The property was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quite however you would hear a LOUD vehicle as it drove by the adjacent road. Breakfast bar was very good, especially the omelette station. The only two things that are negative would be the requirement to pay for parking and that the bath towels and wash cloths are not replaced daily and you are expected to reuse them.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before and liked it. However, this time there were problems with the housekeeping services. I requested daily housekeeping, but on some days the housekeeping staff didn't even enter my room. The bed wasn't made, the bathroom, toilet, and sink weren't cleaned. The towels weren't changed. The carpets weren't vacuumed. There were items belonging to previous guests on the windowsill. The chain controlling the curtain was broken and didn't work. After I pointed it out, the broken part was replaced. In short, apart from the housekeeping, there were no other problems at the hotel. I specifically wrote this review as a message to the managers.I was particularly impressed by the dedication of the kitchen staff, especially during breakfast. The kitchen and service areas were clean at all times.

Good stay, no problems except parking cost $20 a day was a surprise. I actually picked this place because of how they rave about the breakfast. Well waybetter than the "two star" hotels but just because they have someone making rather simple omlets didn't impress me much. Seems to be a safe area. I would stay there again. I doubt staying at a more expensive hotel would be any better value.

It was Beautiful. It was very clean. Loved the breakfast buffet. Food in the bar was delicious. The lay out in the suite was very nice. Very close to children’s hospital where our Grand Daughter was. Mattress on bed had springs coming through and was hard. So hard that I slept on couch. Selection of bed pillows could be better. Sectional was broken in one side. I reported the bed to the front deck. I believe house keeping put a mattress pad on bed the third night. Renovation is badly needed in 504.

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming, friendly and courteous. The location was very noisy, with regard to highway noise. The beds were not comfortable. The AC and duct system need maintenance and cleaning, as they did not operate correctly and were very loud when they would come on not to mention the dusty smell coming from the unit that put me and my kids into a full histamine flare which was miserable. You had to be either hot or freezing, making relaxing difficult. The furniture needs to be updated, the couch sagged quite a bit when sitting on it. There was hardly any water pressure in the shower. We stayed for three days and asked for housekeeping on the second day, that turned into quite the ordeal. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper several times before getting it because of difficulties communicating with the housekeeper as she did not speak any english. I texted the hotel through the number they provided as the phones in our room did not work, with our requests for housekeeping (after they failed to service the room while we were out) but it kept getting lost in translation I guess. Then when we needed to extend for one night (our stay was originally two days) the rate had gone up ridiculously.

Everything was great! From check in to getting a snack at the bar and the room was very well equipped. I didn’t like the cheap coffee in the room and the cheap maker. I would have thought the hotel would provided a kuereg with some k-cups, given I had a suite.

It was exactly as good as is expected from Hyatt.

My only complaint is that the bartender/server was not very friendly at all. A smile would have made all the difference.

Our room was clean and the property was well maintained. Easy location for Sandy Springs as you are close to many connectors. I wish the breakfast was open for an additional hour. Overall, a nice place to stay with helpful staff.

I don’t remember the name of the lady at the front desk. She was about 5 foot one with very short cropped hair a bright yellow blouse. She was very helpful. Because of your concern for travelers, we would return to the Hyatt in a heartbeat.

The lady who checked us in would only give us one room key. It was very inconvenient because you couldn’t use the elevator without waiting for the other person to come with the key

Hyatt staff are beyond helpful and nice to guests. Hyatt House is located in quiet & safe district of Piedmont area of Atlanta. It was inviting and very clean. Room was laid out like a condo or flat. Breakfast bar was well stocked and provided a great start to Memorial Day weekend.

Wish the breakfast selection was a bit better. Overall experience was 8-9/10

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was clean! I love the island style kitchenettes. It’s almost like a mini apartment. In fact, I cannot wait to return. Everything was so seamless.

The property was in a convenient location. My room was tidy but smelled like dog urine. I am pretty sure that someone’s dog used it in the room on the carpet.

**The Breakdown** * **Noise & Build Quality (1/10):** Located on the 8th floor, I could hear every thud, door slam, and "elephant" stomping from the 9th floor, plus hallway traffic and highway noise that woke me up repeatedly. The microwave exhaust rattled, kitchen flooring felt weak/water-damaged, and bathroom tiles were missing grout. * **The Thermostat Trick:** The HVAC fan cannot run continuously. Worse, the vent points directly at the thermostat—a cheap tactic to trick the system into shutting off. The thermostat read 64°F, but the actual room stayed a stifling 75°F, forcing me to buy my own fan. * **Service & Cleanliness (5/10 Room, 9/10 Property):** Room management was disappointing; when requesting a quieter 9th-floor room, staff made me call back hours later instead of securing it. The room had carpet stains, makeup, and ketchup-like spots on the walls, though the property overall was clean. * **Parking (8/10):** On-site garages are tight. The overflow garage across the street limits guests to the 4th floor, though parking on the 1st floor caused no issues. **Positives:** The staff was generally friendly, the area felt 100% safe, and the room layout was an amazing use of small space with a clean, comfortable bed and sofa.

