The pool was nicely heated and the staff was kind. Sure to the parking or car was broken into items stolen and the hotel offered no compensation other than free parking which if I'm being honest was Bull shit

The little kitchen area in the room. The size of the room was great. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was clean and the staff was nice and very accommodating. It's in a busy strip mall which is good for dining and shopping but could not be for everyone.

We love a Hyatt house. Good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. And free Tesla chargers. Trickle charge, but who cares.

Always pleased when I stay here. This stay was the first time I had to report a problem with my television. The front desk staff sent someone promptly and replaced it. Luis was so nice. I really like the pool area location. More private than other places. Thank you to the staff for always making my stay so pleasant

The free breakfast would have been perfect if the food was warmer - tater tots, eggs, sausage and french toast. The cost of the snacks in the lobby was too expensive - ex. $4 for a $2 bag of chips is a bit much.

It was always clean and the house keeping was on top of everything. Some of the clerk staff didn't know exactly what they were doing. There was a mishap with one of the other rooms that was booked. Checking out was concerning the fact that somehow my room was already checked out? The front desk didn't know who checked me out? But I was checked out earlier than when I was trying to check out. Probably how the mishap happened with the other room that was booked. No one seemed to know how to keep track of what was happening. The original room was booked in advance and reassured that we as guests had to do anything, besides check in. It was a big ordeal and an embarrassment. Please be acknowledged, or seek help from the manager. I really enjoyed the stay in the rooms and having a warm and clean breakfast in the morning, but the front desk operation is crazy to me.

not much but if I have to name a few then it'd be 1, size of the room, and 2, omelet stand at the complementary breakfast we stayed in SoCal Hyatt Place Pasadena for 4 nights right before staying at Hyatt House Santa Clara. Hyatt House Santa Clara was noticeably lacking in a few areas; 1, for the 2 night stay no cleaning or towel change was offered. When I asked the front deck I was told that the cleaning crew had left so no cleaning could be done and I had to get towels from the front desk myself since there was only one staff available (which is fine but not ideal), 2, room is spacious but old and needs updates. There's a strong air refreshener smell in the room which is not pleasant.

I would say that the shower in our room is one of the best showers, I have experienced in comparison to any hotel brand counterpart of the Hyatt House. Everything is clean and working properly.

Very friendly staff and nice hotel. We found the room and bed very comfortable. It’s nice that it has a pool but it wasn’t a very attractive place to sit. The breakfast had a decent range but could have been tastier and fresher.

I did not like that they charged my card twice. So my account has $560 pending from my account. We were only there 1 night. And it's still pending.

We had a great experience and would stay there again in a second. The free breakfast was very good and had many different options. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was huge and had a full fridge, stovetop and microwave. The shopping area it is located in had Multiple restaurants, a ColdStone and Safeway was near as well.

Only stayed here one night but glad we did. The gentlemen at the front desk were very nice and was easy to get another parking pass after my child “blew” the first one out the window(eye roll). Our room was clean, even though we were next to the main road we couldn’t hear road noise. Only gave comfort a 4 star bc the bed wasn’t the softest but whose bed is as comfortable as your own right? Had a decent free breakfast in the morning and lots of options in the same parking lot for food(Red Robin, Pizza, etc.), coffee(Peet’s) and a grocery store which is always a plus! Will definitely be staying here every time we come back up.

The windows are sealed and cannot be opened! The air they pump in is extremely dry. Either you hack something with wet towels or get yourself a humidifier. Claustrophobic. Smelly. Noisy.

Room cards are too sensitive, it was disable 2-3 times a day because I kept it in a bag where my wallet with credit cards was. Couple of times hall doors that connects to the elevator lobby were locked so I was waiting for a person to come upstairs to unlock the door.

My adult son has Downs and loves to look out at the expressway and the planes taking off and landing at San Jose airport, so when I asked the gentleman at the front desk for a city facing view that was high up, he took care of it enthusiastically. Highly recommend! I should add that we've stayed here about a half dozen times and it never fails to impress.

We went to a football game and opted to walk to the stadium which took about 45 minutes but was so much easier than driving. Plus, the walk was nice and we passed some very cute homes! Only complaint is they desperately need new pillows. They have seen their best days. Other than that, totally worth it!

Stayed one night here while our home was having some renovations done. What a cute, clean, and comfortable place to stay! I'd recommend it for family and friends.

