Worst experience with a hotel booked through Hotel.com. After 11 pm had to wait lto get in. Finally someone opened the door but helped the lady who came after me. I was completely ignored… Then handed a bunch of paper reservations and pulled mine out. Front desk guy handed a cell phone to the lady. Speaking to someone on the phone while I stood waiting. Finally took my ID and credit card… gave me room key and pointed to the door. Walked around for 15 minutes until I found room 252. HORRIBLE

We liked the location of this hotel. There were a variety of stores and fast food restaurants close by. We would stay here again when we visit northern CA.

I was travelling for work so the location was perfect for me as it was near my office. The price was also one of the best I found in the area for that time of year. One of the nights I was there staying, I was awoken at 3am by SCREAMS coming from the room next to me. It sounded like a man and woman arguing over money and possibly hitting each other. I called the front desk and attempted to let them know, but whoever answered said nothing and simply hung up on me. After about 45 minutes, it sounded like whoever had been shouting left. I brought it up to reception the next morning and no one seemed to know anything about it. However, several of my coworkers were staying at the hotel and confirmed a similar experience. Definitely scary to hear when you are a solo female traveler!

Its location was a great for shopping and dining. The manager and some of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was spotless, the court yard clean, the staff very helpful. Located in a business complex but walking trails, restaurants and grocery stores all within a short walk or drive.

This is a good place to stay if you are not certain the number of days needed. We were in the area with a friend who was supposed to be hospitalized for a week and ended up being extended to 17 days. The staff worked with us to allow us to keep extending as needed. No elevator.

* The room smelled like weed * Its an extended stay, but there aren't any plates, cups, silverware * It was LOUD. There is no weather stripping under the door and it was like I was sleeping on the highway. Seriously IT WAS BAD.

Close proximity to Stanford Hospital Our friend was in the hospital; unfortunately a 1 week expected stay turned into an indefinite stay. Each time we renewed our room, the price went up. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. My only issue was, from the time we entered our room, our feet were black from the floor. After our first few minutes, I always wore my shoes. I know the floors are wiped, but a good steam clean or buffing needs to be done. Dirt builds up and a quick mopping or swifter does not clean properly. That said, the room, kitchen area and bathroom were spotless

Room advertised as having a full kitchen. It did basically, but no kitchen items at all, except one kitchen towel. Once in the room, we discovered a small sign under the towel - we almost did not use. On the card it describes things we could request, such as kitchen items. We would have loved this information at check-in. I was not surprised though, since the hotel clerk could not give me a straight answer or perhaps just not understanding my needs. I arrived first, my husband later. It was for a family event, with various tasks, so there would be no opportunity to arrive at the hotel together. Since I originally booked the room. I stated: BEFORE, I checked in now, will husband be able to just pick up a key when he arrives since I will not be there? If no, my follow up question was, what is the best way for my husband to do the check in and I can get a key from him - since I would not return until after hours. First, she completely ignored the word BEFORE - and started the process of checking in, asking for my drivers license, did I have a car, they had a room available on the second floor.. I had to ask her to stop twice, as I needed to know the best way to get my husband into the room. Finally, after going in circles, I must have finally said the right words. She says, oh, I just need to put his name in the computer and when he gets here, he just needs to show his ID. I finish the check in, get my key and have to leave without time to see the room, that

The way the rooms were vented. The bathroom looks like it had rapid mold growth on the ceiling from lack of venting. Rooms smelled musty when arrived, opened windows to help with the smell.

I always find the rooms clean and beds comfortable and I feel safe as a woman traveling alone. This time, however, the bed was really uncomfortable. The mattress was really worn out and had no cushion left in it. Hopefully they replace it soon. I'll still book there again on my next stay cause out of all the times I've stayed there this is the first room issue I've had. Parking lot is wide and lit up and the property is generally quiet.

Walter was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I would highly recommendthis place and stay here again.

I paid $180.00 for one night in this property. When I checked the prize of the room before I checked in it went down to $124.00/ a night. Breakfast was not mentioned when I checked in. The kitchen appears very OLD. The freezer is running, the food I placed inside did not freeze properly. The shower walls paint looks like tiles is peeling off. There is also significant noise from 92 freeway that can be heard inside the room. On top of that noise from the room above is very noticeable, including footsteps and the sound of furniture or chair being dragged.

The kitchen was not stocked at all. Supplies needed to be requested, which I had not. Fortunately, I brought some of my own, and a the hotel provided plates and utensils. I needed cookware and cooking utensils. The kitchen had large storage, but no where to place utensils. The laminate flooring worked very well with my dog. The room felt clean.

