Bed was good! Get rid of the carpet and freshen up a bit! Won’t go back!!

The carpet in the hallway was dirty and stained. The room had a terrible smell that effected my daughter's breathing. The arms of the red chair were blackened with dirt. The walls were so thin you could hear everything in the hall and the next room. After checking out the room, we decided we could not stay and promtly found a different hotel. I told the hotel staff about the condition of the carpeting and the room, and that we couldn't stay due to the conditions. They were very understanding and canceled our reservation without any hesitation.

So I ask the lady if they had bananas in stead , she said NO and was not very friendly that I even ask. Maybe they should check the fruit before the put them out on breakfast room.

I booked this hotel for a 4 day stay coming from Little Rock to Savannah & EVERYTHING was PERFECT!! The rooms were roomy, the pool & fitness area was nice & clean, and its has all the stores and restaurants within walking distance. I was very, very pleased with my booking.

The property was located in the heart of shopping and eating; however, we had to travel a good distance to get to the historical area of the city. Overall, I really did enjoy my stay and will stay again whenever I visit Savannah!!!

Pool wasn’t completely clear the first day, was better the second and third day. There were some maintenance required in the room and in the pool area. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

The staff! Everyone was kind and professional. I wish I could remember her name, but the light skin woman with the beautiful smile was professional and so funny. She made my stay! The jacuzzi jets were down, but the jacuzzi waa still warm and relaxing.

As expected at this price range. The major problem is the noisy a/c. The noise disturbed sleeping. We nned to use ear plugs to fall asleep. Breakfast is so so & the egg is too watery. Like the room size for our suite.

The location is hard to find. There were homeless people around the property. People sitting out front smoking and looking suspicious. It was a work stay motel. Bad smell soon as we walked in. My grand daughter started gaging. We couldn't stay because of the Horrible odor.

Please beware and stay here only if you literally have NO other options or if there is a complete overhaul! This hotel is along the same corridor (White Bluff & Abercorn) as several other chains and appears on the site to be on par with the others in terms of ratings and price. But please, don't be fooled!!! We typically stay at the Fairfield Inn Midtown which is always clean and completely "on-point", but not this nightmare! Firstly, we needed a room with two beds and were put in an accessible room on the first floor. We would not have minded, but the tub chair in the roll-in shower was not at all clear and we felt sorry for those who needed to use it. The bathroom was filthy! There was literal black mold on the ceiling, the floor had clear ground-in filth and the corners had dirt and mold. What's worse, when we finally got to our room to sleep at about 10 PM there was a man using an extremely loud industrial vacuum on the carpet in the hallway- at 10 PM!!! To sum up this hotel is a dirty mess. The lobby is dated and appears unkempt. The room was flat-out nasty. It scares me to think about what was ground into the carpet! Fortunately, Expedia was amazing and got our second night credited back and we were free to leave int he morning! Please take my word, the pics. online are very deceiving. Horrible hotel very close to many other great choices, avoid at all costs!

We stayed here 2 days. The 2nd and 3rd floor hallways had a very musty odor to them but the rooms did not. The first room we stayed in was nice but the AC got warm throughout the night and upon returning from dinner the next day it was very warm. We went down to the front desk and they gave us 2 rooms for the issue and we moved into those and the rest of the stay was great. They were very quick to solve the issue. Everything was clean in the rooms. We did not have time to use any of the amenities. The first room had 2 queens and the beds were nice. The second room had a King and it was a little firm but nothing that kept us from sleeping well. I would stay here again.

Remembering it was Memorial Day weekend the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend Help was late getting there so breakfast was supposed to be. I think at 6:30 or six and the lights weren’t turned on till 20 minutes late. Also the Jacuzzi Jets were not properly functioning but we were made aware of that at check-in.

The young lady Ortiza and I’m not sure if I’m spelling it correctly was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The only complaint was a sewage smell when you walked in I don’t know if it was a sump pump or but it definitely had an odor in the lobby. Around 3 AM guess we’re in the hallway very loud and appeared to be belligerent. I called the front desk so they can notify them to calm down. However no one answered the multiple times I called. Other than that I would stay here again it was just for overnight.

I usually stay at this property when I go to Savannah and love it. The fitness center is cramped but besides that, it’s a good hotel.

The pillows were a bit too soft and the bed too firm for my taste but another family member preferred that. I selected a suite for extra space and yes, you could close the door to stay up late working or watching TV while others sleep.

