We have been to many Embassy Suites throughout the USA. All the Embassy's we visited had beverages and ice water all day long! I did not like that this hotel did not have hot coffee, tea, and hot water all day for the guest. Breakfast is the only time you get food and beverages. There is nothing available until 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Did not like the smell of the shampoo, conditioner and the lotion at all.

Great stay except for service in café. Sat for 30 minutes and never talked to anyone. They were there cleaning up but never looked our way or acknowledged us. This was around 7:30 pm

Very nice place to stay. Walking distance, about 20 minutes, to most places. River St has so many resturants to try.

I like the breakfast as always and also the happy hour is a plus. What I didn't care for is the dogs been at the hotel.
- 5/5
Best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Hotel was clean and very convenient to restaurants and shops.
- 4/5
The room was nice with an excellent shower. Breakfast was outstanding with a big selection. We also enjoyed the free snacks and cocktails in the afternoon. The location was on the outskirts of Savannah. The parking was $35 per day, which I thought was a little high.

Propert was showing its age. Time to redo
- 5/5
The room furniture is a bit dated, but everything else was great.
- 5/5
All was good! Breakfast was great
- 4.5/5
Room was spacious for my family. Staff was really friendly. Hotel was very clean. Not enough parking in the parking garage and the free breakfasts could have been a little better for that quality of a hotel
- 5/5
It clean and the location is good Only thing is the bed the property needs to upgrade on the beds
- 3/5
The weekend staff was not very friendly, had several issues with the room. Food left in refrigerator, faucets in the tube area loose, refrigerator did not work. Had to ask for housekeeping. IEverything was turned into front desk. I did talk to management and they did compensate me some.

The pool area was great very clean the pool was very clean. The free breakfast was very good. The happy hour was great free drinks and snacks.

If you’re willing to pay the absurd $40 per day for parking then it’s a comfortable place to stay walking distance to all the fun things in Savannah. But you might get lucky to find the rare & cheaper parking spot on the street so you don’t have to pay so much for the garage. Outdated furniture & bathroom, terrible sofa bed but overall decent bed. Breakfast was good, free drinks & snacks at happy hour, easy to find.
- 5/5
The happy hour snacks at Embassy Suites used to be so much better than they are now. Used to have more variety and better quality.
- 5/5
The rooms were very large and pretty clean. Couches and carpet could use an upgrade. But overall it was great. Centrally located
- 4/5
Love this property for seeing my daughter at SCAD I know you may not be able to control but 1st day there ore room had a very strong smell of marijuana
- 5/5
The room and bed was very comfortable. The evening drink and snacks were very nice. The included breakfast was great. It was a beautiful hotel. A wall makeup mirror with arm for adjustment would be a nice addition.

The furniture in our room needed repair. The sofa cushions were ripped, the upholstery on the chairs were ripped and the shower curtain was ripped. The housekeeping staff was difficult to communicate with as they spoke little to no English. The water fountains in the pool area didn't work and neither did the outlets. The bed was very comfortable, I slept well. The hotel itself was very pretty, but the temperature in the lobby and restaurant area was way too cold. I had to wear a jacket every morning. We did enjoy our stay.
- 5/5
There's nothing I can complain about.
- 5/5
I loved the size of the room, it comfortable slept 5 people. The happy hour from 5-7pm was great! The breakfast buffet in the mornings and the omelet station was terrific! There's nothing I can complain about.

I loved the helpfullness of the staff when it came to pointing out the amenities including the free breakfasts and 2 free drinks at the bar. I loved the fact that transportation was provided to the boat ride and trolley. We only drove when we went to dinner. The room was more than I expected because I was expecting 1 bed and was surprised to see 2. Overall, we were very pleased and will be staying again on our next visit.

The location was great and only a few blocks from the city center. The food was so good.

Everything Bar/restaurant area was very loud.

