The staff was amazing. The manager did a great job running the Place, just all around fantastic staffing. The front desk attendant was so sweet and understanding, and so was the rest of the staff. I will stay there every time — all those wonderful amenities, the pool was clean. It was just A1.

The location was great not too far from city. The space was decent far as size. The room was on back side and odor of marijunna was very strong near front door which was disappointing. We had ants on check in night but staff came pretty quick to spray which seemed to help. Also, we worried some about safety as the door seal you could see light coming in around door which just seemed all wrong. Overall we made it work but not sure I would stay here again.

The extended stay literally looked and feel like apartments. It's the true size of a studio apartment and the amenities were very nice and up to date. There was always access to the front desk and the staff was very nice. If they had offered a lease I would have put one in. When you do book a stay, they do require a $100 deposit per booking stay but once you check out it's right back on your card that same day depending on your bank. I loved it!! Also, they do have pots and pans, silver ware and dishes. They literally thought of everything. Yes. The pictures do match what you see online. It's not a hoax, it's like being home away from home!

The internet is horrible. The televisions run on Dish with no ability to stream unless you use Netflix or YouTube. They do not even provide the correct remotes. The washing machine & dryer were not clean. The only good point was the parking and location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the property was kept very well.

Other annoying thing is the bathroom and when you’re in it you can’t close the door without hitting your knees. It’s just so tight and dumb. Make more spacious bathrooms.

Great spot very clean. I did see a small roach in the bathroom. So when I got home I upacked outside and took it straight to thr washing machine. Because nobody has time for roaches. Great location and easy commute to The Battery area.

It was super nice and clean. We especially enjoyed the full washer and dryer and the fully furnished kitchen. The pickleball court is small but enjoyable. The pool was not open during our stay. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

We had to change rooms 3 times because it wasn’t clean bugs crawling in the beds on the curtains the carpet was filthy with stains as well as the chairs also the sofa and they had no maid service they were under staff I will not recommend this hotel to anyone just horrible 👎

Although there seems to have been a miscommunication between Expedia and WaterWalk by Wyndham about the room type, the friendly and helpful staff at WaterWalk got us into the room we required. Even better, they found and returned our misplaced Kindle! We couldn't be more pleased! The staff here is excellent!!

The amenities as far as kitchen area where all there. The rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and out. The downfall is staying down stairs with people above us stomping around all night and screaming past 1:00 am and car alarms going off. So sleep was not the best.

Definitely a 10 out of 10 I recommend to anyone the staff was very helpful, friendly, all the above! The rooms was clean and everything I expected a more we got the loft room an my 13 year old loved it!!!

Unfortunately, our room had pubes in the bed, dead roaches on the floor, cracked drinkware & the floor was overall dirty and sticky so you had to make sure you had something on your feet at all times. When the front desk was called concerning the pubes, they did send someone to completely change the sheets but no other compensation was offered. I definitely wouldn't stay again.

Staff not fully trained to answer questions or deal with issues, especially concerning mistakes with payments. The rooms are poorly equipped - one spoon in the kitchen, one hand towel in the bathroom for a week's stay. The floor of the room was dirty, as evidenced by the state of our socks or feet from walking around it for a short period of time. Wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Shops and restaurants were less than a five minute drive. The staff were also nice and friendly. This is a great place to stay, and we would highly recommend it.

Everything was great! We stayed in a loft room and it was beautiful, amenities were plenty, although there were no hangers, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. There is a pool, pickleball area, and patio, which was perfect for late nights. The gym is pretty big compared to other hotels, is very clean, has weights, kettlebells, an assisted machine, and cardio machines. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you all so much!

Stayed from April 10th to April 12th in one of the 2 bedroom loft suites. It was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable only downside when I stayed the pool was closed which was one of the main reasons I booked the stay but other than that no complaints will definitely stay again.