Nitpicks- I wish they had a covered portico at the front door. It was raining for 3 of our 5 nights and it would have been nice to load/unload the car out of the rain. There is ample space in the one bedroom suites for a full size refrigerator instead of the tiny little one provided. The lighting in the living room area did not have a wall switch- it was a nice floor lamp but you have to lean over the end table to access the toggle switch. This is difficult for old folks like me. We had a two bed suite and the bed closest to the door stuck out into the doorway so to close the door you have to push the bed over. Finally, there were no hanging racks in the bathroom for towels except for a small hook on the door which the hair dryer bag was hanging on. I would stay here again as it was very convenient to the event we were attending. The staff were excellent!

Staff, parking and cleanliness of our room was fine. The reception and breakfast were remarkable. Never got to the pool: too busy or tired. I will next time. Hard to find at arrival but we figured it out. Better signage will certainly help. Consider a map that includes Savannah, Tybee Island, and maybe nearby places like the Botanical Gardens, etc. Thank you very much.

The breakfast was not that good, just the typical scrambled eggs, greasy sausage, and undercooked potatoes. There were no biscuits or gravy even though there was an empty container for them. My wife just had cereal but said the skim milk was “funny tasting”. I made waffles. The coffee was very strong which we liked. Parking was fine but there were a lot of contractors with large trucks. There are other hotel options nearby which might be better at this price point.

I will definitely stay here again. It was very convenient to our plans, check in and out was fast, everyone was super helpful and i slept like a log. I wish i had water pressure this good at home. All in all, the only thing that would have made it better was being able to stay longer.

room was nice . The sound proffing sucks you can hear everything in the lobby and in the rooms next to us and above us when they walked across the floor it sounded like horses walking. The room service is not good. It is suppose to be done every three days but all they did was replace the towels and take out one small bag or trash. No vacuming or changing the sheets they didnt even make the bed looks like they only came in as far as the bathroom got the old towel and trash and left. Poor housekeeping in my opion compared to other hotels i have stayed at. Breakfast was good plety of options and plenty of food.

Other than the eggs which were obviously powdered eggs, the taste was nothing like a normal egg! Weekend staff was shorthanded , but we checked in after 3 pm, but she handled it like a professional, especially after having to move us as the AC unit didn’t work properly in first room and the parking lot was clean!

Very limited tv channels. The room was clean, bed comfortable, couch and chair also good enough and the free breakfast descent. Front desk was so friendly and out going. Parking was free and adequate to accommodate everyone there.

Hotel was ok. We didn’t use the pool therefore I don’t want to make any comments regarding the pool. Hotel needs to fixed their hotel sing by the road, it’s gets hard to notice the sing at the night time since there was no light. I missed the right turn two time since there was no light in the sing.

Overall, the experience was pleasant, but the breakfast was a real disappointment. The waffles were undercooked and the eggs had an unappetizing slimy texture. The rooms were pretty nice and the hostess applied to our every needs. So I would give the a three.

They canceled our reservation and gave our room away for arriving two hours after the check in time and didn’t even give us a call! We had no where to go with all rooms sold out in the area. I was traveling with my children. The staff was not even helpful. Just… we gave your room away because you weren’t here. Unbelievable! I DO NOT recommend this location!!!

The front staff desk staff was amazing, the carpet through the hallways were a bit worn and many bleach spots. Also breakfast was typical, but very sticky because of probably syrup spills as it is a tight area to get food and seating. Staff did their best to stay in top of cleaning, juat a crowded space. Room was decent and cleaning ataff were wonderful as well.

Arrived very late, there was no signage on the building or entrance to say it was the Country Inn. We saw in the morning that there was a sign by the road, but it was not lit when we arrived the night before. Receptionist at desk on arrival very friendly. When we arrived to our assigned room, the lights and TV were on, and a wall panel over the HVAC unit was exposed with a fan blowing into HVAC unit. We went back down to the front desk and asked to be assigned to a different room. Receptionist again was very friendly and accommodating. She reassigned us to two separate rooms because she said they had no more that slept 5 people. That was ok, they were across the hall from each other. My kids room seemed fine, our room had a large stain on the carpet. Beds were comfortable. In the morning, housekeeping started knocking on all of the doors at 9:15 am, even though sign at main desk said check out at noon. She even entered my kids room. When we went to check out, day receptionist asked if we were leaving early? I assume because the way that the night receptionist entered the booking for the two new rooms? If they didn't know we were leaving, why was housekeeping entering rooms at 9:30! Overall, felt unsafe at hotel, although surrounding area seemed good.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, which made it so easy to relax after a long day. One of our favorite parts was the indoor pool and hot tub—perfect for unwinding and enjoying some downtime. They also offer fresh cookies (while they last 🍪), which was such a sweet little touch, plus coffee available 24/7 ☕—a must for early mornings or late nights! Breakfast being included was another huge plus, and it made getting the day started so much easier. And let’s talk about that 12 PM checkout 🙌—not feeling rushed in the morning made a big difference. Overall, such a comfortable and convenient stay. We’ll definitely be back! 💙