The room was very clean and even included a stove and dishwasher as well as a fridge. There is a small shopping area in the same area including a Safeway grocery store. The people at the front desk could not have been nicer. I will stay here again on my next visit.

The Staff is the best in this property. Front desk clerks are great people. Helpful, nice, and very professional. Rooms are of great size and have good amenities. Pool and Gym are in great shape! Loved the property!

The hotel itself was nice, clean great breakfast. The staff was nice and welcoming. There's a lot of restaurants right in the complex which is very convenient. There's 2 reasons I didn't give 5 stars. 1st, our flight got us in Santa Clara before check-in (traveling from 3am eastern standard landed 11 am) we wanted to freshen up and wanted to check-in earlier. The front desk attendant said because it was a game day they had to charge an extra $30 but would do it any other day. I felt they could have been a little more empathetic butvthey are all about the money. Folks are already paying to stay at hour hotel that should count for something. Next, we were checking out at 3am again had an early departure. Noone was at the front desk. There was a sign that said assisting another customer and apologized for the inconvenience. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to call the front desk and the man came right out. No other customer perhaps sleeping. With that being said great hotel, clean rooms good area. I would stay again and recommend to others.

It's one of the better choices that is near our office and in the middle of all of the companies near Great America Pkwy. It's starting to show some signs of age and needs a little upgrade. Beds are ok.

Stayed at the House of Hyatt for three nights and was a bit disappointed with the quality of the bed linen and bath towels. Linen and towels both very rough material. I was also disappointed linen can only be changed once every three days stay. Also disappointed no bottled water and bathroom amenities provided such as combs, toothbrush, cotton swaps, etc.

To my surprise and shock (because the price), the rooms were clean. I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel room. Breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I have had. Shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The environment was convenient and relaxing. This place has set a new standard for me.

Always so quiet and clean. Always hot water and good air conditioning system. They charge for parking now, but not as much as some hotels. Complimentary hot breakfast is OK , but the coffee is good and free. Overall a great hotel!

I didn’t like that the room cards keep getting wiped when they are next to your phone. Our party had to get them reset 3 x and they finally told us why it kept happening

It is spacious, comfortable King bed, large frig, sink, safe, and amenities include an L-shaped work/office area that was private. Problems with Internet/TV were rapidly fixed, and staff were all responsive and flexible.

Now i know why it was the least expensive hotel in the area. Noisy, the shades dont block out the sun. It is a little nicer than a motel 6. Bug/ spider web in room.

Booked a night stay for my family and I. When we arrived near the hotel, there were lots of restaurants to choose from. Safeway was also walking distance. As we made our way to the parking garage, it was a bit dark and could use additional lighting for sure. Upon check-in, the two male staff were nice and friendly. We got the keys to our room which was on the first floor. My son didn’t like it very much as he loves to look out the window and being on the first floor, he didn’t see much of anything but bushes. Anyway, the stay was pleasant; there was a kitchen to cook if we wanted to. There was hair in the tub but that wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was ok. We usually look forward to the breakfast but everything just seemed microwaved. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and will consider on coming back here in the future!

Breakfast was stale and not edible, pancakes were hard and eggs were runny . the toilet ran and leaked. All night Someone sprayed obscene pictures on the blinds by the bed. No shuttle rides. Wont come back. The first time we came the breakfast was awesome. And we had shuttle to light rail. This time we Thad to walk and I an handicap and could barely make it to Levi stadium it’s set up terrible even if you Uber you still have to walk several blocks. It was awful and painful for us both. Paid $15.00 per day for parking which would have been ok if breakfast was good and worth Atleast 15.00. Very disappointed . We were here for our anniversary and received a gift of tickets for a football game. Staying at Hyatt Santa Clara took away time we could have had to spend on making our anniversary the fun we planned for and not what we got stuck doing as in walking for miles in the rain when we had to clue where to go because and upset and disappointed we’re not from around here. Very frustrated

My family and i were able to check in a couple hours early. Rooms were spacious, gym was clean breakfast was delicious, and service was great!

The staff was very nice and check in was smooth. Whenever we asked questions they were able to provide answers. Breakfast buffett was good and filling. There was a safe parking structure within a few steps of the hotel. Plenty of options for eating within walking distance. There was even a Safeway near by. Would stay there again!

This location was very convenient, it was near a plaza with plenty of walking areas for coffee, food and groceries. There is a Safeway less than 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel! The hotel itself wa La very clean and made it very easy to buy food, store and cook while we were there. I loved it! I wish every hotel was this convenient when I traveled!
