The hotel is very nice. It’s located conveniently to to trolley station. Would stay there again.

We had to call to have our rooms recleaned. The pool was murky and was never cleaned. The staff was friendly, but the valet kept losing people’s keys and had difficulty finding cars. Traveling here with kids was really difficult. With the exception of the staff, the stay was not worth the money.

My brother, daughter and myself stayed for 2 nights. It was fabulous!! Our reservation didn’t go through properly on a 3rd party site we reserved a handicapped accessible room but all they had was a single bed available. The management and reception desk stepped in and made it right. They gave us two rooms comping the 2nd room. Instead of turning us away like another hotel did they went above and beyond. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. The staff were amazing! We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The outside of the hotel could have used a clean up.
- 5/5
Really neat hotel with loft style rooms. We loved it!
- 4/5
We was given the wrong room at first. The new manager at the front desk quickly got the issue resolved with no problem. The hotel was near a lot of things in which we walked a lot of the time. Having valet service was also a plus. I definitely would recommend staying there.
- 1/5
On the first night they halfway cleaned my room - they took all the bedding off but didn’t replace it, took all the towels but didn’t replace them, took all my own personal drinks out of the fridge, etc It was like they thought we left and when I called the front desk all they said was they would let the person over housekeeping know and they would send someone up with sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc but that the person doesn’t know how to make the bed so I would have to do that. There was no compensation.

The only parking option is valet which is $48 a night. One night it took the valet person 35 minutes to get my car. The valet texting app didn’t work my entire stay. The breakfast is only like sandwiches or danishes and yogurt and runs around $ 6. Everything was charged separately.

The property is in a great location, has a fun outdoor area for relaxing, the room was ok - would prefer some additional shelving for bags. I also would prefer an actual door for the shower room instead of a curtain.
- 5/5
There was a slight mix up with our room prior to arriving, but the front desk staff went above and beyond to fix the error, and remembered our name throughout our stay — giving us 5-star treatment. It was our first stay at an Aloft property. The room was nice, clean and … much like a loft without walls to the ceiling. The decor was modern and attractive. This particular location was very convenient to the amenities in Savannah we were there for. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend it. Great value for the price. Will be back.
- 3/5
The room had a cool view, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very nice, and quick. The staff were excellent from valet parking to checking in/out! We could walk from the hotel to all the places we wanted to go and I felt safe doing so. I'd definitely stay there again!
- 2/5
The location was nice with proximity to the riverwalk & other things. The hotel was clean and the workers were servicable. The room layout was very weird. The bathroom was not separated from the rest of the room, and the shower was in the open right next to the front door. The front door had a big bold label suggesting we always use the deadbolt lock when inside, which begs the question, why?? Have there been security issues in the past? Especially when a woman has to shower in the open with no door for privacy, I do not want concerns about whether the room is safe from intruders.
- 3/5
Great location. Staff were friendly. We stayed 2 nights, but our room was never clean, bed not made, coffee not replenished, washcloths not replenished. We parked our care with the valet service, and our car was rummaged through.
- 4/5
This hotel is nice, but the best thing about it is the location. You can easily walk to restaurants, shopping, and the cool historic sights. There are some esthetic things that could be better, but they weren't deal breakers. For example, we had to slam our door to get it to shut every time we exited, and the shower gel was empty in our bathroom. They brought us a new bottle, but it was impossible to get the empty one out of the holder. They were also actively painting the hallway when we were there. So, small things, but no deal breakers. I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
We had a wonderful time it was our first time staying at Aloft. We will definitely be back. The staff was completely professional and were wonderful with everything we asked or if we needed directions. The bartender was out of this world, enjoyed our conversation with her and her drinks were great.
- 5/5
We had a great stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was excellent—within walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars, and only about a 10-minute walk to River Street. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah!

Took over an hour to check in. It was well after check in time when they finally found us a room that should’ve already been ready. Hair on towels. No contact from manager for a discount when we were told the would contact us. Line wrapped around the lobby to check in. No sense of urgency to help guests. Would not recommend.

Everyone was nice! Clean building, no complaints! I will be back!

