The shower didn’t work. The water wouldn’t come out of the shower head very disappointed. We didn’t realize this until the next day when everybody had to get up and have showers in the morning ruined everything no one could have a nice clean shower..

This was a very solid business class hotel - convenient, great staff, insanely good price. only complaints were the desk chair and the side chair - neither were comfortable but they did get the job done. I am likely to stay there again in the future..

The bed was perfect! and I did not hear and noise from my neighbors upstairs or next door which contributed to a great night's sleep. Just what I needed. I did not bring shampoo or conditioner with me assuming you would have both. You only had shampoo.

everything was fine, but the bathroom showerhead was digustingly covered in rust, I didn't even bother to use it, which was a bummer. I did tell them on the way out, it just needed a clean. But, the bathroom's vibe kinda threw off an otherwise very good room. Linens were surprisingly good quality. Staff was very nice. breakfast was just what you'd expect.

The room was very dirty. I had to have housekeeping come and mop the bathroom floor. The TV did not work, only one channel would play. I could hear everything above and around me. Low water pressure.

Me and my girlfriend came up here for a competition and this place has an amazing breakfast which helped for fuel. No deposit fee. Great staff and it had a lot of things close by. Late at night and while we were leaving, we had a lady act very weird and being noisy. The staff came out to check on us which they handled the situation well.

The breakfast was better than I expected. A quick bite to eat and I was out the door. Excellent location for the purpose of my visit. The room had everything I needed plus a little more more.

The pillows were awesome. Slept like a baby.

The Breakfat was okay. The bed was hard. I heard people come into the other rooms late the night.

I requested a handicap room, but it was not truly suitable for a handicap person. The toilet was not high enough to easily get off. The shower was not accessible swower because I had to climb into a bathtub, which I cannot do. Also the lights in the bathroom area were on timers, so I had difficulty getting to the bathroom at night. I would never stay there again

This was the only room on the first floor left and with my elderly mother I needed to take it. The room had a terrible odor and they tried to mask it with a plug-in deodorizer. The shower had soap scum build up and looked dirty. Not a comfortable stay! I will not stay here again.

The low budget metal frame it sat on, that popped when you rolled over, Not Great. Walls are thin. Noisy neighbors are easily heard. Appears newly renovated. Keurig machine in room is a nice touch. While you can hear neighbors, nearby road noise is quiet due to double pain windows and insulated doors.

Stayed here for 5 nights. It was quiet, clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice, and the breakfast was also a plus! It was right across the street from a Korean Supermarket which was awesome, and also in walking distance to other restaurants and food spots.

It's a lovely place to stay with a lot of eateries and stores in the vicinity which makes it a perfect location. Room was very nice equipped with a TV, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a Keurig coffee machine and good speed Wi-Fi. This place has plenty of free parking and complimentary breakfast; we enjoyed both cold and hot breakfast choices. Yogurt dispensing machine was great for me as I am a vegetarian though I wish there were more choices for vegetarians. The chai tea from the machine was exceptionally good, quite like the chai latte of Starbucks. The daily housekeeping ensured the cleanliness of our room. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linens. I highly recommend it, best stay in the area for the money. Thanks again Dimel for making our stay so comfortable.

The AC unit was horrible. The thermostat wouldn’t control the temp. It kept cooling and I had to finally just turn it off as it got 51 degrees in the room.

There were also some splashes and smudges of an unknown brownish substance on the interior bathroom doorframe. We were only there for one night so didn’t make a big deal. Beds were clean and comfy. However, the building is old and needs to be touched up. Or at least my room. I had the corner room of the building. The head rest of the bed is directly below the window and curtains. Window and curtains were old and dusty. Walls are very thin. Breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Unfortunately this is a hotel that someone has spent money to give a facelift to, but it is rundown and old, smells old, beds are noisy when there's any movement on them (rated G). And the noise outside is the worst. Keep in mind when the price is low, there is a reason. The local (large) healthcare facility nearby may want to reconsider recommending this place to families. You get what you pay for. We left and checked into another hotel.

I give local mgmt 5 stars for doing the best job with what they were given. Attention to detail was outstanding. Easy check-in, ample parking, better than average room ammenities and full complementary breakfast. Unfortunately, owner only gets 3 stars because rooms need updated furniture, carpeting and painting. Everything look very well maintained... but it still looks like gramas house and smells a bit like it too. Overall, a good motel for overnight stop-overs.

This property has been renovated since I last stayed and the room was lovely. The bed wasn’t bad, pillows are soft and most importantly, the rooms are clean!

The staff was helpful and very personable. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was hot and had many options. There were many eating options nearby within walking distance.

The building was old and you could hear the noise of someone walking in the second floor. Also it was an outdoor room so you should bundle up in the morning to go to breakfast room. On the bright side the breakfast was good.

It was a wonderful stay with decent breakfast. I did wish that the tater tots were a little more crispy and they switched pork sausage for, bacon or something (they had that 2 days in a row). OVERALL, WOULD BOOK HERE AGAIN!

We chose this hotel because the location is close to my husband’s work. There are also restaurants nearby. Parking wasn’t a problem. The room where we stayed was clean. It was a smooth process checking in and out. The manager, Garry, who was working the day we checked out was amazing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

I was kinda weird about staying at a best western but let me tell you, this property was awesome. Clean rooms, amazing breakfast. They have a swimming pool. The room did kind of smell musty but other then that. It was great. I would stay here again

The hotel was ok. I was there to save time getting to the hospital early the next day. Found a cockroach in the bathroom the next morning. Makes me wonder how many others may have been crawling around during the night.

Room was a little smelly, it could use a refresh. It was noisy too. People in neighboring rooms were loud, a lot of banging, I could hear all the cars - alarms, loud mufflers. I didn't sleep well.

Clean rooms easy check in and check out. The staff were nice and helpful. Especially in the morning when we got complimentary breakfast, the guy who was working at the front office was also helping in the breakfast area and was nice enough to make us more food even after the breakfast was over. I would definitely come here back again.
