The toaster DID NOT WORK in my room and I can't imagine why it wasn't already repleaced. I left a note in the toaster and placed on it on top of the trash can in my room. The note said, "This toaster is toast. You need to replace." A working toaster in my room.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. By far the most cloud-like bed I have ever slept on! Small, furnished kitchen for longer stays and extra living space to spread out. The walls were a little thin for sound, but everything else was great. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Walking distance to a few places (in more of a business district) and staff was all pleasant.

The breakfast was really good, location amazing, room fantastic. The elevator was broke so I had to walk up the stairs but the receptionist put me on the 2nd floor so it wasn't that bad to walk up 1 flight of stairs but still would have liked if the elevator was worked the entire time of my stay

Juan and Oamel were amazing! However, the floors kept flooding. We did advise the front desk each time but it seems that every time we took a shower the floor would flood. Other than that we had a great time!

The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful and seemed like they enjoyed being there. They allow and welcome pets so that was a plus. The pool and sitting area is so comfortable.

Just wow! For the price through Travelocity this was a STEAL. It was pristine, the breakfast was amazing, I got in earlier than expected and they let me check in early with no problems the staff was great. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Oshmel front desk clerk was very rude and Impatient with me for no reason but the hotel manager and a booking.com rep were very professional and helped me get checked in the hotel.

The stay was amazing.I had problems with the front clerk upon arriving trying to charge me $650 and the room was already booked. Been a little over a week and still haven't gotten my deposit back it's just gone.

First time in Atlanta, this Marriott was a great choice. I stayed here for 2 weeks and would definitely could have stayed here longer if I needed to. It was located in area that was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was great, laundry facilities were well maintained, there was a 24hr gym that had great machines available. Perimeter mall, gas station and Publix close by. There were also some restaurants in the same parking lot that were walking distance. The highway was also very close, making trips easy. The staff was also very courteous, John and Wendy were a few names that I could remember that made the stay very homey. The kitchen staff ladies and cleaning crew were also very sweet and accommodating. My only complaint would be that on the weekends the parking lot gets full since it’s shared with the other 2 restaurants. Had to make sure to be at back at the hotel by 7pm or else I wouldn’t have found any parking, spots didn’t start becoming available until after the restaurants were closed around 10pm. I was worried about my vehicle since I heard about so many incidents of people’s cars getting broken into at other hotel parking lots but thankfully that never happened at my stay here and I personally didn't see any other cars that had any incidents. Overall I give this hotel a solid 9/10, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel offered me everything I needed during my trip. Staying at the residence inn is one of my favorite hotels because the room feels like you’re staying in a nice condo. While the breakfast is a continental style service, the food actually tastes good. My sister, nephew, and niece also enjoyed the food. Overall, this one is at the top of my list.

7th floor w family not good!! There need to be extra toilet paper n soap in rooms. Needs broom in each suite so you can clean up spills. Stayed 5 nights housekeeper never came by!!!!! Not even to ask if anything was needed.

I did not stay at this hotel. At end of registration it said sold out and never received confirmation that this room was booked. Got a call 7/2 at 3:00 am asking if I had checked in. I spoke to Osmil on 7/2 at 4:00 pm and he assured me there would be no charge to room.

After our first property was such a disappointment, this property and its staff were a pleasure. This was the best Residence Inn that I have ever stayed in. Very clean, delightful staff. I cant say enough - out of 5 stars, I give them 10.

I appreciate the staff for making the check-in very quick and easy. They acknowledged my written request for a room away from the elevators and the room was in a nice quiet location.

The living space was a little small, but overall we really enjoyed the stay. Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, hot water worked well, comfortable beds and the hotel is located near several great restaurants, shopping centers, Wal-Mart, Publix and the Perimeter mall. You’re right across the street from a Walmart so me and my fiancé saved some money not going out EVERY day and night of our stay even though we wanted to. When we did go out to eat and do some sight seeing tho, everything was a half hour away or less which was perfect. Overall me and my fiancé had an amazing time in Atlanta and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good price, great hotel, and an amazing staff

The Hotel was Nice! There are restrictions because of COVID with breakfast and it seems to be with housekeeping as well (as long as your occupying the room [no fresh linen unless requested]). Other than those things, we enjoyed our stay and will be back when we visit the city again!

This is the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. This, to me, is most important. Also, the people at the front desk were very nice!

This hotel never dissapoints. Great location, easy parking, friendly and accommodating staff, has everything I need for business travel.

I love it here! We chose this hotel because we can walk to our favorite restaurant Fogo! BUT we could also walk so many more places (yes we have a car haha), the location is just great!

We did a one night stay and we’re very impressed with how nice the King Room was, the layout, cleanliness, the courtesy of the staff. Only thing we were looking forward to that they didn’t have was a hot breakfast. All they had besides the normal cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt fruit was waffles that a staff member had to make for you. The pictures on the site gave the impression of a good hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, etc. other than that stay was awesome and we would stay here again!!
