Reviews
The hotel has a great location with friendly staff, but guests frequently complain about the high cost of parking and the cleanliness of the rooms. Many guests also mention issues with the pool and gym being closed or in disrepair.

Felt safe the staff took care of any need. Facility was clean. Food fresh

I think the breakfast was over priced. Use to be included with the room. $15.95 was high for what there was. $15.95 I expect sit down service.
- 3/5
Valet Parking and Breakfast were pricey. TV old and unable to use our Roku or streaming services. My daughter got extremely sick after drinking coffee from the lobby. I didn’t drink mine as it tasted off. Rooms were very quiet and comfortable.

Nice enough for stay. Had a desk chair w/2 slashes in it when arrived. Notified main desk. Chair was never removed. Waiting for my 50.00 reimbursedment.

We walked-in the hotel room and it had a very strong sour smell. The staff person behind the desk gave us another room. When showering, the water drained very slowly.
- 3/5
Lacks cleanliness. Staff helpful. Room was not awesome. Coffee station etc lacking.
- 3.5/5
Breakfast staff were working hard handling several responsibilities and number of people to service. The daily parking rate was way too high ($45/ per day). The waterfront Marriott nearby parking rate was half the price in the same area. On site guests should not be charged more than $25 per day.

they only offered valet parking. Everything else was perfect for our birthday celebration weekend.

Advertised excellent fitness center - one treadmill with a shattered screen that would not allow adjustments to speed or incline so useless. One flat bench that was very wobbly and unstable, limited free weights - basically unusable fitness center. Pool area had old, discolored furniture, none of the umbrellas were functional and pool needed cleaning. Furniture in the room was very old, discolored, dirty, musty - we spread pool towels over couch to sit on it. Floor was sticky, carpet musty. Bathroom vent had years of dust and dirt accumulated. Hotel is located along main intersection of MLK and Bay street, very convenient to walk to many locations HOWEVER it is very loud when trying to sleep. All of this was reported to the hotel. Hotel needs to be cleaned and upgraded.

The water from the shower head was almost null. I felt like some form of breakfast should be included like a muffin or toast. The location was good. The folks were very kind and accommodating.

The hotel is very clean, a great location near River Street and the historic district. Thumbs up!!

This hotel is actually situated in a pretty dodgy area. It is true that it’s just a couple of blocks from the Riverwalk, but we had to walk through people doing drugs and sketchy characters to get to the hotel and there is no parking other than valet.
- 4/5
The hotel was very well located in Savannah. You can walk to the various restaurants in the area and the river is only a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. My room was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean, the AC/heating worked just fine without any noise. But there is no freeparking on the premises. Instead the hotel offered valet parking. I parked about a block away costing $40 per 24 hours. There is an independent parking lot right next to the hotel charging about $45 per 24 hours but i chose to keep my spot because it was $5 cheaper. There's also metered parking available. Also, the hotel offered no free breakfast but they did have an in-house restaurant. No thanks as I know they charge way more than the usual tourist markups. Overall, the hotel was in a great location and my room was very good but the lack of free parking and free breakfast will make me look for better deals if I visit Savannah again.

Was comfortable and convenient to our purpose in savannah. Had a 2 night charge for valet parking and only stayed 1 night. The 2nd night charge was refunded when asked.

Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10. We came down at 0930 and eggs not available. No fresh banana or apples. Fruit was served in containers and looked like cheap fruit from the cans.We previously stayed at Holiday Inn in another city and breakfast was excellent! I will not be booking with this hotel again.

Staff was friendly, but we have a few things to comment about. We stayed there for parents weekend having our son at SCAD. The first day we spent a couple of hours at the pool because our son was in class and the water was too cold and the pool was not clean at all. There bugs, little leaves and polen in the pool. The TV in our room never worked. As you flipped channels it was going to channel 28 to channel 41, to 37 then 68 as I was clicking up on the channels. Then Friday and Saturday night my wife couldn’t sleep because it was too much movie out on the street and also people taking and partying in our floor. Too much noise. We will considerate other places for our next visits.

Staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to any concersn. Initially, stayed in room 318, which was much smaller than avertised. Bed was right by the door, about 18" of space around the bed. Would have been ok for 1 guest, but too small for 2. Asked to be relocated to a normal room after first night, the staff made arrangements to make that happen. Avoid rooms 18, 02 and 04 on any floor.