I stood in line for nearly 40 minutes just to check in at the front desk. The dryer malfunctioned and locked our clothes in the dryer. I called the front desk, who sent maintenance, but it took them over 1.5 hours to respond, and we had to leave for the ballgame without our jerseys because they were still locked in the dryer, and maintenance didn't arrive before we had to leave. The walls were filthy. The floors had obviously not been cleaned. There were no pillowcases on the pillows. The bathroom smelled like puke. The toilet wouldn't flush. When it did flush, it filled up with water and whatever the person before had clogged it with. I knew I couldn't call maintenance because they'd never come earlier in the evening, and by the time I returned from the game, it was late in the night already, so I just dealt with it. The roll of toilet paper provided was wet for some reason. The remote control wouldn't turn the tv off, and it had no buttons, so I had to unplug it. The neighbors had kids who were very loud and rowdy, and they slammed doors and ran up and down stairs all night. I literally had a flea on me when I woke up.

Everything that you need as far as cooking utensils, dish soap, napkins, tissue, etc, are all accessible inside of the units. A WIN is a WIN! My family and I enjoy our stay every-time, with no disappointments. 100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I would have been satisfied with a credit or voucher for a future stay, but they chose to keep my money for a night I didn't even use. Zero flexibility and zero compassion. Stay elsewhere.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property was spotless from top to bottom, and you can tell they really take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable environment. What truly stood out, though, was the staff—every single employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

$100 deposit was required even though the room was prepaid. That was unexpected as we have stayed at other Wydnman properties and have not had to pay that fee.

First let me say the staff and location of this extended stay was wonderful. Free parking. Outdoor space for recreational purposes. We had the 2 room loft which also had 2 bathrooms. 3 TVs which was a lifesaver. Biggest issue was the smell of room which was like animal "smells" and the floor and couch wasn't the cleanest. However the kitchen, bathrooms and beds were clean.A place to wash clothes was a plus if needed in the room. No continental breakfast but coffee and tea, distilled water was a nice touch .Close to freeway and the shopping/restaurants were abundant. Check out Perimeter Mall!

the room was perfect..i didn’t go into the gym though lol. the staff were nice i only seen women in the office and they were sweet checking in and out was quick and easy. i didn’t use the ac due to it being cold outside however, the heat worked perfectly.

The room was nice and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were a couple flaws previously with the upstairs vent being inaccessible and blowing directly in your face while in bed. The tub was uncomfortable and felt spiked (likely an isolated cosmetic issue) The worst of all was the nearly 2 hour check in nightmare that included lots of walking and driving back and forth on the property before finally being given a different room. The first room was basically inaccessible due to mechanical issues with the door and the 1 and only key. Overall I recommend this property to families and I plan to return in the future.

I love everything about this stay it’s very clean and still very much feel like home. It’s very spacious and comes with a FULL kitchen, like who do you know? Overall 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The hotel was super cute and i loved the way there was a whole kitchen to use as well. Love love love the place and will book again!

Bad experience. I received a call 4 hours before check in asking if I’d still be checking in which I confirmed that I would be. Upon arrival I was told that I was too early and to come back in 20 minutes which would’ve made the check in time 10 minutes after check in, which would be 4:10 PM. The room was not clean. There was pet hair all over the hardwood floor and carpet. I reported it about 8 hours later someone came to vaccum the floor. The room didn’t have a clean smell and the appliances were not clean. You could feel whatever food product was on the fridge handle. The bathroom door was dirty and the carpet going upstairs and in the upstairs loft room was extremely dirty. It needs to be replaced. Other rooms maybe clean but the one I stayed in wasn’t clean. I reported this to management but no one responded to my email. I sent pictures and videos to show them how it looked. I received a text and email prior to check in that opened a form to add my ID and credit card to speed up the check in process. I fill it out completely. Once I arrived at the hotel the clerk asked me for the cards again. Which I used a different card from what was used when I booked the reservation. After check out I was charged on the 2nd card. Which my card had already been charged during check in. The 2 charges were different amounts. I had to call to receive a refund back to the card I added during pre-check, in text I received. I wasn’t offered a discount for the unclean room.

