The location was perfect for walking and exploring. The check in was easy and included a complimentary cocktail. The rooftop pool was fun and they do smores by the pool area fire pit every night. Rooms were nice. Staff was kind. Had dessert at the bar one night - excellent food and service. 10/10 would stay here again!

Excellent location, gorgeous room, with very comfortable bed. Shower lacked much in the way of power. We were aware it welcomed dogs, but as non dog owners, be aware that does mean lots of dogs in the lobby!

The hotel was clean and the ascetics was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping freshened it up daily. the tv was in and out constantly that was the only bad thing I could say about the entire stay. the location is perfect, I didn't have to take my car out, as I could walk anywhere within 10 minutes. Can't express again how pleasant and accommodating the staff was from check in to check out. I was unaware of the $33 a day fee (don't remember that being mentioned at check in), Definitely would stay there again.

This hotel was okay. The location is questionable with many locals and/or homeless lingering day and night in the square right across street. The bar and restaurant were nothing to write home about at all. Service was good l, both front desk and valet staff. Valet $50 per day! That’s robbery in my opinion. So make sure to add another $200+ to your stay if you have a car. I would not stay in this City Market area again, at night it’s just too iffy for me. I saw so many 10/10 reviews and decided to stay here but not sure why 10/10 I would say 7/10 not a bad place just didn’t like location though it is very walkable to everything.

The location was terrific. Close to just about everything you want to walk to in historic Savannah. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The negatives- Our balcony doors would not lock or even seal up without tying bathrobe belts to the handles and to a table to keep tight seal on door that would keep out the road noise. The sofa was stained and dirty. The bathroom smelled really bad and had pee stains around base of toilet. The best part was the noise machine! Amazing amenity!

Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were very friendly and the location was excellent - close to everything we wanted to do. The bed was also quite comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The main downside was the bathroom cleanliness, as there was hair in the shower when we arrived, and the shower pressure was lighter than I personally prefer. Aside from those issues, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very nice.

Very attentive staff. We arrived before our check-in time. They securely held our luggage while explored. The room was very comfortable and nicely organized.

The property was very pretty and in an accessible location to other landmarks and things to do. However, the lighting throughout the room was very dim and dark. We wished there were more lamps to see while we got ready. Also, the shower didn't have a door on it, which made showering a bit awkward. Some people like that doorless feature, but we didn't. The staff were very accomodating and pleasant, no complaints there. The food was great at 22 Square, the restaurant on the first floor. For dinner, try the crabcakes, they were awesome! Also, the breakfast menu was great as well. Also felt very safe as you had to use your room key to use the elevator to go up to your room. Would consider staying there again, but may also try the Hyatt Regency just down the road, since it might have a few more amenities we like.

We loved everything about the hotel. However, it may be helpful to know that major construction is going on next door. If you plan to be in your room during the day, you might want to request a room on the opposite side. Then, our last night, which was a Thursday, there were loud noises at 11pm. The hotel staff was power washing kitchen equipment on the street outside. They said it would continue for another hour & a half. I was kind to the manager but it seems crazy to me that they would make so much noise until 1:00am, disturbing your own patrons who are expecting good sleep & relaxation on vacation. As I said earlier, we loved the hotel, amenities, & staff but it was frustrating that the hotel chose to clean in a way that disrupted their own guests. Nothing was offered as a way of compensation or apology.

Incredibly friendly and competent staff. The room was quiet and comfortable. The shower unfortunately didn’t have hot water, but they refunded one of the fees to make up for it.

The staff was really outstanding. From our first point of contact at check-in we felt taken care of and we had a great experience even on a busy weekend they took the time to make us feel appreciated. Job Well Done!

The hotel is overpriced when we arrived the room we originally reserved was not in operation what we were told I was told they would not charge us for valet parking but that didn’t happen. There is no ambience the bar area cold and drab looking the restaurant was the same way. When you walk in to the lobby there is no check in desk as there is in every hotel I ever stayed in only a table with two laptops setting there. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. It cost us 387.00 dollars the room we were given instead of our reserved room had two beds in it facing another building this was a terrible terrible hotel.

