The room was rundown and in need of repairs. It was not cleaned well. A family member of ours found a dead roach in his bed. At breakfast we saw a huge roach on the light outside of the breakfast room.

The property was mediocre. We were able to park right outside our door. The breakfast area was not very clean.

The staff was very rude, first when we arrived and again when we checked out. The room smelled very strong of Marijuana. Their comment was oh well we can't do anything about that.People were loud most of the night in the courtyard which made sleeping difficult. The room was not maintained well. Breakfast was decent. I am handicapped with a service dog and we were placed as far from the breakfast area as possible. I would not stay there again.

I would love to give this hotel a proper review, but unfortunately we only survived about three hours—just enough time to question every life decision that led us there. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted not by a friendly atmosphere, but by a very *enthusiastic* cloud of marijuana smoke that seemed to have booked a long-term stay. The scent wasn’t just in the hallway—it was in the walls, the air, possibly even the furniture’s emotional support system. Things really took a turn when police cars began arriving and casually patrolling the property like it was part of their nightly routine. Nothing says “relaxing getaway” quite like flashing lights and officers doing laps outside your window. For added ambiance, there was a man on the stairwell who appeared to be in a deep, philosophical conversation with the floor—completely unresponsive and definitely not part of the concierge team. Naturally concerned, we asked the receptionist if everything was okay. She assured us it was “perfectly safe”… all while speaking to us through a sliding glass window, safely sealed behind a locked door like she was preparing for a bank heist. At that point, we decided our survival instincts were worth listening to and made a speedy exit.

Bathtub and vanity faucet were dirty

Rooms were musty and stained. Very outdated. Staff not overly nice. Lots of people hanging around rooms that do not stay there. Unsafe feeling. Wouldn't go outside alone at night. Pool closes early. Curtians were dirty. Walls were stained. Some of the people that stated there looked like they lived there and looked very sketchy. They argued loudly and walked by the rooms at all hours of the night. The beds were too small for two adults to sleep comfortably. I didnt feel safe having my child there.

Was originally traveling alone when I booked the hotel, being a single female when my father and stepmother decided to travel and booked a different hotel WITHIN 24 hours of booking the hotel and still 2 weeks out from the date of staying here I tried to cancel and the staff was EXTREMELY rude to the point I told her I didn’t understand why she had an attitude because I was simply asking a question. They refused to refund me or even discuss a partial refund, and when I asked to speak to a manager she told me I could speak to whoever I wanted and I wasn’t getting a refund. I have terrible anxiety, recently divorced and just simply didn’t want to stay in a hotel room alone. Absolutely awful don’t waste your money or time

We checked out the property at 2 am as we could not sleep there.

The room was clean and pre-cooled for when we arrived. The pool and the surrounding courtyard and walkways were clean and maintained. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations, I was praying for a waffle maker and indeed it was a fantastic waffley breakfast. For the age of the property and the price of the room, I was very impressed in the quality of the experience.

Just so you can understand, I paid for two nights and stayed only one. Definitely never coming back. Bathtub had women hair and mold. Toilet seat was disgusting. And the worst of all was the cigarette smells in a “non smoking” room. Very intoxicating. And people smoking more in front of the room. One more bonus: refrigerator not working. Also poor breakfast not sized for the hotel capacity. Price.

It was probably a great hotel in the 80s & 90s. It needs updates, for sure. We bought an extra blanket bc we worried about the sheets, but the AC was cold and steady, the TV's buzz faded after it was on a while, and the water was hot and had the right pressure. There was a continental breakfast, which was ok. Only decaf coffee. The staff I interacted with were very nice, the desk attendant was extremely helpful. Absolutely no frills, if you just need a place to land briefly. However, we'll shop around before choosing this one again.

