    2nd time staying at this hotel. It's an excellent option close to SFB airport. Breakfast could be until 10am, but everything was fresh and nice. Comfy beds.

    A hair dryer in the bathroom area would have been nice since I did not travel with one. I did a late check in. The woman at the front desk was VERY helpful. I was doing an early 4:00 checkout. She said there would be coffee and a banana ready for me. She also deserves a big Kudos. I will stay at your hotel again if the need arises.

    The hotel had construction underway and did not inform me of this. I was disturbed by construction noise (loud pounding on the ceiling). When I asked about it, they informed me that it would be over at 5:30, but it was not over until 6 PM. This was completely unacceptable - I'm giving it an ok rating only because staff did finally move me and the room itself was adequate, if a little worn.

    Some lil bugs in our room. And the night desk offered us a laaaate check out of 2pm due to our crazy red eye ahead of us. But the cleaning crew tried to enter at 11am and the morning front desk was soooooo rude saying she would only allow 12pm. And acted like we were criminals for saying the previous desk offered us 2pm. No lotion. No bags in trash cans. We didn’t get the suite we reserved due to construction. Which was soooooooo loud the entire stay. But ok. Treat us like garbage on the way out. Total bummer too because the booking process and check in team was sooooooo cool. Just felt like getting kicked out after all of that. From one blonde team member.

The couch was full of mysterious stains where you seat. The bathtub has a bad paint job, its is stained and dirty. The dust on wall next on the right of the bed (room501) could be drawn on. The comforter was stained and the pillows deflated. The carpet sticky and only two towels in the bathroom. This is where hotels.com put me after sending me to a sold out hotel. I was exhausted and stayed but if you like clean rooms I would no recommend. Breakfast was ok.

    The next morning, we realized we may need a little extra time. We came downstairs to find an older couple leaving with their bags. The woman working said to them “you know you guys can get late checkout and not leave til one, right? You don’t have to leave now!” They said that’s ok we are headed out. And it was our turn. We explained we were offered late check out last night and now realized we may need it and she said “sorry, nope. Too late now” very rudely. After we just heard her telling the couple leaving that they don’t have to if they don’t want to. Then my parents asked her for an extra chair for their room for medical reasons and she rudely snapped “WHAT FOR” which is not right at all. If the other man worked the whole time we would have had a pleasant stay. But I’m not sure why that woman felt the need to be nasty and treat us like we weren’t important enough.

One was the pillows were way too soft, had to roll two together to be like a regular pillow. Second was over the course of the night our key card lock ran out of batteries and we didn’t realize it until we walked out for breakfast around 6 am, saw it flashing red and couldn't stop it closing in time so we were locked out of our room. Unfortunately the night clerk still on duty didn’t know how to fix it. He tried his best and I'm not knocking him at all but it took an hour and fifteen minutes before we got back in. Mind you we were in pajamas because we were just going to run down quick and back up. More training on that situation is needed! Thankfully the day clerk came in and knew what to do. Throughout though staff was polite and informative. Would stay again and recommend.

Room was good, only complaint bed was too soft and had sunken crators which I resolved by putting couch cushions underneath mattress.     I usually travel to the hotel by myself and usually have a really good experience but this time not so much. I decided to bring my family and service animals with us……..huge mistake. We called ahead to make sure it was OK to bring such service animals and we’re informed that it was ok. once we got home we saw a charge for $280 so I called to see what was going on and they told me that my animals were not servicing animals so they charge us a fee. I’m not exactly sure what makes them the authority on what is and isn’t a service animal. I do know the law states they cannot even ask for documentation let alone charge somebody without any kind of communication on doing so. The general manager, was less than helpful in resolving this situation stating that they will not remove the charge. Definitely appalling. I know it means nothing to the big machine, but they are losing my four trips a year there.

    Check in took a while because there wasn’t any staff at front desk. The 2 staffs were in the back kitchen or something.     Carpeting in the hallway very stained. TV in room needs to be higher and in front of the beds.     We called to ask for joining rooms, which the lady on the phone was so great about. Reiterated that they were unable to guarantee it, which I understand. The front desk agent was fantastic. So incredibly helpful and personable. Very apologetic that they could not provide joining rooms due to a mechanical failure with the AC in one of the rooms. With the FL heat, I wasn't going to complain! The room....was less than great. There was blood on our shower curtain and in general, it was outdated and showed signs of wear for sure.

    Had requested a baby crib ahead of time but was told on arrival none were available. Was told we could go to Walmart & buy one and then return the next morning. I suggested to staff that they go to Walmart & buy the $25 pac-n-play so one would be available for other guests. We picked this hotel due to crib/pac-n-pkay would be available for baby. Very disappointed & would not recommend for parents traveling with baby. Staff on duty did his best to accommodate & was very polite but could do only so much. Too bad he was put in this situation when it was obvious no cribs/ pac-n-play were on property!

    Property is dated but clean. My only issue was we didn’t get in until 330 due to flight issues and housekeeping was knocking on the door at 930 and then again at 11 to verify we were still checking out at noon. I was so exhausted it didn’t even cross my mind to put a do not disturb tag on the door but I’ve also never stayed anywhere that they do this

    We had asked for a room away from the elevator weeks ahead of arrival as we had a late check in and were exhausted ,and we had been assigned the room right next to the elevator on the second floor...and our keys did not work! Imran made it right, walked us to our new room away from the elevator and made sure our keys worked and that we were satisfied with the room . Way to make it right..great service.     Conditioner and Shower Gel, instead of the little sample bottles that are good for 1 or 2 uses. Went down to breakfast but the breakfast was not the greatest. The bacon was so crisp it literally crumbed, had trouble finding a place to sit but when we did noticed the cushions on the bench peeling apart. The trash was so full you couldn't even throw anything away. And a lot of the food was either low or totally out. It was nice though that when we went to Miller's Ale House they offered a 10% discount for staying at the hotel. I would stay again but probably skip breakfast or eat at the IHOP right across the road - which you also receive a 10% discount.

    old furnishings, bed was terrible. it had a thick mattress topper that was very lumpy along with the pillows. All fixtures and furnishing were in bad shape. old, varnish is worn on wooden pieces.     The staff at the front desk are amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice breakfast with plenty of options. He beds and pillows were very comfortable. Although the hotel was clean, it was quite dated and had evidence of some wear and tear. There was some previous water damage evident in our room. A couple of the lights had burnt out light bulbs. These issues didn’t ruin our stay. My biggest complaint was the smell in the room. Definitely needs to be addressed.