Breakfast was good Staff was great Air conditioning at the hotel and in the room was very cold. Tried adjusting the temp in the room to a higher temp but didn’t seem to matter. Ended up shutting it off and only turned it on periodically to cool the room a little. It was not stifling hot and humid outside. It was beautiful spring weather. Didn’t like paying $45 a day to park.

Room AC was clunky and loud, made it hard to sleep and blows right on your face all night long. I needed linens for the sofa bed so I called the front desk where no one answered so I had to walk down there and so for them. They would bring them up so I had to friggin carry my own linens in the elevator and and to my room where I'm making the damn bed too. The elevator carpets look like they haven't been cleaned in 4 years. All the light bulbs are mixed matched so you'll get daylight and then warm white in the same fixtures making everything look weird and disgusting. There was a light switch that does absolutely nothing in the bedroom. All of the furniture is obviously stained and apparently they just can't be bothered with cleaning any of it. NOT what I expect at this price range. The breakfast is your average buffet you get for free and the best Western but here you get to pay $15 a plate for it. And to top it off parking is a profit center rip off at 50 per day. Probably I won't stay at another holiday inn for the rest of my life after this.

Very clean hotel. A good variety served for breakfast. I cant say enough about the staff...perfection.

The room was dirty, the carpet was so sticky that your shoes would stick to it. The walls are thin so you can hear everything on both sides of you plus above and below. The road noise is IMSANE!! After a long day of traveling, we checked in and went to sleep and woke to no water in the building. Horrible start to our trip. Checked out and went elsewhere.

Elevator took 20 minutes to reach floor. Phone didn’t work. Website says on-site parking available but only parking was valet. Breakfast was not up to par and should not be additional charge. Room keys randomly stopped working. Issues contacting front desk. Fire alarm went off at 2:30am with multiple random explanations.
- 4/5
Parking was whacky and cost a bit. There is self parking next door, but not sure about safety.
- 1.5/5
Honestly, supposed to be a relaxing birthday getaway. On the morning of March 28th, the alarm went off loudly and woke me up scared, and there was a lot of noise in the hallways because of it, which made it hard for me to fall back asleep
- 4.5/5
Location, walking distance to all activities and restaurants Our room overlooked the river and it was amazing to watch the huge ocean going cargo ships Parking valet services east, very friendly , helpful and prompt Loud, late night neighbors and sometimes loud late night revealers in the street Our last night included a fire alarm at 3:00 am that was shut off after a few minutes and the morning brought no water and elevators out, but all went back to normal before we checked out
- 4/5
It took 20 minutes to valet the car when we arrived. I complained to the front desk and they credited me the $45/day charge. Location was perfect if you enjoy shopping by the riverfront or City Market which I highly reccomend. The rooms were lovely. Unfortunately, the traffic outside was noisy.
- 5/5
Room was clean and nice.
- 3.5/5
It was very conveniently located. The staff was amazing. Front desk went above and beyond. Bartender was great (we enjoyed happy hour twice.) It was very reasonably priced. Housekeeping did an amazing job and the room was very clean. Our door wasn’t sealed. Could see the light into the hallway. There are no full length mirrors and there are no mirrors in the main room (only the bathroom.) Towels were quite old and scratchy. When we were there, the pool was closed, but it was early in the season, so we understand-but it was a reason we chose this property, so it was disappointing.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Walking distance to everything. Did not park. The fact that the pool was still closed for the off season and wasn't displayed on the website when we booked
- 2/5
Hotel needs a much needed update. The overall appearance has been masked by many layers of paint. Carpeting and tile floor doesn’t look good. When booking online nothing stated about valet parking($45 per day). Breakfast should have been included in the room price. The fitness center was an absolute joke. Old junk equipment that was broken. The staff were the best part. Friendly and very helpful. Ask for a room that’s not next to Bay St. it can get very noisy. Room was okay. Comfy bed and AC worked great. For the price it could have been much better in my opinion.
- 4/5
People were nice. Good location. It was during the St. Patrick's day celebration with tons of guests, one day we had no clean towels and they didn't have the staff to bring them up to us. The pool area was not yet ready for use, still dirty from winter.
- 5/5
Great staff and easy check-in. Valet parking only though.
- 5/5
Good clean room
- 5/5
Very nice My shower curtain fell when I was showering
- 3/5
The room was mostly clean (a pile of dust under the bathroom counter) bed & bedding were very comfortable. Pet friendly, there were kids in the pool but were not supposed to be and soon after we saw a typed sign get hung on the pool entrance that said out of service. The valet guy was working his butt off and super friendly during each encounter we had with him. I do not believe the price of the breakfast buffet is worth the $16 and honestly should be included as a complimentary buffet for all guests, considering the cost of a 1 night stay was $369 (extremely high rate in my opinion). The lady at check in was also extremely helpful and friendly during each encounter. Wallpaper looks tired and warn in most areas and noticed rips and stains/dirt in several areas of the property on the wallpaper.
- 4/5
The next morning the receptionist on duty corrected the charge for my service dog and apologized. All other staff was most pleasant and helpful.