Do not stay here! First day: broken fridge, AC, and toilet- had to pack the family up and move rooms after 10 pm. Often nobody was at front desk. Housekeeping left 3 towels for 5 people. Dirty carpet everywhere, reek smell, 2 small cockroaches in the room. Pool is not at all what it looks like in photos (small & crowded). Men's bathroom out of order. The positives were location, room large enough to have a separate bedroom (very cramped still), and good coffee. One front desk worker was very friendly. They were obviously understaffed and some desk just stared instead of helping.

I hope the management considers improving sound insulation and upgrading the breakfast offerings for future guests.

Coffee was decent. Always found a parking spot right by the front door. Room was nice and spacious. A very rowdy ground of teen were raising cane (literally the floors were shaking on the 3rd floor). Tried calling from room phone... The room phone was dead. Tried calling from my cell, nobody answered... Thankfully it only lasted for about 4 hours.

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from downtown, which was convenient. The rooms were excellent; very clean and well-maintained. The staff was good. There was a slight issue with the AC that seemed a bit unusual. The pool was nice, though it could have been a bit larger.

Room smelled very bad like sewer , who ever cleaned my room left sticky black foot prints on the tile and just left it there … they charged me 5 days early for the room even tho I chose pay at check in. Then they charged me the full amount plus an extra 190 with no explanation

Breakfast area was hot & humid, felt like the ac unit was broken but thankfully it was just this area. Our room was super cozy and fairly clean. Aside from there being a rip in the curtains, the shower floor could use a deep scrubbing but overall it was a good stay. There were small things that needed attention but nothing major. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Savannah.

This is a story for sure! Long review but this was a crazy stay. We happened to be there when a disturbance happened at 2am which went on for hours!!! This place must be near a bar because all hell broke loose on the second floor. We were there to swim a lil and get a good nights rest which did not happen! 2 doors down from us I am woke up by extreme banging, I hear a lady yelling, I immediately try to call the front desk with no answer. I continuously try calling the front desk with no answer so I’m thinking they must be taking care of it. There were women who brought back other ppl to the hotel after partying, it’s their life they are grown but apparently an altercation happened between them. At 2 I hear the banging then it’s still happening but a lil before 3 I hear a huge scream so I run and open the door again. At this point there was only one child asleep in our room which idk how he was. This time I see a woman, The women in the room managed to lock out one of the women they brought back and she starts screaming at them and trying to kick the door down. I’m talking looking out into the hall while banging her foot back on the door. The police come a lil later and finally get this woman. They are taking reports and stuff in the hallway and the one lady says she got bit in the booby where she proceeds to show the officer as I just happened to open by the door to see if it’s actually getting dealt with now at almost 4 so I got an eye full of boob. Apparently the banging we found out at breakfast ( this was the main topic) was TVs and items being thrown. This was absolutely insane and I get the hotel is not fully responsible for craziness but it should never take hours to deal with. I would not feel safe if this were an actual threat to us, nothing said to the ppl at the time, no hotel ppl in the hall or anything.

Excellent place to stay, definitely recommend! Ortasia at front desk very accommodating she went above and beyond to make our stay great. Very clean, great location, close to historic district. Only take back was the breakfast it was just ok. But still overall rate it 9/10 just because of the breakfast.

I liked everything about the room except that they didn’t have bottle water nor anywhere to get any and the breakfast was not good only eggs waffle and pork sausage and biscuits my husband doesn’t eat pork so therefore he had no breakfast so we ended up having to go to a restaurant to eat and on top of that we had driven a long way and we couldn’t check in until 3pm so we had to find something to do until then and then I noticed that the hall to our room smelled really bad like trash and pee

This property is about 20 minutes from River St., depending on the traffic - time of the day. The suite was a true suite, one that had a door that closed, separating the bedroom from the the other room; not one that had a sitting area that is just separated by a half wall or less like some places that called their rooms suites. It had a tiny refrigerator but it kept things really cold and the microwave was great for popcorn or just warming the coffee. I wish the hot tub was 10 degrees warmer. It was a very good value for the money.

