The breakfast was not complimentary. Had a bar, but didn't have a bar tender. Online it said they had a shuttle that would go as far as seven miles. Where we were going was only 5.9, but they said the traffic was too congested. Even though their driver was doing nothing.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms! The bed was hard and ac wasn’t comfortable.. I’d get hot then cold.. wasn’t regulated!

The shower had hair in the tub/shower walls upon our arrival. They really could use an update on bathrooms. Also the front desk clerk that checked us in, avoided eye contact n very stand offish during check in. Maybe she was having a bad day, but a little smile would’ve been nice. Also between the hours of 1AM until almost check out someone on the floor above us walked the floor all night. I thought they were moving furniture up there. Overrated a okay stay.

They give no support and completely collapse with any weight. I really didn't like the cockroaches that crawly down my headboard and across my Yeti in the night. I especially didn't like having to pack my bags and change rooms in my pajamas. And I didn't like the fact that they promised to comp part of my room price and that never happened.

It was nice. Only complaint, I had to go back out late at night to put a hotel tag on my car.

Arrived late and they had a great room available. The lady who checked me in was awesome. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed with soft sheets. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, convenient location, friendly staff and accommodating. It would be nice if you updated your tv's so you could get Netflix or mirror your phone. Most hotels I stay at now offer those features and it does make your trip nicer when traveling for work.

I liked the easiness of check in although my link in the email did not work too well. I would have liked it better if there was a free breakfast like Hampton Inn and Suites.

I loved that they have clean hygiene (shampoo, conditioner and lotion) products! I am no longer using products with phthalates, and was thrilled to see Hilton has also done away with them. I also loved being able to take a hot bath after a long day on the road, and have excellent Wifi. The facilities (gym) were excellent, and I felt very comfortable. There was a charge for water. This made me wonder what I would be charged for, so I didn't even use the coffee machine in the room.

I would like to call out Irma at the front desk - she is who made my trip the best experience. So kind and helpful. Also the shuttle bus from the airport was very nice also.

The rooms were FILTHY! Rotting cupboards that housed the mini fridge, windows so dirty you couldn’t see out them, bedsheets unchanged between guests that were soaked in what appeared to be urine clear down to the mattress, broken bed frame that cut my leg. This hotel should be condemned!!!

The location was close to the airport. Pooler has a lot of shopping, food, etc. the bed was not the best and the pool hardly had any towels

I raised a concern about the excessive noise from being placed directly in front of both the elevator and ice machine. When I spoke to the manager (I believe her name was Caroline), she initially claimed there were no available rooms to move me. Only after I mentioned checking out did she suddenly find a room on the backside of the hotel, closer to the street and parking lot. What made matters worse was that when I returned to the front desk, Caroline and another staff member seemed to think the situation was a joke. Their dismissive attitude was incredibly unprofessional and left a bad impression. It’s disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a guest. This stay could have been much more pleasant if the morning management team took guest concerns seriously and acted with the same level of professionalism as the evening staff.

We didn’t get either. Typically the continental breakfast is free at hotels, we boycotted the whole thing based on that and giving 4 stars.

This hotel was our save and grace! The room was immaculate and everyone was super nice. We got a room on the first floor which we like and everything was well organized and clean. The room smelled super clean and all the bedding was super clean too. Our stay was great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff was nice, but the room had roaches. One crawled by microwave when we opened door, and one came out of ironing board. Constantly heard dogs barking and a baby screaming all night. Trash was on floor up and down halls. My room was 199 for one night. Thank God I only spent one night there. Never again.

I arrived the day after the big snow and I believe the agent at the desk was working hard to get everyone waiting checked in, but I waited nearly an hour and a half and she said there were 3’people in front of me, so I’m not sure what happened there. I think a lot of people were demanding attention. But I was sooo grateful to have a restaurant on site bc everything else in the area w the exception of a Waffle House I think was closed. No shuttle to the airport, not surprisingly, but I think the staff that was able to get there were working very hard.

I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Airport. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the room was cozy and quiet. Conveniently located near the airport, it’s a perfect choice for travelers!

We booked this hotel for the airport shuttle, but it runs only part time. We ended up taking an Uber. Hotel itself is run down. Terrible mattress, broken toilet etc…Would NOT recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel near the Savannah airport.

I chose this property for the airport shuttle service for early flight departing at 5:50 am. When I checked in I was told shuttle service started at 7:30 due to lack of drivers. I had to take Uber for the 1.5 mile trip to the airport that cost me $25 with a tip. Not happy with the extra expense I wasn’t supposed to pay.

The rooms are a bit dated. We were on the third floor. And you can see that the repairs to the ceiling from water leaks was very poorly done. The showers could definitely use a deep cleaning.. it's not a bad location at all. It just needs to be updated.