It seemed they were having staff issues, the guy at check in was very nice but did inform me some of the rooms have not been cleaned. Thankfully mine was, however the toilets did not flush.

On top of that, the hotel is misleading in its advertising. The room description claimed the couch converted into a sleeper sofa, but it does not. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and is a clear misrepresentation. Overall, the lack of professionalism—especially from April—and the inaccurate room information made this a very poor experience. I expected better from a Wyndham-affiliated property.

The kitchen did not have a rag for us to wash our mugs and glass we use so put in sink! Upstairs bathroom did bottle wash bottle was empty and toilet didnt work! I did notify staff! I did not like walking toward back to get to room!

Toilet was clogged and no one available to fix it. When checking out I asked for a discount and was advised the person at the desk had no authority to make that call. I was traveling due to my brother’s imminent death and didn’t have time to call back and speak with manager etc

Lastly, the loft is extremely unsafe for small children as the bed is pushed against the low wall allowing small children to potentially climb up on the bed and fall over the short wall to their death in the living room. God forbid. The hotel promised to refund one night's stay for the inconvenience, but said I needed to have Hotels.com reach out to the hotel. However, hotels.com was never able to reach the hotel manager. Unless you are completely down and out and need a place to stay I would run far far away from this place.

Now for the bad… extended stays always have a few residents that are staying for multiple weeks and we had a family of crackheads next to us. At 2am they decided to get in an argument right outside our room and yell at each other for 20 minutes across the parking lot waking up my entire family. At about 4 am they decided to do it again waking up my entire family again. I know this doesn’t happen every time but just know you may be in a room next to a bunch of homeless crackheads staying here that want to fight at 2am

Property needs to insure the condition of the room before giving out keys. I arrived at 3am for check in, the 1st room was to close to the stairway making it difficult to get to the door and it was rolled carpet outside of the door, because I was so tired I tried to enter anyways but the door would not open. The 2nd room the door was left open and all drawers were pulled out as if someone was looking for something. The clerk checked 2 additional rooms before giving me the key to the 3rd room.

I checked into a room that was poorly cleaned. Instead of being transferred to a different I chose to checkout.

Recently there has been an increase in smoke coming in rooms as well as weed smoke throughout the rentals. Nice rooms and friendly staff but the weed smoke is enough to make me wanna stay elsewhere.

I really liked this hotel but my one concern was the pet smell in the upstairs carpet in the 2 bedroom loft but the overall cleanliness very good!

The 2 Bedroom had an awesome loft type upstairs bedroom with nice big bathroom and plenty closet space,The main bedroom down stairs even had a washer and dryer full size units which was so neat, I just hate we weren't in town for a longer period of time. this time we've stay at so many places in Atlanta

It was a wonderful stay, clean, comfortable and had all the essentials.

TV’s didn’t work for two days, no ironing board, no phone in room to contact front desk. People no cleaning up after pets. I saw staff working hard but if you don’t fine ppl or Inforce rules true place will go down hill. This is my 2nd time there I won’t be back

Calm and decent

Place was clean enough. Nice hang out area by the pool. Was in a convenoent location. Room was spacious with really nice appliances. No cleaning services during the 3 nights i stayed. Staff was not helpful especially night shift staff during the time i visited. Also i did not feel as safe on the compound. There were strange characters who invaded the pool area around 11.30pm to 4am one night and i literally ran back to my room. There is no security observed around nor any police patrol. This was my main issue with this property.

We booked our stay last minute & it’s been nothing short of amazing. The staff is friendly & the loft we stayed in was nice & updated. Everything worked just fine and they kept the pool here clean. I’ll definitely make this a regular stay whenever we come to visit. Thanks again for having us.