Great staff not sure why you would have valet though. It's was not expected and it is also way to much money for a nite! Need to address that will not return there because of that!

My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 3pm on 15 May 2026. We were told that the hotel cleaning staff were backed up and our king room was not ready and someone would call us when it became available. We went out to eat and returned to the hotel at 6pm to see if the room was ready. It was not. I explained that we were in town for a concert and needed to leave, so we would not be back until after the concert. The desk clerk said that it would not be a problem, that our room would surely be available when we returned and the room keys would be right there at the desk. She also apologized several times. When we returned after the concert, it was after midnight and the staff were not the same people that were there before. I tried to explain the situation to the person behind the desk. She had no idea what I was talking about and seemed to be annoyed that we were trying to check-in so late. She proceeded to wake up a staff member for help and they were able to get us checked in. No apologies for the inconvenience, just attitude. Like we were being an inconvenience to them. I won't be staying there again. Not worth the 300 dollars per night.

Entrance to the hotel was difficult to figure out. You enter through the parking garage and there wasn’t any signage, etc to direct you there if you didn’t park in the garage. Biggest complaint was that the front desk staff was unfriendly bordering on rude.

Kelly, desha, cammy, David, Louis The cleaning staff should wash the bathroom properly not just wipe it with wet wipes, especially if I have stayed 6 nights.

The hotel was okay to say the least. Staff was friendly, and the pool was warm. Our room was unfortunately on the opposite side of the elevator shaft so we heard the knocking of the elevator throughout the stay. Morning breakfast options were cold and limited. Also, there is an additional $75 per night charge at check in. While familiar with incidental charges, $75/night is excessive.
- 1.5/5
The location is good but that is about the only thing! The staff is unorganized. We had trouble checking in. We had pre paid for stay & paid for breakfast which we had to explain twice on the day we went to eat. They charged us for valet parking which we didn’t use and tried to double charge us for our room. I had to call three times to dispute charges and they would not call back even though they said they would. Not worth the hassle to stay here!! Make sure you monitor your credit card for extra charges you didn’t make!!!

The hotel was very modern, equipped with all of the basic necessities you would need, the night view was nice. Fortunately, We were able to find a parking spot on the one night stay, however, parking in general in Savannah is a nightmare. This hotel offers Valet parking, be sure to be aware to add parking expenses to your budget. Unless of course you’re lucky like we were to find a public parking spot on the road.

The decor was nice. Front staff was nice. They had an indoor pool that was nice. The room was horrible. There was a hole in the floor that was covered up by a rug that they glued down. I tripped over it. The bed had blood stains in it. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall the TV we were finally able to get it to turn on then we could not turn it off or switch channels. It was stuck on the entire time we were able to turn the volume down to zero, but we were stuck with that light on. It rained the weekend we were there and it was dripping out of the ceiling all over the floor. It was sold out so we were stuck with the room that we had.

The staff was super attentive, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone I interacted with was super kind and helpful. I had a car I was parking with them and the valet service was exceptional and super easy to use. A simple text and my car was ready in a few minutes to use. The room was clean and maintained well while I was staying with them. They offered in-room coffee and also coffee/drinks and snacks in the lobby. I felt safe and cared for. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly and all the common areas were cleaned. Is near the university and riverside.

Onsite parking advertised but it came with a fee. Almost every door was out of service, the only door in and out was closest to the bus station.
- 3/5
The staff were great. The room was nice. The only downfall is it right next to the bus station. So not the best crowd hangs at the bus station.
- 5/5
Did not have a pet and you could do better on breakfast
- 4/5
Lovely bed, great shower. Comfortable in evert way. Breakfast additional, IF YOU WANT breakfast. Can order hot breakfast sandwiches for very reasonable fee. Only thing keeping the property from five stars is the EXORBITANT parking fee - 48.00 per day , plus gratuity as it is not self park. Interestingly it is a shared lot with Fairfield Inn whose posted rate for valet is 28.00 or 30 cheaper than Aloft. Poor form that left a bsd taste. Charges for the two should not be so dramatic. Same garage, same valets.
- 4/5