Common rooms were freezing. Comfortable room temps. Warmer pool. Better evening reception snacks. Diet soda for sale some where on the premises. No comfortable chairs in the room. Couch old and warm out. It needed to be replaced

The location also isn’t very convenient for exploring Savannah, and I wouldn’t recommend walking around the area after dark. Not a terrible stay, but not what we’ve come to expect from this brand.

Breakfast was fine, but the evening social time was lacking food. Some trail mix hardly anything else. This was disappointing.
- 4/5
Staff struggled with check in from Expedia a bit, and my room ended up being a different type than what we reserved. Bartenders are extra vigilant about the ID process and my 70-year-old self would have enjoyed a glass of wine if I’d had my ID. Breakfast is nice and a major cut above other hotel breakfasts. Location is good-on the edge of the Historic District in Yamacraw Village-and very walkable to all the popular sights. The suite rooms are a nice size. We didn’t have time to check it out, but many families were enjoying the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The exterior of the hotel and its lobby are very nice. The room decor is somewhat outdated, dark and heavy. The bathroom is nicely appointed except for one critical miss; there are no outlets to run a hair dryer. The large shower stall was excellent and very safe unlike many other properties where wet floors became hazardous. Regarding the breakfast it is adequate. There are no choices for dairy free or gluten free diets. Overall, it’s a well located hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Great staff. Very nice breakfast with omelette station.

I came up with a friend to drop my daughter back off at SCAD from Spring Break. We had a great time! The suite was spacious. We had our own room while my daughter had the "living room" space to herself. The sofa bed was comfy and the little kitchenette was nice to have. I would highly recommend.

Location is ideal to get to River or City Market, but also to Forseyth, Hop On stop 1. Check in awesome, rooms awesome, breakfast awesome, cleaning staff awesome, concierge awesome, complementary cocktails awesome, BARTENDER SHERRY ( SHERRI?) WAS SPECTACULAR. One bartender , Sharia? was brutal. Totally trashed multiple guests as my wife & I watched.

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS! They double charged me (had prepaid prior to stay and then they charged me on check out day). I called 3 separate times and each person said they would get a manager and take care of the refund for me. Well, none of them did and had to file a dispute with my credit card company. We enjoyed our stay here, but dealing with this incident gave me little confidence in their front desk staff and managerial work.

The staff and the property were excellent. Location was also very good. Having a parking garage attached to the property was very helpful

The room was fine. The bar and restaurant were terrible. After long day of moving we went to the bar and presented our complementary drink card. The bartender said we'd missed the cutoff. I said we still want to buy drinks and I ordered a martini. She said she was busy and if I wanted a martini we'd have to walk down the street to another bar. I said that we couldn't just "walk down the street" my wife is not mobile, has a walker and can only walk from the bar area to where the elevators are. She said nothing so I asked if we could buy a glass of wine and a Jack Daniel's, she said she was busy and she'd get to it. There was only one other couple in the bar. She was working with a food server at the cash register either to train her or be trained. The bartender then disappeared to where the kitchen to the restaurant was and did not come back. After about 19 more minutes I asked a restaurant employee if she could get us drinks and if we could order food. She was very nice, polite and accommodating. We got our drinks but when the food came it was horrible! The broccoli was raw (not even al dente) and there was a inedible sauce poured all over the rest of the plate of mashed potatoes and chicken (there had been no mention of the sauce). Thi

Location was a plus, as was able to walk to places of interest - as weather was cooperative. Breakfast available at hotel was filling with plenty of options, including pancakes or omelets if desired. Good coffee available, but several times the urns ran dry. Room comfortable and only used housekeeping every other day during our 8 night stay. Had problem with room safe and within an hour after bringing to hotel's attention, a new one was installed. Two large screen TV's available and a plus when two people can't agree on what programing to watch. Too much dust in room which looked to be coming from air circulation vent in bedroom. Only noticed when opening the room drapes on last day there. Likely filter replacement required. Shower door in bathroom leaked, which I noted in my hotel review from Embassy Suites. No guide to cable TV operations/options. Dispute with CBS provided channel from recent rate increase. Did not see any of weekend play of Master's Tournament. Some wall light switches installed, but did not activate room lights - except for one over sink from convenience counter (microwave & refrigerator). Pillows in bedroom too soft - which seems to be an ongoing issue at any hotel we stay at these days.