The property was nice and quite. The only thing i didn't like was that the front was missing pieces to the point where if you pushed the door hard enough you probably get in.

We really enjoyed our stay here close to downtown prices were fantastic very clean and a great area outside just to sit and relax. The room was amazing.

The internet didn’t work on the TV, 1 out of two room keys didn’t work! The key that did work kept turning the keypad red and green. The initial entrance to the room was hot( ac was on 84)

The unit (it was a condo and not a hotel!) was noisy. They had glass glasses and not paper or plastic ones. There was no hair dryer or wash cloths. The unit smelled musty. The mattress was too soft. I felt like I would sink in. The bed was too low to the floor

I would not recommend this property. Rented a two bedroom unit for a week while a family member was in nearby hospital. The clothes dryer was non-functional for entire stay. Notified the management staff and maintenance did not show up until day 5. Maintenance person could not fix the dryer. Kitchen faucet was broken and leaked excessively under the sink. Unit was dirty. Ceiling fan looked like it had not been cleaned for several years. Although outfitted with a full kitchen, the unit only included two forks and one spoon. Supplies were minimal such as one garbage bag for kitchen to last full week. Stayed in a unit that was on rear side of the building. The walkway from the parking lot to the unit’s door was dirty, full of trash and smelled bad. Rodent traps located along the sidewalk to the unit. Last night someone was loudly banging on the neighbors door at 4:00 AM. Woke everyone in our unit up. Almost called 911 but the person eventually stopped banging the door.

Room was dirty and uncleaned when arrived, sheets were stained/dirty. When given another room there were other people in said room that they did not check for before giving us the keys. Luckily the front desk lady was very nice and understanding and canceled our stay. We were able to find another hotel last minute luckily. Would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel. 1 bedroom and lift with 2 king beds was perfect for us. The room also had full size washer and dryer.

The hotel was in a great location. Safe, beautiful. Check in was perfect, front desk guy pleasant. Room was spacious, but definitely needed a heavy clean. While most of it was acceptable, clean kitchen, bed, bathroom, the floors were tacky, corners were dirty, the window sills had mold. We didn't go barefoot. There was a bug of some sort in the bathroom as well. And while the bed had clean sheets it also had a plastic mattress cover and pillow covers that made a crinkle, crunchy sound and were hot. The couch in the living room was hard and the fabric rough as sandpaper. There were only 2 windows so it was also very dark. However, that was great for sleeping as it was also very quiet. So overall just not a comfortable space. I wouldn't stay again.

The room was super muggy. Hair was on the sheets and on the bathroom floor. Weird smell as well in the room. Sliding door couldn’t lock, but had a bar on it to lock it.

Got there late night, checked into the room and the cleanliness of it was non-existent. There were spider webs everywhere and I myself had to kill 3 spiders and other critters. However the customer service was great the lady was very apologetic and offered me a $75 refund. I am still currently waiting for that refund. P.S. I had to borrow bug spray from the front desk and spray the hotel down myself and spent hours cleaning it myself.

Staff was super friendly. The room appeared pretty clean upon arrival however, we were pretty disturbed at how black our socks got from the floors and after further inspections, we discovered that they were offensively dirty. We had more bugs in the room than I would have liked but there was a small crack in the main door. Overall, we had a good time. Bed was clean and comfortable and the pool was warm.

My stay was fine, but what threw me off happened during check in. There was a lady up front leaving for the day and telling the man at check in how it had been an awful day because rooms weren’t cleaned (some were locked and they couldn’t get in - ?). They were nice but the conversation they were having in front of customers just wasn’t professional. Otherwise it was a nice stay - convenient and safe location.

This property called me 2 hours before my arrival from Florida to tell me that they didn’t have a room. I was in middle of a 6 hour drive with my son and no where to stay! Very unprofessional. I also had already confirmed my stay day before.

