Great place to stay. Simple, clean, convenient. No notes.

Our schedule was busy so we didn't get to use the pool or exercise room. But will definitely try them when we get the opportunity to book there again.

Costumer service is fantastic

Very clean room. Ours had a kitchenette. It had bowls, plates, mugs, dish soap, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, an oven and stove. It even had a measuring cup and silverware. Tv had netflix and youtube capabilities, as well as cable. Bathroom was clean and stocked with the usual plus a makeup wipe. It's a lot of little things that I felt made my stay better than I expected. Especially the coffee during breakfast! I would definitely stay again. Lovely staff too.

I travel for business to this area of California from Los Angeles four times a year. I've stayed at this location many times now. I always come back! Convenient, clean, parking is great, centrally located. I will continue to return value for the money is excellent.

We did not stay very long, got in late and left early. The staff was very efficient and polite.

The room was clean and it was quiet. I mainly needed a quiet clean place for the night and this fit the bill. Only a minor issue was with the feather pillows, I am allergic to feathers but I was able to use my sweatshirt as a pillow so not major problem.

Clean and has great location. Staff was friendly and you cant go wrong with complimentary breakfast. The only thing i had a little bit of an issue was that the pool was so full of leaves and flowers i had to clean it with the net for the kids to swim. The trees were really losing their flowers though so it wasnt a clealiness.thing more of a pool needs to be cleaned a few times a day

This hotel was the best! The staff was wonderful, always available and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. And the room?! The room was perfect. Clean and full stocked with a full kitchen, tv and sofa bed. This is the only place I will stay from now on when I am in the area. Oh and great location as well. In the middle of everything but quiet at night. Just perfect. Five stars!

Hard to get in the drive way. I was concerned that there were so many locks getting to our room. Breakfast was good but not use to fried rice and miso soup as an option with my eggs and coffee.

The breakfast has decent quality and variety. The staff at the front desk is freuqnetly not around though not affecting thins much. the queen bed really is more like a full size bed.

This property is very clean, quiet, and has many restaurants and stores around the property. Suites are fully stocked with home essentials. A very nice breakfast is provided each morning. Very helpful staff, and parking is readily available. I have stayed several times.

The bed was hard and pillows a bit flat. But the rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating. We forgot a phone and a blanket, staff held on to it for us for a couple of days since we live out of town. They made our stay a positive one for sure. Thank you staff!!

There was loud noise from the street and from neighboring rooms going in and out. The pool is quite small and advertised as heated but was quite cold. The staff was friendly and kind. They allowed us to check out early given our needs. The breakfast was delicious.

Third time staying here for business travel. Apple is close, makes a nice stay. I usually travel with a business partner, we always get the double room option. Unbelievable how much space, large kitchen, quiet and cozy. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in this area Book Now!!

This hotel was down the street from Kaiser and was reasonably priced. We also had a full kitchen.

I like that it had a full kitchen, nice to have a stove and dishes. The breakfast was really good, spinach and Swiss quiche, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal with many choices of toppings, among other items. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, I would definitely stay here again. Area has many restaurants within walking distance.

Very nice, helpful staff, very clean rooms but very dated. Good breakfast. Big rooms, comfortable beds, nice closet space, carpet & furniture needs replacing. Had a problem with our toilet and there was an immediate response to fix it. Definitely needs some updating but decent value for the money.

Selection was done nicely and always restocked.The only thing worth mentioning is that while the room was very clean and bed was comfortable, there was an odor in the room I had a bit of trouble with. I finally turned off the heating/cooling module so that air wouldn't come in any longer. I did let the staff at the front desk know.

The beds are very firm and not comfortable to sleep on, they should be replaced with a very soft mattress so we can enjoy a good nights sleep. The area was pretty clean and the staff was wonderful. Wish you had an actual waffle making station as the pre-packaged waffles are horrible. Please consider taking those off the breakfast menu.

Loved this spot. Wish all hotels could be this accommodating. Loved the kitchenette very convenient for traveling families. They have everything you need to cook just bring groceries.

Everything was great… it’s only shortfall is a small breakfast eating area. With that said the food was excellent for a hotel free breakfast. We were happy with the variety of good choices. Get there a little earlier than you would normally to grab a table and guests filter through.

Whenever I get a chance to stay here, I do. Staff is great, rooms are clean, and it’s quiet for the most part. Every now and then you get a loud car driving by but not often. The rooms have you feeling like you’re in an apartment and it’s extremely functional. Thanks again guys for another great stay. Your the best :)

This was my first time at this particular property and it was all around 10’s across the board. I have stayed at MANY hotels in the past 8 years and my stay here was extremely great 👍. Everything you need for a stay is there in your room. Not often do you stay at hotels that have an oven to go with the stove, they have that lol. For me, those little details matter. If hesitation is keeping you from booking, then I hope you get to my review. It was a great stay for me and hope it’s the same for anyone else. Thank you to the staff who took care of me. I WILL be staying there again soon in fact.