Wifi access did not work for us during our stay. The toilet wobled "to-and-fro" and someone thought it was a good idea to fill the 1" gap to the floor tiles with an enormous bead of white silicone caulk to "fix" it. The shower leaked all the way to the center of the bathroom... and created what one might consider a large children's slip and slide in the middle of the room as you carefully exit the shower trying not to fall on your exposed goodies after journeying through "Shrek's swamp" There was a knock on our door at 2am.... aftwr i moved the table we used to barricade the door closed for the night to check... no one was there (enter sigh of relief here) The breakfast was pretty good. The eggs were the consistency of a dish sponge, & the paper-thin bacon you could see through was a first for me... but I could understand why seniors with no teeth might enjoy the style of food you dont have to chew to swallow. The waffle/pancake batter was interesting.. but I understood why it was so thinned down... It wouldn't pour out of the contraption otherwise.. so that worked The pool was nice!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The property needs some work done on it to be given a better rating. The bed was comfortable and there is ample parking. Hard to believe the included breakfast got good reviews. Sakura Buffet is close by for a good evening meal.

I loved the location. It was right on the bus route and near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. I loved the pool too which was well cared for. Their breakfast was really good too. Bed and pillows clean and very comfy. The nighttime receptionist I believe her name was Donna or Dawn, was very friendly and helped me get a better room after I got shocked. The facility manager also was a great guy. It needs a lot of upgrades and some of the people staying there were sketchy. I was treated rudely by Rhonda, the receptionist. I was told I could check in early and drop off my luggage but Rhonda yelled at me on the phone and told me I couldn’t. I have chronic illness and had taken an overnight train so was exhausted. It was 90 F and I walked around downtown until check in with my heavy bags. Also, the first room I stayed in I got shocked by the wall light fixture. I was moved to a better room but that room smelled a little like cat urine and dog and the refrigerator wasn’t working properly and froze everything. Some dirt and potato bugs too but I expected bugs being on the ground floor by the pool. Photo of my swollen finger with red from being shocked in first room. The electrical there is a bit wonky and dangerous.

Property is old, but relatively clean. Pool area was clean and well kept. Breakfast options were decent. Issue with keys not working every day we were there. Bed was comfortable and towels and sheets were clean.

Not much to like about a run down inn The room on entry smelled like a chain smokers room. It reaked with cigarette smoke, including the bed linen. There is mold in the bathroom and shower was dirty on arrival. The bathroom door looks like a dog got to it. So overall if you want to stay here, consider this.

The motel is about as you expect for the rating. It feels a bit dirty and aged but reasonable for a quick stay. There's no elevator, so you have to walk up a set of stairs to get to the 2nd floor. Its all outside, but mostly covered. Worth noting, because I didn't notice this in the pictures; The bathroom consists of a very small room with only a toilet and shower, its a tight room. The vanity, mirror and bathroom sink is in the actual room, beside the bathroom. The bathroom and vanity feels aged, but not really dirty. We stayed in a standard double bed room. The lamp in the corner and the carpet around it were gross, there was visible dust. We were only there from 9pm to 10am, so it was forgivable, but I would have been more upset had we stayed longer, and would have requested house keeping to clean it better. However it was late, and we didn't want to go through that process. We thoroughly checked for bed bugs the second we got there and did not see any. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent. Most places like this don't have a waffle maker. In all honesty, that is why we picked this motel over any other one. literally for the waffle maker. They were pretty good actually and there was hot bacon which was definitely a plus. The rest of the breakfast was very standard and limited to cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast, scrambled eggs and juice. As a 'motel' rating, I'd say 6.5/10 as a 'hotel' rating, I'd say 3.5/10

The room was horrible, the smoke smelled, the bathroom had a slow flush, and the bathtub was not clean. The soap dish was very dirty, and the bed sheet had holes in it. The chair had stains, and it was very uncomfortable in the room; the remote control was hard to navigate, as the battery was low on charge, refrigerator was not cold. Overall, a bad hotel; they really need some upgrades and to clean the room better. I would have changed hotels, but there were no available hotels due to events happening in that area for the weekend.

Large property, easy to find. Smooth check in and a good motel room. The lady at check in explained in some detail that the room card needed to be kept away from cell phones and other cards so I placed it in a cargo pocket. Needless to say, after going for a walk and returning to my room, the card didn’t work! The AC unit was good but was loud. TV was fine but the remote only worked sporadically. Very comfortable bed, good shower and an excellent breakfast.

