Staff were good, especially lovely Khussi/Tussi (no name badge, so I couldn't catch the spelling). And manager Jackson was good to have a one-on-one with. They have made good changes to this loc but J, keep going with that, especially with the systematic TV issues. (You know I am being kind to not share another photo) so do the right thing by customers, not stake holders, and I will see if you lived up to your 5-point promises when I make it back next year to check on things. Breakfast of champions if they only need grab and go Muesli bar and mini muffin, and coffee

The “breakfast” consisted of packaged muffins and coffee/hot chocolate…. Very disappointing!! No local tv service to watch local weather.

Very noisy late into the night. Door lock failed multiple times and had to get new keys. The complimentary breakfast was literally non existent.

Everything was clean and staff were very nice... The only downside is they do not have ice on the premises you have a refrigerator with the freezer with trays but you have to wait for the ice to freeze. So make sure if you need ice you bring it with you!

The staff was fantastic! The room was clean. The furniture and amenities were great. The laundry room wash machine was defective and took my money. Had to go thru a company to get it back. I think that Extended Stay should’ve reimbursed me and dealt with the company themselves and not inconvenience me.

Arrived to staff that wasn’t present even after ringing the bell, staff who didn’t even know if they had a jacuzzi or not or if the pool was heated? My key cards did not work the entire time and I was told to inconveniently come to desk before I go up to my room to get the cards activated! The TV and phone didn’t work and the sink drain wouldn’t unplug so water built up. While I was returning the luggage carrier on day one of my arrival there was police officers at the room across from me. Their idea of a gym is an empty room with no towels and 3 machines and breakfast is nonexistent with cheap small packages of muffins and generic granola bars. I would never recommend this stay especially for the money I was charged!!!

It was good, though I have to say there wasn't any useful bathroom amenities outside of toilet paper for almost 200 a night you'd at least expect some shampoo and conditioner provided not just a bar of soap.

The guy at the front desk called the cops on me for asking for the utensils his reason was cause I was to big and blk . Some straight non sense. Avoid this hotel and they want bring anything to your room. There not accommodating at all

Easy access to and from the highway the location was nice and quiet. The only downside was the pool was closed and the key card would not work but other than that everything was good. We definitely will stay here again.

On their website it says they have breakfast but when I was there they only had muffins in a cabinet and hot chocolate/coffee. If you’re expecting more than that, this is not the place to stay.

Its location, its price, and the low charge for pets. Frankly, it was a lot better than the last time I stayed here, so really no complaints.

Our room had a very fowl odor of something rotten when I went to the front desk to report it and to see if we could get to a different room I was advised that that was not possible and then if I didn’t like it, I could leave and go to a different hotel they did offer a refund. On Expedia it says there is a breakfast and that is a lie. They call it a grab and go which consists of a fruit bar, or small muffin or a package of oatmeal and coffee that’s it.

Jackson, the property manager, was very helpful in securing for me a top floor suite when I told him I was very sensitive to noise even though availability seemed nonexistent. Khusi was very welcoming and helpful in checking me in and helping me choose a room. Robert in charge of maintenance was very helpful and promptly responded to my needs.

I booked this hotel because of the pool, but unfortunately, it was out of order when we arrived yesterday. I kindly request that you update this information on your website. I paid for two rooms, and my children were eagerly looking forward to using the pool, but they were very disappointed when they found out it wasn’t available. I would have not the booked the hotel if I knew the pool was not available.

The telephone didn’t work nor did the air conditioner. The shower was okay as was the bed. They said they included breakfast - we went down at 8:30 and there wasn’t anything even coffee was gone - they did bring more coffee and their breakfast included a stale wrapped muffin and a strawberry bar. They should not say breakfast it should be snacks. The price was right but I would have paid more for more or I should say normal hotel .

The bed had an unpleasant smell, which made it seem like the pillows may not have been freshly cleaned or replaced. The pool was also unavailable during our stay, even though it was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, and unfortunately there was no clear information on when it would be fixed. Overall, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations, so I would rate it 2 out of 5 stars.

Had a great stay with my pup. Everyone was very friendly and courteous.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms (including the floors!) and the excellent staff (every single one of them was proactive, and solved problems immediately). The breakfast offerings are mediocre. They hid the pastries inside a cabinet and expected customers to know that. Many just assumed they were out of pastries.

Very clean and calm when arriving and leaving. The rooms come equipped with a microwave and fridge and they provide utensils and pans at the desk. The front desk was very helpful with everything and even let me use the laundry area once we were checked out. The road is busy but you cant change that and eventually you get used to the noise so its ok.

Mostly clean Pool images are misleading, it looks like an indoor pool but it is only partially enclosed. The only reason we considered the location was because it looked as if the pool was indoors and we wanted our kids to be able to swim during our winter trip. The rest of the hotel was fine, clean and semi-comfortable beds. Nothing fancy. Freeway adjacent location was unbearably loud.