My only gripe about the hotel is the breakfast buffet was just OK. Twice the coffee urn was empty & once it was barely warm. The breakfast overall was not up to par with other Holiday Inns. Limited options & no bacon on 2 mornings!! I'm guessing there might be an inventory problem in the kitchen. Since the breakfast was the only negative, I'd give my 5 night experience a B+.

Room was very small. Limited space for suitcases. Bathroom vanity was tiny & could not accommodate toiletries. Flooring was worn. I requested a 2nd suitcase stand but none were available. Towels were thin and scratchy. I sent a text at 7am asking what time was check out. At 12:35 I received a reply saying check out was at 11:00. We had already checked out prior. Only perk - Location was good for River Street but hotel valet parking was extremely high. Unloading luggage was very difficult at check-in. Only space for one car at a time so drove around the block multiple times. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Our room felt like a closet. I paid for the breakfast, and it was not worth the money. Prefer a buffet. at least I could get my money's worth of something I wanted to eat. Staff was nice. Parking is ridiculous for all the hotels in the area. There was work done on our floor and the maintenance left all their debris on the rug. I would have rather paid the extra hundred and stayed at the Hilton. Usually a fan of Holiday Inn. Maybe the Express was more of what I am used to from them. Their location was good for walking to places. I did like that their was a Keurig in our room.

Room very noise to the hallway and the street. Cleanliness could be better, still finding things from the previous occupants in our room and bathroom. Door to pool area looked after the second day, because they put a new lock in and forgot to synchronize the keys, even for housekeeping. Told them twice, nothing happened. Breakfast was a nightmare, took ages for coffee and juice and also was brought the wrong order twice. One day we got plastic silverware, as they didn’t have enough of the real thing, and today it was rusty and didn’t look clean, also it was. Valet-parking couldn’t get the setting right, so we didn’t get the text the first night of our stay and even then we had problems. Overall, we wouldn’t go a second time to this location.

- 4/5
The keys were being switched to swipe cards. Our room was not changed as of yet so our card would only open our room door. We had to go to the lobby to get a key card for the pool and stairwell. I had requested a first floor room ant was originally told I’d be on the 4th as there are no rooms on first floor. Staff was very accommodating to get me on the second floor. Valet staff were excellent.

friendly service across the hotel. Room was nice, a little musty to start off with, but once we got in there and turned on the AC it cleared right up. was quiet too. We did not try the breakfast or room service, but it looked busy in the morning with lots of people having breakfast. great location and valet service was very helpful. great overall and would be happy to stay again for our next visit.

I have stayed in IHG Hotels before and they were very nice. This hotel is not up to Par. Carpets were old and dirty. The restaurant was closed for breakfast and dinner. Computers were down at checkin. No Coffee available at any time. I Would give this hotel a 6. Love the East End Hotel in Riverhead , Log Island. So I was expecting the same kind of a Hotel. Not by far. Very disappointed.