During check-in, I was given two different room keys, but when I entered the room, I found bags already inside. Later I came to know that the room was actually already assigned to someone else who was staying there, and they had stepped out leaving their belongings behind. This was extremely uncomfortable and raised serious security and safety concerns. When I went back to the front desk, the lady was unable to find the room type I booked and became frustrated and rude instead of handling the situation professionally. While I was speaking with Hotels.com support to resolve the issue, she made a very disrespectful comment saying something like “compensate these guys and ask them to leave the property right away.” I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior at any hotel before. Overall, it was a very stressful experience and I would not recommend staying here.

I was disappointed when I entered my room. It smelled damp. The coffee machine had calcium buildup. The shower temperature was either too hot or too cold. Slow drain, not to mention dirty tub. We had to shower with shoes on our feet. As I was packing up to check out, housekeeping decided to attempt to barge in my room. However, I had the safety latch on which prevented her from entering. Two young ladies that were poolside, commented on how rude housekeeping was for trying to enter my room. My interaction with staff was very little, nothing stood out. Parking was fine.

Traveled alone, didn’t feel safe during my stay. The woman who checked me in was very kind, but the nightly desk clerk was rude. My room was not clean, my shower had hair in it from a previous guest. The breakfast looked good, but not worth the entire stay. I checked out a day early.

We stayed for about 20 minutes. The room was really dirty and there were greasy handprints above the bed on the headboard (of a sexual nature). The bathroom had mold in the corners. We are working on getting our money back. Also while we were loading our car back up a man approached our vehicle. Not the safest part of town.

The bed had bugs and I didn’t know it until after walking for the morning…. Scratched all through the night this was a day action for my autistic grandson he loved the trip but the hotel was the worse

Upon entering the room to rest from a long trip, we immediately noticed the AC unit was agonizing. Instead of changing our room, the staff decided to replace the unit while we were there. The repairman was very rude to us. (minus one star) Both our room keys were deactivated before checkout day, and we were locked out. We called the front desk, and they blamed it on us. (minus one star) The room does not have a soaking bathtub as described and has no water stop, which prevents us from filling the tub. We asked for a plug, and they said they don't have any "because guests keep stealing them." (minus one star) Upon request, an intrusive maintenance person who brought two pillows wanted to enter the room, place the pillows on the bed, and ask us about our religion. (minus one star) The Wi-Fi keeps timing out. Whenever we try to use it, we have to register again. A constant, annoying noise in the bathroom is apparently due to the roof fan directly above, the repairman said. The bathroom is very small, so the floor rug interferes with the door, which has no bottom clearance. The bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom. Other people in the room would be disturbed by the light when it was switched on at night. Noisy fridge. We had to turn it off at night. Average breakfast.

Fitness room was locked. The ice machine was broken. We were located on one side of the hotel where the ice machine was broken and had to walk with your ice buckets back and forth to the otherside of the hotel. I ask one of the attendant who came to clean the room to come back later because my wife was in the shower and we never saw her again. She also was coming in the door with her key before I could answer her knock.

We booked a pet-friendly room through Expedia, driving from NYC. When we arrived to check in at 930 (as noted in the special request section) the receptionist told us she didn’t have a room for us that could accommodate a dog. “Not all of our r rooms are pet friendly, we don’t have anything for you”. So after a 13-hr drive we were turned away, DESPITE booking it through Expedia, and the cherry on the cake was that she was downright nasty about it, gleeful even, that she could say no. Will never stay at a Quality inn again, and would encourage you to seek alternatives. We eventually found a decent overnight stay at the Extended Stay suites down the block-2 beds and a kitchenette for $100.

Staff were very friendly and it was in a convenient location I booked in advance for a king size bed and put in the notes we were traveling with a dog but upon arrival the pet friendly king size rooms weren't available so we were downgraded to double bed and told it was the same price. The double bed was not comfortable like previous stays in the king bed. Also the room cleanliness has went down from previous stays. Lots of dust in the rooms and musty smell.