Lovely hotel in downtown Savannah. Their wheelchair accessible King room was easy to maneuver in my manual wheelchair, no thresholds, adequate space in the bathroom and entry area. Staff was very nice, very helpful. Location was so walkable to North Historic district, and all at an affordable price!
- 3.5/5
Location was in easy walking distance from the historic center of Savannah. Hotel was clean. Room layout was unconventional, which allowed for spacious bath area (I liked the layout but others might not). Friendly staff. Secure parking (but expensive). Parking was expensive (valet only). The price for the hotel room was reasonable, but add the cost of parking and it gets expensive. Modernist decor may not suit some guests, concrete floors in lobby area gave me pause, but then it grew on me.

- 3/5
Overall, the facility was clean. The room was nice. I found it odd that there was no closet in the room and there were no hangers to hang anything.
- 4/5

- 5/5

- 3/5
Bar was good.
- 4/5
The staff was excellent, courteous and friendly. We use this brand often traveling around the country; it is consistently good quality. The only two issues with this hotel are parking @ $48/day and location. While it is in a good neighborhood, it borders on one that is in decline. I would not walk alone at night alone.
- 2/5
Room and common areas such as the outdoor patio, walkways and elevators were extremely dirty. Reminiscent of a college dorm. Upon trying to leave to head back home, the onsite valet could not locate the keys to our rental vehicle. After 45 stressful minutes and without the valet manager coming to speak to us, one of the associates realized that our keys had been labeled incorrectly.
- 4/5
This hotel is in a great location for walking to the river and close to many, many restaurants. The valet parking is great as they use a garage that is attached to the building so it's not somewhere offsite. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good location for seeing Savannah. Could use a little upkeep but overall was fine.

This was my second trip to this property. The first time we must have had a newly renovated room however for this trip it was awful. Bathroom needs repairs, faucet at sink wobbly. The shower had two shampoos, 1 conditioner and one fell off the wall. Needs repairs done in it. The floors have so many spots in it that if you didn't wear shoes they would cut your feet. Then upon leaving the gate lift to get my jeep from valet was not working. Didn't have this issue when I drove it there a few months back. The lift gate ended up hitting the front of my jeep and the worker had to pick it up. They were very rude. I doubt I will stay at this property again.
- 3/5
The property was affordable for our weekend trip. The staff was great and check in was easy. The area leaves a lot to be desired as it is next to a gas station that can have some questionable individuals hanging around after dark. Be vigilant when walking back to the hotel after dark. The room was clean and as described, however we noticed a sour smell on the 4th floor hallways that we could not quite place. Our room also faced Oglethorpe and with the thin walls and windows, you'll hear everything going on around you and every car passing by outside. It is a good central location though if wanting to visit both the north and south historic districts and the price was right for just before St. Patty's Day weekend, just be prepared for LOTS OF PEOPLE as it is a popular place this time of year.

Before I hit all the negatives, let me say that the the person in the evening at the desk on Friday was phenomenal, as is the older gentleman with the valet. We arrived. Everything was fine with the room. Go to take a shower in the morning and there's no shampoo and the floors in the bathroom are buckling. Told a woman at the desk that morning. She said we'll take care of it. Stupidly I didn't check the next morning or evening before shower and it was still out so we told her the next morning. So we go in the room the second time and there is shampoo. They changed everything out. However, somebody with boots or something walked all over our towels so I had to go back downstairs and get towels

I am in room 407. The bathroom door next to the toilet has dried crusty spots that look like either dried urine or throw up. I tried calling the front desk but got no answer several times so I had to go down each time there was an issue. The floors are also water damaged and literally are peeling off the floor. The Wi-Fi does not work in our room. This has been a very disappointing experience and would like a refund.

Perfect but it was soooo cold outdoors. We took advantage of the public parking deck across the main street. Itwas suggested from the hotel employees and it was much cheaper.

Room was in good condition. Internet did not work for the people staying there. Parking is $48 a night. We decided to park down the street for $12.

The room was great and the staff very helpful. The WiFi didn’t work great and we had a little trouble with the tv. Consider offering a complimentary breakfast and a less expensive parking option. Checking in was a little precarious since we didn’t valet and many of the doors weren’t open.