I would not recommend staying at this property whatsoever !! Room 225 has BED BUGS as I cannot stop itching my ankles after staying there . As a Hilton honors member I expected better!!! The breakfast is not included as in other Hilton properties , the pillows are completely flat and could not get a good night sleep on them and the room def lacked cleanliness!! This was my FIRST and LAST time staying at a garden inn .. just do yourself a favor and stay at a different hotel! The only positive thing was there was plenty of shopping and food options in the vicinity!

If you have a large pickup truck pulling a 20 ft plus trailer the parking lot won't work for you. The hotel is on a dead end, so you could drop the trailer there or do what I did and ask the Comfort Inn across the street which has a huge parking lot that loops around the hotel to leave it there, which theyet me.

A little further off the beaten track, had to adjust departure 15 minutes to catch airport shuttle, sheet coverlet had stains right by face area. Breakfast not included.

Appreciate the professional care of the staff and still the ability to have our dogs stay with us. Some hotels of Hilton's reputation will not accept pets which makes travel difficult.

Nice hotel. A little disappointing that breakfast was available for a fee. WiFi was also an extra charge for “premium WiFi”. Not much parking, lot is cramped and gets backed up when several cars are coming in or out. Hotel is clean, but you can see some wear and tear in the bathrooms. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Very nice and exactly what I expected for Hilton Garden Inn. I booked a king room and was given a Handicap accessible King which I really, really hate, but it was all clean. The bottled water is a nice room welcome - why doesn’t every hotel do this?? We’ve stayed at this hotel before and will again.

We stayed here for a night due to a 5am flight. It was the perfect location for a very early morning. Our room was clean/comfortable, and it was quiet. The carpet could use updating.

AWESOME SERVICE AND EXTREMELY CLEAN!

Very close to airport with lots of restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and attentive and hotel was clean and updated. The only downfall was the water pressure of the shower. Not sure if it was just our room but the pressure was very low. We were only there for a night but if we were there longer, would have asked to switch rooms.

This is a comfortable hotel. Close to the airport and to good restaurants. Only complaints were no hair conditioner in the shower dispenser and the bathroom sink was backing up a bit.

The property was great.. however the bathroom vent wasn’t working during showers and the pillows on the bed is in desperate need of new ones.

Property definitely needs some renovations and they can start with new mattresses. The mattress caved in down the middle of the bed. I told the front desk about it and they were aware..”we get that all the time”. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 8 years and it was great, but they need to step up their game

Homeless man accosted us in parking lot demanding $ and our coats Basic necessities like Kleenix were not provided- breakfast not included Overpriced…..pet fee to high

I liked the area and being close to I-95

This was so close to the airport which made early a.m. flight easier. Yet, it was also super clean, comfy, modern and remarkably quiet. There was friendly human staff at all hours. And there's a lobby bar and mini store for grabbing a snack or drink.

This was not worth what I paid. I called ahead to confirm my trip and the hotel shuttle and instructions. When I arrived, I followed instructions and was told the hotel shuttle stopped running at ten, something that had not been mentioned the day before in the phone. I arrived late and had booked this hotel specifically for a close place to the airport with a shuttle to spend the night. I also chose a Hilton because the name suggested I would have a high quality experience. When I arrived, I was placed in a room across from an event space that looked as if it was being torn down. It was well past 11 PM and I had no reason to think this would disrupt my sleep. However, it turned out that they were setting up for an event and made a considerable amount of noise. When, at 1:40 am, the noise increased, I tried to call the office but the phone immediately went to a busy signal. Every time I tried to use the phone, this happened. The office did handle the situation, but there was little communication around it. The event started early and was quite loud. I’m unsure why you would place someone in this room knowing you had an event happening early the next day with significant set up going on during the night. The room was clean but very basic. I expected much more given the name and price tag that came with this room. I would stay at one of the many other options near the airport and skip this one in the future.

Officially this is an airport hotel, but I've stayed here twice because it's a good value. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is courteous. My daughter loves the breakfast they serve. I'd stay again in the future.

morning flights

We drove from New York. And this hotel tried everything to help us stay an additional night unfortunately it was pricey. However, the hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff was so helpful and courteous. The beds were a good level of firm which is my personal level for beds. I would love to stay there again. It was a great place but like I said there def pricey.

Everything was great, but we thought they had a hot tub, and the pool wasn't heated so we couldn't use the pool.

Arrived late, around 12:45am. First impression of the place was great. So far so good. Person at front desk was very pleasant, especially for the late hour. Room was very nice and clean, a/c worked very well. Woke up the next morning, checked out, no issues at all. Would definitely book another room from hotel.
