This hotel was great. It was very quiet. The room was very clean. The continental breakfast was great. They have a great spread. I was thoroughly surprised. I will stay there again in the future.

We loved the well-stocked kitchen, mini-suite feel of the space, and the shower/vanity spaces. It was everything we needed! Hospitality at check in, along with a cold bottle of water, and the lovely staff who greeted each morning at the delicious breakfast buffet was perfect. Thank you for the lovely stay! Stain on the pool floor is the ONLY thing I can recall. Not a big concern, but it did attract negative attention.

Front desk staff were great! We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in early. Rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast staff were very polite, and there was a variety of breakfast selections. We were pleased that some menu items changed on our second morning, so didn't tire of the same things.

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed, room was immaculate, it had everything I needed. Pool clean, breakfast very nice and a full breakfast I loved everything!

The shuttle service to the airport. We didn’t have breakfast because we had a very early flight. The shuttle service was quick and timely m.

Pool was a little small and there didn’t seem to be a manager on duty to watch over the pool area with all the teams there. Parents didn’t seem to care that kids were running amuck. My boys were in the pool for about 15 minutes and we left. Also no shade at entrance side of pool. The teams seem to grab all 3 umbrellas to the far right end. Many pool chairs were ripped.

However the rest of the stay was excellent. Bed was so comfortable and room was exceptionally clean. The housekeeping manager lady Esmerelda was exceptionally helpful, polite and gave the Hotel a 5+ rating. Thank you for the overall experience, but I would definitely RE Train the counter gentleman. He was not good at all. Left me in the dark and not helpful, by getting on the phone in the middle of my check in and left me standing there with many questions.

The room was clean but the pull out sofa bed was not comfy at all. The full sizes bed was hard to sleep on too. Oh, the breakfast wasn’t too. Ad either. I just wished they had bacon. Other than that, it was good.

Our one night stay was great. We will definitely return again as our child will be attending school at SJSU in the Fall. Our room had all the amenities. We didn't get to use the pool but will do so next time. The breakfast was great and had a variety. All the workers were great! Especially Raul at the front desk. Raul gave us a room w/ the view of the mountains, which was gorgeous. He was so kind and gave us extra water bottles because he could tell we had a long drive and were so tired when we checked in. Everyone we ran into was just so kind and courteous and didn't judge us or make us feel inferior. We only had 3 towels in our room and when we called to ask for more, they brought us extra towels. The only thing we felt the bathroom needed was a vent to air out when you shower. The pullout bed on the sofa could use a newer one w/ better springs. Otherwise we loved our room. Kitchen was great and had all the amenities. We will be visiting SJSU a lot in the next 4-5 years and this Residence Inn will be our go to place to stay.

Overall very good. The king room is just a little cramped with not too much space for opening luggage but we really needed and enjoyed the full kitchen so that made up it.

First time visiting San Jose and randomly picked this hotel for 1 night. Its near the airport and close to the SAP center which is where we were going to for a concert. I booked a room that had a small kitchen, king size bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed was NOT comfortable at all so my son had to sleep with us in the king bed. Our room faced the street where most of the traffic passed by and the minorail. We didn't mind it because we couldn't hear any outdoor noises. Everything else was perfect and very clean. I will considered booking this hotel next time i visit the city.

Just stayed here again, stayed at least a half dozen times since around 2016. I recommend it often. Always great. Very quiet. Best and largest variety breakfast buffet that changes up some of the main items daily. There's something for every diet. Some years we luck out and get it for free, other times we've had to pay (brekkie is cheaper or free if you include breakfast when booking). This last time it was free for everybody Sat and Sun. Great sushi restaurant one or two walkable blocks down street, Genji (two restaurants: one is the steakhouse, the second one is their sushi restaurant--sits on corner at stoplight). Spring Hill Suites is attached to this building and shares the same buffet breakfast (and parking garage; cost $15 is less than most San Jose hotels with a fee; limited unsecured parking available). The rooms at SH usually cost a little more, but you just get a mini fridge versus a whole kitchen with microwave and large fridge/freezer. The Residence Inn side of the hotel is superior (we've stayed at SH a couple times when we did get a cheaper room there those times).

What a great facility. The customer service was by far the best I have ever received at a hotel. The room setup was great and very clean. The breakfast was also great and offered a big variety. No complaints!!!

The breakfast in the morning was top notch! Also there was a bbq area outside that was perfect place to grill and host my daughters hockey team for a team dinner.

The Hotel was nice, and the rooms were nicer. I enjoyed my stay. I took advantage of the market they had in the lobby and the complimentary breakfast. Parking was 15$ which sucked but I guess the breakfast pays for it so it was okay. Will definitely be back

Check in was easy. The clerk was extremely friendly and even offered a welcome gift. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and welcoming. Bar was great and the complimentary breakfast was a huge plus. Will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

This is our go-to place when we travel up to San Jose to see out dentist every 6 months. Very close to the airport.

Return guest. Overall great property right near the freeway with great amenities! Kid friendly. Would like to see some sort of cafe or coffee shop open on the weekends inside the property. Shared expansive lobby with Springhill is not an issue and it is a very good area to meet travel companions. Parking was $15.

The complimentary breakfast was great! The front desk staff were all responsive and courteous. The light bulb in the bathroom was flickering and they replaced it right away and the bathroom faucet was leaking around the base and they repaired it the same day. The only complaint I have is that the faucet was dirty when we arrived and, even the repairman didn't wipe the faucet clean of his dirty hand prints.

I was in San Jose for Fanime (a big ComicCon). The Residence Inn is right on the light rail line so it was easy to hop on the train and be at the Con in about 10 minutes. Beautiful hotel - the room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was also great. I would stay there again.

Beautiful, clean hotel with spacious, nice rooms. A 10 hotel. Don’t hesitate book it.

Is was ok been in better had problems with the coffee pot in the room. Sofa bed very uncomfortable pillows too soft

Nice hotel close to the airport. The airport shuttle is very convenient as well.