We had a good stay
- 3/5
Very noisy hotel; our room was right on the main street. There is no parking and you have to pay $45 per day parking. They say they have a dog area and it is a VERY unkept area on the street, not mowed nothing. Not my idea of a dog area. Key cards had to be reprogrammed every day not sure whats going on there. I will say it was a 2 minute walk to the river which was awesome. Overall good experience; expect additional charges after you checkout which I was not expecting. There are better hotels for the money.
- 5/5
Close and clean.
- 3/5
We had to change rooms immediately do to cleanliness . The second room was an improvement. We only stayed for one night . On the up side it is walking distance to many places and river street which was a plus. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Velvet was amazing.
- 3/5
The staff was ok except for one we we arrive
- 1/5
We were issued a replacement room for. The worst of the two but still not great attached pictures are of replacement room. People outside room in pool partying at 2.30 am despite pool been closed. Staff did not intervene. The second night had a dog howling and barking through the night. Again no intervention despite requests. When advising reception again at check out and asking for formal complaint we were asked what's your problem.
- 2/5
Housekeeping should be given a medal becaus it was clean in spite of the bathroom sink faucet leaking terribly. TV had no signal for one of our 3 days. When I asked about it I was told to unplug it and plug it in again which I already had tried. LAter I learned the internet was out.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and very attentive. Will stay again
- 3/5
Good for an overnight stay. Need the parking information before check in though. You have to Valet or pay for parking and we did not know and paid public parking by mistake.
- 4/5
a lot of homeless people
- 2/5
First off, the property itself did not appear to be well cared for. There were scuff marks all over the walls down hallways and in rooms and on various floors as well. The elevator had a bad smell to it and was way pass its inspection date by more than 2 months. The water had a sulfur type smell to it, which I was told is common for Savannah (so I can overlook that - if that is the case. In room room, there was damage to the wall and stains on the carpet. The bed also appeared to be coming off its frame. In the bar area on the main level, a window was broken - and left in a scattered/ spider type pattern. Thankfully it wasn’t on the ground. In addition to the poorly cared for property, I was not impressed with the food staff other than Troy the even bartender. They charged $15.95 for breakfast per person and all you got was a choice of one egg and a side and a beverage. I am sorry, but I can get more at Denny for about the same price. The worst part was they never had the yogurt parfait in the 4 days we had breakfast there. I wouldn’t have eaten breakfast all 4 days if I hadn’t already prepaid. Sadly the staff for breakfast was so very slow - I’d say more but I guess I am limited

The stay was terrible from the beginning. There was a valet and when I asked if we could self park, the staff at check in said of course. No extra details provided. She failed to mention self parking was off site parking. She was dismissive when we inquired more about parking. We are glad we didn’t valet because they reeked of weed. Not someone who we want driving our car anyway. Walking through the hotel it smelled like mold, despite the best efforts of the young woman passively wiping a rag over the signs and surfaces. Then, getting to the room it was disgusting. It was one of those hotels where you don’t take your shoes off. We even showered with shoes on. The AC did not work and the room was 78 degrees all night with stagnant air. The neighborhood was very run down and the abandoned building next door was very shady. This is not the hospitality that Savannah is supposed to be known for. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.
- 2/5
$45 a day parking should be listed front and center for this hotel!!! If you book through a third party, they will not convey this information to you and you will find out at check in. Hotel staff are not polite about this either, they will happily tell you to "find another hotel if you dont want to pay the fee"
- 3/5
Close to historic district, however, the hotel area was not super safe.
- 2/5
TV didn’t work except one local station, stain on sheet. Room keys were constantly not working. Staff was Very pleasant tho.
- 2/5
The room was hot. Air conditioner not cooling room. Had to walk around to back of building to get inside. The doors on side of the building stayed locked so you could not use them to get in and out. Looked like they took the card reader off the door to get inside. Had to use valet to park and that cost extra. No other places to park. When getting in the bed the mattress sinks in.
- 5/5
Southern hospitality at it's best..they make sure your well taken care of during your stay.. when I go to savannah I'll be staying here
- 4/5
Great location. Clean room. However, my car was parked 1/2 mile away in a parking garage. I didn’t have any problems it just made me uneasy knowing that.

The location
- 5/5
Very nice property, clean, valet, located near live music and entertainment
- 5/5
My hotel room was remarkably clean, and the front desk staff provided outstanding service, being both helpful and very friendly, especially considering English is my second language. Guests can choose to park their vehicles on the street or pay $45 per day for hotel parking. The hotel's location is highly convenient, within walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel, which is also just a 25-minute Uber ride from Tybee Island.

Many other hotels close main area for the same price

The air conditioning in our room DEFINITELY needs to be upgraded -our room was warm- and our closet doors were broken (maybe the room needed upgrading a bit?) Overall the staff made the stay enjoyable and’s we thank them for their hospitality..
- 4/5
Very good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better for the price paid.
- 4/5
Hotel at very good location. Checking-in was smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better for the price you're paying.
- 4/5
Great location close to SCAD, historic downtown, and the riverfront.
- 2/5
Very nasty and overpriced. Bad area at night. No parking and the valet is $45.
- 5/5
Great location! Walking distance to many places. Great sarcastic bartender who gave good dining advice!
- 4/5
Staff very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
The location was perfect for walking to River Street or the City Market

Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Pet friendly. Close to Bay St.