My family and I could not have asked for a better host! Rita, and her staff are wonderful people. She and the staff went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for being there for us that night that we needed them. They were extremely accommodating to us. Unfortunately, we needed a house to accomodate all of my family or else I would not have hesitated to stay for the remainder of my stay in San Jose. Everything was great.

It was a spacious, comfortable room for a good rate. We liked that the breakfast was included and had a nice variety. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will certainly stay at another Town Suites by Marriott property again.

Nice quite property. Not on a busy freeway like most hotels. Walkable to a lot of shops and resturant options. Close to points of interest. Loved the amount of space and amenities provided.

The hotel was okay. Staff and check in was great. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. But at 3am we were woken up by what seemed like a party going on in the room next to us. I mean it was loud and it sounded like things were being thrown around. And on our second night the toilet broke and water was just running. We just fixed it to get us through the night since we were leaving the next day in the morning. But other than those two issues everything else was great. We stayed there to sleep, shower and change while we went into the city and visit family so it served its purpose. I would stay here again. The staff was nice and very accommodating. I used the gym and it was perfect for what I needed.

We left an airbnb after one night because of a number of issues and stayed at TownePlace Suites. We wish we'd have booked this place right from the beginning! The ac wasn't working in our room so we let the front desk person know. They called later to say it had been looked at and couldn't be fixed right away so they would switch us to a different room. The woman brought our key card up and we moved to the room across the hall from ours. They addressed the issue and made it as convenient for us as possible. It was such a stark contrast to the frustration we experienced from the airbnb. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend staying here!

The staff was great. The rooms were amazing and clean. The trash outside around the facility was over flowing in all outside trash cans. It looked like they completely forgot to change the trash for several days. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel located near Asian mall; comfortable and clean except hallways have funny smell - maybe because they allow pets here.

From the moment I stepped into the office to check in I knew I had made a good choice. Thanks to Mar, the front desk clerk, who was our first point of contact, she made the check-in quick and easy.

Great staff, quick check in, room is nice with great set u and amenities. Easy free parking on site, nice complimentary breakfast and nice swimming pool (that I didn't try becoming weather is getting cold lol).

The stay was great! The staff was very kind upon arrival and all throughout. The room was simple and lovely. I didn’t expect to have a little kitchen but we did so that was nice! The pool was very nice, we had it all to ourselves! The breakfast was ok for a hotel breakfast, they had a good selection of options. Checkout was easy and I had no complaints!

The carpets were dirty, no coffee filters for the in room coffee maker, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty, the shower drained very slow and the barking dog next door at 10:30pm.

Property starting to show its age, but extremely well maintained and clean! The pool was lovely and clear! Our room was very spacious and comfortable (2bedroom suite). We had 2 small issues and the maintenance staff fixed them immediately with a smile. My only complaint was the faint smell of bleach in the bed linens. I realize they're probably keeping things extra clean for COVID, but need to cut back on the bleach or use one with a fragrance. Despite that, I *would* stay again!

The property location is great! Right in the middle of everything in San Jose. The fact that they have windows that open so you can get fresh air is fantastic!!! Employees are friendly and the free breakfast was decent too. Only complaint is that there was tons of garbage in the parking lot, the garbage cans were full so people were just putting garbage on the ground. I was there for three days and never saw the garbage cans emptied. That, and that the fold away bed mattress was pretty lumpy, good for a kid but not anyone else.

It is perfectly located in less than one min from the highway. Only 8 minutes to SJC airport. The main road (Saratoga) has a lot of the main locations to see in San Jose like the Westfield mall. It is really nice when you find the hotel less than a minute from the highway. The place is well secured by many doors with room card access. You do not have to pass by the reception to access the rooms. Check-in and Check our processes were really quick. They were nice to give us the room earlier upon request. The parking location is easy and comfortable for anyone with many luggage bags. The room space is nice but not too spacious and it contains a well-prepared small kitchenette. Breakfast can have better options, although it is better than other hotels. But we expected more from a Marriott Hotel regarding the breakfast. Bathroom amenities were few and we did not have time to ask for more. The view from the room is not that good.

Parking convenience, location, room. Breakfast could have been better. Need to anticipate number of people who's going to have breakfast. There was only one sausage left when we got there. Variety of muffins, breakfast pastries would have been nice. Coffee wasn't strong and hot enough. Overall, better than not offering breakfast at all.

Excellent hotel and people. I enjoyed everything, the food, the customer service, the location and the room.

Staff was great (Calvin.) Easy check in and out. Front desk responded right away when I called with a question. Kitchen area made it convenient for getting ready for work since meals are hard to find during covid.

I searched for a good distant from my destination and it was five minutes. It is close to freeway and amenities nearby (i.e. restaurants. gas stations etc). The property grounds is clean and kept well landscape. The old refrigerator in my room made awful noise.