The stay was not very pleasant. The hallway on the second floor had a strong mildew odor that carried into the room. The amenities were not up to par and several were either out of order or not as described on the website. Additionally, the hotel restaurant’s kitchen was closed despite posted hours indicating it would be open until 10:00 p.m. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The food was ok. Bartender Ann was great. Took forever to find a way into the hotel. Then it took forever to check in. One person at check in desk and there were like 5 people waiting to get checked in. Each person took forever. Rooms were not ready etc. and it was around 4.

The parking fee was high over $45 a night, there was an additional fee charged for occupancy of $18, the breakfast was not free and was expensive, the rooms and common areas were not clean. The bed was ridiculously hard and I had to request a new comforter due to mine being dirty. The staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful though.

The room was beautiful. The staff was a little cold. I paid online but was charged again upon check in when I was only supposed to pay for a deposit of $75. Didn’t realize because the hostess barely spoke. I paid online for breakfast for two and when I went to get it, I had to fill out a slip for the kitchen and the hostess said they would bring it to the room. I waited 40 minutes assuming it was just really busy. When I went to check on it I was informed breakfast was over and that I was supposed to come pick it up when it was ready. They have you put the room number on the slip, I was not called or notified, or even told to come back at a certain time for it. And at this time breakfast was now closed so I did not get what I paid for. I am really disappointed in this hotel staff.

You shouldn’t be charging your guests 48 to valet park if not wanted. We didn’t get a choice and had to wait for someone to come to guest services to help me. Very smoky smelling in halls and studios floor was coming up from floor in bathroom. For the cost we could have stayed closer to River street very unhappy

The room we were in was SO noisy from the cars on the street driving by to literally people talking as they walked by. You could hear the tvs from the rooms around you not to mention every time someone flushed a toilet. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows smelled funky and were lumpy. Valet left my car unlocked with my belongings in it. Homeless people sleeping on the property. However, the staff was amazing, very polite and professional. Staff was aware that the particular room I was in was noisy.

I would only recommend staying here if you are staying alone because the acoustics in the bathroom are actually kind of insane plus it’s sliding doors for the bathroom so on top of it being literally SO LOUD the door also doesn’t close lol. We were there Thursday-Sunday and didn’t get housekeeping at all so that was also annoying. The ac in the room didn’t seem to work. Valet is $48/day and there’s no self park options and even any public parking near by is also $48 for 24 hours. The staff was nice.