A disappointing stay, we were hoping for cheap and cheerful. We got cheap! A non smoking room that smells quite musty, the room was not well maintained and needs a good clean. Thankfully we were only there for 2 nights on our road trip.

The location was good 10 minutes drive to savannah historic center. The place needs an update, the carpet is old and looks dirty. The bed was confortable and clean. The breakdast was ok. The room smelled cigarrettes, and people smoke cigarrettes outside. The place has potation but needs some improvement.

I had booked the room in January. We just wanted a clean, safe room to stay in for the 4 days we were in Savannah. The first room the put us in had mold all over the ceiling and smelled like urine. They moved us to another room and we ended up going to the store and picking up cleaning supplies to clean the room. We bought clean sheets too. We left the room straight and clean upon checkout and we left the dead roaches in the bathroom. The people they stuck next to us smoked weed all night and had people coming and going and arguing outside of our door.

Breakfast was good. However there was mold in the shower. Not sure why they can just repair it. It’s a you get what you pay for hotel.

Everything about the property is a 10/10. Ive stayed in two other places and this one is the best one yet. There's plenty of parking, the room they assigned to me was clean and didnt have a bad odor, havent had the breakfast yet but Im sure its good, and the staff, the staff is amazing! Every since I checked in, all has been well, no problems or complaints!

This hotel is run down in every way. Breakfast was terrible. You might have a non smoking room but the guy next door will be smoking right outside your door and making your room smell.

The property was okay. The wifi was hard to connect to and even though we had a no smoking room(the shower had some residue). Plus the room/shower wasn't as clean and smelled like smoke.

It was an older hotel. No major flaws but a “you get what you pay for” type of situation. Only 8 random channels and 2 in Spanish. Bed was comfortable, just not a place you’d get to impress a date…unless she already belonged to the streets.

The no smoking rooms stink of cigarette smoke. I asked for a different room and was told they all smell of cig smoke since they cant enforce it. I complained of false advertising, but they would not refund my stay since it was pre-booked. Also, lots of road crews staying and loud partying outside and down in the parking lot. Good luck with this place

Rust, neglect , and what appeared to be mold under the rug near the walls. Needs a lot of updating. I would not bring my family back. I was embarrassed when we pulled up to the facility. I did stay as we arrived very late. The shower had hot strong water flow but I needed to use shower shoes.

Our daughter burned her finger on the waffle maker. I let the front desk know and asked for ice. She told me they didn’t have ice and couldn’t do anything. Never even asked if she was ok. Hotel is ok but won’t stay here again.

The staff was very courteous. The room looked like it had been renovated until you got into the bathtub or there was a ring around the toilet and scum around the bathtub and the bathtub floor looked dirty

The overall condition is poor, mold around the ice machine, broken furniture. Once up to the room, the curtains had holes, stains and burn marks on them. They also were broken…the door lock was completely broken off. The AC was very noisy and if anyone was outside smoking you could smell it through the vents. The heads were rock solid and the pillows were very flat, the blankets had slash marks in them, like about an inch or so slash through them. All the things that had some sort of metal ok then were very rusted, the parking area is hard to get a spot at night with the steakhouse that shares the same lot. Nearly half of the outlets in our room did not work. I had higher hopes for this hotel as most of the new reviews were decent, I will not be staying in this hotel whenever I visit the area again.

If traveling with pets call them first, they refused to check us in because they had no “pet rooms” available when we get there. Otherwise the staff is respectful and guaranteed us a total refund without trouble.

The shower in the bath did not have sufficient water pressure. The tap mechanism clearly had a problem, and the water flow from the shower was very weak when in use.

The room wasn’t clean enough- the microwave was dirty inside, the sink and toilet weren’t touched for a while, the room needed maintenance for sure but for the price was good. Service was friendly and the spot was quiet.

