Hallway and stairs were very dirty and smelled horrible. And the week I stayed there in the hallways or stairwells never got vacuumed at all. Stairway doors were in need of repair as well.

Clean enough for one night. Someone was playing loud music until late. Staff took long to come by to check us in

Hotel room smelled absolutely awful: very musty, moldy. There were black marks on the ceiling. I was not willing to stay there due to possible health concerns I might encounter. Also, the elevator and WiFi were not working. I would not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great. The staff were really friendly! The elevator was out due to a storm rolling through, but the pool was also out of commission. Which stinks as that was one of the amenities I was most looking forward to! They mentioned the elevator upon arrival and offered to let us cancel without fees just because of that, but didn’t say anything about the pool which was frustrating. I would have cancelled had I known the pool also was not working. There was also a HUGE roach in our room on morning two, which we trapped under our bathroom trashcan… housekeeping probably found it when they were cleaning our room that morning because we didn’t see him after that.

The only downside was no internet and the elevators were out. They put us on the first floor, which was great but it did stink not having WIFI for my laptop. Other than that it was excellent

Rooms were alright, but not fully cleaned and the TV was horrible quality. No pool or hot tub even though it said there would be online, WiFi not working, elevators not working, ice maker not working, doors to stairs broken, rooms not fully cleaned, TV was bad quality, etc.

Good location, didn’t have to hear the traffic, 4 for room cleaning, not staffs fault, I guess the person who was in the room before us, had snuck a couple of dogs. If you have asthma or bronchietasis, the smell is overwhelming walking in and down the halls. The staff did a great job to make sure our room had no smells in it. I had called ahead. I did wear my N95 any time walking out of the room. Still strong, staff very kind and professional.

Even though the elevators were still out from our stay on the way to FL 5 nights ago, the wifi was back and they were able to get us on the 1st floor.

The room was clean and the bed comfy. A storm had taken out the elevators and wifi, not their fault, but a bummer with luggage and a sleeping child. The air conditioner was also very noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located near airport, about 5 minutes of driving. It's a good place for a short stay with reasonable amenities, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean and modern. There was free parking outside the hotel. Breakfast was included and consists of cereal, waffles, bagels, pastries, and yogurt as well as drinks and juice. It was good enough for a not picky person like me. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here for less than a day.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was good — fresh, well stocked, and had several options. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Honestly I couldn’t see them but I believe it had bed bugs!! I switched for bed to bed, even changed rooms.

We stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast was typical but with amazing biscuits.The bed was very comfortable and the room was well equipped and our rests were quiet and mostly undisturbed. There were some cleanliness issues, baseboards and back of bathroom door was very dirty. There was a hole on the wall(the size of a silver dollar ) above the baseboard by shower door where water damage was occurring, numerous deep scuffs, scratches and filled holes on the walls throughout the hotel( waiting to be painted) the elevator creaked, rattled and stalled to open with each use, the only working ice machine was on the main floor and the pool was “closed” for maintenance. There were cookies put out on only one evening of our four. Overall a bad experience for this chain of hotels.

If this is the least expensive hotel in the area I would not hesitate to book it again. It's quiet, mattress firm, and the biscuits at breakfast were remarkably lighter than others I have experienced. If it's not, you might want to consider one of the half dozen other hotels within a mile of it.

Pool and hot tub were not available due to heating issues. There was no mention either on website when booking nor when contacting hotel directly that pool and hot tub were unavailable. They were the main reason for choosing the stay at the hotel. Also, wifi was blocked by hotel so could not stream on TV even though both TV and remote had options to cast or use Google to stream. Channels did not coincide with guide on TV.

The shuttle was convenient, but the front desk staff wasn’t super helpful, when I checked JB they didn’t tell me about the breakfast, lack of pool. The hallways smelled like weed and my tv didn’t work properly.

Hotel property is not well renovated. The elevator creaked, popped and shook for every ride, reminiscent of a haunted house ride. Lots of dinged up moldings and finishing in the halls and room that looked dated and well used. Room smelled musty even with the AC running. We were only given one hand towel and one washcloth for two people. Breakfast was adequate but could use some healthier options.

