Not as clean as I expected. The bathroom shower curtains had a sour smell. You could see the mildew on the shower head. There was a ring around the toilet bowl. There were stains on the bedding. On the positive side, breakfast was pretty good.

Everything was clean. It was an easy process and they were very helpful accommodating me.

Our shower wouldn't drain. Spoke to the maid, although she didn't not speak English. We told the clerk at the front desk, and still no results. :(

Property was very clean and close to many restaurants. The staff eas very friendly and accommodating. Close to Rt. 95.

The staff were all amazing! Room was beautiful and clean. My only complaint is really no storage in the room for clothing ( like a dresser) and no canopy for unloading in the pouring rain.

Clean hotel and room. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. Lots of rest and shopping in the area with plenty to do. Easy access to I95 although the traffic can get heavy at times.

The room was clean , quiet, and close to my event. They do have a breakfast but I choice Waffle House which was real close .

The bed was comfortable, there was really hot water for the shower, and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was good with a pretty standard variety of foods. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Got another room downstairs that was way better than the smaller one we had. The stay was fine after. Didn’t use any of the amenities for the short stay.

For years Ive been staying across the street from this hotel, I didnt know how much I was missing!!! Rooms are huge, the lobby is super nice, good breakfast, and everything is updated. I will from now on be staying at this hotel whenever Im in town.

I only stayed here as an inexpensive layover for a couple hours sleep on a long drive, and I would like to not ever come back, so I would not recommend. I think that the hotel knows this room is no good because they warned me the TV was broken and then gave me a discount for half off so that helped also but definitely not a place to go enjoy.

Good breakfast, clean spacious room, wonderful pool in direct sunlight no obstructions which I love! Most wonderful part is the affordable rates.

The staff was pleasant. The room was average. There was a water stain in the ceiling from a repaired water leak but it’s just an observation it didn’t bother me really. I could tell the tub hadn’t been cleaned which I mentioned to the desk to be done. The breakfast was decent enough. The elevator took about 20 seconds to open when I got to my floor which was a bit unnerving and at one point didn’t come when I pressed the call button. Someone informed me that it was having issues. At that point I took the stairs the remainder of my stay to avoid possibly getting stuck on it. The price was good for the stay and it’s a decent 2.5 to 3 star.

Breakfast was nice. Loved how spacious the room was. Seems like a new hotel but has an old style to it, rooms were half way clean. Staff was very nice but the housekeeping wad definitely lacking.

Our room had no towel bars - not a single hook or place to hang a towel. The bathtub leaked onto the bathroom floor. The shower soap dispenser was empty. There was no lamp on desk so it was very dark in room. The front desk staff were very apathetic. This was not a good experience.

We requested a room clean and fresh towels but when we came back it wasn’t done. Explanation was “the manager said No”. Only two cleaning people were working that day. How about the towels please?!

I checked in late, so check in and also check out was easy and fast. Breakfast was good and typical items you would have for breakfast in hotels. But waffles were the best I had in a hotel. Lobby and dinning area was clean and remodeled. Bed was comfortable with crisp linens and fresh clean scent. I gave 4 stars for bathroom was not super clean and outdated. Concierge was not very friendly at check in and was chewing on a toothpick of some sort, during checking in. Looked very unprofessional.

Gym is pretty lackluster. Why do you have ropes tied to your weight machine instead of proper bars? Missing all free weights aside from 35lbs and 50lbs. Good price, meh breakfast. Was fine

I booked in advance expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The bathroom door didn’t even shut properly, which is a basic expectation. The pull-out bed was extremely dirty and unusable, and there were no blankets or covers provided for it. When we went to the front desk to ask for sheets and blankets, the staff acted like it was a huge inconvenience. We were even told at first that there weren’t any available, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of customer service made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

The room was clean. The sink area has a nightlight so if you like complete darkness that might be an issue for you. The breakfast was good - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, etc. The only negative was the elevator was a little malfunctioned... it took a VERY long time to open back up when you got inside. Every guest I passed all said the same thing; we ending up taking the stairs because thats a little scary. But all in all a very decent stay.

Just a last minute stay for an early flight. It was OK, no frills. The room was clean but needed a little work. Cracked bathroom door, toilet had a little hard water dark ring, and a large stain on the carpet. You could tell they tried to make the room as nice as possible. Not a speck of dust anywhere. The staff was great. Personable and professional.

Never got to stay here. After 2 confirmation emails we showed up late that evening and were told we didn’t have a room. Had to find a room somewhere else. Hotel staff was no help. Just walked away with no explanation. We then got charged for the room the next day, the room we never had.