Overall it was comfortable room but the room definitely wasn’t cleaned like it should be . The bath tub still had hair in it and the toilet was dirty . You could also tell that the floor wasn’t vacuumed

We have small children with us. There were disgusting spots all over the ceiling and walls. There were beer caps on the carpet when we checked in in the room. Basically no housekeeping service. The first day, they took our towels and didn't replace them. Then they didn't have enough towels at front desk for our room. The lobby water fountain had mildew and black spots all of over. This is NOT A GOOD PLACE for families. STAY AWAY! Choice hotels should reevaluate their affiliation with this place.

The sheets and towels were very clean though. I am ex-military security and I can sleep in a box if I needed to. All i needed was a bed and toilet because I like to actually be out doing things on vacation and i never expect cheap hotels to be amazing, it is just a roof over head at night, but even cheap hotels should take care of the basics and customer comfort/safety. we had an unfortunate issue with our toiket making a loud gurgling sound. the room smelt like cigarettes even though it was non smoking and the house keeping lady was peering through the windows instead of knocking on the door. overall the gentleman at the desk tried accommodating our last minute reservation best he could and was extremely friendly and kind

The hotel charged my debit card twice took over a month to get a refund never got a refund . Finally got in touch with the bookerper Rhonda she said it was through hotels.com. got in touch with them they stated and my bank stated it was the hotel Got in touch with Rhonda again and she said she did a credit but it was done as a debit again so I paid for a room 3 times.When I called back Rhonda has a very nasty attitude still haven't got a credit over a month got to go to the bank and file a dispute.Room smelled bad like mildew .Property is run down.I was only there long enough to sleep in that room and the carpet was wet.I will never stay there again.Maybe I can get my money back.It even says 7 to 10 days on the refund and 34 days later still no refund and this morning they took it out again but claim it was a credit.So far cost me 250.dollars for one night

The place was decent for a one-night stay. The room was clean, and it seems like they’re making improvements to keep things updated. There was a slight old carpet smell, but it wasn’t too bad. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. There’s a pool available, but we didn’t get a chance to use it.

Sorry but i had bed bug bites the next day after staying here. They need to fumigate and clean the beds.

I would say about my stay is that you get what you pay for. I would say for the discount this room was alright for a one night stay but I would never choose it as an average stay for more than two days max. Everything from the pool to the bathroom are showing both age and signs of quick fixes but again for the money 💰 I won’t complain but I would advise anyone that its worth it to pay the extra few bucks for a little better of a luxury.

The ac was really noisy though and even though I kept the fan on thinking that would be a steady noise to drown out the guy revving his engine in the parking lot until after 11pm, the AC compressor was the loud part and it kept waking up every time it cycled back on.

They do a pretty good job of keeping it clean people working all around, outside court yard and pool is pretty decent,for the money its not bad, everything you need is close by,ive stayed here multiple times!

I did not feel safe at this property. The room had an awful odor. It was a non smoking room but you could tell it had been smoked in. I stayed here a couple of years ago and it was wonderful. This time around I felt insecure.

I have stayed here twice. It is good, cheap, and pretty much clean. The night time can be a little loud sometimes, and if anyone smokes outside you can kinda smell it though the air conditioner .

Well this property, it's just on the middle of the nice place, restaurants, malls and attractions in Savannah.

From the front staff to maintenance, everyone was really cordial and helpful, we really stayed to get our daughter to college we were out all day buying stuff for her dorm but at night there was still enough parking spots near the stairs to our room... and I thought I was the only one making noise because everything was really quiet so we could sleep really well, we didn't had a chance to use the pool but it was clean, the breakfast area was always stocked and the waffles were great, and unlimited bacon... All around I was really comfortable with everything and if my wife didn't complain we're all good.

The room was dirty and smelled stale. Never vacuumed the entire 3 nights we were there. Bathroom floor was filthy and there was no water pressure. Could not rinse shampoo out due to the pressure. Door handle on entrance door felt like it was going to fall off. Not very securely locked at night.

Room was so old, hard to make look clean. Needs update. Dirty bathroom and roaches.