Hotel price was fair. Valet price was not. It was $57.00 to valet my car for ONE NIGHT. There were no signs that stated that. I would have parked off sute had i known. Otherwise the hotel was clean and modern. The staff i checked in with were great, the one I checked out with was not. Water pressure wasnt great but everything else was. If the valet price had not been unadvertised and exploitative this review would be better.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located next to many of the Savannah squares. It’s also within a 15 minute walk to the River which is such a plus. The river streets can get a bit busy and noisy so it’s nice to be within walking distance but not too close. We were also very close to Broughton St, about 6 minutes, and that’s where there are a lot of amazing restaurants and shops. Hotel: The hotel offers a lot of amenities including a pool and gym. The pool is decently sized and it’s indoors so the weather doesn’t matter. They also have a really nice lobby with a bar and a separate area with a pool table and comfortable table seating from which you can work. The outside courtyard is also great when you’re trying to enjoy the nice weather and they also have some yard size games outside. Room: We got a queen size bed room and it was exactly what was needed. The shower had nice hot water and doors on both sides so there was no water leakage. The toilet is a separate, behind closed doors. The towels they gave were nice and plush, a huge plus. The room also had a mounted TV that could be moved around. There was a small alcove with a nice table and comfy couch seating to work from. The bed was soft and comfortable. I really enjoyed the decor of the room with its unique wall paper.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly. The only problem was when we called down for items we either never received them or received them several hours later.
- 5/5
Other than the parking costing an extra $48/night, everything about this place was excellent. The staff was all wonderful and the room was clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. You can also walk pretty much anywhere in town from this hotel which was another huge bonus!
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Nice and clean. Staff was great
- 5/5
When I reserved the room through Expedia, I had specifically paid for parking, only to find out upon arrival that they exclusively offered valet service, which incurred an additional $25 charge. This was misleading and quite disappointing, as I expected a seamless parking experience based on my reservation. While this miscommunication reflects poorly on Expedia, it did not overshadow the overall excellence of my experience at the hotel. The hospitality and quality of the property truly stand out, and I would recommend it to others despite the parking issue.
- 2/5
Once inside the room it was fairly quiet.
- 4/5
Clean, small room. Staff was not overly welcoming and friendly. My biggest complaint is that there was only one working elevator. The hotel is convenient for driving and most attractions are within a decent walking distance.
- 3/5
The hotel was Ok. The room was nice, but the hallways smelled terrible. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming.
- 3/5
The hotel was conveniently postitioned in Savanah, and the staff were friendly enough. The valet parking was a mess. Seems to be run by very young people that do not have a process that works, and so sometimes you received your car in 10 minutes and others over 30 minutes. Poor communication, and inconsistent service. Would expect more for the price that is charged.
- 4/5
Location is convenient and hotel was clean. Two guests, only 1 complimentary bottle of water. Two paper cups for coffee or tea, but only 1 plastic cup for water. This was a 2 night stay. I asked for cups to be left in the room as we passed by the desk the morning after our first night there. When we returned that evening there were water cups, but no paper cups and there were fresh towels we did not need nor request. The lack of door (just a curtain) to shower area is weird. The guests next door to us were loud, and car noises from the street were pretty bad. On a positive note, Louis the hotel bartender was excellent!!
- 4/5
Walkable to the River walk, shops and Forsyth Park, chippewa Square & Victorian District.
- 5/5
Everything about the room was sooo cute ! And I love love love love loveeeeeeee the lady at the front desk !!!!! Truly a rememberable experience and I loveeee the Aloft !!
- 3/5
I love the location, everything was super walkable. Had a hard time checking in and then an even harder time checking out. Expedia had some kind of mixup or glitch in the matrix
- 5/5
Everything was nice and within walking distance. Hotel and staff was excellent
- 4/5
Enjoyed our stay. It is well located for walking to the downtown historic areas. My only complaint was not restocking coffee supplies each day so we had none in the room after one day. Limited areas to hang clothes or put them away in drawers.
- 5/5
This hotel was convenient to historic area, just a little walk about half a mile. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the parking garage. I was glad I had paid the parking fee of $15 a day when I booked.
- 5/5
Love Aloft. This is so close to everything
- 3/5
My stay was good except for being woken up by house keeping at 9 am. After i checked out i received my car from valet and it seems that they never turned the car lights or some thing off because my battery died almost immediately after i left the garage . It was a rental so i had to pay out of pocket $175 to get it towed back to the rental spot at the airport .
- 2/5
Wifi did not work. Had 3 people and only 2 towels. Asked for another towel and never received it. No one answered phone at front desk and no one was there most of the time. Used valet 2 of the 3 nights but was charged for 3 and no one will answer the phone to help resolve it just eventually hangs up. Location good but execution very poor.
- 3/5
Staff was excellent
- 5/5
Such a neat place! Trendy & well maintained
- 3/5
Good stay but included breakfast not great
- 3/5
The staff was great very friendly and helpful! The facilities appear to be nice but areas that are run down and could use some attention. Room was comfortable but dirty and floor planks separated all over the room. We were only there to sleep so no need to make a big deal but if this is something that will bother you pick a different spot. They tried to charge me for the full amount of parking even though my package included parking. Pay attention to what you get charged when checking out. Front desk staff was helpful and refunded the parking amount. A few minute walk to most the good stuff. Overall not a bad spot I would stay again!
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and helpful but they were under staffed, food option limited, parking expensive and inconvenient when understaffed and gate was broken. Outside grounds were un kept and alot of litter around entry sidewalk
- 5/5
Excellent condition parking is a challenge since it’s only valet parking and it’s $50.00 a day other than that it was wonderful we ended up parking at the courthouse parking for $10 a day. Customer service was amazing Shereece really took care of us.
- 3/5
Lovely staff
- 5/5
We like this place!
- 4/5
Staff was very welcoming and friendly.. quick to assist. Beds are very comfortable with roomy shower. The overall vibe was nice. Only thing to mention is that there are no microwaves in the rooms and though onsite parking is noted… that is only if you want to pay $50 per day valet. I received an email two days prior to the trip informing me of that and other added fees I would still have to pay on arrival even though I had already paid online for my stay. If you don’t want to pay the valet, there is a garage for $10 per night or you can park on the street between 8pm and 8am for free (if you can find a spot). Either way, there is nowhere to pull in and unload your baggage if you aren’t using valet so be prepared to carry your luggage one or two blocks to check in.
- 5/5
Great value. Super friendly staff. Room was perfect. Great location
- 5/5
From beginning to end our stay at Aloft Savannah was amazing! The girls at the front desk Cherisse and Tanara are the best of the best. They were both extremely helpful, polite and full of advice as to the best places to go. Nancy and Ms. Sharon made our breakfast each morning the best start of the day. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. It is within walking distance to many sights especially Riverwalk which is a much see. There is nothing negative to say about our stay here.
- 5/5
We loved it. The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to help us. The rooms were nice. Clean, with really nice showers. The gym was useful. I love its location close to everything. Note: we did not drive so I cannot comment on the parking situation.
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice. My husband and grandson stayed there. Did not like the nickel/dimeing. The website stated final charge was $122, but when you got there $48 added for valet parking, $5 + $1 for some other bs and $75 holding fee until they make sure you didn’t trash the place. Unexceptionable IMHO.
- 5/5
I went for my 50th birthday in spite of rain I had a good time.
- 3/5
While the staff was very friendly and helpful, some of the amenities were lacking and the common areas were not very clean. There was a bit of a funky smell throughout the hotel.
- 5/5
Hated the fact that valet parking was $48.00.
- 4/5
The room was clean the pool a welcome addition, two of my luggage items went missing when my cooler was moved from my room prior to my departure time
- 4/5
The only criticism I have of the place is the check in process. You are unable to enter the building without a key card which makes it pretty hard to check in and get the key card in the first place. I walked all around the building trying to figure out how to get in.
- 1/5
The shower was not in its own room and was just part of the bedroom. It had clear glass and there wasn't even a curtain, so be ready for no privacy at all. Lastly, I was charged about $70 in extras that I shouldn't, and when I called to show them their mistakes so they could refund me, they said a Manager would call me back, which never happened. This place is a hard no from me.
- 5/5
Am disappointed that it doesn’t include breakfast. Also valet parking fee is too high.
- 5/5
Room was pretty nice. Everything is modern. Only complaint is the gym needs more equipment.

