    Horrible experience, they said they give my room away, had only one available that was nothing like the picturs,, there was hair in the sheets, tv wasn't working at all. Cable was showing in the wall. Staff was not helpful at all. Poor services awful place, i will never go back to this place ever again.

    ugh, we had not problem with the check in process, but we were given the room key of a room that was already occupied. Imagine the reaction of the poor man who was laying in bed when me and my daughters bursted into his room. I was NOT happy, going back to reception, after about 20 mins of drama, I was given a new room but at this point, I was already over it. The air conditioning barely worked, the tv only allowed you to watch the guide, couldn’t pick a station, just the guide so i could see the shows i wanted to relax and watch but I couldn’t. The sink would spray water back at you when you would each your hands or brush teeth. I am by no means a fancy person but I was embarrassed that I brought my daughters to this motel. oh and barely an apology was offered, I literally bursted into another persons room. This happened to me at the Grand Hyatt on Kauai, but they comped me the room charge for the night as a courtesy. It’s cheap but you do get what you pay for.

    Apparently don’t keep the key next to your phone or it can mess with the magnetic strip; they cheaped out on the keys. Otherwise I slept well and the room was fine. The room shows high amount of wear and tear, scuffs on the mirror, hole in the couch chair, paint chipping, but worth what I paid for.

    Location and price were good ,but for family not so good no microwave ,no fridge room 132 ac wasnt working that good ,and ice machine was in main lobby (small) and owner would see and you'll feel awkward. Towels were bad they had a odor and felt dirty like if it had lard.another bad thing people live there, and owner has no rules toward them.

    It was 90, so we asked for another room. I wish I could post pics of the second room we were offered. Big dirty stain (fresh too) on one bed. The other had been slept in. We declined it as well. So, we have now moved our bags twice, and are offered a third room on the opposite side of the large building. It was the worst of all. As a former paramedic, and a fisherman, I know smells. It smelled like decomposing blood and dead fish. After 45 minutes of lugging luggage around the property, we asked for a refund. We were told since we booked online through Hotels.com, and were informed they would have to initiate a cancellation and refund. I was able to contact them, and they tried to call the property several times. No answer. Still awaiting a refund. Avoid this place like the plague. It very well may live there.

Even after I left, my new clean clothes that were in my bag smelled foul from the room. The clothes I wore stunk from the room and I can tell more so after I left. Bed was covered in fleas. Floor was dirty, the bottom of my shoes I wore in the room turned black and I had walked a lot elsewhere earlier and the bottoms were still white then! Everything else was either sold out or too expensive for my budget due to many things happening in the area. I normally don't give a business a bad review but this place was terrible. I walked by the pool on my way to my room and saw that it is covered with bacteria. I've stayed in cheaper priced places that are in better conditions than this place!

    The room was clean and the only thing about the room that was not as nice was the bed. They probably need a new one. Parking was right outside. Pillows were nice and comfy. Air conditioner heater worked fine. Nice comfy tub. Except for the bed. Everything was pleasant and comfortable.

    Hotel charges about $10 extra per night for a room with ONLY fridge and Microwave upgrade. Things that would be sort of included as standard faire in other modern motel/hotel stays. Price does not include breakfast. Hotel Staff is very nice and accomodating to guests. They do their best to make sure everybody is comfortable. I had to stay for several days - would leave early in the morning for several hours for work (3-5 hours) which in other instances is plenty of time for hotel staff to come in behind my absense and clean/refresh the room. Multiple occaisions I had to coordinate/wait for the hotel staff to come refresh the room though I had been absent all morning and the opportunity had presented itself for the staff to have the room cleaned. The Hotel Shares Parking with a very busy/popular chinese restauraunt. Which depending on who you are could be either a benefit or a drawback. Bed Was just OK. I'm a little surprised as even in some of the least expensive hotel rooms i've stayed in before the bed is always the best part of the stay even if the room is rather not great. The bed is claimed as a king size bed but I just don't feel that the acutal bed real estate equals American King size bed standards. It felt more like a queen.

    Pet friendly with fridge and microwave. Unfortunately two nights running the neighboring room was very noisy at 3am (music, load arguments) and it disturbed our rest. Management spoke to the party, but behavior did not change. Complained to night manager on second night, but no meaningful action taken. Got out of there as quickly as we could after that experience.

    The entire hotel smelled like smoke, neighbors were being super loud, there was crumbs on the bed, toilet didn’t flush, no toilet paper, waited an hour for check in, assistant manager was super rude, chair was broken, the bed had stains. HORRIBLE!