Great Valet Staff
- 2/5
My recent stay had both high and low points. I was immediately impressed by the hotel staff, who were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The lobby was also immaculate, creating a welcoming first impression. Unfortunately, the room itself was a letdown. There was a very strong mildew odor and a damp feeling, which was far from pleasant. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room, never getting below 76°, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. To top it off, the beds were uncomfortably firm. Overall, while the service and cleanliness of the public areas were commendable, the condition of the room significantly detracted from the experience and resulted in me leaving a day early because I could not stand to be in the room. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to ensure a more consistent experience for future guests.
- 4/5
Location was great for nightlife and touristy things. Walls are very thin though, bring ear plugs or white noise, when doors close it shakes the wall. Staff was excellent, no idea about the pool…it was closed. Overall, experience matched the price and it was a an average place to stay- the staff and location made it better though :)
- 4/5
Check-in is at 4pm. We called when we got to Savannah and asked for an early check in and Sara was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us.
- 3/5
One of the main amenities we were looking forward to was the pool. We got there to learn it was closed since 2 weeks prior to our arrival. It was not closed when we booked. We were never made aware before hand to allow us anytime to book another place. The alternative offered was to buy a day pass at another pool. These cost $35/person, so it would have been an additional $140 expense on our trip. We were not satisfied and asked to speak to the manager several times. He could never be contacted or found anywhere. They gave me a card to contact him. I attempted contact via phone and email and have yet to hear back from the manager. This is extremely poor customer service, and this situation affected our stay negatively. I would still like to speak with someone about this.

Great hotel!
- 3/5
Pool was closed with no notice, $45 a day for parking, are you kidding me. The street noise is crazy, went all night long.
- 3/5
Stayed 4 nights and electricity went out in my room on night 4, had to change rooms with no help whatsoever. I even had to go and pick up the new key myself. My room was cleaned on night 3 only. Night 1 and 2 were only half cleaned, bed not made and trash left. Upon check in, Carpet was not vaccumed and restroom floor was dirty.
- 3/5
The pool and deck was closed and was said to never be reopening, but was advertised.
- 4/5
The people that worked at the property were the best. Really good happy hour food and drink options, only problem was ~ the housekeeping was pretty off. Room wasnt very clean. But "clean enough"
- 5/5
All staff were professional and friendly.
- 5/5
Needs full length mirrors in the room.
- 3/5
The hotel wasn't the cleanest, could use some work in that area. Most of the staff was very friendly. Was hoping that the pool was open. One of the reasons we booked.
- 4/5
The room was not very clean . Dirty towels some one else food left on the refrigerator. Almost like they did not clean room.
- 2/5
Will never book this hotel again. We were on the fifth floor. The hallways were hot and muggy and smelled. When going to shower the water came out brown and black streaked. (As pictured below). When I called the front desk they offered no help and said no one would be able to assist the problem till the next day. I had to ask for a room change. Later we needed extra towels for an infant and was told we would she to come down to get them as again, there was no help.
- 3/5
It's not bad for the price, but it could be better. Breakfast was not included; the extra $15 per person for the breakfast and the food itself was sad. I've seen better ones at motels. Everything was cold; pancakes were as hard as a rock. The room was dingy and poorly lit. The drain was clogged when we arrived, and the tub started filling up during a shower. The lobby had a funky, sweaty smell, too. Good location and close to River Street, but save your money and stay at the Holiday Inn Express or another hotel closer to the center of town.