Nice room, comfy bed. Large bathroom. The lighting in the room could have been better. Staff very kind and helpful. Hot breakfast had whatever you could want for breakfast. Items replenished up to closing time which let those arriving close to the end of breakfast with options to choose from.
- 4/5
Liked that it was close to everything. Wanted a hot tub at least 3 times, and their pool isn’t even heated?! Bruh what’s the point of having one. My main complaint is they offered a free drink for our group, but when we mentioned to the bar tender that we wanted ours Virgin she copped an attitude and turned awfully bitchy towards us and didn’t even give us the free snack the hotel offered either, if anything not adding the alcohol made her job faster, our whole group thought it was weird, staff at the bar in particular is unfriendly unless you want to spend a shit ton of money on actual alcohol apparently, heaven forbid someone want a virgin drink.

1. We had a major medical issue the morning after check in and my call to the front desk was handled efficiently, resulting in my friend being transported by squad to Memorial Hospital and admitted. She was a patient for 2 days and we subsequently spent the remainder of our stay in our hotel room. At no time did the staff or anyone in management contact us to follow up and inquire about my friend’s condition. 2. Upon her discharge, there was no wheelchair available so we had to rent one 3.There were no extra blankets 4. There was only 1 remote for 2 tvs

What a wonderful hotel! Accommodations were outstanding. The happy hour drinks were enjoyable and breakfast was delicious!!!
- 5/5
The room was clean and we had a issue with the ac where was hot a couple nights they fixed it and comped our parking which was really nice for the trouble
- 5/5
The beds were very uncomfortable . The pillows were not fluffy and were flat as tea bags . Very disappointing for the price we paid.
- 3/5
Breakfast was enjoyable however our room (premium king suite) did not have clean linens, hair was all over the pillows as well as the sheets, we had to call housekeeping to come replace the bedding. Clean bedding should be a standard for ANY hotel hosting thousands of people a week. Absolutely no excuse for not preparing between guests.
- 4/5
Needs to have a full service restaurant on property like other locations. Breakfast was okay and that’s due to staff not being attentive.
- 4.5/5
The staff was extremely friendly, hotel was clean, breakfast and restaurant was great. Location was great. Walking distance to downtown. Hotel was clean. Gym was nice. Last night they ran out of food. Some of the guests were blatantly disrespectful as in staring at AA guests. We thought it was just us until we spoke with other AA guests.

It was clean and beds were comfortable. Grandson enjoyed the pool. The omelets at breakfast was good except they lost our order and we were the last to get ours. The front desk and concierge wasn’t polite and concierge was more interested in phone than answering our questions. The location was in historical district, but not as near the main area that we wanted to visit. Also wasn’t close to eateries.
- 4/5
Liked the suite concept. Lots of school age kids there. It was on the edge of the historic district so location was a little far.
- 5/5
The amenities were excellent, particularly the free breakfast and the free cocktail hour each day. Staff was friendly and the hotel was beautiful.
- 5/5
The King suite was perfect for an extended stay. Breakfast was good. Cocktail hour was a nice touch.
- 3/5
There is no room service, also our room phone did not work and calling the hotel on a cell was impossible to get in touch with the desk.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was on and off. The person that checked up in was excellent. On another visit to the front desk the attendant seemed to be just starting her shift and was not settled in. Meaning she had her bag of fast food on top of the desk. He barely looked me in the face as she was doing something behind the desk. She was really not ready to be on the desk. She did get my request done quickly. In our room, the shampoo container was empty when I sent to take a shower. It was late so I did not report till the next morning. I used the body wash and condition to get through the shower. You staff need to check these dispensers. Also, I noticed one of the housekeeper working in sock feet...no shoes. That is not a way to run housekeeping. The happy hour was under staffed and you had to wait up to 10 minutes as the line was so long and the older women behind the bar was not very fast. As for the breakfast, you better be early as lines are everywhere and no place to sit. We skip the make to order line, but the serve yourself was completely empty. I had to tell the people behind the line that there was not food. Once that was resolved I had to tell them there were no utensils to eat with,. So, the breakfast buffet doesn't work when you seem to have a full house. I expect if you had more staff that would help resolve. Also, $40 parking
- 4/5
Check in staff was not friendly at all. No smiling or welcome at all. I expected more from a higher rate hotel. I am a widow and a soon to be retired teacher and my first stay by myself. Signage walking back from the Riverfront was very difficult to see.

