Great breakfast, great pool. Need to be prepared when you all for help. We had a problem and no one csme.

Very nice place to stay!

Location was ideal, space was enough and kitchen was well stocked!! The pool was closed and that was the main reason we booked for the kids. There was no notice on the website or alternative offered, and even though embassy suites was connected and both owned by Hilton they said no.

We were able to check in a little early. Our suite was very neat and clean. We enjoyed a hot breakfast. Very nice hotel. Free parking. We did not use any of the amenities outside but saw others doing so. The grills, pergola, golf green, basketball court and pool. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Staff were very attentive to your needs. Breakfast was very good offering a wide variety of food. Lightning for pool and patio areas wasn’t on Sat. Signs said open until 10pm. Was disappointed because we skipped the pool in the day because we thought we’d take the little one down at 6:30pm.

Everything about the room and hotel were fine. The breakfast was very good. The major complaint is the employee laundry door and neighboring room doors slamming very loudly literally every 10 seconds all day long.

Very clean, spacious, newer and updated. Room was cleaned daily and all supplies refilled. Loved the separate bedroom and living room and kitchen. Love that they take pets. No poop bags outside for dogs just for convenience.

The location was perfect but the room left me out of my room for over 20 min and made me loose my Christmas dinner reservations because they didn’t have enough people working !!! The phone to call the front desk on the 5th floor doesn’t work.

I could not check in! The hotel was not booked . I was charged for a room at this hotel that I could not cancel but it was not booked and I had to pay for another room . There is no way to call and talk to customer service to fix this either. I had to pay for a room twice. I will never use Expedia again and I will warn everyone!!

Not much. Did not like to have to go to the lobby to get a plunger to fix their clogged toilet. Did not like the loose toilet seat. Did not like the pungent smell of cleaning products in the dirty room, which seem to have been coming up the pet stains on carpets. Did not like the broken sink and the TV which was ready to fall off the wall. Did not like that the sheets on the pullout bed were unfolded and stuffed in a bag, which I'm damn sure were used and never cleaned. Certainly did not like the $200 I had to pay per night for the poor room! Hilton should be ashamed of the management at this location.

While the hotel can't control it, doors to the rooms were always slamming. Can't the doors be adjusted to close more quietly?

In the middle of my shower, the Spickef fell off hit my toe not too happy . No water pressure. The other spicket were water comes out is also very loose.

We enjoyed our time. The only problem was the wifi in our room did not work. No one called to follow up when I contacted the front desk. Lastly there was a weird stain on the floor that c my dog kept trying to eat.

We just stayed at this property for a couple of nights and it was wonderful. The property is easily accessible, well maintained and more importantly feels new. The suites are spacious as well. Definitely recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights…I searched a lot of hotels and decided to go with Homewood. It wasn’t the cheapest, but provided what we were looking for. Nice clean hotel, spacious room, good hot breakfast and close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and basketball court too.

My family's stay was uneventful and almost ruined our vacation. When we entered the room, there was aluminum foil and an empty paper towel holder on the floor underneath one of the queen beds. We alerted the front desk. No one came up to the room to clean it. We did not have enough clean linens for a family of 6. We reached out to the front desk several times for help with the internet. We were told someone would come up shortly. No one ever showed up. Shortly after returning home on 7/5/23, we received a call from the Housekeeping Manager letting us know we would be charged an incidental fee. The room was not clean upon arrival. Prior to her hanging up the phone, she stated "you try to help people out." Then the phone hung up. Very unprofessional and rude. At this point, I will not recommend Homewood Suites by Savannah Airport.

This property is the expectation I expect when I spend money to stay somewhere for a night. The staff was amazing from check in to check out and the overall appearance of the hotel was perfect. I have stayed at many hotels in south Florida while waiting on my house renovations to be completed and this one is the only one with a 5 star. Whenever I am back in the area this will be my “go to” hotel from now. I hope this staff is compensated nicely because their standard exceeds all of the nearly 15 hotels I’ve conducted long term stays in. God bless!

Front desk was very friendly at check-in, which occurred at 1am. The facility and room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was complementary and very good. It was central to most areas in Savannah, including the airport. We would recommend this location to anyone.

I like the fact that Homewood has a reception at night. You get to meet others who are traveling and you have nice food too. We weren't there on the night that it was featured. The room was furnished nicely, and looked good, but the coverlet and duvet smelled of body odor and the entire room was covered in dog hair.

We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.I did my research for the hotel and it had great reviews. This is what we experienced- The carpet was dirty- -it looked as if it wasn’t vacuumed after the previous guests. The faucet in the bathroom was dirty and had scum on it. We had a very late arrival-1am and asked to have a late checkout and the first response that came from the front desk attendant (having a personal phone call) “NO”. Then my husband explained our situation and she then replied- I’ll give you until noon”. It was a very unpleasant stay and definitely not worth the $175 we paid for the night. I do not recommend this hotel

Asked about airport shuttle service during check in process and they said it is no longer available due to not having a driver. No apologies or alternative offered by Hotel staff that afternoon. The next day, while checking out, I asked again hoping the morning staff would offer some king of apology or discount for the inconvenience... Nope! They could care less...

The only negatives were the lights in the bathroom being blindingly bright and the lack of sound insulation between the conjoined rooms. We got to listen to the play by play of the baseball game without ever turning on our TV. We’re in the area 4-5 times a year and we’ll definitely look at staying here again.

The Room was clean. There was an odor when you first walk into the room, but after a few minutes you don’t solemn it. The bathroom door stuck to the floor and wouldn’t open without pushing it hard.

Excellent hotel! The staff is very friendly, breakfast was wonderful, hotel is clean and kept up well.

I loved the size of the room but would have loved a table a 4 chairs instead of desk style table and 1 side chair. I would have loved a indoor pool. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

When I originally booked this property with Expedia, airport transportation was listed as one of the amenities. The transportation is for airline personnel only! We had to quickly schedule an Uber to take us to the airport.

I liked the selections to purchase for food and drink. I loved the recommendation the staff member regarding Leopold Ice cream! the entire front desk and breakfast staff were all amazing! the lady that checked me in did her very best to get me an early check in too. she knew I was so tired from traveling and i appreciated her hospitality and taking care of me. great week and I will be back

HOWEVER… -There is no airport shuttle. -The gal checking us in was rude, insulting, and argumentative. As a Hilton honors diamond member, I have never been treated this way when checking into a Hilton property. Managers need to get their staff training in order.