Our room was great except there is no fan in the bathroom and the tv had a line down it. The pool was not open and the breakfast was awful. Very minimal and did not taste good. The property was clean for the most part. Felt very safe in the area.

Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. We booked a suite with a pull-out couch but the staff didn’t have any extra bedding ready for us. We requested bedding but they didn’t give us any pillows or a blanket; they said they didn’t have any to spare. Defeats the purpose of booking a room with an extra bed if it can’t be properly used. Shower tub was old and dirty. Very thin walls; we were kept up late at night and awoken early in the morning from different neighboring rooms talking and fighting.

If you forget your shampoo or soap don’t expect there to be any in the room and they will not replace any of their empty bottles. I left a note on the empty shampoo bottle in the shower for 2 straight days and they were too sorry and lazy to replace it, they seen the note because they took the used washcloth that was next to the empty shampoo bottle.

Front end Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was nice and modern, however housekeeping could have done better. It needed to be cleaned thoroughly...lots of hair on and inside of bedding, room needed vacuuming, dressers weren't wiped down. The continental breakfast was decent and just enough to prepare us for the day. The breakfast attendant kept everything stocked, very attentive! This location is also a plus...so close to the interstate, but still very quiet. There is a country club directly behind them and the area is very safe! Also two minutes away from Pooler outlets and restaurants...can't beat that!

Room was clean, the shower however was not. Looked as it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Staff at check in at stepped away had to wait for over 10 mins. Breakfast area was a disaster the next morning and not kept restocked.

Get there 1045 and the woman at the desk said my reservation was just cancelled because my card was declined. Then said the "owner" cancelled it because it was over booked. I checked my card and my res was paid hours before. She then reinstated my reservation (which actually never got cancelled) Room was clean and spacious however it was noisy by the room. (121) I think it was near the cleaners closet. There are many hotels on the same road but availability was getting low for last minute by the airport and we were passing through. Hot breakfast was decent

The Staff was amazing!! The location is great. The hotel was overpriced and the room was not operational. The smell was moldy and not fresh. No walk-in showers.

Clean, quiet, reasonably priced. The sheets and towels were not perfumed. No towel racks. The coffee in the kitchen dispenser was terrible.

Housekeeping was rude due to a potential lack of communication. Due to inclement weather, we attempted to stay an additional day. Housekeeping barged in on 2 different occasions within 15 minutes so we left prematurely. Special kudos to front desk who did accomodate my requests at check in and check out.

After showing the service dog ID tag, I was questioned what my problem was. I don’t think this was allowed or appropriate. I will never come back to this hotel. I travel five to six times a year using Brunswick or Savannah as my stop. I have never been questioned before.

The property was nice and a nice area but the rooms were a little run down and smelled sour. The pictures showed nice floors and no carpet when we got into our room we immediately turned around and asked for a new one due to the overpowering smell of sourness.They were accommodating and gave us a different room.

The continental breakfast was inedible and the cleaning staff entered my room even though I had the do not disturb placard on the door handle. I wasn’t in the room at the time but they walked in w/o knocking on my family in another room with the do not disturb sign on their door. The toilet was about a foot off the floor and the tank was loose to the point it would leak if you touched it.

Loved the breakfast daily, a small gym and good size pool. The rooms were clean, the noise level was moderate and the staff was friendly while providing prompt service. The hotel is located right off the freeway and close to plenty of restaurants, the outlets, gas stations and stores.

I had death in my family and I didn't cancel the reservation by 4pm on that Friday and I understood the charge for the 1st night but I was charged for the 2nd night and I wasn't even at the property due to unfortunate death in my family. I would like a refund ASAP for the 2nd night or you will be hearing from my attorney.

A great stay! The room and beds were spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast host was really nice and helpful. The iced lemon water was so needful for the hot weather.

I selected the hotel for access to the pool. However the pool was out of service. The hotel was also under renovation which was not disclosed at time of booking. Lastly had to get my room changed at check in because it hadn’t been cleaned properly!

Booked this location as our halfway overnight stop to FL. Lobby area was miserably hot like they didn't have the air conditioning on. The room was also very warm and humid which explains the cockroach that I killed on the bed within the 1st 5 mins of being in the room. Did not find anymore signs of bugs in the room so we just let it go.When I went to shower I found a used wash rag still hanging on the shower curtain. Bed was comfortable and morning staff working the breakfast area was sweet and friendly.