They could do better having breakfast available during their breakfast times. The first day most of the hot breakfast was empty. Only waffles available and sausage. English muffins were hard. The second day was better but we didn’t partake in it.

My family really enjoyed our stay! There was a hot breakfast every morning- coffee available- and to our surprise, warm, fresh chocolate chip cookies later in the day! Though the hotel was apologetic and gave us a different room the second night with no adjoining door, I thought it would have been appropriate if they reimbursed one of the nights. The room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was just OK. I would stay somewhere else if I go to Savannah again.

The bath, however, was a different story- the toilet float required intervention to shut the water off; the shower door did not completely roll closed without sticking; the floor tiles were dirty and needed to be cleaned; and water leaked from the shower onto the floor.

There are no towel bars in the bathroom at all. We had to use hangers from the closet to hang our towels on the shower rod. The staff was courteous but they didn't attend to the lack of air conditioning in our suite soon enough.

Clean room, staff, and amenities were all wonderful. The indoor pool was an absolute gift for my pregnant daughter-in-law. Didn’t get to sample the breakfast bar because had to be at Savannah Memorial Hospital at 4:00 a.m., but I’m sure it was great.

Real person here ... I've stayed at this hotel in 2024 and 2025, and both times my expectations were exceeded. Most recently, the room was absolutely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room worked. No complaints. Breakfast was somewhat limited on New Year's Day, but otherwise pretty good. I'll stay again next time I'm in Savannah.

Only issue we had was an issue with the stopper in the sink. Unfortunately, we arrived on a Saturday and there were no maintenance staff on until Monday, so we needed to switch rooms. The employees handled the issue very well. The room was very clean. Breakfast included eggs, waffles and sausages, with other items available.

Regarding the layout of our room, we didn't care too much for it. The sofa was hard to sit on, not comfortable (leg length was too long), not enough room on bathroom vanity to place items, no hooks in bathroom to hang a bathrobe and not enough drawers to put your clothes away. Bed was comfortable.

The property was ok - wasn’t great or even “very good” as it was listed. Not horrible neighborhood but ok. Felt a little unsafe parking so far away and walking alone. Not very lit outside. Didn’t like that there was no snack mart to buy anything, even water. Never anyone at front desk when I walked by, didn’t have breakfast.

Hotel was very convenient to the Hunter Base. Breakfast was decent. Staff was extremely friendly. Pool was heated which was nice and having a hot tub was a bonus. We got a 2 queen bed room on the 1st floor. Really my only complaint was the location of the room 106. We happen the have the last room closet the the lobby and the staff laundry which was a little loud early in the morning. We will be staying again when we come back to visit will just be requesting a higher level room next time.

Breakfast attendant was attentive to replacing items used , cleaning food areas and tables. Even though he didn’t speak English he could understand enough to help us. He was very good. Did report air not working in our room reported it to the front desk in the morning and it took two days to finally get it working.Need a longer time for the free cookies to be out . Location was great to downtown, parking was good, it was quiet. Better communication to rooms being done with the front desk cause we were given a room went there and it was not done being cleaned.jacuzzi and pool were nice and beds were comfortable

We had a great time. When we first got there our room was less than perfect. However, we talked to the front desk and they put us in another room with no problem. The second room was clean and very enjoyable. Overall we had a nice time and I would stay again.

This hotel was upscale in appearance and very disappointing in front desk staff. We were assigned to Room 108. There was NO barrier between the shower and the bathroom floor, except for a shower curtain !! So, towels were needed to mop up the floor after we showered. When I mentioned this, the lady at the front desk told me that they KNEW that and the owner said that a tub needed to be installed. WHY, then, are they still assigning that room to guests ???? NOT VERY CONSIDERATE AND LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE !!!

They gave us a key to another persons room. We checked in walked up to the room they assigned us and opened the door to find someone getting changed. We came down to tell the staff and all they could say was oops there wasn’t supposed to be someone in there. then proceeded to assign us a diffrent room like nothing happened

Parking was close to facility but there was zero security. Random people walking around parking lot all night. There was never anyone at front desk or by the door to ensure non-guests did not enter property. Felt extremely unsafe.