The beds are very comfortable and we appreciated the little "freebies" in the snack area. The location cannot be beat, you're right across from Ellis Sq in a perfect location to the river, City Market, and in walking distance to so many great shops, squares, restaurants, etc. Staff was generally friendly and hospitable, minus one individual at the front desk and the lobby lounge chairs were comfy and a great place to plan out your sightseeing day. One of the receptionists was condescending and downright rude when referring us to "the multitude of resources on the internet" when we asked her, as first time visitors to Savannah, how the St. Patrick's Day festivities would affect getting a taxi / uber on checkout day - minus points on customer service for this. The pool area is entirely in the shade so I feel like that could have been communicated on the property website to properly set expectations for folks who do book properties based on the pool (we didn't, but just an FYI to those who do). And the room bathrooms are a little outdated, definitely could use some refurbishment in the shower area.

The staff and the hotel were great. We were there on a Sunday night and our windows was directly across the park from the bar playing music until 11.

Great customer service! Did not have a good experience with parking garage. The max height for a vehicle was listed at 7 feet. My truck was 6’4”. I parked in an oversized parking spot and got a ticket because it was lower than 7 feet tall.

The Andaz is in a great location which makes it easy to walk everywhere in the historic district and the riverwalk. Nice little bar and bistro in the lobby. The staff were friendly and the valets (Rebecca, Thomas and Irvin) were very helpful!

When we got there we were dismayed and disappointed because their best suite which we had paid for through hotels.com was out of comission. The staff rebounded admirably. A manager was called to escort us to see our other 2 choices. We were joined by an associate from maintenence. We chose suite 603 a nice suite on the top floor but without the kitchenette of our original choice. The excellent maintenance man brought us a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle. Basically creating a little kichenette for us. The management comped us for valet parking for the stay and waived the resort fee. All in all we were very pleased with the stay. We would like to commend the following staff: Bree on front desk, Sean in management, Vann in maintenance, and all 4 valets. Everyone was nice,welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Bravo

The location was excellent! It was so central to everything. The room was clean and comfortable and the sound machine was a nice touch. We enjoyed spending time in the lobby having drinks and listening to music. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was upgraded to a room facing Ellis Square. The upgrade was appreciated but it did become a bit noisy at night since we were there on the weekend. However, the room had a sound machine which helped drown the noise. Overall, this would not stop me from staying there again and next time, I would choose a room away from the square.

The hotel was good...location was perfect made walking to many restaurants and attractions easy. Staff was great. The fitness room is on the cluttered side but has good equipment to meet most workout needs. The pool area is very nice...large with a fire pit and plenty of chairs The hotel elevators made a loud popping noise consistently. My room was right across from them and I heard this noise throughout the night. When you stay ensure your room is no where near the elevators.

This hotel was wonderful! Just keep in mind it’s in the center of a busy square with at least one night club so it can be loud if you’re a light sleeper. They do provide a noise machine and overall the stay was great

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the soaking tub, as I’ve been training for a marathon and needed it to help ease my muscles. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it, which made my experience quite frustrating. The staff handled the situation kindly, but I expected better maintenance and at least offered a different room.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic and prompt in their service. We appreciated the free snacks and beverages in the room and how they were restocked every day. The hotel is in a great location - so many stores and restaurants almost right outside the door. We didn't rent a car for the trip and never needed one.

I know hotels now have a policy of not doing this every day but you should let customers know as each hotel chain seem to have different policy for the number of days without making up the room. We valet parked - which was quite expensive. But the valet service was good and even when we needed the car at 5am to leave - there was no issue. Worth doing especially with the local parking garage having unreliable hours. Good location for walking around and exploiring Savannah - with excellent eating options nearby. The pool and the Smores toasting were appreciated. Although you do kind of pay for these anyway with the resort fee.

This hotel was close to any & everything. I really love the proximity to the river. The staff was extremely nice. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit.