Front desk staff were great, and the hotel was very clean and nice. Just be aware that this is an extended-stay hotel, so there aren’t many toiletries like in other hotels. Breakfast is grab-and-go, not a buffet.

The staff were the best part of the stay. Very kind and helpful. The rooms were austere, clean, and a little under resourced. Kitchen with no dining utensils. An freezer with no ice trays? I understand these may make things hard to maintain. I just don't understand all the cupboard space without any tools to use.

The room reeked of marajuana. The food for the breakfast was gone before 7am. The stay was not nearly worth what I paid. I found other cheaper rates online closer to the arrival date. Just not a good experience.

This isn't the most convenient location. It took me a couple of days to feel comfortable coming and going. The area surrounding the property was very commercial, and freeway access is limited. The hallways required a good vacuuming, as did the floor in my room. The staff was the best, especially Jackson, who checked me in and remembered my name. I found it most convenient to take Uber.

When I called and asked what time it opened for breakfast he said 7am and then hung up immediately. I had to call back and ask him how long it was and he answered and then hung up. I finally decided to go to the office because i wanted more blankets and pillows and when I got there and told him that he keeps hanging up way to fast, he said well if your on your way here then you can ask. The beds were rock hard and all the pillows were so lumpy that I felt like I could have slept better on the ground. The place was older and not too bad of a set up but I don’t think we would ever recommend this place to anyone. The continental breakfast was ok, not horrible but there was no juice options at all.

I liked how clean and new the hotel room was. However, we waited a while to get checked in because there was only one staff member at the time who wasn't at the desk for a bit (to be fair, I think she was helping another customer). Just wish it was more staffed.

When I arribed to check in, I was told that they only had one room reserved for me. Upon further speculation on my part, I did have a second room but it was under my husband's name. The property is understaffed. The pool was closed and this amenity should be removed because this was one of the major determining factors for me choosing this property for my 2 day stay. The 2 queens thay i requested were not available so one of the rooms was changed to a single King. This was considered an upgrade but did not fit my requirements of party of 7 needing more beds. The one individual who checked us in was overwhelmed with too many tasks and when i requested dishes, she had to go wash them and i had to carry pots pans utensil etc. for my party of 7. The toilet kept stopping up and we were tasked with plunging the toilets ourselves. A roach was found in the bed of one of the rooms. Grab and go breakfast was lackluster only oatmeal packs and granola bars. Empty coffee carafes were stored on the floor.

On a road trip, I found this hotel in my price range the same day as my stay. Service was ok, though I was bummed coffee wasn't around after breakfast service ended in the morning, and wi-fi instructions and info on how to get kitchen items wasn't furnished upon checkin. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hallways and public areas were adequately clean. I would consider staying again as it was in my price range and now I know how the wi-fi and kitchen items work. I also can plan for not having maid service on weekends (as another guest was told) and that coffee ends with breakfast. Also no shampoo/conditioner, so I now know to bring my own. I did appreciate the price and the comfort / cleanliness of the room.

Very basic hotel. Full kitchen, but not a single cup, plate or utensil. No coffee in the room or in the whole hotel. No shampoo or body wash in the room, need to request from the front desk. Rooms are clean and fairly well remodeled, but common areas are very worn and tired.

The first room they gave me had a landline that wasn't connected. I am 74 and alone, and needed to have some safety precautions. The only window was stuck partly open, would not close. The 2nd room they gave me was dirty, coch roaches in the room, dirty, rusty, showers - just awful. No security around property. Elevators filthy, anything on walls, dropped off. I will never go back.

My family and I left after 20 minutes with no refund. The rooms were so filthy the elevators were trashed and filthy. Prostitutes and drug addicts in the hallway and on the elevator. The room had no towels. It was a studio room with a kitchen and they didn’t have any utensils because the clerk said everyone keeps stealing them.

I went right to the store and started cooking I really liked my room.. the hotel has some cleaning issues in its guest areas my room was clean and comfortable 👨‍🍳

It was clean, not the most comfortable funiture, but decent and useful. No soap, shampoo, etc provided - not the end of the world but something to be aware of. If your room is facing the highway it is very loud, even late at night. The heate rin the room is a VERY LOUD under the window unit - you basically choose between the room being warm and the ability to sleep. "Breakfast" was coffee, tea and a granola bar.

First room I went to was unmade with towels on the floor. Staff didn't seem to care very much. No apology no nothing. People at that front desk really need a lot of training in customer satisfaction

The front desk staffs were friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. I love to come back here sooner or later, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The hall floor I stayed on smelled like disgusting rank food all through the air always remember as I have to remind myself, but you get what you pay for and I got less than that. Avoid this disgusting hotel at all costs.