The hot tub and pool didn’t work

No one at front desk for 30 minutes. She had takin shuttle bus to airport to pick up guest. Not staffed properly. My last stay at this Motel!!

It advertised that there would be a pool and a whirlpool, that is the only reason why I booked a hotel for the night, we wanted to swim and soak. That didn't happen, and the attitude from manager was horrible.

The breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a benefit as well.

Hotel cost was excellent. Only $40 more than the previous RUIN (of a Hotel) we had to cancel. The first thing we noticed was it smelled clean and new compared to the smokey RUIN we cancelled. The room was very spacious, very nice walk in shower, extremely clean and spotless almost. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Large screen TV, plenty of drawer space. Nice carpet under beds with wood linoleum flooring for walking area. We had a problem with the coffee maker which was promply remedied. The AC was perfect. A little road noise outside our window but normal noise for a hotel. Our room was right next to the elevator, but the only time you could here it in use, was if you were in the bathroom. Some hallway noise from a couple that decided to have a loud conversation next to the elevator outside our door. Other than that I could here no noise through the walls from other occupants. I must say this place was a King's Palace next to the previous hotel we had to cancel because of reasons I want share here. Loved the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and will be staying here again the next time we travel to Savannah. Highly Recommend!!!! A++++++++++ Nothing, our stay was great! The hotel staff and manager were very hospitable. Quick checkin. The hotel's maintenance technician was extremely prompt and helpful and resolved our issue in only a few minutes.

The only problem I had was with the shuttle. I came in on a late flight and left early. The shuttle service stop running before the last flight come in and it doesn’t start until 7:00 am and I had a 6:00 am flight. They should make this know, because I chose this hotel because they have shuttle service which was not available to me.

Coming from Europe and used to stay in hotels in this same price range that serve breakfast in rooms way more elegant and using ceramic plates and proper silverware, this experience was a complete dissapointment. Common areas were dirty. Hotel general upkeep is quite poor. Thank God our room was clean. I chose this place since it had the best ratings amongst what was available within this price range. I don’t want to even think what might be the experience in other places. This stay felt more like a Motel 8 back in the early 2000’s than staying at a worldwide recognized hotel chain.

The bugs. Our room had bugs that bit me and my son. I spoke to the property's manager who told me to ask Booking.com for a refund. Booking.com's app is not at all helpful to resolve this issue.

The overall place was great. The airplanes taking off is a bit unnerving but could not help that. The front desk check-in was great. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Clean room: The room was sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable. Staff: The staff members were all friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast: The breakfast menu was fresh and delicious every morning. We can't wait to come back!

The furniture and fixtures were cheap, but that's consistent with a great many of the newer brand hotels. We were near the elevator and could clearly hear every word spoken in the hallway.

Plenty of parking, staff were nice and friendly. We had an accessible room for the night. Accessible rooms usually come with raised toilets, Shower wands that you can raise and lower, anti-slip showers and floors....unfortunately, this room, although accessible didn't have those features to make it more convenient for those who are physically disabled. Maybe it is something management can consider for their guests with disabilities.

The room was next to the gym and it sounded like construction going on late into the night so no sleeping, no wakeup call and at 4:15 am I was told the shuttle was not available for airport transportation. I only live 40 minutes away and the reasons for my stay were all a no go. Very disappointing

It was late at night so we didn’t have time to change hotels (with sleepy kids). So we spent the night there but I wouldn’t recommend. We reached out via Expedia for refund but the hotel wouldn’t even get back to them.

Room was clean and staff was courteous. Knocked a star off bc of the pool. We primarily booked for the indoor pool and while my kids absolutely enjoyed it, the area itself looks a little run down, the jacuzzi water looked filthy, though I THINK it's bc the floor is a darker color (I HOPE), and the pool water was COLD.

a hoodie on when you greet the desk. Checking out was a mess as well. I waited for about 5 minutes before someone came to the desk. The only way I got someone then was because I asked the lady in the dining area if she would get them. I was not the only person; there were 2 other people as well, one left. I was not pleased with our stay. If you check, you will see we check out early. The room was very cold. We bought a blanket for warmth. The covers are very thin, but the pillows are not comfortable at all. The staff needs training, were very lacking in handling the customers. The breakfast was not a buffet as was stated. I am a TA and will not be recommending any customers if the problems are not corrected.