Everything about this hotel was delightful. The staff was incredibly helpful. the breakfast was exceptionally good, especially the omelet bar. The beds we're superior and I am very picky. We were there for very unhappy circumstances but we're able to gather and be a family. For a hotel it sure felt like home. I would gladly come and stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located right off 285. Hyatt House has parking for $19 a day and a free Breakfast with Omelets made hot and fresh each morning. Will stay here again.

This is a good business hotel located on the outskirts of Atlanta. It is a short walk from a subway station, where one can catch a train to both the airport and downtown. It should be noted, however, that public transportion in Atlanta can be a somewhat intimidating experience for out-of-towners. Hence, we elected to drive into town in spite of the high parking prices. The parking lot under the hotel can be a somewhat tight squeeze. But that can't be changed.

We booked 2 rooms. The first room Air conditioning unit didn't work and the room was on heat at 86 degrees. They didn't have another room available and we had to wait until morning for a new one just like that one. My second check in first room had trash in the kitchen. Second room air unit didn't work. Stephanie front desk was very rude. They didn't seem to care. Im a Hyatt member and this,was horrible.

The layout was unique being the lobby and bar were on the third floor. The pool/terrace on an upper floor with a view was unique as well.

I did not have a great experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was questionable. On arrival there was hair all over the kitchen and bathroom. I found hair in the complimentary breakfast & in the napkins/silverware area.

The room itself was good. The sofa bed mattress was not good. You could feel the springs. Not the hotels fault, really, but the traffic noise was very loud. You really need earplugs.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The customer service was excellent. The rooms were very clean and up-to-date and the property itself was very clean and well-maintained. This was probably the best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. I give my stay here at 10 out of 10.

Clean, seemed recently renovated. Breakfast was delicious with a made-to-order omlette station. The room was very spacious with every amenity we needed. I wasn’t expecting the full kitchenette. The bar was quite lively. I tried the brussel sprouts and peach whisky sour and thoroughly enjoyed them. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice amenities. Korean Tacos were fantastic. The elevators were quick. Parking cost an additional $20/day. The staff were there. Working. Didn't want to be bothered. The only staff member there who I saw smile the entire 4½ days I was there was the daytime manager. He was engaging and helpful. Most everyone else just did the bare minimum and refused to smile to anyone, really. I got a good rate. Not sure if I'd stay there again.

Room was pretty dirty, pile of hair on the floor, trash can in the middle of the kitchen, dirty countertops. Vacuum or carpet cleaner in the hall was super loud in the morning and they would bump the door with it. Despite that, rooms are nice and modern. Breakfast was tasty. I was working and complaining wasn’t in the schedule, so I can’t speak to the hotel front desk. I would consider trying them again in the future but if the room had clumps of hair on the bathroom floor, they would hear about it.

It was all excellent. From the breakfast, to the pool, to the bar and dinner, I haven’t a single complaint. And the staff is exceptional!

Our only complaint would be location of the room. It was ground level and there was a street light and stop light right outside. Without a curtain the window glowed all night making it impossible to get a good night sleep not to mention the noise from traffic outside

I think the property is well maintained and very clean. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast which I was looking forward to but I hear it’s very good.

This is a nice property but I was turned off by having to pay for parking. The hotel isn’t located downtown, there is no valet parking, and all parking isn’t covered. I was disappointed in the stay after finding out I would be charged $19 for parking. I definitely misread the Expedia additional details.

However i was quite surprised that there is only a choice of pork sausage, not turkey sausage for breakfast. Also, flavored creamer and half /half as your choices to add to Coffee?! its 2026, where is the oat or almond milk? not even a low fat milk was available, that was quite a surprise. All in All i give breakfast 4 out of 5 stars, and by the way the Coffee is Good!

The building smells good and clean, in a serene environment and close to train/bus routes to visit Downtown. The breakfast is good, and fresh. The staffs are hospitable just that there was no discount for me on my birthday stay. Overall, I’ll recommend.

They said they gave away my room. I said how can that be? I reserved it snd paid for it in advance. They said it was the hotel policy. And while they did tell me at the front desk that i would be reimbursed for 1 day, obviously. They refused to reimburse me as i was leaving the hotel. I am very upset about this unfairness. I have never had this happen to me in my 50 years of travel.