Horribly kept hotel, ac and tv didn’t work properly and the room was full of cockroaches. The noisiness of the freeway and the rest of the guests helped to make this the worst place I’ve stayed in decades!

Breakfast was a joke. Oatmeal as your only option on a Saturday, not the best.

We were well cared for when we stopped here for the night and I would highly recommend this hotel

Bugs everywhere

The bathroom door was missing a the locking mechanism, the refrigerator was also really loud. Normally I don't have any issues with Extended Stay properties but this location could use some maintenance.

Hotel did not have any rooms available even thought online showed as open. They upgraded me to another room and charged me the difference. It was not my fault that they did not have an accurate description of what rooms were available yet they still made me pay more for a room with one bed. Terrible experience

The service was horrible the manager not letting me splaing about the service that we gat on extra charge on our room the charge me on m credit card twice and we were there n the hotel one a week for the hole summer I don’t recommend

When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation. In all fairness, it was under a different last name, but itinerary number wasn't useful either. I had to book another room but figured out the name issue after logging onto my Expedia. Thankfully, they immediately refunded the extra room I had to book to get grandma into a restroom (no other restrooms available on the property per the desk assistant ??). 'Kitchen' area in the room was okay, but it is really not useful since there were no utensils, cups, ice trays, etc. Free breakfast was a joke, granola bars, oatmeal packs and coffee that ran out quickly. Don't stay here for the free breakfast. Would not stay here again.

It was the WORST night I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Do NOT let them assign you to Room 212; it vibrates, shook, and rumbled all night from the laundry room below. Three calls to the front desk at 10:30, midnight, and 3:45 am, and they did NOTHING to resolve the issue. During check out the staff on duty said they’d had complaints before and told me to contact the GM for a refund. Three phone calls and an email later I still haven’t heard back from them.

The bed was very hard and super uncomfortable. Could not sleep at all.

The TV remote was not in the room or shampoo. We went to the front desk at 9 pm age there was no one there to help.

The room itself was in poor condition—there was a bad smell, mold in the shower, and cockroaches in the bathroom, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. I called 911 to report the incident, though nothing came of it. I decided to check out immediately. When I confronted the front desk person in the morning, he denied it, but I knew it was him. I ended up finding another hotel at 2 AM. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here—my experience was both strange and unsafe, with the added discomfort of an unclean room.

The whole room needs to be gutted and freshen up. No shower pressure, pots over used . Stay a motel 6 they are better. Not worth price .

This place is falling apart

Made a reservation from a mile away and was at the property in 5 minutes. This was around midnight. They didn’t have any clean rooms and sent me away. And then they reported me as a no show so I don’t get my money back — still arguing. Will never go there again.

Room was dirty, bathroom had mold, light was out and front desk clerk was so unprofessional.

The room that I chose was not available, and I had to pay an up charge for another room. The other room was very smelly and right next to the laundry room not the most comforting place to rest.

There was only one employee and had to wait 30 minutes to get helped in the front desk . The air didn’t work and no cups in the room by the sink . Horrible experience

Black mold in every shower! I have stayed 4 times at your hotel and that was the last time. Black mold is dangerous to your customers and your cleaning crew is not doing its job. You will eventually be liable for some person suing you for health reasons. The last visit for me will be my last and will not recommend your hotel ever to any of my friends or associates.

Terrible stay! Reached our destination after 4 hours of driving only to get a call from the hotel that Hotels.com had overbooked and we had to go to another hotel in Richmond, much farther away. I told them that was unacceptable so they offered us a King bed and a pull out sofabed instead of 2 queen beds. Check in staff was rude and not helpful, did not offer us bedding for the sofa bed, so we had to go back downstairs at 11:00 pm to get it. Sofa bed was not fit for sleeping, had a rut in it, bedding was inadequate! The hotel generally was dirty and the whole place needs renovated. I would never recommend this place and probably won't use your app again.

The younger lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient and was so nice, and she was able to answer and address a lot of our questions during our stay. Overall tho, wouldn’t stay here again, didn’t feel worth the cost.

Elevators stopped working and a false fire alarm went off at 11:35pm my last night waking me out of a dead sleep; glad the alarms work but this was just one of a couple issues. Noise level in my room from hallway was really bad, meaning I could hear way too much going on. The thinking and thudding from rooms above and next to my room made it a little loud. Staff was somewhat nice and accommodating. Otherwise stay was just fair.

There was a lot that happened during my stay. The conditions of the room wasn't the worse but still noticeably bad. The refrigerator did not work and there was a constant smell in the halls and rooms. The bed was always shaking from something downstairs. Elevator was down most of the time. And on my last night at 12am where I had to get up at 6am for a flight a fire alarm went off that was a false alarm. Apparently that had happened the second time in the past week. It was not a pleasant stay.

There were several problems at the property and the alarm went off last night at 11:30 PM and a lot of the residents had the vacate the property not happy we would like a full refund