He had to get into some guest about noise level on our floor (3rd floor) in which I wish he had asked them to leave because they got worse. They were in the hall way being loud until around 4 in the morning. Talking loud playing around room doors on purpose not being respectful so we couldn’t sleep. The lock on my door was broken so I could lock door at top. But room was very nice.

Shuttle driver was excellent

We had excellent service from the gal at the desk. I wish I had her name. She answered our call for a shuttle, picked us up at the airport, checked us in and was back at it in the morning when we checked out and needed a shuttle back to the airport. She was super friendly and gave us all the information we needed.

Reasonably good hotel

The Jacuzzi was out of service and was in an unsatisfactory brown color. The pool appeared to be in questionable condition. The room was unclean, with hair scattered across the bathroom and crumbs on the chair and table, indicating a lack of proper sanitation. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast offered was unpleasant.

When we arrived. I asked them to provide me with my AAA discount because it was not showing on my reservation. They were not knowledgeable of how to handle. We arrived about 6:30 pm. They sent us to our room and the room was dirty. Wasn’t cleaned from previous guests. They sent us to a second room when we attempted to open the door it was latched from the inside that had guests inside. We got a 3rd room and it was not prepared for guests. 1 set of towels hit and muggy. The entire stay we had to sleep in an unclean room and when we bought it to their attention they could not give us any answers or solutions. This was absolutely a very bad stay. I was very disappointed as this was our honeymoon stay and not up to expectations.

Staff really did not know what was going on. Tried to get shuttle to airport-waited 45 minutes after being told they were on their way. Ended up taking an uber. Room was only cleaned once in the 5 days I was there. Toenail clippings in a drawer, hair wad in a corner. No alarm clock/clock. Hot tub a bit dangerous. Only 1 step to get in and it was along way down. Just not a good place.

Elevator was running funny..the door closing and opening sounded like it a little off track but should pass inspection.The toilet flushed loud and kinda fast, which is a lil annoying but operable and clean 😁

Room and public areas were clean, the staff was friendly, and there was a good selection at the included breakfast. We were interested in checking out the hot tub, but after peeking through the window to the pool area, we changed our mind as the water in the hot tub looked brown. Not a dealbreaker for us, and I’d stay again if in the area.

My company use this location everytime we need to send technicians or myself to Savannah. The staff is amazing the rooms are clean and the breakfast selections are great. Our over all stay is always great.

The issue I had was that a lizard was crawling on my baby while he was asleep and I had to kill it & sleep in fear if any others were going to come into the room. I notified the front desk and they said they would get someone out. But I was checking out. That’s the only thing that made the experience bad for me.

Staff at this hotel were excellent. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and spacious. The only two issues I had were I was right by the lobby and the overnight staff played their music too loud and it woke me up. I went to the lobby to explain that I could hear it and they turned it down. Other issue, the trash was still in the containers. It hadnt been emptied. But I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was delicious also!

My only "complaint" is they mis represent on several signs what the incidentals are for and how they are used. Overall tho, it was a great experience and much easier to get to an early flight at the airport

Check in (at midnight) was very slow. Staff member was polite and friendly but it took a long time! In addition, there was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and no shampoo. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the 8 hour stay was fine!

Trudy the receptionist was fantastic. Helped in every way possible. On our to N. Carolina and back to Florida we stayed here both times. Great breakfast and cookies in the lobby. It doesn’t get any better. Thanks to Trudy and the staff for a great experience in staying in a first class hotel

Loved it, wish it had been a little more economical but par for the course. Great staff, airport shuttle starts at 6am but because my flight as for 6am they had a driver waiting for me in the lobby at 4:30am.💪

Rooms were newly renovated and very clean. Elevator was not clean and smelled. Halls and other areas need to be cleaned and renovated as well. Overall nice place for a one night stop.