Our room was not ready at check in and was advised by the very nice desk clerk it was not up to standard and would be a little time. We had a two room suite reserved. A man came in, who apparently was the manager and said it’s ready but he needs to hang a tv. The desk clerk left and said she’s going to make sure we have towels in our room. We finally get into the room after 5. The downstairs level was very tidy and clean. The loft bedroom carpet was very stained and needed vacuuming. The loft bathroom door was filthy. We had three adults, the room only had 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels. No shower mats or washcloths. Went to the front desk to ask for more towels and Clorox wipes to clean the door and they said they’ll send someone up, which they did and gave me the towels needed. The tv’s did not work very well but we never turned them on again. The full kitchen was nice but there was no dish soap or dishwasher soap. No hand soap in the main bathroom or kitchen. Pool was nice but towels were hardly ever available. The temperature was hard to regulate in the loft but AC worked very well. The location was nice and very easy to navigate to other parts of Atlanta.

My stay was wonderful. It’s such a nice clean and cozy place. The rooms are so cute and nice. I walked in and smelled the cleanliness and it had everything you would need as if you were home. They have a nice pool, tennis court, and bbq and fire pit area and a game room inside with poker tables etc.. it’s in such a safe and quiet area and the maintenance man Andre was amazing !!! Big shout out to him, is so kind and helpful and will keep u laughing as well as feed ya some wisdom! I would highly recommend and I will most definitely be back every time I go to Atlanta !!!

The property was pretty bland. It could use some color. Also, the only time we went to talk to the front desk person & they were incredibly rude( we we're looking for pool towels). No need to be rude when asked a simple question. Not a great impression.

I loved everything... if i could give it 10 stars i would. I wrote a post for a recent stay under this hotel accidentally and now I have to figure out how to delete it! This hotel is my go to ALWAYS when I'm in Atlanta. Happy to discover this gem.

The rooms are set up like studios. The room doors are on the outside. There's no photos on the site to show that. I wish it did. It was confusing at first to find my room. The room numbers are small and right by the door so you have to walk around to find your number. There are at least 12 buildings that your room might be in. In my room there were stains on all the sitting furniture. The bed was ok and the bathroom felt more like I was in a business bathroom rather than a hotel bathroom. Restaurants were at least 10 min away and none within walking distance that I could see on the map.

The room smelled really badly of smoke and nothing was done to fix the issue. In the middle of the night someone was smoking pot and the smell came into the room like it was blowing into the air vents of the room. Front desk said they were unable to do anything.

Do not choose this property for your stay until you know these things. This is a partially converted apartment complex with some residences and some “hotel rooms”. With that, you have a lot of nefarious activity going on in the parking lot and breezeways. The pictures online are VERY doctored up. Rooms are sprayed with some type of ozone odor eliminating spray that was so overwhelming and powerful our lungs began to burn within 30 minutes of being in the room. The bedding and the sofa smelled of strong chemicals-it got into our clothes and everything that touched it. Both the sofa and bed comforter were wet to the touch. The bathroom was dirty, with hair and dirt inside the shower asks on the baseboards, the sheets did not look or smell clean. It is labeled as a non smoking hotel but the smell of cigarette smoke lingered inside the entire space. The kitchen was a disappointment as the lights over the stove and sink were out and all of the cookware was scratched so badly-it was not useable. Although the staff tried to be accommodating, this would not be a place I would ever recommend. I’m planning on asking for my money back. Didn’t sleep a wink. Left at 5 am because it was unbearable to stay any longer. We all had red eyes and burning lungs. Went into the front office to give the keys back and the attendant was asleep in the chair. Don’t be fooled by the great price and pictures online.

Other issue was kreepy little 20 leg bugs crawling on the ceilings. Had to smoosh with a shoe... Will probably stay again because it is very comfortable.

It's a great concept, but the reality is poor. There are only 3 cups/plates/bowls so if 2 of you stay in the room you have to either run the dishwasher daily or wash by hand. Great location for Perimeter area, but I wouldn't stay here again.