- 4/5
Great staff clean hotel. Be alert after dark of homeless in the area outside hotel
- 5/5
Close to the sites. Clean. Would stay at an Aloft again.
- 5/5
Elevators are super slow. Everything else is fine. Near bus station and area around isnt the best but didnt feel unsafe.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the layout of the room, the roomy shower was cool, all of the decor was a bit whacky but that's kind of my style. My son enjoyed finding all of the differences on the wallpaper (it was of a gas station in the desert on repeat). All and all my family enjoyed our stay and would book again when vacationing in the future.
- 5/5
Found this hotel last minute and my family loved staying here. This will definitely be my first choice for our next trip to Savannah. Parking was an issue, I would definitely recommended paying extra for the hotel parking.
- 3/5
Ok
- 4/5
Staff was super nice. Location is next to greyhound bus station so not ideal. Food in house was very limited.

My stay at Savannahat Aloft property was very nice and even though I didn’t leave the property while I was there but I enjoyed very much. I would like to thank my housekeepers for their excellent service my room was very clean and very well organized, and they were very friendly individuals. I also enjoyed having breakfast downstairs and talking with the kitchen staff very nice ladies I don’t remember their names but they were very polite and friendly and made sure I was happy with my meal choices.Thank you very much and also for the receptionist who was very kind offer the best hospitality option for me when I had to book another night due to my plane cancellation.Thank you so much for having me.

The photo online is misleading. This property is at best a 3-star hotel. We absolutely overpaid during our stay.