I called before making reservations as I have a bad back and need to make sure the mattress is at least decent. Horrible mattress. Layout of the hotel is horrible. Took me 10 minutes walking around carrying all my luggage just to find it. Then the horrible mattress. Then I find out after undressing and showering and getting ready to eat dinner, there's no dishes or glasses or utensils and they say it's because of covid. Overall just horrible experience and I slept terribly. This hotel has gone down in quality considerably

What I got was a small entry with vending machines, steps up to my room, and outdoor motel (meaning the rooms are not enclosed within a building) your room door faces the parking lot. The breakfast bar did not have fruit, yougurt eggs. Sunday breakfast, coffee, 7 packets of oatmeal and 6 individually wrapped muffins (this is 8am on a sunday). Mondays breakfast was 4 packets of oatmeal, with paper cups as a bowl, no muffins and coffee. No plates or silverware in the room. I was able to ask for shampoo and a knife and fork to eat out of take out containers. By day 2 there were ants in my bathroom but it was too late to care and I was leaving in the morning. Pay the extra $100 for the weekend and stay at proper place. This was a clean motel 6.

This hotel is always friendly and clean and despite being right on the freeway it feels pretty quiet to me. I feel safe there also and it's really close to the friends I visit when I'm in town.

My husband had dental surgery in the building next door so Extended Stay is very convenient. With a grocery store around the corner, the kitchen (full-size fridge, microwave and stove-top) is great exactly what we need. We've stayed there about 6-7 times in about 2 years! Will go at leasr 2 more times.

Staffs are very friendly, very good customer service, place is quiet and safe and shops are close. Parking are easy and accessible.

The service was great. Place was very clean. Private. Quiet. The space was perfect for a staycation as my house was being worked on. No housekeeping and upon request. Surprisingly good coffee in the morning. The amenities were wonderful. Dishes, soaps, towels. The bed however was on a platform so not too comfortable. It was stiff, but I got used to it. The blackout curtains were wondeful! Overall, money well spent. Great for short term travel.

The bathtub in 229 has 2 large deep chips that were uncomfortable under my feet. I stopped my shower short in fear of cutting my feet. They advertised free breakfast, which was one of the reasons I booked there, but they said the delivery didn't come. I wished they couldve put out some fruit, trailmix, granolas, or cookies, something, anything. So that was disappointing.

When I checked in,the gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful. He even took me up to the room to make sure that i liked it and that everything was ok.

The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, and everything was as good as the more expensive hotels. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good too. I will definitely stay here again.

Front desk was super kind, but the room itself smelled like cigarettes and it was very loud facing the freeway. I was wondering why it was such a good deal and now I know why. Lol

I was however disappointed with the stove top that was useless as we had no pots or pans or plates and utensils. Also, the breakfast provided was not what the booking called it, the "grab and go" that was provided was seriously lacking. The choice of instant oatmeal plus mini blueberry muffin one day or nutrigrain bar the next was disappointing. No milk or half and half for coffee only oversweetened coffeemate which is awful in tea. They didnt even provide a piece of fruit or juice. The location was not within walking distance to get a decent breakfast.

I stay here often as it's located very close to my good friends whom I visit when I'm in town. It's affordable, booking it easy, check in is smooth, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Can't speak to the breakfast as I've never gotten up early enough to have it. The soda machine was empty this last visit, not sure that's the property's fault though.

The floors were quite dirty. Obviously something had been spilled and dried on the floor. Very basic hotel room but I guess you get what you pay for

Everything is just great

It met our needs, though the "grab-and-go" breakfast was meager and non-nutritious. Initially our request for a first-floor room (due to mobility limitations) was not honored, but the manager changed that when we asked for it.

The room was clean and bed is comfortable enough. At check in at 3pm my room wasn't ready but the gentleman at the desk found another room for me. There was construction on site which was unsightly but didn't affect my stay. The issue I had was the next morning. Check out is at 11, I had stayed up really late because I was in town to visit a friend and planned to sleep as long as possible. The phone starts ringing. I don't answer because I'm trying to sleep. I get up, start getting my things together and go into the bathroom and start brushing my teeth. There is a knock at the door. With toothbrush in my mouth I go to open the door. It's a staff member asking me if I plan to check out that morning. I said yes, I only booked one night. I said, check out is at 11 right? She said yes, and stated she tried calling to ask if I planned to check out. At that time it was around 10:40am. The interaction was weird and intrusive. I could see them trying to get in touch with me if it was after 11am but considering check out hadn't even occurred yet it bothered me that they were calling and knocking on my door to see if I was leaving. I only booked one night. This is my 3rd time staying here, I like it because it's clean, really close to my friend's house, and my previous experiences were positive. I'll give the property one more chance, hopefully this was a fluke and won't happen again.

Decent stay; clean, no frills (NO FRILLS)

Average stay. It reminded me of a dorm room. Mattress was thin, bought my own topper. Had to ask for anything coffee pot, utensils... thankfully really only slept and bathed there. Quiet though.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was decent. The mattress was firm and the bedding a bit lacking. The fountain in the center courtyard needs some work.

Great room and service!

The experience was the worst of my life. We arrived at 1 a.m., and the hotel was closed! We had no way to contact anyone because we had no data on our phone. The room was poorly insulated and had an unpleasant smell. They claim to offer breakfast, but it's nothing more than a simple coffee and a cookie. It was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