The bed was comfy and clean- the room was nice overall. The hotel itself needed some work. The pool and hot tub look very outdated and uninviting.

The hotel room & lobby / common area were all nice and clean ! I loved the room it was spacious , nice shower / bathroom ! Very modern the only thing that wasn’t so good was the WiFi / internet connection and as a result of that the quality experience of the tv . Many features weren’t accessible on the smart tv and some channels would glitch really bad . When we brought this to the front desk attendant attention she basically shrugged her shoulders and said “ sometimes it work sometimes it doesn’t “ ?? If I've paid 3 - 4 hundred dollars for a weekend stay i expect the tv to work fine .. but it wasn’t an issue to them and nothing was done . Other than that hiccup everything else was top tier ! One of the best showers I’ve had in a hotel , the breakfast was very yummy & offered a good variety than most hotels , pool was nice & the cleanliness was above average !

The shuttle picked me up after hours because my flight was delayed. Damien, the night front desk person was very kind and attentive. It was quiet and a good, comfortable place to sleep. I was disappointed that the pool was shut down by the health department.

We arrived at Country Inn & Suites after a full day of driving, tired and eager to check in so we could rest. Upon arrival, we were told there was a "little problem" -- their elevator had gone out that day, and our room was on the third floor. Things happen that are out of their control, and we are reasonable people, but we were put off by the way the situation was handled. They were full, so it wasn't possible to move us to the first floor. But they also wouldn't do anything to offset the inconvenience (no discounts, credits, etc). The front desk staff were kind and they told us they were just relaying the stance of hotel management. So rather than schlep luggage for three people up two flights of stairs, we opted to cancel through Hotels.com and get a refund. We're grateful for the agent chat option on the Hotels.com app that helped us resolve our issue and get our refund. This may be a fine hotel and I hope others have good experiences with it, but this experience takes Country Inn & Suites off the table for us going forward.

Looong drive checked in near midnight and alll was well!

The elevator didn’t work. It was very noisy with people yelling until almost midnight.

Hotel was nice, but elevator was broken and the only room available was on the 2nd floor. They didnt offer any compensation, other than offer a free cancelation. We opted not to change hotels as we were tired. But we were tired people who had to haul our luggage up the stairs.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were nice and spacious. The only complaint is how thin the walls are , you can hear everything. Otherwise a good stay for a wknd.

I didn't like that we were told when we checked in the elevator was not working. The pillows in our suite was too soft no support at all.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This hotel was convenient to the airport. We were at the rental car return in 5 minutes.

The hotel could use some improvements with their amenities. The elevator did not work, available parking spaces were limited and the room and bathroom door in our room were not easy to close due to some sort of alignment issue or bathroom countertops being too large.

We arrived around 1 am , immensely exhausted and greatly relieved to be greeted and helped by the gentleman on duty night of June 16th. And then helped again morning of June 17. Elevator was broken both days but at 80 years old we appreciated the help the staff gave us. Highly recommend.

The elevator didn't work. The air-conditioning was loud, there was a large puddle of water in the floor (that soaked up a large bath towel), the bathroom floor was dirty, they charged my credit card 2 charges of $100.00 that I had to call & ask the card company to dispute, I asked for a receipt and they said they couldn't give me one.

Cleanness: the shower had black mold and it was dirty. The night stand had something sticky. I’m he whole room smelled very weird. The jacuzzi water was dirty looked like brownish. The breakfast was ok but luck in variety. If you stay here to go to Savannah you should know you are pretty far about 30 minutes. In the past two month I have stayed at about 7 hotels (big and small) I’d never ever been treated so poorly!!!!

Elevator was out for the majority of our stay. Giant cockroach in the bathroom.

The elevator broke down and that was an issue because we stayed on the third floor and my husband couldn’t climb the stairs due a leg injury. The elevator was fixed but the doors stuck later and we were trapped in it for a short while. The staff was not as helpful as they should have been. The pool and Jacuzzi not well taken care of, it looked different and new online. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The elevator was broken, that was really hard since we were on the 3rd floor. And we didn't want to use the pool/spa because it looked gross and smelled. Needs a lot of work. Probably wont stay there again.