A large comfortable suite. The room was not only spacious but very clean with the convenience of a refrigerator and a sink. The bath products were top notch. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and stores. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
The breakfast was excellent but the chairs in the dining room and sitting area were disgusting and in desperate need of cleaning.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly hotel. Every stay member that I encountered was polite and respectful. The hotel room was quiet and comfortable. My "made to order" omelet for breakfast, was top tier! I will definitely be back when I return to the area.

The room was handicap accessible because that's all that was available, but it was a fantastic room! Loved the long couch in the separate living area with a big tv. Also a big tv in the bedroom, which we appreciated. Plus, the adequate amount of outlets and usb ports was great! The room also had snacks and drinks, coffees and cocoa pods, which was really nice! Overall, I will certainly stay here again.

I selected this location based off reviews and the pricing on car storage along with breakfast fees compared to other locations. Parking is $40 a day, breakfast is included which was nice money saver to start your day. Nice breakfast set up along with complementary drinks and snacks daily during happy hour time. It’s .80 miles from the center of the city. It’s in the main road to get into town. Neighborhood was ok it’s right next to gray hound station, next to the court house. My husband said he would stay here again it was perfect location. Very clean nice hotel.

I was very happy with my recent stay at this property! First of all, I think it’s a beautiful building both outside and in the lobby. As far as the room, I had a king bed suite and felt that it was very clean, comfortable, and smelled great. The bathroom was perfect and extremely spacious with ample counter space for all of my belongings. The shower was also very large and I had no issues with water pressure or warmth. The staff from arrival to departure was superb and very kind. The property also has a stop across the street for the Old Trolley Tour. I’d also like to note, I liked that this hotel was more quiet than some of the others closer to the river (lots of kids partying on the weekend), so that was nice to return to in the evening. For amenities, I tried the complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was very good (custom omelettes and fresh pancakes), I just don’t think there’s a huge change in the variety of offerings day to day. My only complaint about the evening reception was that the drinks tasted watered down, but they are free at least. But I’d say the fact that that was my only “con” says something about how great my experience was because I had no serious issues at all. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Savannah.

Stay was perfect except the breakfast under staffed, running out of coffee, silverware was an issue not being available, plates, bowls and cups running out! Omlet station crowded but workers did their best. Workers seemed overwhelmed at times and not very friendly. Bartender at happy hour excellent, friendly and happy to serve us!

Embassy Suites is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Savannah. The suite we had was very spacious, comfortable and most importantly quiet. The hotel itself was lovely and in a perfect location and the staff were all incredibly nice.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of food. The swimming pool was out of commission, but we were not planning on swimming. Parking is expensive at $40 for evwry night.

Again, overall we were pleased with the hotel. It is a beautiful building downtown and the complimentary evening happy hour is nice gesture that is very family friendly and a great way to meet other guests.

Pool was not advertised as being out of service. It wasn't until we asked about the pool after checking in that we were told we'd have to walk across the street to use another hotels outside pool. The water temperature at that hotel was too cold for swimming which was a disappointment to yhe kid

Everything appeared to be limited like breakfast items, cutlery, and even basic amenities like water. The only good is location. Again, this must be an older property rebranded to up charge customers. At least it felt like that. Probably won’t stay again due to lack of everything. Even the gym equipment were not operational. Sad.

