Apart from a very surly check in staff member, everything was excellent. Breakfast was lovely and hotel was in a very pleasant quiet location. Room and facilities were superb.

The hotel was quite nice and clean, with ample parking. The breakfast was good, but did not like sloppy people coming down to breakfast in their pajamas (grown people). I found that a bit gross tbh. Would love some restrictions on that, but otherwise, a good stay.

The only issue I had was the inability of the TV remote to work but it was resolved in a short time after I called the front desk. They provided another one. Other than this matter, I would say our stay was a great and positive experience. Thanks for accommodating our needs. I would stay here again in the future.

TVs were glitching every time we watched anything. Working all day and wanting to come back and watch tv and couldn’t because it kept freezing. Called and maint man came. Very kind but didn’t fix it. Said he would be back which he came back and then said he would come back again and never showed up. Very disappointing. Also as a Marriott member didn’t realize I don’t get free internet other then the slow freebie that everyone gets. Didn’t even definite me as a member.

Everything was good except the water in the outdoor pool was cold for an evening swim. I would stay in this hotel again. highly recommended and worth it.

Room was spotless, staff was courteous, helpful and responsive. Breakfast was organized, clean pretty good for buffet type breakfast, coffee was hot and fresh. We needed extra towels, asked for them on our way out for the afternoon and they were delivered while we were gone which was much appreciated.

Main reason we booked here is because we were going to a game at the Levi stadium and for us it was close enough to walk so it was perfect. And right off the highway was a bonus! Beds were super comfortable and it was nice to have our own little kitchen. Nothing everything was great!

Breakfast had a great variety and the hours were spot on. I personally liked the toppings for oatmeal: coconut, pepitas, cranberries, etc. More oat milk and more cold brew.

I love how hidden it is and not as overly crowded. Staff was awesome except when we left. I will stay again though The shower head sucked I mean it genuinely sucked . More and more hotels use the bigger shower heads except this place and when we’re taking our bags to the car they kept barging in to the room. When check out time was not until 11 am. I know you wanted us to leave but man hold your horses

It was clean, checked in easy but got in room and toilet wouldn’t flush. Good customer service and gave a new room quickly, but ac didn’t work really well in new room. There was absolutely no parking! They said ya sorry it’s first come first serve on parking, I asked where should I park? They said I don’t know! Facility should have enough parking for customers.

Love the one bedroom suites with windows overlooking the bay. It’s such a pretty view with so many birds and jackrabbits. The croissants were nice the first day, but stale the second day.

The hotel staff were great. It was clean. The breakfast in the morning was great. The only downfall was the showerhead was terrible, barely felt like I was able to take a shower. And the train in the morning was a terrible wake up call! Lol

It was in a decent location for the Levi’s stadium The staff double charged me for the room, due to an ‘inexperienced’ employee per the manager. Manager did clear up that the other card we used will be refunded and I hope that will happen.

It’s nice new and a great stay if you have kids and it’s a family trip. Facilities are great It’s tucked pretty far back in behind many office buildings

And the breakfast is quite possibly the best hotel buffet included breakfast I have had in the states! Really expensive and well stocked, so many options for all dietary needs.

The first part is that i didn’t realize the amenity of sustainable meant no active air conditioning in individual rooms. That's mostly my fault for not understansing the code word. The showerheads are also too high pressure and somewhat uncomfortable. The location was very peaceful and had easy parking.

The king suite with the bedroom was a nice option for us. It feels very much like an executive suite, but even though we were on a family vacation it was comfortable. The only real downsides were no ceiling fan in the bathroom, and the A/C was weak. There was a few strange choices at breakfast, but enough good food for everyone. Everything was fine. The mattress needs to be changed as the intentions where people slept were pretty deep. Unfortunately we were near several groups that were very loud late into the night and smoked so much pot that it enveloped our room as well. It was a long night.

A great place for a multi-day stay

Overpriced for the quality of stay. The room was dim, the toilet didn't work properly, the breakfast was bland, the view is ugly, nothing is within walking distance. I feel like I paid 4 star prices for a 2 star experience. At least the room was clean.

Stay was great. All of the amenities were awesome. The only thing was we did notice the hot tub being quite stained/dirty but other than that, our getaway weekend was perfect. Definitely would come here again.

We enjoyed the in-suite kitchen and bbq downstairs. The hotel was really easy to find and get to off the highway. Everything we needed was no more than a 15 minute drive away

This property was really nice, it was clean and very safe. I went for 49ers v Cowboys game and the stadium was super close. I took an uber up there and one of those bike taxis back. It was great. This is a great spot for what I did and I love the quiet room. I went to eat not far away the uber was about 12.00

Ask for an interior room if you want to sleep in as a train starts coming by at 630 am and is very loud. Other than that- the rooms and such were fantastic.

This is a hotel I definitely want to go back to.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Hotel was modern and newer looking. The One bedroom suite we had was good size even though we didn’t use any of the kitchen. Bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet was great! Negatives: Propery is tucked way back into a parking lot near a lot of corporate offices near a power line that kind of takes away from ambience and near the end of what looks like a wetland or a slough in back (not the greatest scenery) The pool, spa, bbq area, and single court basketball court were flooded with young kids and their parents from what I heard was for a baseball tournament in town. No offense to these people as I’m sure they are nice, but they kind of took over the place. There was 9 people in the spa at one time, 6 or 7 10-12yr old looking boys that were getting rowdy in the pool where my daughter was trying to swim, etc. it just made it feel a little less like a getaway and more like we had to be part of the baseball tournament too since this group was everywhere. We were there to go to Great America which is conveniently down the street (about 5-8 minutes). Overall the hotel and staff were great, just not that excited about the overall location of the hotel (where it sits, not that you can’t get to Levi Stadium or Great America quickly) and the guests that made it a little less pleasant. Maybe if there wasn’t the baseball tournament in town near by it wouldn’t have been so bad. But think I’ll stay at another nearby hotel I was looking at next time.

On holidays like Memorial Day, please adopt the weekend breakfast schedule. We arrived at breakfast at 9:20 am thinking we had 40 minutes left and ended up getting rushed out at 9:30.

Staff did not tell us about all our amenities, we had to go back and ask a few time we over heard other talk about the breakfast including and the hours also bbq area which we did use and it was amazing since out kids like to stay in the pool and eat at the hotel when possible. Would go back

The food and drinks at the restaurant/bar were delicious as well as the breakfast. I truly enjoyed the decor all around the hotel specially in the lobby it felt welcoming and relaxed. This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. Will definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever seen with fresh fruit and fresh pico de gillo every morning. Rooms were quiet and property felt safe

Great value

I asked for AC to adjust to cooler. Reset done supposedly 3 times. It never improved. It was so hot at night. My home is kept cooler. Frustrating to pay this money and not get all we deserve. I raise the bar accordingly and so I get a little entitled. Happy with room size. The bed was too low for me and sofa bed sooo uncomfortable.

The property and the staff were amazing!

Loved everything about this hotel. Very spacious room,clean,friendly staff,great gym,nice outdoor area and amazing complimentary breakfast. I had an Amazon package delivered during my stay and had to sign for the pickup (thank you). By far one if not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!

Seems brand new or recently renovated (in April 2024). Very clean, great room. The area is somewhat remote but not bad.
