    The staff were nice, the place was clean. The unfortunate geese droppings were a “hazard” walking in as the geese were at their front door on the way back to pond behind the place, something you can’t prevent unfortunately.

    Checked in and did a room inspection as always for bed bugs. Found a live one when I pulled mattered cover back. Was on floor 5. Took it to manager on duty and they went and checked the room and said there were no signs. I showed her the bug in a tissue...... Switched rooms and didn't see any signs in new room on floor 6. Will never stay here again. Beware.....

    The accommodations are aging and in need of upkeep and/or remodeling. The shower was sub-par for this brand. Caulking was unprofessional, tub basin old and dirty, shower head sprayed outside the shower almost as well as inside the shower-no adjustment available. The bed and room were fine and the location was perfect for us with easy access for interstate travel. Regardless of the advertisement, the breakfast is not a “full breakfast.” Eggs are microwaved with cheese, most everything else comes standard with most hotels, so don’t get your hopes up. The staff, however, were amazing-friendly and responsive. We probably would not stay here again-at this price point, nicer accommodations are available.

This is my second stay in 3 weeks and people are great there, rooms very clean, but one of the 2 elevators was out my first visit then broke down again the second visit 3 weeks later. Not that big of a deal unless your room is on 5th floor and the wait time for one elevator was super annoying. Other than that place was great

    Hotel was nice and clean . We had service dog with us . Small 11 pounds dog . They charged us 75$ . Never saw nothing on the website and upon checking in front desk person mentioned nothing about that . They refused to refund the fee even their policy / I found this afterwards/ says no fee for service dog . I sign nothing and she mentioned nothing about service dog . So I am dissatisfied. And will not stay there again .

My wife has a disability and there was only two handicap parking spot total. We had to park far from the building. Not convenient. I would not pay $150 to stay here, EVER.

    The hotel now charges for parking, which they have never done before. They initially put me in an accessible room, and I am not handicapped. The shower in the accessible room was clogged, so the water was already to my ankles by the time I got in the shower. When I requested a room change, the front desk associate gave me the key card to a room that was currently occupied. Once I was switched to a vacant room the pillows were dirty, and the associate had only activated the key for one night even though my stay was longer. The same front desk associate that gave me a key card to someone else’s room had locked the automatic doors in the front of the hotel at night and I had to bang on the door to get his attention to unlock the door, since he was in the back room and not at his post at the front desk. In addition, there were only two elevators and one was out of service and the other was constantly shaking.

    We traveled with other family members and my nieces room had to be changed twice due to mold. Not just any mold Stachybotrys, which is extremely dangerous to bring in. Especially for people with compromised immune systems. I happen to work in an environmental laboratory and can tell you this mold is extremely dangerous.

    It was not a bad place to stay but you do not have privacy at all, I had my do not disturb sign on my door and they would still come in the rooms and clean them and no one could give me a reason why they was doing that, the pool water had way to much chlorine in it. The rooms was nice with plenty of space in them

The room floors have no AC in the hallways and it smells awful. On 2 ice machines. Wall paper is peeling carpet is coming up. Walls in our room were dirty.     I liked that it was away from the highway in a quiet area with restaurants all around. The staff were excellent and friendly. The property was clean and new and we had a good sleep in comfy beds with wonderful sheets. The breakfast was pretty good too.

    Stay was ok. Bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom shower was not very clean. Ashley at the front desk was very nice and she is the reason you get a 4 and not a 3. Coffee was good and hot at breakfast but not much of a breakfast to choose from.

    We booked a room through Expedia for 5 people. When we arrived the room had two beds so I requested a rollaway. They told me that they don’t do that anymore. I also don’t know that a rollaway would have fit in the room. I explained that I had three older kids and the room wouldn’t work for all 5 of us. They offered me a blanket for the floor. I asked about paying the difference for a larger room and they said I would need to call Expedia because they can’t do that. I called Expedia and expressed my frustration that they had said the room would sleep 5 when it clearly didn’t. I paid an additional fee for the larger room and they told me they sent it through to the hotel. At this point it is 11 pm. My kids are exhausted and the front desk staff tells me they don’t see the change in their end and the only person who can access the portal is their general manager and she wouldn’t be in until 8 the next morning. After Expedia calling again and getting a new desk clerk we were able to finally get to the larger room that accommodated us.

    We had a good stay. It is an older hotel but clean with convenient access. The only complaint we had was the elevator. It was slow and malfunctioned on us - not opening on 1st floor but taking us up to the 4th floor when someone else called it.

    It’s a beautiful hotel. People were so friendly! Great breakfast! So clean and accommodating and very conveniently located. There’s only one thing I would suggest. Get some nonslip stickers inthe tub. I slipped getting I shower and so did my husband. Very dangerous.

    I stay at Hilton properties on a regular basis. My standard complaints about all Hampton Inns is that they have lousy water pressure in the showers and the shower head is mounted way too high (good only if you are 7 feet tall). This particular shower had no conditioner which is standard usually. Also, it was dangerously slippery. I hate the bedding. It is much too hot. I travel with my own blanket and promptly strip the bedding down to the sheets.

    This hotel is too pet friendly. When on vacation i dont want to smell dog everywhere. They have a pet water bowl that sit right in front of the elevator. Wet paw prints and dog drool in front lobby. And also 1 elevator worked....other than the dog smell. The location is great. But i won't be staying here again

    The stay was amazing. The staff was beyond nice! They were very accommodating. The cleaning staff on the fifth floor was amazing they treated us like family and that is something that is rare nowadays. We have a rough time getting to Savannah but they eased our worries with their professionalism. Ten out of ten would definitely recommend