Everything about this hotel was nice. The parking and elevator were the only confusing parts. You have to choose your floor before entering the elevator and how to access additional parking when the main floor parking area is full was not explained during check in. Good complimentary breakfast, including made to order omelets and nice rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very well maintained in a nice area only 20 minutes outside of downtown Atlanta. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice and quiet. During my stay the elevators one of them were broken so getting to and from my room and to other floors were very hectic and also housekeeping had to constantly be reminded to clean my room because I stayed for a week and often times even after requesting for my room to be clean at the front desk it was still not done. Other than that everything else was nice and the breakfast is the best. Ask for TO GO boxes as well if you don’t want to stay down stairs to eat you can enjoy it in your room.

Overall, my experience was great. Clean place, hospitable environment and a responsive team. Lest I forget, the complimentary breakfast was good.

The breakfast spread was pretty good. I was very happy with the size and layout of the room. The shower gel dispenser was empty, but after I mentioned it to the front desk, they refilled it during clean up.

The omlet station and continental breakfast did not disappoint. We were there overnight for an appt at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital and the Hotel was very close. Only a 2 minute drive. Will definitely consider this place in the future.

Weekend stay at the Hyatt House on Peachtree Dunwoody Road and found it to be consistent in quality and amenities as the other locations I’ve stayed. Close proximity to many activities and shopping as well as the interstate for convenience. Staff was courteous and rooms were well kept.

I had a horrible experience. The elavator didn’t work. The pool was closed at 5 on a Friday for maintenance!! The breakfast is subpar dir the cost of the room. Will not be coming back.

I traveled from Texas to spend my birthday in Atlanta with family. I chose this hotel. It did not disappoint. Beautiful and clean hotel with excellent service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was delicious with made to order omelets and other delicious foods to choose from.

I have stayed at this hotel before. The location is great, and the breakfast is wonderful. The staff is also top-notch. The bathroom was not clean, and the toilet had urine running from its base.

The furnishings and decor of the hotel are incredibly drab. Nearly every surface is white or grey. Indeed, as has become common in many public buildings, the use of grey is ridiculously excessive. Nearly every surface in the hotel room is grey, creating a depressing environment. You should use more colors in your interior design.

The breakfast room is very cramped. There are not enough staff to clean dining area and wash dishes. We pointed out that the dishes were dirty (clearly had eggs on them) the staff argued and said they were not dirty and would not take them back.

This is my second time staying at the hotel and I enjoyed it every time. The facility is absolutely kept clean. I feel like I have seen workers cleaning every hour 24/7, at least that’s how clean it is kept. The food tastes amazing. My only reason for ranking the amenities a three is because the menu is a small selection and there aren’t a lot of things to do in the hotel specifically. There is a pool and lounge area, but I didn’t use either. I did use the gym and the laundry facility and those were clean and I felt safe. Overall, outstanding hotel and staff.

The hotel was excellent. The lobby space was amazing. We were able to come together and have a game night in the corner of the lobby without bothering anyone. The restaurant food was excellent, plenty of parking and the $15 a day parking fee was better than other hotels. The location was fantastic. Minutes away from Perimeter mall and other attractions. The hotel located in a quiet suburb. The room is clean, modern, the bed and pillows are firm but really comfortable. We didn’t use WiFi because our phones signal was great. Back at the room, there was no voice or traffic travel through the room. The only sound we heard was occasional door slamming from a jerk across the hall. The breakfast was the best, everything was fresh, eggs were cooked to order. Staff were friendly and happy. Good hotel!

Clean. Only issue was the sliding door to bathroom. It was not aligned appropriately Therefore the door would not close without pushing it in some and then turning the knob.Other tenants apparently were trying to slam the door closed and there were lots of dents at the closure.

The room we had, the toilet wouldn’t flush like normal(one time) we literally had to flush it 3times for the content in toilet to go down. Also, ironing board was messed up(padding was coming off)

This is the second time we have stayed at Hyatt House Atlanta/ Perimeter Center. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our granddaughter had surgeries at Scottish Rite which is conveniently located to the hotel. We will choose Hyatt House again whenever we stay in Atlanta.

Everything, clean rooms, bathroom, building the staff was very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was in a nice and quiet area.

Every staff representative that interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and so nice. I requested a walk in shower prior to my arrival and they made sure my request was met. Every staff member greeted me. The food was great and I plan to stay there again if I’m back in the area.

Also and this might sound weird , but the water pressure in the shower is amazing and it’s one of the reason I always like staying here !

