The drain from the bath tub was very weak. The bed/ mattress was pretty shot It was noisy until 10pm ish as the room was facing a major road. The outdoor spool looked nice and the staff was helpful.

It is a good option for the price range in that area. Location is good. Still I can’t understand they serve breakfast with plastic cutlery. Please add a dish washer and silverware. The amount of plastic going to the landfill is enormous. Please don’t serve breakfast with plastic forks, knives and spoon anymore. That’s the reason I don’t give 5 stars.

I had to Karen them to give us a new room to ensure we had a working toilet for the 12 hours we were planning to be there.

This is a great hotel! Clean, good breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. This is my go to hotel in Santa Clara!

Best Western has always been great. I've never had one complaint. The small fridge and microwave was perfect. The coffee maker with pods is an extra step up that most hotels in the same price range dont have.

My first room smelled like cat urine and when I was moved to a second room, the sound on the television did not work. I had to wait until the next day for it to be fixed.

This is my go to hotel when working in Santa Clara! Everything is wonderful at this hotel. The location is perfect, the staff is so nice and kind. Clearly the best staff I have encountered at a hotel by far. The price per night is exceptionally fair. The breakfast is fabulous. Good quality hot and cold food. The rooms are clean, updated, comfortable and roomy. The grounds were pleasant and the parking was great. They don't charge for parking which is an added plus. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice modern room with good amenities and large TV. Above average breakfast choices with 6-10 AM time window. Would prefer shower rather than shower over tub. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

The staff in front desk was really rude. They charge a $200 deposit for any incidents after they refund your money back within FIFTEEN DAYS. Could never and will never book with this hotel company EVER. Had the worst experience. If anyone is in the area or looking to book I suggest looking somewhere else or renting an air bnb

The sheets were not cleaned, the trash was not picked up from last 2 days, I suspect bed bugs as I felt things were creaping upder the sheets. Also, there was some noise from outside through out the night.

I needed to adjust my travel dates due to work and contacted Expedia, who said they would request the change and ask the hotel to waive the penalty. A few days later, I was told the request was denied. My Expedia app still showed the original dates, so I traveled as planned. When I arrived, I was told my reservation had actually been moved to the new dates I had requested. I was never informed of this change. The front desk staff member was rude and told me I needed to find another place to stay. I was already running late for a meeting and had to scramble to book another hotel for the night. During my stay, the fuse in our room blew while we were microwaving food and watching TV. The same staff member said he would check and call maintenance. After 20 minutes with no update, my boyfriend went downstairs and was told maintenance could not come that night. We would not have known this if we had not followed up ourselves. The location to what we needed. They gave us a key to a room that was already in use. We opened the door and saw all their stuff. Luckily we saw nothing else because they were not in the room. We slept with the lock on and a desk chair against the door in the new room we got. They offered no upgrade or discounts for such a huge error.

When I checked in, the night desk clerk asked if I needed “room service”. It wasn’t until later that I discovered he meant housekeeping. The room had a single hand towel, no bath towels and no shower curtain. The phone in the room did not work. The only saving grace was the day desk clerk who was helpful and customer oriented.

Close walk to shopping centers like Target and Marshalls. Also close by are various casual restaurants. A sizeable park across the street to relax in. An art museum up the road. The Laundry room behind the pool is coin operated with no coin exchange or detergent available, felt pointless. If the room is on the first foor, expect car lights shining through the shutters.

My stay of six days visiting family was overall very pleasant. There was a high standard of cleanliness in the room, breakfast area and outside on the grounds. The foyer was comfortable and welcoming. It was good to see minor repairs and updates being taken care of around the building. It seemed that there was a genuine desire to make it a good place to stay. Thank you !

Breakfast included juices,coffee,tea,milk, waffles, fresh fruit, bagels and packaged bakery goods, power bars, cheese omelets, sausage links, microwaveable burrito and breakfast sandwich. The bed was comfortable. We were on the El Camino Road side. Traffic was not to noisy. The bathroom was small. A pool was present. A short drive to highway 101. Santana Row has a mall of restaurants in an open area which was nice. Free parking across for two hours across the street. Ten minutes from the hotel.

Continental breakfast had one waffle maker that takes 2.5 min. Guests lined up in queue. Adding a second maker might be best. Coffee quality could be better. Overall, I would like to grade 4.5 star for the experience.

