meh". She didn't give us any way to contact anyone or even apologize. Very disappointed.

Property is well kept and it was convenient for us to stay on our way to South Carolina. I will recommend to family and friends and will stay again in future road trips