There was no hot water for our room. Called the desk that evening and they said since one was on their way. Texted them and said that we were next. No one showed up. Called the next morning and said that they would send someone. They came at 830am but mechanic/engineer said it would take a while to warm up.

The room was clean and well appointed. There was a separate bedroom in our suite (not a studio). We were there a few days before Christmas and the hotel was decorated beautifully. There was a happy hour with light snacks and free drinks (2 per adult), which was a nice touch. My only complaint is that there was no coffee available in the lobby outside of breakfast time.

Breakfast was very good, lots of options and great service by the staff. Food was fresh and plentiful. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful and polite. The room was spotless and well appointed, with daily room attention. On checking in, we were told that parking in the garage would be $20 per day- it turned out to be double that amount. I was given 2 programmed key cards, neither of which worked for me at the garage. They were reprogrammed, and still didn't work. At my second trip back to the front desk, I was told to take a paper ticket to enter. Problem with that was that I had to return to the desk the following day to get two more key cards, both of which worked for the remainder oof our stay. I noticed at least two other guests having trouble with the same thing. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the coming year.

Place is old, nothing was pleasant about the stay. Checking in fell like I was not going to be a giod experience.

we needed. Looks like Embassy Suites is our stay in Savannah!
- 5/5
Everything was great! Parking was easy (self park and 40 dollars a day). They also offer 2 complimentary cocktails and light snacks between 5 and 7pm every evening
- 5/5
Very good hotel
- 5/5
We loved our stay. Erika and the rest of the staff were excellent. Felt right at home
- 5/5
The staff is excellent… especially Amanda, the guest services manager at Embassy Suites Downtown Savannah, Ga. She is so excellent at her job. Embassy is very fortunate to have Amanda and benefits greatly from her in this position. I’m sure Amanda will move up with Embassy and in my opinion, she certainly should!
- 3/5
They had a sewage backup issue , it smelled really bad when we were checking in in the lobby
- 5/5
Love having a room that seems more like an apartment. From the moment we stepped into the lobby we were impressed. It’s beautiful & spacious. The receptionist was friendly & efficient. The bed was very comfortable & good bedding. And how we loved the pillows. They were the best ever. Breakfast is wonderful with made to order omelets & a variety of other items. We really enjoyed the happy hour in the evening. The concierge was super helpful (Carol) & helped us in exploring the city. We love everything about Embassy suites.
- 5/5
The room was gorgeous and the service outstanding--especially at check-in, when the associate offered me a choice of rooms and made sure that my family staying in a different room would be close by. Custom-made breakfasts were also a plus. Beautiful lobby as well, and very helpful concierge.

Everything at this hotel was excellent. Great location. Ate dinner at a place called Sorry Charlie's. Excellent food, drinks. Happy hour was great too!!
- 5/5