Everything was convenient. The parking garage was connected to the hotel. I was able to leave my car with valet and be checked in to my room within 10 minutes of my arrival. The lobby was nice and hotel room was nice.

ALOT of areas not kept clean such as elevator and outdoor lounge area. Only one elevator working our entire stay of 5 days. No body wash in shower and although we asked for it, didn’t receive it. Need a barrier in outdoor lounge to make it harder for people walking down the street to not harass hotel guests.

The staff all were very friendly, including the bar tender!

This hotel was perfectly situated to everything we wanted to see and do in Savannah. The staff was super pleasant and helpful. The room was just right for our needs. Comfortable and cool.

Will never stay there again!

It was a good stay. The layout of the room is a little odd as the glass shower is out in the open but on a solo or couples trip not a big issue. The housekeeping people were nice but didn’t get to my room until very late in the day when I was coming back from my activities. The doors into the building are locked and supposed to work with your keycard but don’t. So you get stuck out there in the hot space until someone at the desk notices and releases the door. Hotel is very walkable to everything. Tons of things to do and places to eat nearby. Room was clean and comfortable but if you’re a light sleeper request a room on the back of the building. I was up in the front. The people in buildings across can easily see in the windows and the street noise is pretty significant. Good place and affordable just would know better and tweak my room requests and schedule next time I visited.

What I didn’t like was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. Thankfully I was with my husband and .

Good service, mostly the night shift valet guy

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Would like to have had a microwave in the room, but everything else was great. The valet staff was so friendly, prompt, and easy to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Hotel is fine. I arrived late and the neighborhood is very sketchy. Lots of homeless and questionable characters walking around. The info said free parking was available but you do not want to park on the street here - so I got stuck with the $50 overnight valet.

All the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We really appreciate all the great service. The location was perfect for all our Savannah adventures. Thank you.

Clean rooms. Good view. Comfortable beds. A little on small side and Netflix/max didn’t work.

The only con was it was extremely hot in our room. The thermostat was set at 67 but the room stayed at 76. It was too uncomfortable but it has it moment were we slept without sheets. We would stay again but it a different room.

It was ok. Did the job beds were comfortable rooms were decent. Outside of the property in the fact that you can only valet park was a bit annoying to have to get the car constantly. It is across from the bus station and a lot of transient/homeless people wandering. A lot of dogs on the property, it is a pet friendly environment.

Love the customer service and the room was lovely and comfortable loved it will come again

We didn't think that the room was worth the money we spent. Very small and really nowhere to put anything. The two draws that we had were located in the bathroom. The closet was consisting of a metal standing rack with three hangers for two people. The blinds were broken. The complimentary breakfast was only eggs; bacon and I believe grits. You had to pay to get a $1 to get a banana and $3 for a muffin. Usually at a hotel you get more than that. The coffee tasted burnt. One of the elevators was out of commission. Did I mention $48 for Valet parking. Crazy!!

Modern, cozy, great bar, snacks, close to everything, great gym!

I did not like that I had to valet park. However, the employees working valet parking was very nice and friendly!

Great location

When we arrived the parking deck was full. We were only presented the option to valet our vehicle and pay $48. Our vehicle had to be left on the side of the street in a not so great area. I was not happy with only having valet as an option and no parking in the deck available.

Parking options were difficult. To check I. You had to valet. Joey the valet guy though was amazing. Also I liked the security coming in off street.

Always a great stay!

I also do not love the prices to park but that just comes along with the area.

Room was not cleaned for two days. Asked for towels 3x before they were brought to the room a day later. Got hung up on when trying to call the front desk. Man at Valet and Bartender were kind. No plans to book here again.

Aloft hotels are really cool if you are looking for something different. Most hotels look the same but this one had a cool funky feel and vibe. The service and location was great! The lounge downstairs was perfect for a night cap. The room had blackout shades but there was a space on top that left a significant of light in. The only complaint.

Valet parking is too expensive

Great place to stay only thing I really didn’t like is there is only 1 microwave available for ALL guests and it doesn’t work good took 12 minutes to reheat good and food was still barely above warm.