Inside the property is very hot, but the rooms are very cold. There were people smoking in their rooms and which wasn’t very pleasant because I had two kids with me. But you couldn’t really smell it from our room just when you got outside in the hallway other than that it wasn’t that bad. My room had leftover crumbs on the floor and it was very sticky and some places like someone’ coffee was on the floor or something.

Walked into a bathroom to find pubic hair on floor and in the bathtub 1 tiny little bottle of shampoo for 4 guest. The room took forever to get cold it smelled terrible and sheets also had hair on them. I got down to eat breakfast with my girls at 9:45 and they were done. NEVER AGAIN will I be staying with them or give them my $

Employee at desk when i was checking in had no personality. Didnt speak just asked for my Id.The halls and elevator was extremely hot, no air. Ice machine didn't work on the 2nd floor I was on or the third foor, so we had to go to the first floor. Tub had hair in it and one of the sheets on the bed had makeup on it I'm guessing and a stain. It was disappointing to say the least. The breakfast was the same for all three days, so hot you had to eat it in the room. Pool wasn't opened, tape all around it. I have never experienced anything like that before staying nowhere.No i will not stay there agai

On pouvait voir que le mobilier n'était pas vieux, mais très abîmé. La chambre était très sale ( ongles au plancher, bout de seringue au sol, couette souillée avec du sang séché, tâches de sauce au mur etc...) probablement une des chambres les plus sales dans laquelle j'ai séjourné.

The hotel staff needs customer service training too, as we requested bedding for the pull out sofa and it was taking awhile for the desk clerk to bring it to our room, so my husband thought it would be helpful to go down and retrieve it (realizing it might be difficult for the desk clerk to leave the desk), and was scolded for doing so. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

For what we paid a night my expectations were not high. The suite did look exactly as the pictured showed. The room could have been cleaned a lot better than what it was. The tub paint was chipping off. The floor felt sticky with shoes on. The icing on the cake was waking up to bed bug bites all over out bodies. Highly disappointed.

This location is nice! Also the hotel room was nice, bed was comfy. Only problem was the staff was very rude, then breakfast came and it sucked and the staff wasn’t able to be found. We love this chain of hotels and sadly this one fell short due to staffing.

Love everything about the room

The stay was good except the pool was out of order and being it is hot in summer time that should have not been so, and I was very disappointing that they also did not offer any outside seating so you can at least sit out by the pool or just outside. To enjoy the scenery and the weather so that was disappointing everything else was pretty good

I was not happy about my stay for the simple reason the property was under a fire warning by the local fire department due to inadequate sprinkler system and extinguishers, did not know this until we had alreafy checked in and a small notice was posted to the left of the doors, my husband stayed awake most of the night just in case. This horel should not be listed on your site until this is fixed. The hotel room itself was wonderful, pool was closed, and they are in process of remodeling

The room was big and nice. The AC worked great! Everyone was nice. Breakfast being included made it easy for us to eat and get ready for the day. The bad. We booked looking for a pool. The pool was out of order the whole time. The bathtub didn’t have a stopper so we used a washcloth for my daughter’s baths. The door handle on the side door broke off and the door was locked for the last 2 days.

The property was being worked on & we could see lots of areas that were dirty, with holes in the walls. The room was nice but we could see the hall from around the door like it wasn't closed properly.

I put the do not disturb sign up both days I stayed here and they ignored it both days. They actually physically took it the second day and never returned it. I tried to send them a message about it since no one was at the front desk for hours and they never responded. Pretty sad because it’s a really nice hotel but they violated my privacy

Pool was closed (cautioned taped off) Wifi would not connect to the Internet. Spoke to front desk about the issue. Never got fixed. Mattress was very firm, did not get a good sleep at all. Will never go back to this comfort inn.

I checked out a day early and they refused to give me my money back because of the lack of sleep from them not handling the situation upstairs. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. Do not stay here.

This was a good place to stay for a single night while we traveled. The room was really big! Free breakfast was decent, good options to choose. If you're not expecting high quality then this place will do just fine. Iwould definitely stay here again.

The accomodations and area around hotel are great. There are some renovations at this time. Pool closed ice machine available on 1st floor only. The issue was person at check in. Not friendly at all. Did adequate job. When we entered front desk she was busy with printer. No problem but absolutely no recognition on her part that we were standing at front desk. Was not friendly at all. Any business, the front desk could simply say I will be right with you. No, she just kept continuing with absolutely no recognition that we were there.

We were looking forward to the pool but it out of order and the breakfast left much to be desired. It did look like it had been renovated in some areas but still a solidly budget hotel.