- 5/5

The breakfast was great. The service was good and the trip was very nice.
- 5/5
Everything was so good. Great rooms, very quiet and clean, helpful staff, good breakfast. Would stay here again for sure!
- 5/5
We spent 5 nights at the Embassy Suites on our visit to Savannah and we were very pleased with the hotel. The hotel and rooms were clean and well kept and service was excellent. The make to order station for eggs, omelets, and pancakes was a welcome addition to the normal hotel breakfast options. We would definitely stay at this location again if / when future travel brings us to Savannah again.
- 3/5
The kitchen staff (cooking and cleaning) were upbeat and exceptional!! The downside for me was I stopped by the desk to order new bedding and the front desk person did contact housekeeping in front of me, but they never arrived with the bedding. I fell asleep on the couch waiting for it to be delivered, which it never was.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites Savannah. It was conveniently located to SCAD, dining, shopping, parks, and museums. The facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Our only suggestion is to fix the tiles that are loose in the bathroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
very good!!!
- 5/5
Stay was an excellent experience. Chekin was fast. Rooms were spacious an d clean. Breakfast was great with menu options. Staff was professional and accommodating. Paid parking was convenient. Location was also convenient to shopping and restaurant
- 5/5
Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Most liked was the spacious room. Plenty of space for three people.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast. Great room and service. Free drinks and snacks in the evenings. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will stay here again!
- 5/5
Freshly prepared omelet and great coffee
- 5/5
- 3/5
The rooms need to be refurbished. Furniture is old and wallpaper was coming off the walls in the bathroom
- 5/5
Liked the evening happy hour with snacks
- 4/5
Breakfast was excellent, the mattress in room 339 was stained, carpet needed vacuum, wife had to call house keeping to clean toilet.
- 4/5
Needs improvement: appetizers need to be elevated, rooms need paper, pen, room service menu. Beautiful lobby, clean and spacious room with comfortable beds.
- 4/5
Also the TV in our room did not work half the time. Not able to access even simple channels.
- 5/5
Very clean, large rooms, excellent breakfast, complimentary drinks for Happy Hour. Would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
It was excellent area walking distant to everywhere. It just hotel, needs some updated rooms.
- 5/5
Great 👍
- 1/5
I was double charged for this room. I booked and paid via Expedia and the hotel charged me as well. This must be refunded.
- 3/5
The property is a bit far from the river walk.
- 3/5
If you usually stay at pricier places then stay there instead. Its worth the extra 200. Sheets that were visibly dirty never got changed. Housekeeping left the dirty room glasses and empty water bottles on tables. We were there 3 nights so we stuck it out but definitely would have stayed somehwere cleaner had known. The carpet in the room was grimy when you walked on it and made your feet turn to dirty straight away. My son had to wear socks the entire time because it was causing the bottoms of his feet to itch uncontrollably when bare. The reviews I read prior to booking made it seem super clean but it just wasn't our personal standards. Plus side, no bugs!
- 5/5
Great breakfast and great staff. Only one surprise i wasn't aware i had to pay 40 dollars a night for parking.
- 4/5
Great breakfast options. Convenient location. Easy walk to the waterfront.
- 5/5
Very nice facility. Clean and staff was very friendly. But location is blocks off the beaten path of where many of the bars and attractions are located. Free breakfast and cocktail hour was nice, but if you ate the food that came from the chafing dishes, eggs, bacon, potatoes, they were always cold. That in the lack of appetizers at the cocktail hour were a little disappointing.
- 5/5
Embassy Suites never disappoints! Breakfast was great, very clean hotel, and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Breakfast was awesome. Nice suite! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Smoking area with benches outside but not covered.
- 5/5
Great breakfast!!!
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
Everyone was great from front desk to housekeeping. Made you feel very welcome in their house. excellent location, walkable to everything from attractions to restaurants to city market. A great place to be.
- 5/5
The front service personal were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the fresh breakfast and the happy hour drinks and snacks. The room was spacious and comfortable.
- 5/5
Swimming pool was not clean.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
The rooms was spacious and in very good conditions overall. The hotel’s general areas were very clean and appealing. The cleaning service was great. Breakfast service was a bit chaotic. Seating was not adequate for the need and as food ran out staff was slow to replenish it. Food was good otherwise. The pool itself was a bit more stained than I expected.
- 2/5
The location is horrible. It is by the bus station. The room was dirty. I had to go buy supplies to clean the room before I felt comfortable staying there.
- 4/5
Proximity to historic district and River Street was a benefit. Evening reception food choices should include more options, specifically hot food choices.
- 5/5
Our stay in Embassy suites was great, the staff is amazing the room was clean the hotel is very well maintained and plus a free drink.
- 5/5
Large rooms. Great service
- 5/5
Everyone was wonderful - service was great and the room was very comfortable. We even got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. Will definitely be back.
- 5/5
I love this hotel and stay there whenever I'm in Savannah. Great staff, great breakfast.
- 5/5
The breakfast buffet had a nice selection to choose from, and the made to order omelets were delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was a convenient walk. We would definitely recommend Embassy Suites to anybody visiting Savanna.
- 2/5
Good: the room. Bad: everything else. Got advice from concierge and the "discounted tickets" she sold us were 30% higher than had we purchased them direct from the vendor. The onsite bar is advertised open until 10, but the bartender will tell you that only means workers are present until 10, you wont be able to order a drink after 9:20. We selected a room with upcharge premium internet, but it was inconsistent and I had to use my phone hotspot for work instead. Parking is also high at $40/day. Stay elsewhere.