    Had to change rooms many times, each had questionable stains throughout. Laundry machines don’t work but they won’t tell you until after it eats your money, which they of course can not get back. It is cheap, but there are other motels and this is about as bad of a property as you can stay at. The front desk people were kind but that is the only positive I can say.

    - Stan on my bed sheet - Shower was dirty - Found long hair in bathroom area in shower, floor and on the door and I have short hair. - Sink area was dirty looked not to be cleaned for some time. - Found roaches in my room as well. - Found more long hair under my sheets. I asked to have a new room they could not accommodate I felt so unease staying in the room, I barly slept well I tried to sleep. I asked for to check out early and asked for a refund which I am still waiting for.

I didn’t mind waiting 5 more minutes for my room but after 5 minutes, a staff member from the front desk informed me that my room is still not ready and will be about 40 more minutes. I have made dinner reservations with my wife and we would have been late if we decided to wait longer. Not only was my room not ready, the atmosphere of the hotel was not very clean and it felt very sketchy. One good thing I will say is that the front desk staff made cancelling my booking easy and hassle free. I recommend saving yourself the trouble and spend a few dollars more on a different hotel nearby.

It had obviously flooded and the floor was never replaced. The sink area flooded overnight. The holes punched into the bathroom door were patched, but never painted. Should I go on? Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I recently stayed at a Spark (by Hilton) - just a few minutes away from this Super 8 - and I saw two (2) different cockroaches in my room at Spark. This is my fifth (5th) time staying at this Super 8 and I have never seen a bug anywhere on the property.

    Easy to park but there were some suspicious people outside. The door has two locks that should be locked at all time for your safety, tho. Clean, nice rooms. Quiet. Slept well. Bathroom fan was very noisy!

    The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean but the smell of cleaning products was pretty intense at first. It's a cell phone dead zone (on the bottom floor at least) The bed was not comfortable. You could feel the springs in the bed. Overall, you get what you pay for. It met my needs financially and was overall decent. Free coffee at 7am was a perk. Pun intended :)

    The room itself was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The tv was working, but the screen was going bad. It had 8 white spots that made the screen blurry and hard to see. The room was quiet, and the shower water was very hot. It is off a major street, so there are some restaurants nearby. I would stay there again for the affordable price.

    The hotel room was okay. I like rooms with no carpeting. The bathroom was awful. It was dark, dingy and had damage on the floor tiles. Walls were dirty or worn. The bath products were basic and not in the tub so when I took a shower I did not have any bath products with me inside the shower. I do not think there was a floor towel. The towels themselves were thin and felt dingy although they may have been clean.

But the room was very bare bones, no toiletries, only soap not even shampoo, no usable channel lineup for the TV, no hangers, no cover on the toilet seat, broken security lock on the door, HVAC either on or off, etc.

    If bright lights at night bother you, be sure to ask for a room on the east side. The west side is flooded with ridiculously bright lights from the nearby restaurant Chungdam ALL NIGHT LONG. I did not sleep well because there was so much light in the room despite the thick curtains. I'd rather have dealt with the early morning sun than those floodlights. Other than that, a decent room, although the water pressure was rather low.

    The Manager here is a really nice guy. He let us stay here when he didn't have to. I appreciate him very much for doing that in our time of need. We like this place a lot and would like to stay for the time being. The room was clean when we checked in and the maids do a good job keeping it clean. I like the fact that they ask us when they see us outside if we need towels or anything like that. Nice place.

    First impressions with the staff very unwelcoming and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. The room was unclean and had to clean all surfaces with antibacterial cleaner that I bought at the store. The hotel is in a good location. Close enough to downtown San Jose or Santa Clara football stadium. I understand that motel 6 is a budget motel but the things wrong broken or not clean is below even their standards

    The shower handles and water flow are terrible,there is so much noise and the walls are so thin you can not sleep. The Internet is very very slow . And last the customer service is beyond horrendous ,I will keep the incidents to myself ,but will never recommend it to anyone

    My first day I walked in…my room smelled like cigarette smoke. Previous guest obviously smoked in there as there was a plastic bag still covering the smoke detector. Pillows/pillow cases were not washed and smelled liked unwashed hair. Sheets smelled like body odor because they weren’t clean. The backlight of the TV is broken….you can watch but half the TV is dark. The water from the faucet was gray/dark cloudy…not clear water. Absolutely disgusting.