Property was ok, though the pool area was closed. Room was decent, though the TV was busted, and no working ice machines on any floor. Biggest issue was there was a police standoff for over 7 hours on our last night, and as we checked out in the morning the cops arrested someone else in the lobby. Will not be back.

It was a great stay! The bathroom definitely could have been cleaner but everything else was great!

There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk and never once saw housekeeping staff. The entire property was a mess. Wallpaper was coming off the walls, holes in the walls, etc. We were on a non smoking floor and the entire floor and elevator reeked of weed. In our room, the bathroom light flickered nonstop and the bath towels were thin, pilled, and tiny. Our bedspred was coming apart at the seams and the filling was spilling out. Our whole experience was terrible. We would have left but the reservation was non refundable. We will never stay in a Comfort Inn again.

I gave the worst rating for amenities and mid rating for condition of the property. Exterior looked good. Inside was clean but things like peeling wallpaper in the foyer area and loose base showed poor maintenance. Upon arrival we found the lobby women’s room out of service as well as the pool area out of service for our two days stay. The gym is not at alll as picutured. Some construction equipment and scaffolding was stored in there, the double cable machine had no handles or attachments making it practically useless, no dumbbells under 35# (maybe the others were carried away?) and the treadmill was barely functional and not running smooth. Normally I don’t worry about amenities but my husband was staying at the hotel while I went to an event and the plan was for him to enjoy those during the day. Price was good and the room was good. Staff did their best with a great attitude. So 3 stars.

Our recent stay was disappointing. The elevator reeked of Marijuana, and when we reported it to the front desk, the response was, "it wasnt me" with no further action taken. The smell appeared after the cleaning staff exited the elevator. Additionally, the housekeeping team played music so loudly while cleaning that we could hear it clearly from inside our room with the door closed. This experience was very unprofessional

Had issues at check in to begin with. Desk clerk was very rude and inattentive. We did a week stay and we requested service after the third day. We took the sheets off of the bed and placed them and the dirty towels by the door for exchange. We came back and housekeeping had picked up the dirty sheet out of the floor and draped it halfway over the bed. We were also not informed that the pool was out of order. Also seen a few roaches. Was absolutely the worst experience with a property that I have had in a long time

This is a nice property and although the room was very clean, it needed to be vacuumed. The hall also needed to be vacuumed. It’s been recently renovated and could be an outstanding hotel. My marks are based on 3 thjngs. The vacuuming, the “Fire Watch” sign at the door when we arrived explaining the property did not have a proper sprinkler system, and the 2 person staff who checked us in who clearly have not been trained to greet customers and communicate in any fashion.

I did not like that the floors stayed nasty the whole time, especially the 2nd floor elevator area. The guy that was on housekeeping duty Saturday told me to putmy dirty towels outside the door up until this morning when I got them and put them back into the room. The front desk staff was friendly, but the housekeeping staff sucks.

Seemed to be mid-renovation. Only once ice machine in the whole building, so half the time it was out of ice. Holes in wall/electrical locations, so you could see wires sticking out of a lot, including elevator. Wifi doesn't work. Lots of old junk sitting around in various corners.

The pool was broken so we couldn’t sit outside. The AC was broken in lobby and hallways. The staff was not friendly at all. We never got our room cleaned after we ask. Which we shouldn’t have to ask we was there for 4 days. It was a very bad experience. The price is way too much for the room and service.. no gym no business center . The ad was very misleading. Never again.

Convenient to the airport

There are visible and olfactive signs of either water or fire damage, that radiate throughout the hotel. To the room, I always check the beds and bathrooms before relaxing. I had to request for someone to come clean around the toilet as there was a visible sign of urine. I called downstairs and the issue was rectified, although I should NOT have to call for something like this. This hotel could also catch with the times and install TVs with Wi-Fi capability to allow for guests to log into their streaming accounts. Now, the suites are very spacious. There are no complaints there. If you enjoy a firm bed, this is the hotel for you. Breakfast was good, I'm not a big breakfast eater but it works and didn't leave me with a feeling to rush to the Waffle House, it served its' purpose. Once they finish the renovations, open the pool and maybe add cleanliness quality check all should be well.

My room was dirty, food left in ice bucket above the microwave. A used pack of eye lashes left in the bathroom under the cabinet, no wash clothes in the bathroom. The staff unprofessional

Property was nearby various eateries, Walmart, Sam’s Club and even a major outlet for shopping. Felt like I was in the middle of the action