- 4/5
We do like this hotel and have stayed here more than once. The front desk staff are nice and helpful. It's clean and I like this location near SCAD. The breakfast food is good. I just wish they had oat milk out for coffee (there's only dairy, no alternatives) and wish there was an espresso machine for the breakfast. There is a small espresso machine in the room but the pods they provide are weak. Parking is very convenient but it's $40/ night. In Savannah you have to pay for parking no matter what but this is on the high end of parking options. Still, I would consider staying here again.
- 1/5
Horrible room. Smells like mold. Very dirty.
- 5/5
We truly loved our stay. The staff was more than wonderful. Breakfast was so fresh and so good, i felt spoiled. Everyone was so nice and helpful we will be back to visit on our next trip.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for a track meet. Breakfast was excellent!
- 5/5
Everything about the property and staff was fantastic.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Liked the 2-bedroom suite. It was very roomy. The room needs to be aired out though. It smells like the carpet, sofa, and/or drapes may need to be cleaned to refresh the places in the room.
- 3/5
Loved the staff and everyone being super friendly. Great location, able to walk to most of everything. Parking garage available for a fee but its convenient and easy to use with your pass. The interior of the rooms is dated and well used, the hallways do not have ac, our biggest problem was the water it was mildly warm but would get bursts of scolding hot water(watch the kiddos).
- 5/5
Amazing stay! Really enjoyed the room, the food, and all amenities!
- 5/5
staff were very helpful, good breakfast, easy parking
- 5/5
Beautiful and convenient to Historic Savannah downtown.
- 4/5
- 5/5
Excellent check-in, close to walking distance for everything downtown. They also gave us a free drink at the bar for all of our guests.
- 4/5
The only thing I would say this property could improve greatly on was the breakfast in the morning was like a complete madhouse. There was no food out to take and go, we waited patiently for 20 min and no more food was brought out as there were many things empty on the line. I understand when there are so many people staying at the hotel. But that’s why everyone makes a reservation, it should give the hotel plenty of time to prepare for the rich of people.
- 5/5
It was a short walk to all the fun locations. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Sofa bed mattress a disaster, springs poking in your body..lobby area and bathrooms very clean.. Bathroom in bedroom needs updated, kids toilet.. hard for elderly to sit or get up, much too low.
- 5/5
Great location, very walkable. Close to restaurants and parks. Only a 5 min ride to main square!
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Had some issues after check in. Ley cards not working. It happened 3 times
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
It was a great stay. It’s out 3rd time at this location and it never disappoints
- 4/5
Rooms need updating
- 4/5
Perfectly nice property. Breakfast was great. Slightly outside of the downtown but a pretty easy walk. Staff is really nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice.
- 5/5
Very pleasant and memorable stay
- 5/5
It was the perfect location to get to everything we needed.
- 5/5
it was great
- 4/5
Embassy Hotels was clean. Huge lobby and lots of seating area down stairs. Pool area was ok. I was unable to sit around the fire pit outside due to the gas fumes. I thought it may be a leaked but I smell that odor in certain area of Savannah!
- 3/5
Service was very poor was told could ck in early and was not able to. Very slow and not friendly at all.
- 5/5
My sister and I traveled to Savannah to attend a graduation program. The hotel was as described. The room was spacious, the beds super comfortable and the bathroom was a very nice size. Everything was clean. I can't say enough about the staff though! We had some hiccups with the parking garage that staff helped us get resolved quickly!! We had no issues at the breakfast wiht food running out. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the ladies that work the desk. They both were quick to answer any questions and help us with anything we needed. Unfortunately Savannah was put under a boil water advisory and the hotel provided bottled water for the guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!
- 5/5
A great stay. Very ADA compatible!
- 5/5
Was a wonderful experience except getting stuck in the elevator If they fix those its be amazing LOVE HILTON
- 3/5
Being in the historic district was a good thing.
- 5/5
Our room was very comfortable and the extras like free breakfast and evening happy hour made the stay wonderful. The only glitch was that we had our dog, which the hotel accommodated very well, but there was no place on the property to walk her. We can certainly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
The omelet bar is inspired.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 5/5
Change in weather and plans had us arrive early. Stopped by desk for early checkin, nothing ready was advised they would call when ready. Three hours later, no call, stopped back and was advised room ready. Next morning found a used bandaid stuck to sheet upon waking. Apparently sheets not changed(yuk).. on positive note front desk personnel Marq was professional, friendly and helpful. Afternoon reception staff excellent. Great breakfast. Great downtown location
- 5/5
Was disappointed at checked out when I found out that we had to pay $40 a day for parking!! ☹️
- 5/5
Everyone at the property was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and super convenient.
- 5/5
Overall hotel condition very good.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed multiple times here because of the level of comfort and convenience of the location. It’s nice to have the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, sitting area, and large bathroom. The social hour food options is just mediocre and breakfast is not great. Perhaps if you only do the made fresh omelette it would be better.
- 5/5
Free breakfast made to order. Nightly free drinks and snacks for 2 hours.
- 5/5
Would recommend better lighting and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Only complaint was an odd constant knocking that was probably plumbing.
- 4/5
Hotel was as expected.
- 5/5
Excellent guest services, good breakfast with made to order options. The room was clean though a bit dark with only 1 light in the bedroom.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5