Check-in was a little disorganized.

Excellent property and great service

The pool was perfect to lounge at on the really hot days we were there. Convenient location of the property. The fried chicken sandwich in the restaurant was fantastic.

Property was in the perfect spot, restaurant and bars any direction. 3 min walk to Riverstreet

I can't say enough good about this place, you just have to trust me when I say that you need to stay here!

We loved this hotel! From the check in gift to Housekeeping and concierge, everything was amazing. Pool was great and relaxing. Evening s’mores was a fun treat.

Nice property. Central to both the historic and river areas of the city. A bit of homelessness in Ellis Square directly across from the entrance that was a bit concerning at first when we arrived in the evening and walked to dinner. But, overall, folks were not disruptive or threatening in any way. Staff at hotel were very nice, clean property overall, and very good valets handling our parking. Beds just ok and room was nice. Water pressure was not very good and max hot water temperature was a bit low. Bar and lobby area was comfortable and spacious. Would certainly stay here again.

I’ll be spending a lot of time in Savannah work work and this hotel checks all the boxes. The staff is fabulous and the amenities and proximity to all that Savannah offers are perfect. The loft has a kitchenette with Smeg fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a balcony to the Square. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff is incredibly efficient and friendly beginning with Doc in valet parking, Kaitlyn, Isiah and Alexa at the desk, Ana & Casey at the bar & kitchen plus a host of others I'm ashamed to admit I can't remember their names. We come here every year; I finally had the chance to come for a week for business. My fellow staff members booked at other hotels and immediately regretted it when they visited the property. They said they won't make the same mistake again. Everything you need is within walking distance and the historical district is one of the finest in the country.

This was our second time staying at the Andaz. It is the perfect location in Savanah and the staff are wonderful. Nice rooms and nice bar. We never tried the restaurants.

Staff was amazing and room was comfortable, clean and had great amenities like the bag of chips which was a life-saver! Also, great location - right in the center of everything so you can walk to a number of the shopping and restaurants. Overall wonderful stay!

Really enjoyed the bar and bartender KC. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only complain is that parking in property is pretty expensive

Liked room and was clean and nice. Just didn’t have a top sheet or added blankets for bedding. Also had a flashing light on a smoke detector which made it harder to sleep.

Public parking is attached to the hotel building. Room was nice and hotel is conveniently located

Very convenient location! Free DOT bus stop to Forsythe, is a block away. We parked our rental car in the Whitaker St. parking garage. For Mon-Wed it was $50. Pool is very nice. Food in the little cafe was good. We didn't use the bicycles, but they do have some that you can use. We would definitely stay here again

We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay at Andaz again. The room was beautiful, the amenities were perfect, and we loved the 22 Square bar. KC was the best!

AC fan in locked closet in room very noisy, vibrating had to turn off. Heard elevators noise all night. Don't rent room 632. Poor coffee service in room. Very clean and safe property.

Centered in the heart of marketplace but quiet! Hotel is clean, updated and the rooms are comfortable.

This properly was very conveniently located in the center of everything, you couldn't imagine to do in the city. I enjoyed the only thi would recommend is getting a cooler. Or refrigerator in the room besides, the one that they have stocked in the room.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was great for walking around the city. We loved the little extras such as the drink samples and the s'mores kits.

We first stayed here about 10 years ago and were very happy. Savannah was a stopover on way to and from Gatlinburg, so we booked the Andaz without hesitation. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed.

This hotel was amazing! Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. The smores were a great. Close to everything.

Overall our stay was good. I did expect higher standards of cleanliness from this property since it's affiliated with Hyatt. But besides our dirty bathroom, the room was pretty clean & the staff was lovely.

I was surprised of the condition of the hotel. Andaz is a higher end brand of Hyatt. The room was nice enough but the elevators were not in good condition. The tiles were cracked and broken.

The staff was so over the top friendly and helpful. They gave us restaurant recommendations as well as checked us in to our hotel room early. The location is convenient to the shops and tourist attractions, as well as the river. I would definitely stay again!
