Breakfast included with variety, clean rooms and AC works perfectly.

The room and overall facilities were good, including the parking. However, the TV was extremely outdated and only showed a “No Signal” message throughout my stay. I contacted housekeeping about the issue, but it was never fixed. There was no access to news channels or a smart TV/Wi-Fi feature, which was disappointing.

This was our first time staying here, and it was amazing!

The room was clean, the kids loved the pool, the breakfast was terrific. The bathroom door didn’t close, so it made things a little uncomfortable. Also, having 4 people in a room with one bathroom isn’t logical.

This is one of our favorite places to stay because it is always clean, convenient, with friendly staff. We did arrive late at night, and quickly unpacked to get ready for bed. Then we noticed there were bugs in the kitchen, climbing around the sink and up the walls. We let the front desk know, and were quickly moved to another room. I would have thought we would have received some kind of compensation for the gross incident, but that was it. We didn't have any problem with the rest of our stay. The new room was clean and comfortable, although our kids had a hard time sleeping with the thought of bugs around them.

The breakfast was excellent and we especially enjoyed the omelette station! The rooms were very comfortable with a space for lounging as you watch TV! The beds were extremely comfortable too! Great Stay and will book there again!

Some staff working night shift need to learn customer service, hotel location is good.

The hotel was fine but we were moving and had a truck secured with a tarp and tiedowns so we specifically booked there because they advertised a secure parking with a security guard. I called the hotel to verify this and again when I checked in. We parked. When we came back to the truck the tarp was off and suitcase and boxes were broken into. Where was security it was a shock

Hotel is close to multiple restaurants, some big-name tech campuses and the Santa Clara Convention Center. San Jose Int'l airport 4.6 easy miles. Good breakfast included. Room was not refreshed on Saturday. Unsure whether they freshen rooms during the week. Secure, shaded hotel parking at cost but plenty of free parking in front of hotel. Have stayed several times and will stay again.

Great location for Levi stadium and to explore the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, nice little gym, great hotel breakfast, paid parking garage was covered and attached to the property. Great stay, would stay again if we came back.

Room key is needed to access pool, elevator, parking garage, and back entry way from entering into the hotel from parking garage which is nice so no one radom is walking in and out. Also a few places to eat nearby and witha CVS and Target nearby

Also, when I check out they request 17 dollar for parking in the parking area that is available to everyone. Unfortunately, at check in nobody told me I need to pay for the parking I could decide for myself yes or no.

It was convenient to places to eat and Target across the street. Easy one Mike walk to Levi Stadium.

The location is next to some convenient stores and fast food restaurants. Besides, the suite is very spacious andit has separate rooms. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok. Very practical if you are going to a game or a concert at Levi’s Stadium. We stayed 4 nights and nobody came to clean the room during our whole stay. We had to ask for dry towels and toiletries to the front desk. Not easy to connect in Netflix or any other platform. Our room had a funny smell. Not bad but it didn’t smell like a hotel room. The gym is very tiny and with just few equipments.

The location was great, breakfast was good, parking good. The AC made a noise when it was on so most of the night. It made it a little difficult to sleep. The room setup felt cramped, too much stuff for little space.

Went to the Levi stadium needed something near by. The commute , was perfect staff was nice only complaint would be how hot it was even with ac on in room took awhile to even kick in ! Love the food near by and the target great location!

Outdated. Dirty. The room was 77 degrees when we got in and took 3 hours to cool to 70. Also was denied a room with a king size bed because of my service dog. Absolutely terrible. Won’t be back.

This was a perfect spot for our family staycation. The pool is 5 feet at the deepest which I really liked for my young kids. The 1 bedroom suite is spacious with a bedroom and a sitting room\kitchenette area. There are plenty of dining options within the vicinity (Chick-fil-a, Habit Burger, Panera, Starbucks, Chipotle, etc.). There is a CVS right across as well. The free breakfast buffet was great as well. They serve eggs, sausage (chicken, turkey, pork), potatoes, cereal, pancake or waffle, bread, oatmeal, etc. it seemed quiet too. We could hear doors opening and closing but that was about it. There was a faint musty smell when we got in the room which went away after the AC started running. The beds were very comfortable. The ceiling wss high. We would definitely stay again next time.

Very basic, not happy for the price. Should be priced at $200 per night. Honestly didn't see the value for the price I paid $350 +$50 tax/per night. My friends stayed in Marriott -Elements for $250/per night. And their facilities were much superior than Hyaat. They also had all day fruits snacks and then happy hour in evening with free beer and wine.

I didn't realize when we booked this place that it seems geared towards business travelers. Because of this, it was extremely quiet and clean. It was a great place to stop on our road trip. My whole family was comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool and the complimentary breakfast in the morning. It was exactly what we needed on our long road trip.

The Hyatt house is very clean and comfortable for a few nights as home away from home. I like to stay here because of the equipped kitchenette and a stove. The staff is friendly and prompt if you need anything. I am very picky about hotel cleanliness and I appreciate this clean hotel inside and out. Will definitely stay again!

Was here for work and the rooms are very spacious. Great to work out of and I found it quiet. The wifi was adequate for my needs. You do need a car or will have to uber everywhere as little is in walking distance.

Overall our stay here was very good. The service was great and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint we had was the pillows were pretty awful. Very crunchy!

Hotels.com has horrible customer service. I had a family emergency and was not able to make the trip. I tried to cancel on Friday when I learned of the emergency. Hotels.com said they would notify the hotel to cancel it. This did not happened and I was charged for the stay.

The Hotel was located in a shopping center that had a nearby Pharmacy and dining options. It was in close proximity of the venue we were attending

The mattress seemed old with no support. The coffee and breakfast were terrible. Cold and worse than a cafeteria. Flavored creamer would of been nice. We weren't told there was a $15 per day parking charge before we parked. We could of parked outside. There was no parking inside the gate we went out and psrked outside the gate. This seems petty but its the small things that make a difference.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We were in town for the 49ers game and it was so close to the stadium. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the staff were all very friendly. Will be staying here for any future trips to the area.

Clearly a business-only hotel (not stated in pre-stay material): room for one occupant (small closet, one sink in bathroom; one chair in room; small desk), lobby bar closed on the weekend. No room make-up service (not stated in pre-stay material; coffee bar not replenished as well as no fresh towels, sheets etc. When asked about this, the front desk attendant just shrugged her shoulders and glibly stated, "Oh, we only do that every three or four days. How long are you staying?" The surrounding restaurants were pathetic, empty and terrible. The bathroom electrical outlet (only one there) didn't work as well as the TV controller.