- 4/5

- 5/5
Happy hour was a great way to start our evening with a drink and wonderful conversations.
- 5/5
Great room and friendly staff!
- 4/5
Nice location, friendly staff, nice clean room, and we like it"
- 5/5
This hotel was fabulous. From check in to check out we had a great experience. The staff was friendly, hotel clean and breakfast was delicious. We also brought our dog on her first ever trip. The hotel is very pet friendly.
- 5/5
Best continental breakfast I’ve EVER had, my party enjoyed themselves thoroughly here, we’ve visited 4 times now and will keep coming back!
- 5/5
Would stay here again!
- 3/5
I will say the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
I've stayed at several hotels in Savannah over the years going to visit SCAD and this one has the nicest and most helpful staff. The location is excellent if you're visiting the college or want to explore the historic area. The breakfast is very good. The only thing I would suggest about the breakfast is to have one non-dairy milk option at the buffet or coffee station. I did have a helpful staff member find me some almond milk in the back after asking. Oatmilk or soy milk would be a nice addition. The rooms are huge. The bed was fine but it did have an indention on one side so it might need updating. Otherwise I liked this place and would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location in beautiful Savannah and hotel is in good shape. The free breakfast is a nice touch, but not like the old days. Especially the evening social, but still ok.
- 5/5
Excellent service. The staff was great. Checking in and out was seamless.
- 4/5
Property was good. Only issue was I reserved a king and they gave us 2 queens.
- 5/5
Incredible staff and hotel!! Breakfast WAS AMAZING!!!
- 5/5
I visit Savannah up to 5 times a year to visit my SCAD daughter. The Embassy has become a 2nd home for us. We don't ever consider staying anywhere else. It has a great breakfast, afternoon snack, and drinks, but the staff keeps us coming back. Especially Marc at check-in. He is always accommodating, professional, and personable. If you have.a problem Marc solves it. I had a slight problem last time I was there in January 2025; he solved it immediately without hesitation. I see a raise and promotion in his immediate future. I'm just saying...
- 5/5
The accommodations were on par to Embassy Suites and the staff was extremely friendly.