Have a service animal could tell front desk didn’t like that Put us across from house keeping where it was noisy. We left a day early because they said dog barked constantly which wasn’t true! Did not feel comfortable there. If you have a service dog don’t stay at Country Inn and Suites on White Bluff Road in Savannah Georgia

The breakfast was awful. The waffles wouldnt make appropriately and the eggs were gross. The “hot” food was barely there. The room was clean and well kept, but they don’t service the room but every three days which is annoying. You can’t even empty your trash or get new towels. Overall it was alright, but not impressive.

Only negatives would be a funny smell in the lobby, not sure if it was just something temporary or what and the showers are very slick, almost fell a couple of times, need grip pads or something in them.

The staff was great. However, the breakfast bar had very few healthy food options. The room lacked a darling window covering and had to change rooms the next day. The hotel had a musty smell and carpet was dirty.

I like that it was quiet and out of the way of traffic. What i didnt like is the carpets in the hall was dirty and smelled. Trash was overflowing on the 3rd floor, and it smelled. My bathroom was clean, but had a funny odor, and my grand daughter's bathroom as well

A homeless man crashed breakfast. He used his hands to serve himself the hot breakfast food instead of using the utensils. He left with a plate of food and jumped on a bike.

This is the price range we look for when we just need a place to sleep to break up a long road trip. Under $100 you just never know what you’re going to get. Could be disgusting, could be fine. This hotel room was beautiful, comfortable, and had an extremely fast check-in. My son and I (on the way to college drop-off) both agreed it was the best we’ve seen for this type of hotel. I literally do not have a single criticism. Bathroom was extremely clean and had a little night light (unusual). Thermostat, not buttons on an old AC (unusual). Room was updated, well-presented, and spotless.

It’s in a good location, we went to Tybee Island, River Street and Tanger Outlets and it was 30 mins to each location roughly from the hotel. Mall is across the street with other restaurants and stores around (Ross, TJ Maxx, etc). Breakfast includes cereal, juice, eggs, sausage with another side- either hash browns or French toast, waffle maker- cookies at the front desk. Overall not bad!

The staff was never at the front desk during my stay unless someone was checking in. They were always in the back office, so unable to see people coming, going or needing assistance. If they were out no smile and couldn't tell the staff from the guest, they didn't seem open for helping the guest. There were only 2 staff members helpful Ms.Sylvia (laundry) who helped a lot during breakfast time/ breakfast area and another lady (tall, slim, long hair, African american). The front desk staff didn't seem like they wanted to be at work Jasmine, Ashley, can't remember the other girl. They just weren't friendly at all. The property needs to be updated badly at least the carpet.

Stayed during a football tournament, so expected that their would be a wait for breakfast or getting a table cleaned, but both days we were not able to eat bc of the rudeness of other guests. I never knew a continental breakfast was all you can eat and some people just push you out of the way to get what they want. Went to use the pool and each time it was closed for cleaning. We didn't get to enjoy any of the amenities and priced close to $300 per night not worth it just for a bed. The outside street lights are also not lit up, so coming in late from football each night it was a chore to find the place.

The property is not clean, neighbor not of the best characteristics if traveling with family. Every five minutes you hear the fighter planes passing.

The receptionist was cool, not welcoming and not very informative (didn't point us to elevator. Asked for a quiet room, away from elevator - been driving 8 hrs & both of us over 75). Got a room away from elevator... but right next to the laundry!

Ashley from the front desk was phenomenal. When we checked in there were a few issues and she helped us out with everything! She made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed! Great service and very comfortable stay.

Coffee was always cold and the only one person did not check it and replenish it . Some noisy people walking around late night. Otherwise all was good.

We stayed three nights and didn’t want to go back home so we booked an extra night. Love how check out is at 12. And the free coffee and cookies all day and night.

Sheets were dirty

All staff interaction was wonderful 10/10 for that. The room was spacious and seemed clean. My biggest concern was how muggy the room was. The bathroom has a small ventilation fan that didnt work well and you could tell ventilation wasn't the best as there were spots with what looked like slight molding on the ceiling. Location was about 20 minutes to Riverstreet, 15 to Grayson stadium, and about 40 to Tybee Island. But all very easy to get to, tons of shopping and restaurants near.

Beautiful hotel the breakfast wasn't bad the room was nice the only negative is that they need to remove all carpet in hallway and rooms. The pool area has some hazard areas that need some attention but overall I would definitely recommend and stay again. The loved the fact that the hotel is in walking distance to restauranta and 0.3 miles to the mall and short driving distances to shopping stores