Breakfast was amazing. Room had a very musty smell. I wanted to open the window in the bathroom, but it was so caked with dirt I couldn’t bring myself to touch it. The rest of the room was mostly clean. Walls and ceiling are very thin. Don’t plan on sleeping much if you are a light sleeper.

The staff were friendly. The tv didn't work well (the picture was less thana quarter the sizeof the screen) and the bath towels were terrible - stained, small and very old. The shower had calcium build up so the water flow was somewhat blocked. The guests above us stomped about afyer midnight, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

The rooms are really rundown and the place is understaffed. There is no manager on duty and no one else available. The first room #4 I was the key pad on the door didn't work, after them giving me 3 different keys to try again, it only opened with the Master Key. The second room #5 they gave me the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night and there were no screens on the windows. It was hot, and loud and noisy without the air on. The next night I requested help with the air conditioning to see if they could show me how it works but they said they couldn't do anything about it because there was no one else but the front desk person. The night staff person was lovely but couldn't leave her post to help so she changed my room. I changed rooms ( which was a hassle) but the bathtub didn't drain. . The day staff person should not be in the hospitality business. She has an attitude and does not know how to effectively handle issues that arise. She was unkind and not helpful at all. I have asked for a refund.

the vibe was weird when I checked in

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I checked in around 6 PM, and shortly after, my daughter and I went out for dinner. When we returned, I realized that the door to our room wasn’t locking properly, leaving our room completely accessible to anyone from the street. Concerned for our safety, I immediately informed the front desk. The response I got was that "someone would probably come to fix it," and I was told to wait inside the room. Feeling unsafe, I had to call a friend to stay with us while we waited. It took five hours—until 11 PM—for someone to finally arrive and attempt to fix the lock. At that point, I was completely exhausted, so I was relieved when it seemed like the issue was resolved. However, at 5 AM, when my friend left, I realized that the door lock was once again not working. I was supposed to check out at 11 AM, but due to the security risk and my tight schedule, I had no choice but to pack up all my belongings, load them into my car, and check out at 7 AM. I informed the front desk again, but at that point, my frustration had already peaked. This experience was completely unacceptable. A properly functioning door lock is a basic expectation at any hotel. The lack of urgency in addressing such a serious security concern left me feeling unsafe the entire night. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here.

Accessible room great, spacious, loved sofa. Needs hooks or towel racks in bathroom breakfast great!

Do our later flight, I asked to stay in our room until 5pm, I was told this was considered another day, I paid for the additional day,no problem, at I was called and told that we would have to move

Thanks for a good breakfast selections both hot and cold options. Offer daily housekeeping and plenty of parking space for SUV and truck. Bus stop is in front of hotel.

Close to many restaurants and stores

This hotel has been so far the best. Nice rooms clean, very nice layout. The front desk people the kitchen staff and cleaning staff are all professionals. Fantastic customer service all of them. Definitely my Hotel for ever when i go see my 49ers play.

Staff was very friendly room ,facilities,location perfect for our needs.

Great location, close to many dining options. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool. Very family friendly. Nice breakfast.

Room was spacious and clean, but one light in the bathroom wasn't working. Had to use the one that activated the noisy fan. Also, the hum of the refrigerator was irritating. Had to turn it off.

Breakfast could have been a variety of different foods daily as we kind of got sick of having the same thing for seven days in a row. And the pool towels were never filled. Over all a nice area and friendly staff.

Staff members were professional and kind.

The linens and sheets were gross looking, both comforters had blood stains on them, sheets were stained with dark stains which made us not even want to get into the beds, the wall next to one of the beds was gray with foot prints, so so dirty, and towels were stained with dark stains as well. The room was small but well furnished and decor was nice and everything else was clean besides the linens, bedding and wall. One of the windows didn’t open and we had issues with turning the TV on but when i called the office they immediately came to our room to program the remote and it was fine after that. No elevator was at all close to our room but luckily we were able and agile enough to get all of our stuff to the room. It was quiet and lots of amenities. Overall it was ok but I’d probably Look to stay elsewhere next time we are in that area!

was quiet, clean and fresh. The breakfast was disappointing at best, inedible actually. Coffee was just weird tasting, like the eggs and what they called sausage. It was very kind of them to get up so early and prepare it, but dont count on eating it

I really enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. The rooms were clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which is very important to me. Also parking was free and there was plenty of parking for cars. I can also say that the staff was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely stay in this hotel again, and I highly recommend it.

The breakfast is good. I stayed 7 days and ate breakfast every morning.