The whole entire day was great. Until the day of checkout. As we were loading our vehicle some of the mail cleaning staff we’re just hanging around our vehicle getting weird. Looks to my girlfriend and creeping her out and even offered to try to help us load our vehicle over the railing from the second floor and I had to tell them two or three times no I have this. It all felt like we were trying to be rushed out of our room, even though checkout was not for another hour and a half. I did report it to the front desk so hopefully something will be done and new training will be implemented to not crowd around the guest and their rooms until it is proper checkout time.

About 30 minutes after we get situated, it sounds like a group of howler monkeys had moved in to the pool area and we're just walking back and forth yelling at each other. That went on till about 2:00 a.m. and then the hour monkeys proceeded to go into the rooms around us and move the furniture around. That's all I can think of because that's exactly what it sounded like they were doing. The noise was unreal. When we finally managed to fall asleep about 4:00 in the morning and slept till 7:00, the first thing that I noticed when I go to put my feet on the floor is the giant rat poop in front of the air conditioner that was not there but not before. I put my flip-flops on and proceed to go towards the bathroom because I have to pee and noticed the corner of the sheets pulled up on the edge of the bed and what appeared to be bed bug droppings. Thousands of little spots in between the folds of the mattress where they're either was bed bugs or used to be. The mirrors were filthy the sinks were dirty the toilets were not clean and their policy is to give you towels every 3 days. 0/10 would recommend sleeping in a cardboard box under an overpass before sleeping at this filthy hotel. I have photos of all of this

The room was nice and clean it had plenty of amenities for the price the pool was nice even had a little workout gym and a hot breakfast for the price you can't beat it.. and the front desk associates were perfect needed an early check in no problem...

Almost positive that a body was found while we were staying here because there were like 4 police cars, a fire truck, and a forensics vehicle for a few hours in one of the rooms. The lady who checked me in asked what service my service dog provides which is actually a violation of service animal rights and then felt the need to give me attitude because I didn’t put a comment in my check in saying that I’m bringing a pet even though a service dog is not considered a pet. Also the property is surrounded by homeless. Would not stay again

Heavy marijuana use being allowed( 3 rd time happening). Had to wait 20 minutes for front desk person to appear as an older single female outside after midnight. Remote didn’t work was locked out of room when returning from breakfast due to curtain caught in door. Almost slipped on sidewalk by room due to a/c discharge going on sidewalk. Took over 5 hours for confirmation to go to hotel

It was a wonderful stay. We were close to Savannah and all the attractions. It was clean and I felt safe. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Got bit up all over my body by spiders and mentioned to staff no response, no care shown. Outlets didn't work except one. The bathroom light flickered sometimes. Microwave acted up 2 days in and the refrigerator froze stuff on second shelf but freezer didn't freeze.

Most things were good, but I was highly disappointed with the electronics and the WiFi. The WiFi did not work at all which was a bummer because my reason for getting this room was to work in some things for work and I wasn’t able to access internet ultimately setting me up for failure. My phone was my next best solutions although 3xs more difficult, and my phone ended up dying because the usb port they have attached to the desk doesn’t even work! It was almost like it was a placeholder. Someone should really look into an-bulkier

The motel was overall fine, but nothing particularly impressive. It's located in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. That said, the room itself felt very outdated—old bathroom fixtures, a worn-out bed, and a stained chair gave it a rundown, almost creepy vibe. We had to find another place to stay which we did. I couldn’t believe this place was on Expedia they need to close clean and sanitize and remodel or rebuild worst experience ever I thought I was at a hotel for drug addicts and prostitution food options and bed comfort that’s a joke and laugh I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to stay there let alone eat food there it didn’t even offer breakfast or vending ughhh just horrible.