I stayed here on two separate occasions in one 4 day weekend. We always got the furthest room from the elevators both times too which was okay for me, but my husband did not like walking so far. The hotel was nice and the room was fairly clean. I did have a hair on the shower wall and found the switches kinds dusty though. Also the top cover of the bed is rough & not smooth if you have sensory issues. The breakfast was okay, but after reading all the reviews I thought it was supposed to be a “great” and it was not. They do have an omelette station where they will cook you one upon order, but I like oatmeal and toast for breakfast and they didn’t even have that. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t until here. They had grits there instead bc they only have 1 hot bin until the second stay they had it. It’s also NOT KID FRIENDLY as the cereal was lacking along with any breakfast pastries! They did have yogurt and cut up fruit, but literally idk how this place got “elevated” as a review unless it was a worker. I was expecting more than continental like biscuits & gravy, nope. So although it was an overall nice stay I don’t think I would come again as the room was really noisy being further from the elevator and closer to the highway, and the room had SO MUCH BLINKING lights (fire alarm devices, but never a prob elsewhere) I couldn’t get sleep. I thought the other reviews about the noise was a one- off, but it’s truly noisy from the highway cars. Staff were great though.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The mattress had a few stains that looked like makeup but otherwise the room was spotless. We stay frequently when we come to Atlanta and will definitely be back. We learned this time that if you like being close to the elevator, book a suite instead of a room otherwise it's a bit of a hike.

Room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful, area felt very safe and quiet, and the MARTA is right next to the hotel if you're planning on taking a trip to central ATL.

Service at the lobby bar was poor. TVs on random shows, not sports. Bartender seemed annoyed with guests being at the bar and was either watching her show or on her phone the entire time, with the back bar unorganized.

Fantastic and clean at such a good price

I thought it was a very big inconvenience when I had to add another day to the hotel. I had to go physically downstairs to lobby to checkout and check in again. That’s not smart seeing I was keeping the same room. Also housekeeping banged on my door 4 times starting from 9am to 11am bothering me. That was not cool. I felt rushed and interrupted. When I told house keeping I was checking out at 11:30 he laughed.

It was okay, but it was in the middle of nowhere, near the hospital. The bathroom door won't lock properly.

It was for my birthday this time around, but we’ve stayed at this location numerous of times it’s always a great experience, my husband and I call it our second home.

Very comfortable bed, relatively quiet air handler, and convenient kitchenette room (not the full kitchen room) with small fridge, 6 cup coffee maker with mesh filter, microwave and 2 burner cooktop. Enough pans, utensils, plates, etc if you want to cook a simple meal. Much better than average complimentary breakfast with omelette bar and plenty of seating. I appreciated the J1772 complimentary destination chargers (approx 8?) for my EV, and although the small, two-level parking garage can fill up quickly in the evenings, I found they open up during the daytime hours. There are some free, overflow spaces outside the garage and an additional garage just across the access street to hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Love this hotel! This is our 2nd time staying here and we cant wait to come back. Maybe the best hotel in outside of downtown ATL when it comes to nightly rate, customer service, experience and modern condition of the hotel.

Lastly, skip breakfast there unless you don’t mind powdered eggs. They’re not alone in serving this kind of slop - it’s all too common these days which is why I never bother with breakfast at chain hotels.

Has to request new sheets for the bed due to hair found throughout the bedding. House keeping came right away to change the sheets. The bed itself was hard and uncomfortable. The call kept dropping whenever I would call down to front desk. The lobby was clean. Friendly staff. I didn't see anything about paying for parking prior to booking.

The room was gorgeous and so is the whole hotel. Everything is clean and well taken care of. The parking is close by and seemed safe to me. Staff was friendly and hard working. The breakfast has healthy options and is delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel!

When I arrived popcorn was all over the floor, the lobby smelled like wet dogs. I understand the hotel is pet friendly, but something these to be done with the odor.

The room and motel were very nice and clean, unfortunately it was near a highway and some of the traffic noise could be heard inside. There also was what I assume to be employees talking and laughing loudly throughout the night that made it hard to get a good nights sleep.

At check in we were given keys to a room that was illegally occupied. It took more time to finally get a room. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

We booked hotel for mom’s surgery at nearby hospital. The toilet was not working properly, called for repair which never arrived. Tried to get more towels and could not get anyone at front desk, had to go in person to get it and found front desk person. When told we could not reach anyone, she less than professional.

I had an amazing stay, the hotel was clean as usual. Staff is always so nice and kind. The only issue I had was the neighbors above my room stomped, ran, and jumped all day long. I had to call the front desk twice and was told they would call to inform them of the disturbance, but they continued to make noise. Other than that disturbance all day and night the hotel was really nice. It is my favorite place to stay every time I visit Atlanta.

This hotel is clean and modern. We bookes here for the convenient location. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was a bit small but overall very clean. Only thing to improve is customers put garbage outside the door but they don't collect in time, and we ended up leaving the trash outside for 2 days...

Yes, I am elated to say my stay here was amazing. Kimberly checked me in and she was extremely wonderful with her customer service. Kimberly was very friendly and very strategic with her work skills as a receptionist. Also the environment is very clean with nice restaurants and a very nice view. The people and the property are all very nice. The issues we had were that 3 of the 4 plates and 2 of the 4 glasses in our room were dirty with stuck on food. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa and the blanket for it was full of holes. We also found small hairs on our bed pillows.
