Door has blue Disability sign but no switch to operate. Hallway and elevator has musty smell. Room is clean. Bathtub floor has standing water Bathroom towel set were incomplete - only one hand towel, no face towels. No password provided. When asked, the staff member simply said it was written on a piece of paper. Upon checking, the piece of paper had the room number, not the password.

I DO NOT recommend: thiis motel for several reasonß

I love the parking lot security system it is well lit at night with full security camera throughout the property! Kudos to Manager Lita, Front Staff Ron and Ofilia in Housekeeping. Job well done! Mr.Harper

This is my second time staying here and the room is really just okay. Towels very rough and hard on skin. Toilet kept coming off hook. No amenities for the bathroom. No Information on how to use the WiFi and the Tv I had to figure out how to use on my own! All In all it served its purpose for the weekend.

Great except the elevator stopped working n I was stuck between floors. And the vending machine tap payment not working

You get what you pay for I guess. Our toilet was running the whole time, and the elevator door got stuck on the second floor, so that was a little scary. No bugs though, which is a plus.

There was a problem with the staff, I smelled smoke in a nonsmoking room and asked staff to come check it out and they refused and said it was impossible. The smoke smell came from the heater/AC. I was told I could leave.

My comments are mainly about the bed covers and sheets and pillows which the pillows cases and bed sheets smelled like they were not changed from previous clients that had stayed there because they smelled musty and the bed and it’s top covers very uncomfortable it looks like they were never replaced since the place opened.

Hotel was easy to find. Lots of parking. Not noisy. Check in person was not personable it made me feel as if we were bothering her. Not a hello or here is your key she practically threw the room key to us. Didn't make us feel welcome.

1. Toilets are too low for people with bad knees. 2. Had to go to the front desk for toilet paper instead of a staff member bringing it to my room.

The hotel has a small parking garage; a huge plus. My only complaint is that the TV never worked my entire stay; that was a bummer. Other than that, everything was ok.

Room was quite nice: clean and smelled good! Needed office help to get TV signal! Fridge required us to start it, so our food had no refrigeration until the morning we left! Sign in the Lobby said to take everything out of your car because of break-ins! Not a good feeling!

This is a reasonably-priced, clean, mostly quiet property. It appears to be family-run; the woman I mostly encountered at the front desk accused us of loud company until I firmly informed her she was mistaken. All things considered, I'd stay here again.

Excellent stay for a quick overnight trip. I had a late arrival and was out by 7 am. Shower was hot and water pressure great. Used the freezer to chilli water I brought. Bed was comfortable. Thanks.

The sink was ruined at night, and a lot of water spilled onto the floor. I was clueless about how it happened, but the manager informed me that I had to leave the hotel immediately. There was no other option, and it was already 3 am. He suspected the culprits but chose not to confront them directly. Instead, he resorted to yelling at me and discriminating against me because I belong to the LGBT community. Despite my respectful demeanor, he responded with an ugly and aggressive outburst.

Stranger asked for key to my room and was let in while I was out. Came back and had to kick him out of room myself. I was then banned because he apparently caused enough problems to be arrested afterwords and somehow this is all my problem

It’s very clean ! They don’t have irons or laundry bags in the rooms. We could have used them. We try to stay here every time we’re in town.

I forgot my physical card and they don’t take Apple Pay so I booked online an when I went to get the key she said i couldn’t check in til 3pm cause I did it online but it was the same price for both and this was at 8am coming in on a flight…. So I had to book elsewhere cause I was extremely tired so I was out of the money all together overall she was rude unprofessional an inconsiderate

I believe they might have Roaches!! Didn’t like my stay at all. I have been coming to this Hotel for years and this is the first time I experienced this..

The only problem with the place was the awful smell of pot. It was awful. Luckly the windows open so you can at least get some fresh air from outside as you for sure wasnt getting any from inside!!! The old lady at the desk needs some help big time also. I asked for a room change to get away from the pot and was told no rooms were available as it was all full. Hell their was four cars in the parking lot. Dont think four little cars could hold that many people!!!! And if??? it was full, I only seen one person coming out of a room in 3 days there. If you smoke pot great place to stay. You wont need any, just breath the air already there......

I usually stay here a lot . But this time I encountered bugs. Not sure what kind. Also the smoke detector kept going off. Also no toilet paper. Went downstairs but couldn’t get no one to come to the desk. Hopefully this gets straightened out.

The mattress smells like rotten eggs, every time I went to talk to the lady after long wait she came in her pijama with bad attitude, bathroom was dirty there was hair in the bath tub, no toiletries no iron it was a big disappointment .

The AC was not cooling at all, I asked the front desk and was not very helpful. The rooms are very old, dirty almost, it is a budget stay so, all the reviews that had concerns are almost true.

The perfect cozy little inn for a quick visit to or through San Francisco, which is only 25 minutes away! Very quiet stat, everything clean and organized. Hosts are very polite.

I have stayed at this establishment before and thought, "This is a good place to stay." But this time, I felt very uncomfortable at the place. I had a guest drop by to see me, and the female (owner, I think) disrespected him. And he cursed her OUT! Then when she saw me the next day, she acted rude towards me! They don't really appreciate their guest. Your ring the bell for them to come to the desk and it takes about a minute or so to get someone to check in. Or you just wait in the lobby for someone to show up! They don't have a trolley for your luggage. And they just seem uncaring about the guest! Never ever, will I ever stay there AGAIN!

First, I was given my room number written on a torn, scratch piece of paper. No wifi password given. Then, the ac did not work at all.

I enjoyed my stay here the room was nice and clean and smelled good. ( I had got a smoking room.) Normally they stank and got cigarettes burns everywhere but this place doesn’t it was pretty cool.

The managent is poor with no friendliness. The room was adequate but the shower soap and hair shampoo was miserly and not adequate,.....and the management would not make larger bath towels available. If you are going stay here, bring your own bath towels, soap and shampoo

We reserved a non smoking room. They said since we booked with a 3rd party, too bad. Room smelled like 30 years of cigarettes. Pillows. Mattress. Everything was dingy, smoky. Bathroom was dirty, had hair everywhere.