We arrived for a family two day break in Savannah and on arrival found the two rooms allocated reeked of cigarette smoke and urine. We asked to be moved to other rooms which the reception obliged and put us in two rooms on the other side of the hotel. Unfortunately these rooms were only slightly better with the same issues but also dirty bed sheets and strange stains on the headboard. The kids were really upset and the smell brought on my son’s asthma. We made a decision to book alternative accommodation. We knew that we wouldn’t necessarily get a refund but thought we might for the second night. However, as one of the kids had placed a bag on one of the beds any form of refund was refused. I have used Quality Inn in the UK but this experience was truly horrendous and we can’t believe some of the good reviews reported which we used as part of the decision to book.

The property could use updating as far as paint on the building and walls of room. The AC units drip water from the top level to the bottom level, there was a smoky smell in the room. I did like that they provided breakfast and had a good amount of options.

I will never stay here again

The property itself was worth the price and the check-in staff were fantastic. The room was clean and beds were good. The tv was a little fuzzy/outdated but not a huge concern for us as we only used it to go to sleep. The only thing that would keep us from staying here again was the ungodly amount of marijuana use around us. The smell came through the walls/door and woke us up throughout the night. My son has a medical condition and it irritated that condition. Other than this mishap, the property was good and worth the money.

Our room did not feel clean at all. Hairs in the sink when we got there, cobwebs on the walls, heavy dust by the refrigerator, mold at the bottom of the bed…my daughter’s socks were filthy from walking on the carpet. And we had bugs in the room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The toilet was visibly dirty, and I had to buy Clorox wipes before I would use it. *However, the bedding was clean, and we had fresh towels every day. As a whole, the place is worn/outdated, but that's reflected in the price, so can't really complain. Pros: The staff were very nice and accommodating. The beds were clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good- better than I expected (scrambled eggs and bacon, waffles, cereal, toast and english muffins, muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee). The courtyard and pool are great. The pool was clean, and the best part of the place. The staff responded very quickly to any concerns we had. So basically, it's a very affordable and decent place if you are planning to spend most of your time out and about.

Extremely friendly, continental breakfast, swimming pool and awesome restaurants all in walking distance from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again when we return to Savannah Georgia.

My room was disgusting. When we walked in there were wall outlets pulled off the wall eith mold coming out and all down the wall. The room smelt awful, and like smoke, even though it was nonsmoking. The vending machines did not work, and our keys only worked half the time.

The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling and AC so we had to be switched from our room, there are lots of brown dark stains all over the ceilings, towels, some walls and sheets. But it was pretty quiet, definitely not an area I’d walk around by myself in at night. The breakfast was really nice and finding parking was really easy as well! Don’t think I’d come here again though

My experience was horrible. There were code violations. The blankets had cigarette burns. Furniture was dirty. The room was infested with large roach like bugs. When I communicated this to the front desk she made it seem like this was normal. I asked for another clean room or accommodation she was defensive and rude. She then called the police on me and my children including my 2 year old grand child.

Upon checking out I wanted to speak with the manager but I was told they were not in. The room was terrible tiny flies and stunk of cigarettes. The staff is very rude! Unfortunately I didn’t have a choice and had to stay it was a holiday weekend and nowhere else to go. I requested a refund through my bank and unfortunately this hotel won but truly shouldn’t I will NEVER GO BACK. It deserves zero stars and Expedia should not do business with this place

Miss Donna at the front desk is delightful

It's a terrible hotel. It is located next to a military base, and helicopters fly over it all night with a terrible roar and do not let you sleep. The residents of the hotel are very strange people, it seems that gangsters and drug dealers are here, All the furniture and carpets are very old and dirty. Apart from helicopters, the air conditioner is rattling terribly. There's something biting in the bed all the time. Stay away from this hotel.

This has always been a five star for me. Tonight Donna pissed me tf off by telling me you can only stay here first she said 4 nights. Once I contacted the relations team and walked in the office with them on the phone she's stating 4-5 nights and you can't return for 60 days?!. Say what now?? I understand the ones that extend their stay but that's not what I'm on. She's clearly a liar and I really did like her!!. Can't wait until my apt is ready for me to move in. I don't do shenanigans..

Yet it was definitely dated appliances and hardware throughtout the rooms/hotel. Staff was friendly & kind!!