My stay at this hotel was nice, great location to the downtown and riverfront. Staff was pleasant, easy check-in, clean comfortable room and bed
- 4/5
Great walkable distance to anything or tourist spots. Nice clean hotel with good customer service
- 5/5
It was convenient to historic Savannah
- 4/5
breakfast was okay large variety though
- 3/5
Not enough staff on duty. Regularly had to wait for someone to be at the front desk
- 4/5
Our room which had a king sized bed was small but comfortable for two. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet which included fresh fruit, hot items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal and French toast. There were also fruit juices and coffee/tea and cold cereals. There were no gluten free (GF) muffins, bagels/bread/crackers. Definitely need to replenish supplies before patrons have to wait for them and include GF items.
- 3/5
Photos are not accurate of pool area and then pool/patio were closed for part of the stay which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons I selected this hotel.
- 4/5
Located near the Savannah area attractions. Couple blocks from Market City, Plant Riverside and near a lot of good restaurants. So, very convenient locations. A little dated but it serves the purpose. Front desk staff pkeasant and helpful. Hello Mrs. O 😊. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff
- 3/5
Great location. Needs major updates. The carpet throughout the hotel was dirty stained the back of the property is disgusting with garbage everywhere smelt like marijuana in the valet area. Internet was so spotty I could not work, I could not get a Lyft inside from my room, Wi-Fi was horrible was advice. It’s dish half the channels did not work because of dish network. People in the hotel were fantastic. Very nice and helpful. Especially the bar area. Great time with the bartenders and the patrons at the hotel.
- 4/5
Location was perfect for us and access to everything in historic downtown was great. I would have liked a better supply or towels and wash clothes. The TV was rather wonky as well with onscreen programming and the remote needed to be replaced. Staff was quite friendly.
- 4/5
There definitely could be some updates to this hotel to make it better. Improve the gym, get smart TVs, clean the rooms thoroughly. My wash towel was so thin it ripped trying to use it. The location was great for walking to most attractions.
- 5/5
It was amazing the rooms were clean. Troy at the Bar is great just tread lightly if you’re not use to sarcasm but it’s VIBE. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful upon arrival. This will be my go to hotel when I’m visiting
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and answered our questions as needed.
- 4/5
Plan for the parking situation, either public (paid) or valet. The staff is very accommodating.
- 2/5
Unfortunately the room was really subpar with dead bugs in bathroom lights, rusted and broken toilet paper holder, and curtain that does not fit shower so water gets all over floor. The largest problem was the room not being cleaned for 2 consecutive days (we only stayed 3 nights so this was essentially our entire stay). The first day was skipped because they "had a lot of checkouts" and those rooms needed to be cleaned. We had to retrieve fresh towels, etc. from front desk. The second day, housekeeping made the bed and left few bathroom linens for all guests but didn't clean anything, empty trash, or replenish any cups/coffee station supplies. The manager was informed and housekeeping brought linens but still never cleaned or replenished supplies. Overall, though staff are nice and location is convenient, the actual room cleanliness is questionable and guests need to consider what is more important to them and how much they want to try to get needs met, knowing that things still may not be remedied.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and hotel was close to everything within walking distance.
- 4/5
It was just up the road a couple blocks from the riverwalk area.
- 5/5
The hotel over booked and left me stranded with out as place to stay
- 2/5
Hotel was nice, good location. Very disappointed we had to pay to park.
- 3/5
Fire alarm went off one morning, nothing was explained to us Location is good and bad. Close to a lot but also a sketchy area
- 4/5
Nice enough. Rooms small and not very clean. Convienent location
- 5/5
we were very pleased with our stay. The bartender was very helpful in making dining suggestions.
- 3/5
DON’T BOOK PARKING THROUGH EXPEDIA. We booked parking in advance for an extra $18 - and there wasn’t any parking so we had to walk half a mile and pay to park at a parking garage.
- 2/5
The hotel was dirty and generally worn out. The room was not clean, toilet seat damaged and the odor was not of being clean. The hotel is in need of a renovation and being properly maintained. Disappointing for a Hilton brand and I am a Hilton Rewards member.
- 3/5
The check-in lady was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. We included it with our package when booking, however, would have cancelled if at all possible. Food was beyond cold, tasted absolutely terrible and atmosphere in dining room was awful.
- 5/5
Lovely clean and right in the exciting part of town! Poe’s Tavern right across the street was excellent.
- 4/5
Great location. Disliked that property listed as having valet parking but did not have enough parking for guests.
- 5/5
The hotel was centrally located and easy walking distance to many downtown sights.
- 4/5
Parking free on the streets. Hotel had valet parking which was very expensive per night. Breakfast ok. Usual. Curtains need replacing. Lamp missing a bulb. Staff and parking attendance were very nice. Hotel has a nice Bistro and lobby.
- 5/5
More on street parking.
- 5/5
Very clean and convenient to tourist area.
- 2/5
The room didn’t even have a mirror in it.
